Abstract

The problem in this study is the low ability to understand mathematical concepts in students. Furthermore, the learning process carried out by teachers uses conventional learning, resulting in a lack of student activeness during the learning process. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of the MURDER learning model on students' understanding of mathematical concepts. This type of research is quantitative. The research method used is an experimental research method with a Posttest Only Group Design. The research population is grade X Phase E students at SMA N 1 Lembah Melintang. Sampling was carried out using a simple random sampling technique. The sample in this study was students from class XE2 as the experimental class, totaling 33 people, and class XE4 as the control class, totaling 33 people. The research instrument used was a test of students' mathematical concept understanding abilities. The data analysis technique using the t-test obtained t_hitung=5,08 and t_tabel=1,67. Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of the Rahmatan Lil Alamin concept as a character education approach in preventing violence at SMK Islam Kanigoro Blitar. The Rahmatan Lil Alamin concept, which encompasses values of compassion, tolerance, justice, and peace, is highly relevant for preventing various forms of violence in the school environment, including verbal, physical, and psychological violence. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques such as observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The subjects of the study include teachers, students, and school staff. The focus of the research is on the school's strategies in applying Islamic values of Rahmatan Lil Alamin, the types of violence that occur, and the impact of internalizing these values on student behavior. The findings show that the implementation of the Rahmatan Lil Alamin concept at SMK Islam Kanigoro is carried out through the reinforcement of Islamic school culture, habituation of positive behaviors, and integration of values of compassion and tolerance in learning. Furthermore, the support of the entire school community is essential in creating a safe and comfortable learning environment. This approach has proven effective in reducing incidents of violence and raising student awareness of the importance of mutual respect and maintaining peace. This study is expected to contribute to the development of Islamic education, particularly in designing violence prevention strategies based on noble Islamic values that are applicable in educational institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to conceptually analyze the role and urgency of teamwork in managing human resources within Islamic educational institutions. The research employs a library research approach by reviewing scholarly sources including journals, books, and recent research reports relevant to educational management and Islamic values. The findings indicate that teamwork in Islamic education encompasses interrelated spiritual, moral, and professional dimensions. The Islamic values of syura (consultation), ukhuwah (brotherhood), ta‘awun (mutual assistance), and amanah (trustworthiness) serve as the ethical foundation for building collaborative synergy among educators and administrative staff. Teamwork plays a crucial role in enhancing organizational effectiveness, strengthening Islamic work culture, and developing the professional competence of educators. Moreover, transformational leadership grounded in Islamic values contributes significantly to creating productive and harmonious teams that are aligned with educational and spiritual visions. In the digital era, teamwork should be adapted through the integration of communication technology and online collaborative learning without neglecting the spiritual essence of Islam

Abstract

This study analyses educational planning models and methods from theoretical and implementative perspectives, taking into account the challenges and opportunities arising from the development of digital technology. A qualitative approach was used through a literature study, collecting data from scientific articles, books, policy reports, and official documents, which were then analysed using content analysis techniques to examine the main themes and patterns. The results of the study show that traditional planning models are still relevant, but need to be adapted to accommodate the use of real-time data, digital technology, and the dynamic needs of society. Technology-based planning methods, such as blended learning, LMS-based distance learning, and digital material development, are important strategies in the digital age. However, their implementation still faces obstacles in the form of infrastructure limitations, human resource competencies, and educational access gaps. These findings emphasise that digital transformation requires adaptive management, continuous training, and cross-sector collaboration so that technology can be effectively integrated into educational planning. Overall, this study concludes that the use of technology in educational planning and management has the potential to improve accuracy, transparency, and inclusiveness if supported by adequate infrastructure readiness and digital literacy.

Abstract

Islamic educational planning is a strategic process that determines the direction, policy, and implementation of educational systems grounded in the values of the Qur’an and Sunnah. This article aims to explore in depth the principles of Islamic educational planning and their relevance to the challenges of modernity and globalization. This study employs a library research method by analyzing various classical and contemporary scholarly sources discussing theories and practices of educational planning from an Islamic perspective. The findings indicate that Islamic educational planning is based on several core principles: comprehensiveness, systematicity, participation, relevance, flexibility, justice, efficiency, accountability, and spirituality. These principles assert that Islamic education aims not only at achieving academic or material outcomes but also at developing students’ character and morality. Integrating spiritual values and professionalism is essential for ensuring quality and competitiveness in Islamic education. This paradigm allows Islamic education to remain adaptive to the dynamics of modern society while preserving its transcendental foundations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of student management in handling students who experience transfer and dropout in public schools. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation involving school principals, guidance and counseling teachers, class teachers, students, and parents. The data were analyzed using interactive analysis techniques, which include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of student management in public schools has covered the stages of planning, development, and evaluation, but it has not been fully optimal. The School Environment Introduction Program (MPLS) based on education, class grouping according to student potential, and counseling services play an effective role in reducing transfer and dropout rates. The main factors causing dropouts are still dominated by family economic conditions, low learning motivation, and minimal support from the social environment. In conclusion, effective, participatory, and character-based student management, supported by collaboration between schools, parents, and local governments, is key to reducing transfer and dropout rates and achieving quality and sustainable education in public schools.

Abstract

Online games have become a popular communication space for various age groups, forming unique patterns of language interaction among players. This study aims to analyse the use of Indonesian in online game player communication and examine the social influences that arise from such language practices. The research uses a qualitative descriptive method by observing player conversations, analysing the content of communication in the game, and reviewing the forms of language use that emerge, such as slang, abbreviations, code-mixing, and emotional expressions. The results show that players tend to use non-standard language, including slang and abbreviations, which affect the accuracy of Indonesian language usage. In addition, the use of foul language was also found to have a negative impact on the dynamics of interaction and communication culture in the gamer community. These findings indicate that language practices in online games not only reflect group identity but also influence the formation of attitudes and social relationships among players.
