Abstract

The principal has a very important role to improve the quality of the institution he leads. As for the daily tasks of the principal, what needs to be done is to allocate more education to improve the quality of character, students, teacher and employee development, and school development, as well as provide special time to develop character education. The principal's strategy in implementing character education can also take the following steps: urging every teacher to carry out continuous professional development (PKB), a supervision schedule with the aim of helping teachers to be able to carry out the teaching process optimally. In addition, the principal's steps in strengthening character education can also use its own method, namely by direct approach with students, field surveys, student development, dealing with each student's problems directly in order to shape character more effectively.

Abstract

Based on the author observation,it is necessary to integrate character education in learning Al-Qur’an Hadis at MTs. Salaful Muhajirin Singkut, this is because some teachers do not really understand how the process of integrating character education is. This type of research is field research, while the approach used is through a qualitative approach. The purpose of this qualitative research isto describe the phenomenon in depth, detail and thoroughness. The qualitative approach in this research in to match the empirical reality with the applicable theory by using a descriptive method. Based on the results of research conducted on the analysis of the integration of character education in learning Al-Qur’an Hadis at MTs. Salaful Muhajirin Singkut, it can be concluded that the integration of character education is carried out by planning, implementing, and assessing. In the search results, it can be seen that all character values are integrated in the lesson plan for learning Al-Qur’an Hadis at MTs. Salaful Muhajirin Singkut, then also integrated into the learning process of Al-Qur’an Hadis at MTs. Salaful Muhajirin Singkut by the subject teacher.

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research. The purpose of this study is to improve the ability to write historical narrative texts with an example non example learning model for class XII students of SMK Negeri 1 Purwojati, Banyumas Regency. The indicator of the success of this research data is if there is an increase in students' learning mastery based on the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) for Indonesian Language and Literature subjects at SMK Negeri Purwojati, Banyumas Regency, with a value of 70. The conclusion of this study is the use of the model example non example learning can improve the ability to write historical narrative texts for class XII students of SMK Negeri Purwojati, Banyumas Regency, Central Java Province.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keberjalanan manajemen kurikulum Madarisud Diniyah Nahdlatut Thullab Pondok Pesantren Al Ihya ‘Ulumaddin Kesugihan Cilacap. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Manajemen kurikulum Madarisud Diniyah Nahdlatut Thullab Pondok Pesantren Al Ihya ‘Ulumaddin Kesugihan Cilacap secara umum sudah baik, hal ini bisa dibuktikan dengan bahwa didalam manajemen di madrasah tersebut terdapat perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi.

Abstract

The rapid development of science and technology requires humans to have higher order thinking skills. Education in general places more emphasis on the cognitive domain, HOTS is a thinking ability that not only remembers but is also expected to be able to develop ideas. The purpose of this descriptive study was to find out about the ability of PAI students to complete and compose HOTS questions, as well as the factors that influence students' ability to solve HOTS questions on PAI material. Qualitative research methods are strengthened by simple quantitative data. The descriptive form in this study is a case study. The population in this study were 34 students of Islamic Religious Education semester IV class B FTIK UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The data collection method uses questionnaires, HOTS questions, draft questions and interviews. While the analysis technique uses inductive techniques. The results of this study indicate that students' ability to solve HOTS questions tends to have sufficient ability and is still low in solving questions in the cognitive domains C5 and C6. Then the factors that affect students' ability to work on HOTS questions include, students are not used to working on HOTS type questions, and the lack of practice on HOTS-oriented questions. In compiling HOTS questions, as many as 50% of students were able to make good questions in accordance with the HOTS questions preparation standards.

Abstract

Pendidikan pranatal adalah suatu pendekatan yang penting dalam memberikan informasi, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan kepada calon orang tua untuk mempersiapkan kehamilan, persalinan, dan perawatan bayi yang sehat. Dalam perspektif Ubes Nur Islam, pendidikan pranatal memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam menciptakan generasi yang kuat secara fisik, mental, dan spiritual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan perspektif Ubes Nur Islam tentang pentingnya pendidikan pranatal dalam konteks pengembangan individu dan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ubes Nur Islam meyakini bahwa pendidikan pranatal memiliki dampak positif yang luas. Pendidikan pranatal membantu calon orang tua memahami perubahan fisik dan emosional yang terjadi selama kehamilan, serta memberikan pengetahuan tentang nutrisi yang tepat, perawatan pranatal, dan teknik relaksasi yang berguna selama persalinan. Selain itu, pendidikan pranatal juga bertujuan untuk membentuk kesadaran spiritual pada calon orang tua, sehingga mereka dapat merawat dan mengasuh anak dengan nilai-nilai agama yang benar.

Abstract

Student Management is one of the most important parts of the school management framework. Management of interest and talent development is an activity to regulate or manage innate abilities or potentials to be developed, maintained continuously accompanied by a sense of interest to know, have, learn and prove in learning activities, both academic and non-academic. The purpose of this study is to determine the process of student management activities in fostering student minut and bajat at SMA YA BAKII 01 Kesugihan, starting from planning, implementing, organizing to evaluating activities. The method used is a qualitative research method oriented to phenomena or field events obtained from observations, interviews and documentation. The results showed that student management activities in fostering student interests and talents at SMA YA BAKII 01 Kesugihan had been going well from the planning process to the evaluation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara manajemen sarana dan prasarana dengan kualitas sarana dan prasrana di SMA Ya Bakii 01 Kesugihan, untuk mengetahui penerapan manajemen sarana dan prasarana di SMA Ya Bakii 01 Kesugihan, untuk mengetahui kualitas sarana dan prasaran di SMA Ya Bakii 01 Kesugihan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa sebanyak 300 orang. Dalam penelitian ini diambil sampel sebanyak 143 orang karena jumlah populasi melebihi 100 orang. Pengambilan sampel ini menggunakan teknik random dimana sampel diambil secara acak. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala Guttman tentang manajemen sarana dan prasarana dan kualitas sarana dan prasarana. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu dengan analisis deskriptif untuk menjawab penerapan manajemen sarana prasarana dan kualitas sarana dan prasarana di SMA Ya Bakii. Kemudian dilakukan analisis kolerasi pearson product moment untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara manajemen sarana dan prasarana dengan kualitas sarana dan prasarana di SMA Ya Bakii 01 Kesugihan. Berdasarkan hasil deskriptif, penerapan manajemen sarana prasarana dan kualita sarana dan prasarana berada pada tingkat sedang. Hasil analisis kolerasi pearson moment menyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara manajemen sarana prasarana dengan kualitas sarana dan prasarana. Ditemukan nilai tHitung = 0,939 dengan tTabel = 0,164. Artinya terdapat tingkat keeratan hubungan yang sangat tinggi dan signifikan karena 0,939 > 0,164 dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 di tolak dan Ha diterima.

Abstract

Islamic education is one aspect of Islamic teachings as a whole. Therefore, the purpose of Islamic education is inseparable from the purpose of human life in Islam, namely to create personal servants of Allah who are always devoted to Him and can achieve a happy life in this world and the hereafter, and Ahmad Surkati said that humans are creatures that are perfect in order to carry out the task as caliph on earth. Ahmad Surkati further stated that human perfection needs to be empowered, this empowerment can be done with education. Because with education the potential possessed by humans can be maximized. Ahmad Surkati believes that education and teaching are the key to achieving and creating the progress of human civilization.
