Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana implementasi manajemen mutu dalam pengembangan kompetensi profesionalisme guru di SMA Ya BAKII Kesugihan, dan apa faktor pendukung dan penghambat upaya implementasi manajemen mutu dalam pengembangan kompetensi profesionalisme guru di SMA Ya BAKII Kesugihan, dan adakah solusi dan perbaikan yang dilakukan dalam menghadapi hambatan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk Untuk mengetahui implementasi manajemen mutu dalam pengembangan kompetensi profesionalisme guru di SMA Ya BAKII Kesugihan, dan untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat upaya implementasi manajemen mutu dalam pengembangan kompetensi profesionalisme guru di SMA Ya BAKII Kesugihan. Pada penelitian ini subjek penelian yang diambil yaitu kepala sekolah dan guru, lalu dalam teknik pengumpulan data yang dipakai peneliti memakai observasi, wawacara dan dokumenasi. Hasil penelitian ini ialah kepala sekolah selaku leader di sekolah dalam pelaksanaan manajemen mutu dalam pengembangan kompetensi profesionalisme guru dilakukan dengan cara membuat pelatihan untuk guru disekolah ataupun mengikutsertakan guru dalam pelatiihan diluar sekolah, hal itu sebagai ajang guru menambah keilmuan, kemampuan serta keterampilan. Dalam prosesnya pun kepala sekolah tidak dapat berjalan sendiri, kepala sekolah selalu berkoordinasi dan berkomunikasi dengan guru sebagai pelaksana pembelajaran untuk mencari membahas terkait pengembangan kompetensi profesionalisme guru, hal tersebut bisa dilakukan melalui rapat-rapat bulanan ataupun pertemuan di tempat-tempat yang memang dibutuhkan. Adapun faktor penghambat dan faktor pendukung yang dihadapi oleh kepala sekolah dan juga guru, yaitu selama dua tahun terakhir tidak bisa melakukan tatap muka, baik pelatihan untuk guru maupun proses pembelajaran siswa, sehingga baik guru dalam mengikuti pelatihan dan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran sama-sama kurang maksimal, siswa banyak terkendala di kuota untuk mengikuti pembelajaran. Untuk faktor pendukungnya sendiri yaitu sekolah memfasilitasi dengan baik guru-guru yang mengikuti pelatihan, baik pelatihan diluar maupun pelatihan yang diadakan disekolahan, lalu dalam hambatan yang dihadpi siswa terkait kuota belajar maka sekolah mmeberi solusi adanya konsultasi dengan gur mata pelajaran disekolah dengan anak dan waktu yang terbtasa agar tidak berkerumun.

Abstract

Browser adalah sebuah perangkat lunak atau software yang berfungsi untuk menampilkan dan melakukan interaksi dengan dokumen-dokumen yang disediakan oleh server web. Dengan web browser kita dapat memperoleh informasi yang disediakan oleh server web. Mahasiswa adalah seseorang yang tengah menimba ilmu atau belajar dan terdaftar pada salah satu bentuk perguruan tinggi, yang terdiri dari akademi, politeknik, sekolah tinggi, institut, hingga universitas. Prestasi belajar adalah penguasaan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan yang dikembangkan oleh mata pelajaran, yang lazimnya ditujukan dengan nilai-nilai atau angka-angka yang diberikan oleh negara. Penelitian ini meneliti Mahasiswa Jurusan PMI semester 1,3,5,7 di Universitas Islam Negeri Banten dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah dibuat. Merode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan penelitian deskriptif dan infrensial. Peneliti membuat kuesioner untuk melakuka Uji Validitas dan reliabilitas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Universitas Islam Negeri Banten yang berjunlah kurang lebih 400 Mahasiwa. Hasil Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 40 Mahasiswa dari 400 Populasi dalam bentuk presentasenya adalah 10% yang diambil secara acak.Hasil dari Korelasi Bivariate dari kedua variable terdapat nilai sig. (2 tailed) 0,000<0,005 yang berarti bahwa browser web sangat berpengaruh terhadap Prestasi Belajar Mahasiswa di Jurusan PMI Universitas Islam Negeri Banten. Hasil Uji Regresi Linear a= 7,848 dan b= 0,507 dapat dirumuskan y= a+b x y=7,848+0,507 x. Nilai a merupakan nilai konstan Prestasi Belajar Mahasiswa PMI tanpa dipengaruhi oleh penggunaan Browser Web, nilai b merupakan nilai koefisien regresi penggunaan Browser Web dan Y merupakan nilai Prestasi Belajar Mahasiwa PMI. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa jika perubahan nilai penggunaan Browser Web bertambah 1%, maka Prestasi Belajar (Y) sebesar 0,507, karena nilai koefisien regrsi linear bernilai (+) dapat dikatakan bahwa Browser Web (X) berpengaruh positif terhadap Prestasi Belajar (Y). Angka semakin meningkat Prestasi Belajar Mahasiswa PMI semakin meningkat. Hasil Regresi Linear Model Summary berdasarkan output R Square adalah 0,712 apabila dirubah dalam bentuk presentase menjadi 71,2% sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa berpengaruh browser web terhadap Prestasi Belajar Mahasiswa sebesar 71,2%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin Mahasiswa browsing maka semakin meningkat pula prestasi belajarnya. Karena Mahasiswa dominan searching tugas melalui Google Scholar, mendapatkan informasi dan bisa mendownload e-book, jurnal secara gratis yang sudah disediakan oleh server web.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the urgency of cross-religious and cultural counseling as an effort to prevent racist behavior in adolescents. The research method used is literature study by clarifying and analyzing discussions related to cross-religious and cultural counseling as an effort to prevent racism in adolescents. The results of the study show that cross-religious and cultural counseling can be carried out in various ways such as instilling concepts of understanding tolerance and mutual respect among people, then for youth to participate in educational webinars that contain multi-age values ??as a foundation for preventing racist behavior.

Abstract

Lingkungan berbahasa merupakan segala yang dapat didengar, dilihat, dan dirasakan oleh siswa berkaitan dengan bahasa target yang sedang dipelajari. Dalam teori behaviorisme, lingkungan menjadi salah satu aspek terpenting baik dalam pemerolehan maupun pembelajaran bahasa kedua. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan korelasi teori behaviorisme dengan kegiatan kebahasaan yang dilakukan di lingkungan berbahasa asrama PP. Al-Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan di asrama putri PP. Al-Islam Joresan Mlarak Ponorogo pada tahun 2023. Dengan menggunakan teknik observasi dan wawancara sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Adapun dalam menganalisis data yang telah terkumpul, digunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif kualitatif dengan teori Miles Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stimulus yang diberikan dari beberapa kegiatan kebahasaan yang ada adalah tuntutan memahami ucapan menggunakan bahasa asing sesuai program one day one language, kewajiban menghafal setiap kosa kata baru yang diberikan, mampu membuat percakapan dan pidato sesuai tema, memahami pidato temannya dan film berbahasa asing yang ditonton untuk nantinya dituliskan ringkasan substansinya. Dari berbagai stimulus tersebut mereka diberikan penguatan berupa hukuman ketika tidak melakukan, maka mau tidak mau siswa akan melakukan respon baik untuk menyelesaikan setiap tanggung jawab yang diberikan. Tingkah laku tersebut akan terus dilakukan setiap harinya sehingga membentuk suatu kebiasaan yang baik dalam berbahasa.

Abstract

The interaction between educational institutions and the community has recently been less friendly. The gap between madrasas and the community as customers of education influences people's assumptions and opinions about the unfavorable image of educational institutions, which is one of the contributing factors. Another factor that clearly influences is the role of public relations in an organization. A relationship manager has to take many steps to improve the cooperation between the madrasah and the community, including the concepts of management, planning, implementation and evaluation. Collaboration between madrasas and parents of students is expected to produce quality education. There is a concept that requires communication to influence others and get a positive response. The immediate response from the recipient of the news is only a sound or problems arise during communication because the communicant has received a different message from the communicator's message. Increasing community and government accountability, establishing strategies to monitor development results.

Abstract

This research is an experimental research in the form of Quasi Experimental Design Type Nonequivalent Control Design which uses experimental groups and control groups. The experimental group was given treatment using audio-visual media, while in the control group it was not treated using audio-visual media but using a conventional learning method, namely lectures. The variables of this study consist of 2 variables, namely free variables and bound variables. The free variable is the effectiveness of the use of audio-visual media while the bound variable is the learning process of PAI class VII. As for the entire population of this study, namely all grade VII students of SMP Negeri 2 Maos and the research samples are class B and Class G. Data collection techniques use Test, Observation and Documentation. Data analysis techniques use t-tests to test the effect of the use of audio-visual media on the effectiveness of the PAI learning process. The results of this study showed that the calculation according to the average posttest value of the experimental group was 75.34 higher than the control group of 68.22. The results of the data analysis showed that the significance value of the hypothesis test using the t-test, namely the independent sample t test obtained a Significance value of 0.033 ? 0.05, therefore it can be blunted that H_o rejected and H_a accepted, which means that there is a positive influence on the use of audio-visual media on the effectiveness of the PAI learning process in class VII at SMP Negeri 2 Maos.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the application of marketing mix as a marketing strategy for educational services in MTs Negeri 4 Cilacap, and to find out the constraints and challenges of marketing educational services in MTs Negeri 4 Cilacap. This type of research qualitative method is descriptive, the research subjects taken are the Head of Madrasah, Waka Public Relations, Waka Kesiswaan, Waka Curriculum, Operators, and Students. By conducting data collection techniques used by researchers using observation, interviews, and documentation. The result of this study is the application of a service marketing mix marketing strategy in MTs Negeri 4 Cilacap which emphasizes the 7P, namely product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, and process. With this, it can be seen that madrasah in marketing its products in improving quality shows its excellence which can be seen from special programs, extracurricular activities, achievements achieved, better infrastructure, quite professional human resources, and an increase in the number of students every year. In carrying out the promotion of MTs Negeri 4 Cilacap, banners were installed, socialization to SD/MI, the use of social media such as Facebook, Youtube, Instagram and the use of websites. However, there are still educators and education personnel who need to be improved in awareness of the use of communication technology and facilities such as wifi in the sustainability of promoting madrasas.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how effective the storytelling method is in increasing the religious and moral character of Masyithoh Kindergarten students, class B3, even semester. Therefore, it is subject to action by carrying out learning using the storytelling method to 29 students, to find out the changes that occur in the religious and moral character of students. This research is a class action research with all 29 students in class B3 TK Masyithoh Welahan Wetan as subjects. This research instrument uses observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using a qualitative descriptive method, but also supported by quantitative data. Qualitative data analysis is accomplished by several steps, including: data collection, data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, quantitative data analysis was taken by calculating the percentage results of action observations. The results of the study showed that learning using the storytelling method could improve the religious and moral character of B3 class students of Mayithoh Welahan Wetan Kindergarten. In cycle I, the percentage of students' religious and moral character improvement was 62%, in cycle II, the percentage increased to 78%. This shows an increase in the religious and moral character of students after being subjected to action using the storytelling method. Based on the results of student mastery in cycle II of 78%, then in terms of achieving the goals set, namely 75%, the application of the storytelling method in improving the religious and moral character of class B3 TK Masyithoh Welahan Wetan can be said to be successful with the good category, then storytelling as the learning method in this study met the criteria of effectiveness with a percentage of 78%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the learning environment on learning achievement in creed subjects. The research method carried out is experimental research. The sample selection method in this study is saturated samples. The number of samples used amounted to 32 respondents. Data analysis techniques use validity and reliability tests, statistical tests with t tests. The results of this study showed that there was an increase in Akidah Akhlak learning achievement with an average score of 68 higher than the control class which obtained an average score of 62 and there was an influence of the learning environment on student achievement of moral creed lessons based on t test testing, on significance (2 tailed) showing 0.000. On the basis of t-test decision making, if the significance number (2 tailed) is below < 0.05, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable.

Abstract

The learning outcomes of class XI MAN 2 Cilacap students still do not meet the KKM. Even though the learning methods used by the teacher are quite good for the student-centered learning method, it is possible that there is a discrepancy between the learning method and the student's learning style. This study aims to determine the characteristics of the learning styles of class XI social studies MAN 2 Cilacap students in economics subjects and find out the influence of these learning styles on their learning results. Based on its objectives, this study employs a quantitative approach, including correlational research. The population of this study was 194 students, with a sample size of 65 students. A questionnaire is used as a research instrument in the data collection technique. In addition to questionnaires, researchers also use documentation, observations, and unstructured interviews to explore additional data so that the necessary data can be collected. To find out the relationship between variables, the analysis of the determinant coefficient is used, while the hypothesis test uses the t test. As a result, 47% had a visual learning style, 30.77% had an auditory learning style, and the remaining 21.53% had a kinesthetic learning style. The learning outcomes of students in economics subjects who have reached the KKM score are 63%, and the remaining 37% have not reached the KKM score. Furthermore, based on the results of hypothesis testing, learning styles have a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes. This means that the more appropriate the application of the student's learning style, the better the study's results. Vice versa, the application of learning styles that are not in accordance with the character of students makes learning outcomes less optimal. This is evidenced by the value in the T test results, which show that the calculated t is 6.060 > the table t value is 1.998, and the significance rate is 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be stated that the H1 hypothesis is accepted and H0 is rejected.
