SINDA: Comprehensive Journal of Islamic Social Studies adalah jurnal Fakultas Agama Islam Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Blitar yang mewadahi penelitian akademisi untuk dipublikasikan dalam jurnal ilmiah, Terutama dalam bidang Jurnal Ekonomi Syariah, Perbankan Syariah, Hukum Keluarga Islam, Psikologi Islam, PIAUD, Ilmu Al Quran Dan Tafsir, Komunikasi Penyiaran Islam dan ilmu pendidikan lain serta pengajarannya dengan membuat jurnal ilmiah terkait bidang keilmuan tersebut. Adapun tujuan dari publikasi ini adalah mensosialisasikan hasil temuan dari kajian atau penelitian berdasarkan evidence (bukti/kebenaran/fakta/data) di lapangan baik di tingkat lokal, nasional, regional dan internasional. Banyak sekali fakta hasil kajian dan penelitian yang sebetulnya sangat penting dan menarik untuk diakses dan dijadikan bahan yang sangat penting untuk pengambilan keputusan, tetapi sulit untuk diperoleh/diakses/dijangkau oleh pengambil kebijakan atau pihak pengguna lainnya. Hal ini disebabkan karena hasil kajian/penelitian para peneliti, dosen, mahasiswa tidak dipublikasikan secara luas. Jurnal SINDA Diterbitkan selama 3 kali setahun, yakni pada April, Agustus dan Desember oleh Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat, Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Blitar.

Abstract

Marriage is formed through a sacred bond between a man and a woman, said to be sacred because it is regulated by religion and then confirmed by state laws , customs and society. Pre-marital guidance itself is something that must be done and prepared in order to obtain provisions to live a new life. The importance of premarital counseling is due to several aspects, including problems of individual differences, economic problems, problems of individual development and problems of socio-cultural background. This is what encourages researchers to conduct research. Islamic Religion Counselors as well as guidance partners of the Directorate General of Islamic Community Guidance, and as the spearhead in carrying out the task of guiding Muslims in achieving a quality and prosperous life both physically and spiritually. This study aims to find out the role of the Islamic Religious Counselor at the KUA in Srengat District in providing religious guidance or counseling to the community in an effort to form a sakinah family. What is the method used by Islamic Religious Counselors in changing the paradigm of society in understanding sakinah families and how is the process of premarital guidance taking place at KUA Srengat District. This study uses an approach qualitative. The data collection method is through observation, interviews and documentation. The research objects are: Islamic Religious Counselors at the KUA Srengat, while the subjects of this research are the people in the Srengat area (youths who have married and who will carry out the marriage). The number of informants who were the target of this research data source were two prospective brides, two newlyweds (married) and one Islamic religious instructor. In this study, the researchers proved that the role of the Islamic Religious Counselor in providing premarital guidance to the community was quite efficient, because the function of the Islamic Religious Counselor at the Srengat District Office of Religious Affairs was to convey information to the public and give advice or so-called guidance, function as a consultant and function as an advocate. . The method used by the Islamic Religion Counselor at KUA Srengat to change the community's paradigm in understanding the meaning of a sakinah family is by providing an explanation of the position of the prospective husband and wife, the rights and obligations of the husband and wife, the joint rights of the husband and wife, and the joint obligations of the husband and wife. The process of pre-marital guidance carried out by Islamic Religion Counselors at the KUA in Srengat District uses two methods, namely directly and indirectly. Straight to the point Every couple who registers a marriage at the KUA is required to attend pre-marital counseling. When following the guidance, the bride and groom will be asked questions related to the sakinah family. Indirect premarital guidance is done online (via a temporary wasap group formed after registering until one month after the wedding), via Facebook and YouTube. Abstract

New Media Audiences: Interaction and Fragmentation (Hegemony of Lambe Turah's Instagram Account in Social Media as an Active Audience Maker). In explaining the context of communication, it can be said that the communication process takes place in the context of progress in the era of globalization which has brought various information through technological devices throughout the world which can then influence society as an audience. Trends that exist in the world today are inseparable from the role of communication as a tool used to convey various messages, ideologies and values ​​of life. It cannot be forgotten that every communication process contains a motive behind it as well as the phenomenon of messages received in the form of trends received from social media, including the rise of "online gossiping". Talking about communication, messages and change, people also cannot separate them from the values ​​and culture contained in each message context. The message with multiple purposes include; informing, educating, influencing or entertaining also have an effect in individuals or society.

Abstract

Kajian bersifat kualitatif-deskriptif ini menerapkan teori-teori analitik-didaktik. Teknik observasi deskriptif sebagai upaya pemahaman dan interpretasi konten, dan pengumpulan data menggunakan analisis tekstual data kebahasaan (perilaku berbahasa) sebagai dokumenter. Mahasiswa era disrupsi dalam ekosistem multi-perubahan global perilaku-perilaku keterbahasaan, terjadi perombakan signifikan melonjak dari nuansa verbal ke digital. Lahir manusia mahasiswa tergenerasi multi-digital yang bukan sekedar menanyakan terkait visi, misi, multi-arah tujuan akan tetapi sudah pada multi-kepentingan baik bersifat multi-kebutuhan pribadi ataupun untuk orang lain. Perilaku tersebut sejalan dengan berkembangnya kejiwaan yang berpengaruh pada keterampilan berbahasa yang tergunakan. Multi-kedewasaan sebagai aplikatif komunikasi menjadi tolok ukur aspek verbal pada inisiasi digital yang digunakan. Linguis semakin tertantang menentukan tolok ukur dan arah formulasi prinsip/kaidah-kaidah berbahasa sebagai alat strategi komuikasi. Multi-falsafah bagaimana mahasiswa itu terfahamkan tentang bagaimana dirinya harus bertingkah serta berperilaku dalam multi-masyarakat menjadi jurus jitu penentu pola kesantunan berbahasa. Material ini menjadi objek atau bahkan multi-subjek riset linguistik. Hasilnya bahwa pendidik, dosen dituntut mampu memberikan multi-formula yang mampu memberikan jawaban sekaligus tantangan keterampilan berbahasa yang terbutuhkan dengan ancangan yang tepat.

Abstract

NU Care has populist programs. The aim of these programs is to bridge the gap between the alms giver and the recipient. NU Care, through the NU coin, provides a way for ordinary people so they don't mind when they have to give alms, so they can still give alms even in small amounts. This study aims to analyze the management of NU coin infaq funds for the welfare of the community; as well as analyzing the management of NU coin infaq funds for the welfare of society from the maqashid sharia perspective. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach by taking samples in several villages in the Blitar Regency and the Amil Zakat and Sedekah NU Institution offices in Blitar Regency. The management of NU coin funds carried out by the Amil Zakat and Sedekah Nahdlatul Ulama Institute in Blitar Regency for the welfare of the community is as follows: fundraising, distribution, utilization, 2) while from the perspective of maqashid syari'ah, what has been done by the Amil Zakat and Sedekah Institution Nahdlatul Ulama Blitar Regency is in accordance with the concept of maqashid syari'ah where there is an element of benefit from the program being implemented. Besides that, there is also the concept of welfare which is also appropriate.

Abstract

Keluarga sebagai sub sistem dari masyarakat akan menghadapi tantangan yang beragam. Berbagai persoalan yang terjadi dalam keluarga lebih disebabkan oleh konstruksi sosial dan kultural yang dipahami dan dianut oleh masyarakat yang tidak didasarkan pada asas kesetaraan gender. Konstruksi keluarga konvensional yang memposisikan suami sebagai pelindung dan pemberi nafkah (public) dan istri sebagai ibu rumah tangga yang mengurus urusan rumah (domestic) akan tergeser dengan adanya modernisasi. Hal ini akan menjadi persoalan, jika bangunan rumah tangga tidak berlandaskan pada nilai-nilai keislaman, ke-NU-an, serta memegang konsep keluarga maslahah. Pimpinan Cabang Fatayat NU Kabupaten Blitar sebagai Badan Otonom Nahdlatul Ulama senantiasa menggaungkan nilai-nilai serta prinsip-prinsip keluarga maslahah dalam berbagai program kerjanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untu: Pertama, mengetahui program kerja Fatayat NU Kabupaten Blitar yang berbasis kemaslahatan keluarga. Kedua, mengetahui bagaimana peran Fatayat NU dalam membangun keadilan dan kesetaraan dalam rumah tangga. Jenis penelitian lapangan dengan menjadikan Pimpinan Cabang Fatayat NU Kabupaten Blitar sebagai subjek penelitian. Sedangkan jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yaitu yang memahami suatu subjek penelitian dalam bentuk deskripsi kata-kata atau bahasa, dengan menggunakan pendekatan historis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pimpinan Cabang Fatayat NU Kabupaten Blitar memiliki komitmen semangat perjuangan berbasis kemaslahatan keluarga. Membangun keluarga maslahah memalui pendidikan, seminar mubadalah serta peluncuran buku Do’a-Do’a Ibu. Fatayat NU Kabupaten Blitar juga berperan dalam advokasi keluarga serta menjadi teladan bagi masyarakat, bahwa perempuan mampu menjalankan tanggung jawabnya dalam keluarga, bekerja serta berorganisasi.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini guna mengetahui Pengaruh System Fullday School Pada Kemandirian Anak PAUD Baitun Na’im Blitar. Tempat riset ini di PAUD Baitun Na’ im Ngadri Kabupaten Blitar. Subjek dalam penelitian t ini seluruh siswa- siswi PAUD Baitun Na’im Blitar Islamic School yang berjumlah 50 siswa yang dibagi ke dalam 2 kelompok, ialah kelompok reguler serta full day. Kelompok reguler terdapat 23 orang siswa, sebaliknya pada kelompok full day dengan 27 orang siswa. Rentang umur pada kedua kelompok merupakan siswa usia 4-6 tahun. PAUD Reguler berlangsung mulai jam 07. 00- 10. 30 wib, sebaliknya PAUD dengan sistem full day berlangsung lebih lama jam 07. 00- 15. 30 wib. Metode penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan komparatif. Pengumpulan informasi dalam penelitian ini memakai skala Likert yang ialah prosedur sederhana serta langsung mampu mengukur tingkatan kemandirian anak, ialah terdiri dari aitem favourable serta aitem unfavourable. Hasil riset siswa yang terdapat di PAUD Baitun Na’im Islamic School baik di kelompok fullday serta reguler, lebih banyak siswanya yang mempunyai tingkatan kemandirian pada taraf sedang ialah sebesar 46% dari total totalitas siswa, siswa dengan tingkatan kemandirian yang besar sebanyak 38%, sedangkan 16% siswa mempunyai tingkatan kemandirian yang rendah. Deskripsi hasil menampilkan data tidak terdapat pengaruh dan perbandingan tingkatan kemandirian anak umur dini yang mencontohi program PAUD fullday serta reguler.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative type and was carried out using a documentation data collection method. The era of technology has provided challenges as well as great opportunities for a da'i in carrying out da'wah. It can be said that the challenges faced by previous and current preachers are very much different. However, the Qur'an as the main source for Islam is a book that is unique from the others. In his book, the Qur'an has regulated all aspects of life and provides solutions for every challenge of the times. Therefore, this study will describe the characteristics of da'i based on Islam to face the challenges of da'wah. There are three characteristics of a preacher according to Islam that researchers found and must be fulfilled by a preacher in the present. First, open to the development of science. Second, being a good role model in terms of worshiping God and relationships with others. Third, always be careful and wise in speaking.

Abstract

Pentingnya peran Lembaga keuangan bagi perekonomian menuntut setiap lembaga keuangan untuk menjaga kesehatan keuangannya. Bank Indonesia telah mengatur tingkat kesehatan perbankan melalui SEBI nomor 9/24/DPBS tentang penilaian kesehatan bank berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip syariah. BSI atau Bank Syariah Indonesia merupakan Bank dengan sistem syariah pertama kali di Indonesia perlu menjaga tingkat kesehatan karena baru saja melakukan merger di tahun 2021. Oleh sebab itu perlu dilakukan analisis pada Bank BSI sesuai dengan SEBI nomor 9 dengan metode CAMEL. Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis ini dilakukan terhadap data berupa angka atau numerik yang didapat dari laporan keuangan Bank BSI tahun 2021. Data yang diperoleh akan dianalisis dengan kriteria yang ditentukan oleh Bank Indonesia dengan metode CAMEL. Hasil dari analisis ini menunjukkan Bank BSI pada tahun 2021 memperoleh predikat sehat dengan angka kredit sebesar 89%.

Abstract

Masalah yang muncul dalam dunia pendidikan kita salah satunya yang menyangkut karakter identitas kebangsaan memerlukan perhatian yang intens. Tak kalah pentingnya derasnya terpaan gelombang globalisasi yang menganggap hal tabu menjadi hal biasa dan juga terpaan gelombang tren serta budaya baru semakin mengancam dan melenakan karakter remaja kita. Hal demilkian ini menjadi suatu ketakutan tersendiri yang akan berdampak luas terhadap esensial terbentuknya karakter-karakter negara Indonesia yang tumbuh pada santri-siswa di Madrasah Aliyah yang nota bene masih kental dengan budaya Islam yang diajarakan. Supaya esksistensi budaya pondok pesantren di madrasah tetap terjaga dan penanaman budaya jawa diharapkan mampu dalam membina karakter siswa madrasah Aliyah ditengah gempuran arus globalisasi yang semakin kuat. Artikel ini memuat nilai-nilai keraifan lokal budaya pondok pesantren dan budaya jawa madrasah aliyah Tulungagung. Secara konseptual penelitian ini lebih difokuskan untuk menemukan kontruksi sekaligus dampak-dampak terpeliharanya karakter budaya pesantren dan budaya Jawa di Madrasah Aliyah.

Abstract

In the 21st century, we are entering an era of uncertain disruption. This also changes the marketing strategy on the wheels of business. Because the pattern of consumer behavior is clearly different from the previous era. The challenge is the extent of consistency in the implementation of sharia marketing management. This is because the financial services industry is a business that requires a high level of trust. The basic concept of Baitul Maal (currently the financial services industry) is to store and distribute to customers. This is to develop the business wheel so that it continues to sustain growth. Then it is necessary Sharia marketing management. Goals, how the company's goals are achieved according to the target. The targeted Sharia marketing management strategy has an impact on consumer decisions in product transactions of the financial services industry. This journal research will discuss how the marketing management strategy of Artha Samudra Indonesia People's Bank (BPR Arsindo) Kediri deals with the challenges of consumer behavior patterns in the era of disruption. This journal research aims to identify and educate the public in increasing financial literacy.
