Abstract

This study aims to examine the strategic role of the Indonesian language in effective communication as a key to success in office management activities. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The researcher chose this approach to describe in detail the role of the Indonesian language in formal communication and its relation to achieving organizational goals. Data were collected through interviews with several private employees from various divisions and job positions. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The interview results revealed several obstacles in achieving effective communication in the workplace, both spoken and written. The use of proper and correct Indonesian was seen as the main solution to these challenges. The Indonesian language is considered essential for maintaining communication that is clear, efficient, and well-structured across departments and between superiors and subordinates. Effective communication serves as the foundation for aligning understanding, accelerating workflows, and preventing misunderstandings that may hinder the achievement of company objectives. Thus, it can be concluded that the strategic use of the Indonesian language in the workplace plays a vital role in supporting effective and efficient communication. This strategic role makes it a key element in the successful execution of professional, results-oriented office management activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the mathematical reasoning abilities of students in solving problems on the topic of Systems Of Linear Equations In Two Variables at SMP Negeri 6 Kodi. The type of this research is qualitative research. The subjects of this research are all the students of class VIII B at SMP Negeri 6 Kodi, totaling 29 students. The interview subjects were three students from each category, namely the high, medium, and low categories. The object of this research is for the researcher to understand the mathematical reasoning abilities of the students. The data collection techniques used are written tests, interviews, and documentation. Based on the reserch results, the mathematical reasoning ability on the topic of systems of two variable linear equations (SPLDV) for students in class VIII B SMP Negeri 6 Kodi shows variation in meeting the reasoning indicators. Students with high mathematical reasoning ability are able to meet for mathematical reasoning indicators in solving SPLDV problems. Students with moderate mathematical reasoning ability can meet three indicators, while students with low mathematical reasoning ability can only meet one reasoning indicator in solving SPLDV problems. So, the researcher can conclude that the mathematical reasoning ability of the eighth-grade students of SMP Negeri 6 Kodi is still very low

Abstract

This research aims to describe the challenges of implementing the values of Pancasila in moral education in the post-truth era, a time when the flow of disinformation and information polarization is rapidly growing and influencing the mindset of the younger generation. This study employs a literature review method by gathering data from various sources such as scientific journals, books, and relevant articles. The analysis technique used is content analysis, which allows researchers to systematically and deeply elucidate the meaning of the texts. The analysis shows that the values of Pancasila need to be conveyed through a more dialogical, reflective, and adaptive approach to the social dynamics that occur. In this case, teachers play an important role as critical learning facilitators that encourage students' active involvement in understanding and internalising these values. Participatory learning allows students to develop critical thinking skills, media literacy, and stronger national awareness. This research concludes that strengthening students' national identity and moral character in the post-truth era relies heavily on pedagogical innovations that are rooted in Pancasila values but responsive to the challenges of the times

Abstract

This study aims to improve mathematics learning outcomes on multiplication and division material through the implementation of the Numbered Heads Together learning model assisted by Binomera (Bingo Numerasi Operasi Matematika) for second-grade students at SD 2 Medini Kudus. The research employed the Kemmis & McTaggart Classroom Action Research model and was conducted in two cycles during the even semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. Each cycle consisted of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of this study were 27 second-grade students. Data were collected through learning outcome tests and observations. The results showed an improvement in student learning outcomes, with mastery increasing from only 19% in the pre-cycle stage with an average score of 41.48, to 44% in the first cycle with an average of 68.14, and finally reaching 81% in the second cycle with an average of 81.29. These findings indicate that the implementation of the Numbered Heads Together learning model assisted by Binomera media can enhance student learning outcomes. The findings provide a strong foundation for further development and broader application of the method in the context of primary education

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of social media on the use of the Indonesian language in formal communication in the workplace, particularly in the Bandung area. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection was conducted using an interview guide, which is a list of questions arranged according to the research topic to systematically explore information. The data obtained is analyzed through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that conflicts caused by differences in language styles tend to be rare, as there is a mutual understanding regarding the applicable communication ethics. The use of informal language is still commonly found, especially in communication with close friends or familiar coworkers, while still paying attention to the applicable ethics in a professional context. On the other hand, formal language is still used in official situations, such as in meetings, report writing, and communication with superiors and clients. Overall, it is important to use Indonesian that adheres to the rules, manage communication well, and choose the right language to ensure professionalism, clarity of communication, as well as to maintain self-image, harmony, and productivity in the workplace

Abstract

This research aims to develop an experiential learning-based e-module on algebraic forms to enhance the mathematical creative thinking abilities of junior high school students. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model consisting of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The e-module is developed using Canva and Corel Draw, then converted into an interactive flipbook through the Heyzine platform. A validation sheet is used to assess the validity level of the developed e-module. The resulting data is analyzed descriptively quantitatively. The validation results by material and media experts show a validity level of 85% (very valid). The practicality of the e-module was assessed by teachers at 88.89% and by students at 81.15% (very practical). The effectiveness test was conducted through pre-tests and post-tests on 29 students of class VII A at SMPN 2 Jalaksana, which showed an increase in the average score from 69.8 to 90.2 with an N-gain of 0.7 (moderate category). These results indicate that the developed e-module is suitable for use as an effective interactive learning media that can enhance students' creative mathematical thinking skills.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the strategic role of emotional intelligence in enhancing students’ academic achievement through a psychopedagogical approach that emphasizes the interaction between emotions, motivation, and learning environments. Employing a literature review method with a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis, the data were collected from 50 scholarly articles published between 1979 and 2025 on the Google Scholar platform. After a rigorous selection process, 22 articles were deemed relevant to the research focus. Data collection was carried out using keywords aligned with the topic, and data analysis was conducted descriptively by identifying, categorizing, and synthesizing findings across the selected articles. The results indicate that emotional intelligence—which includes the ability to recognize, understand, and manage one’s own emotions and those of others—significantly contributes to increased intrinsic motivation, academic engagement, and students’ adaptability within learning environments. These findings are supported by emotional intelligence theories from Mayer and Salovey as well as Goleman, the Self-Determination Theory of motivation, and Bronfenbrenner’s ecological theory of learning.
