Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between lifestyle and self-control on the consumptive behavior of students doing online shopping at the Guidance and Counseling Study Program, Universitas PGRI Mahadewa Indonesia. This research is an ex post facto research with a sample of 92 people. From the results of the analysis with SPSS, it is found that: there is a strong relationship between lifestyle and self-control on the consumptive behavior of students in doing online shopping, as evidenced in the R squer test, which is 0.861. Lifestyle has a positive influence on consumptive behavior with a value of 0.569. While self-control has a negative effect on consumptive behavior with a value of -0.343. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between lifestyle and self-control on the consumptive behavior of students doing online shopping. Based on the SPSS count value of multiple linear regression test, lifestyle influences the consumptive behavior of students doing online shopping increased by 0.569. This means that lifestyle variables contribute positively to the consumptive behavior of students doing online shopping. self-control affects the consumptive behavior of students doing online shopping activities decreased by 0.343. This shows that the self-control variable contributes negatively to the consumptive behavior of students doing online shopping, so that the higher the self-control of students doing online shopping, the lower the level of students doing consumptive behavior. It is recommended for students to reduce the hedonic lifestyle that tends to make students dependent and result in consumptive behavior

Abstract

Scientific literacy plays a role as scientific knowledge and skills to be able to identify questions, acquire new knowledge, explain scientific phenomena, and draw conclusions based on facts, understand the characteristics of science, awareness of how science and technology shape the natural, intellectual, and cultural environment, as well as the willingness to be involved and concerned with science-related issues. Science plays an important role in the development of Science and Technology, therefore scientific literacy needs to be introduced from an early age and taught in primary, secondary and higher education so that knowledge, understanding, and science skills are embedded in children, both in the form of critical thinking skills, hard skills as well as soft skills. Scientific literacy is required in various branches of science. Learning Plant Physiology which is one part of the biological sciences, the inclusion of scientific literacy is a necessity, so that the Learning Outcomes of Courses (CPMK) and Graduate Learning Outcomes (CPL) are maximized. Improving scientific literacy in plant physiology learning can be applied through various innovative learning models including: (1) Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model, (2) Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model, (3) Experimental learning model to explore the surrounding environment ( EJAS), (4) Discovery Learning model, (5) Service Learning model, (6) Inquiry learning model. All of these learning models are constructivist, so they can improve critical thinking skills, problem solving skills, higher order thinking skills and the ability to interact socially humanities

Abstract

The short story research "Pan Angklung Gadang Dadi Parekan" and "Pan Angklung Gadang Ngelah Tungked Sakti" by I. N. K. Supatra aims to explore the speech acts contained in the two short stories. This research study uses pragmatic theory. Data were collected by using the listening method with reading and sorting techniques, namely reading the dialogues contained in the text and sorting or grouping the dialogues belonging to the locutionary, illocutionary, and perlocutionary speech acts. The results showed that the short story "Pan Angklung Gadang Dadi Parekan" found locutionary speech acts as much as one utterance, namely the utterance of Pan Angklung Gadang telling Ratu Dewa Agung saying he would carry out all the orders of Ratu Dewa Agung. There are two illocutionary tales, namely Ratu Dewa Agung telling Pan Angklung Gadang that Ratu Dewa Agung's horse rope is made of silver. Furthermore, the perlocutionary speech act found one utterance, namely the speech from Pan Angklung Gadang to Ratu Dewa Agung who said he had carried out the order well. The short story "Pan Angklung Ngelah Tungked Sakti" shows that locutionary, illocutionary, and perlocutionary speech acts are found in two utterances each. Locutionary speech acts are found in the speech of Pan Angklung Gadang which says that he has debts in the banjar. The illocutionary speech was found when the Head of the Ward warned Pan Angklung Gadang to immediately pay all his debts. Furthermore, the illocutionary speech was found when Pan Angklung Gadang showed his magic tungked at a meal with residents at his house.

Abstract

This study aims to 1) analyze the effect of teacher digital literacy on student interest in learning at SMA SLUA Saraswati 1 Denpasar; 2) Analyzing the influence of learning management on students' interest in learning at SMA SLUA Saraswati 1 Denpasar; 3) Analyzing teachers' digital literacy skills and learning management on students' interest in learning at SMA SLUA Saraswati 1 Denpasar. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, namely all teachers at SMA SLUA Saraswati 1 Denpasar. The research model consists of digital literacy (X1), learning management (X2) as the independent variable, and students' learning interest (Y) as the dependent variable. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires that were distributed directly. The method used in analyzing the data is correlation analysis and multiple regression with the help of the SPSS application. The results show (1) Teacher's Digital Literacy variable (X1) has an effect on Student Learning Interest (Y) this is based on the t-count value of 4.979 > 1.985. With a significant value of 0.000, the value is smaller than the specified significant level, namely (α = 0.05). (2) Learning Management variable (X2) has an effect on Students' Interest in Learning (Y) this is based on the t-count value of 5.129 > 1.985. With a significant value of 0.000, the value is smaller than the specified significant level, namely (α = 0.05). (3) Student Learning Interest (Y) variable F-count is 22.890 > F-table 3.09. With a significant value of 0.000, the value is smaller than the specified significant level, namely (α = 0.05). (4) the results of the determination test show that the amount of Adjusted R Square is 24.9%, the variation of Student Learning Interest (Y) is influenced by Teacher Digital Literacy (X1) and Learning Management (X2) while the remaining 75.1% is influenced by other factors. which were not included in this study.

Abstract

Educational supervision is supervision directed at the learning curriculum, teaching and learning process, implementation of guidance and counseling. The aim is to describe the steps for periodic collaborative educational supervision of teachers in preparing lesson plans, implementing learning, assessing learning achievement, and carrying out follow-up assessments of student learning achievement at SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar in the 2021/2022 academic year. The subjects in this study were teachers of SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar, which consisted of 12 teachers who were randomly selected for each field of study. This type of research is school action research. The action research was carried out in two cycles and in each cycle there were four activities, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques in this study consisted of four main activities, namely initial data collection, data analysis results at the end of each cycle, and other responses from teachers to the implementation of collaborative educational supervision. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of periodic collaborative educational supervision can improve teacher performance in preparing lesson plans. The implementation of periodic collaborative educational supervision can improve teacher performance in assessing student achievement. The implementation of periodic collaborative educational supervision can improve teacher performance in carrying out follow-up on the results of student achievement assessments.

Abstract

In using digitalized learning media in the era of society 5.0, society 5.0 in the world of education can be interpreted as a human-centered and technology-based learning concept. Educators have autonomy in choosing learning strategies to create active learning. The involvement of teachers and students in the learning process by exploring, discovering, discussing, critical thinking, and innovation in the use of technology. One good and effective solution is to use the whatsapp application and also eduppazle-based media. The purpose of this article is to explain the role of using the whatsapp application and also edpuzzle media in developing learning later that can be used by teachers in the learning process in the classroom so that learning is more fun. The writing of this article uses the literature study method by reviewing journals related to the whatsapp application and also the edpuzzle media. The results of this study are the use of WhatsApp applications and also edpuzzle-based media that can be applied in the world of education and can produce students who actively explore, discuss, think critically, and innovate.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the forms of Songke Manggarai woven fabric motifs; (2) Factors influencing the development of Songke Manggarai woven fabric motifs; (3) The philosophical meaning of Songke woven fabric motifs. The theory used in this research is symbol theory, consumer culture theory and semiotic theory. In an effort to obtain data, the method of determining informants, data collection methods, and data processing methods is used. This study concludes that (1) the Songke Manggarai woven motifs include the wela runu motif, the ranggong motif, the wela kaweng motif, the ntala motif, the su'i motif, the seat motif (2) The development of the Songke woven fabric motif in Pong Lengor Village, North Rahong District, Manggarai is influenced by creativity factors, economic factors, consumer factors, external cultural factors, and function diversification factors (3) The Wela Runu motif implies that every life in this world must have benefits. The Ranggong motif is a symbol of honesty and hard work. The wela kaweng motif means the relationship between humans and the natural surroundings. The su'i motif (lines) has the meaning that life grows and develops.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the business feasibility of Sri Widhi's Endek Tenun Ikat UMKM in terms of non-financial and financial aspects. To analyze non-financial aspects consisting of market aspects, technical aspects, as well as management and HR aspects, qualitative descriptive methods were used while financial aspects were analyzed using quantitative descriptive methods with the help of Microsoft Excel program. The results of the analysis obtained from non-financial aspects, Sri Widhi's Endek Ikat Weaving UMKM business is still categorized as still feasible to run but there are several things that need to be evaluated and improved in marketing strategies related to promotional activities still relying on suppliers and word of mouth strategies so that market share absorption is still limited, and still using ATBM (Non-Machine Weaving Equipment). Meanwhile, the results of the analysis of the financial aspect show that the UMKM Endek Weaving Ikat Sri Widhi business is feasible to run. This can be seen from the NPV (Net Present Value) obtained > 0 and has a positive value of Rp. 2,030,577,166. The resulting IRR (Internal Rate Of Return) value> commercial bank interest rate is 17.47%. The resulting payback period is < from the investment age, which is 3.2 years. Profability Index (PI) obtained > 1, which is 1.18.

Abstract

Problem solving is a mental and intellectual process in finding a problem in solving it based on accurate data and information, so that appropriate and accurate conclusions can be drawn. The HOTS question is an educational evaluation that tests higher-order thinking skills. The purpose of this study was to determine the response and whether the application of the problem solving learning model could improve students' ability to answer HOTS questions on Elemental Chemistry. The subjects of the study were students of class XII MIPA 4 SMA Negeri 7 Denpasar in the academic year 2021/2022. The object of the research study was to understand the HOTS question-oriented elemental chemistry material and student responses to problem solving learning models. This type of research is classroom action research. In this study, two cycles were used through four stages of the activity process which included (1) planning, (2) action, (3) observation, and (4) evaluation and reflection. Collecting data with the technique of assessing student test results as numerical data while data collection using observation techniques for qualitative data. The results showed that (1) the application of the problem solving learning model could improve students' ability to answer HOTS questions on elemental chemistry (2) there was a positive response to students in applying the problem solving learning model to improve students' ability to answer HOTS questions on elemental chemistry.

Abstract

The government's policy to develop a Pancasila student profile for students is the focus of developing the quality of education in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the ability of special school teachers to develop learning assessments based on local wisdom, as one of the supporters of developing Pancasila student profiles for students with special needs. The research population is teachers of public and private special schools in the province of Bali. The research method uses a mixed methods approach. Qualitative data were collected using observation sheets, document studies, and interviews. Qualitative research informants were determined by purposive sampling technique. Meanwhile, quantitative data was collected using a questionnaire instrument which was circulated online. Sample selection using random sampling technique. The number of special school teachers who responded was 49 people. The research data were analyzed using mixed methods. The results showed that quantitatively: (a) the responsibility of extraordinary school teachers to carry out tasks (X1) with an average score of 59.63 (Good), (b) extraordinary school teachers' understanding of the concept of learning evaluation (X2) with an average score -average 75.53 (Enough), (c) extraordinary school teacher's understanding of local wisdom (X3) with an average score of 71.27 (Good), and (d) extraordinary school teacher's ability to develop learning instruments based on local wisdom with an average score of 56.31 (Enough). In conclusion, special school teachers in Bali Province need to be motivated and facilitated to improve their ability to develop learning assessments based on local wisdom.
