Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Credibility and Self Brand Connection on fast food brand loyalty. The purpose of this study was to determine the positive effect of Brand Credibility on Brand Loyalty mediated by Self Brand Connection. Samples were taken with individual criteria, namely people who had bought and consumed fast food products in the last 6 months. This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires distributed to 211 respondents. Based on the time period, the data collected in this study is cross sectional. The analytical method used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of this study indicate that brand credibility has a positive (direct) effect on brand loyalty, but brand credibility also has a positive effect on brand loyalty through the role of self-brand connection. This research is expected to provide input to fast food brand managers in Indonesia regarding the factors that need to be considered to achieve and manage consumer loyalty. Among them are Brand Credibility and Self Brand Connection which can help companies achieve brand loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of cultural factors and digital marketing on purchasing decisions for shadow puppets in Wayang Village, Kepuhsari Manyaran Wonogiri. This research is a quantitative research. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with a sample of 100 respondents from consumers or people who have bought leather puppets in Wayang Village. Primary data obtained from questionnaires that have been distributed via google form. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression, F test, t test, and determination test (R2). Based on the F test and t test, the results obtained were that the variable cultural factors and digital marketing partially or simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision of shadow puppet in Wayang Village. In this study, the coefficient of determination (R2) was obtained at 0.430. This shows that 43% of the decision to purchase shadow puppets in Wayang Village is influenced by variations in the two independent variables, namely cultural factors and digital marketing. While the remaining 57% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Abstract The primary objective of this study is to assess the statistical significance of the impact of knowledge, skills, and abilities on the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The research encompasses MSME actors within Kare District, Madiun Regency, forming the population. Employing a saturated sampling technique, the study selected a sample consisting of 50 respondents who met the established criteria.The analytical approach adopted for this research involves multiple linear regression analysis, providing a comprehensive examination of the relationships between variables. The results of the analysis indicate that knowledge significantly influences the performance of MSMEs. Similarly, the skill variable exhibits a noteworthy impact on MSME performance, and the ability variable also demonstrates a significant effect on MSME performance.The research findings suggest that practitioners in the MSME sector should prioritize continuous improvement in their knowledge, skills, and abilities. By enhancing these key factors, MSMEs can optimize their overall performance in the business landscape.

Abstract

This study aimed to test the value of the gap as well as efforts to close the gap through the Servqual test. The population in this study were consumers of Kotabaru Land middle-upper housing through the Taman Anggrek Jogonalan Klaten brand where this housing has implemented the green building concept. Samples were taken in the research by purposive sampling as many as 40 respondents. Attributes in the green building service quality questionnaire include tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. Quantitative tests were carried out including item tests of reliability and validity and Servqual confirmation tests. The test results obtained that the confirmation value has a positive value of 58.27 with the lowest positive value on the reliability dimension. Improvement efforts must continue to be carried out by the company with the emphasis on improvement on the value that has the lowest positive dimension followed by the next positive value. The increasing service quality of the housing of Kotabaru Land-Taman Anggrek Klaten applying the green building concept will lead to the increasing of consumer satisfaction and strengthening of company competitiveness

This research is a quantitative research. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with a sample of 100 respondents from undergraduate students in February 2023. Primary data was obtained from questionnaires that had been distributed via the Google form. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression, F test, t test, and determination test (R2). Based on the F test and t test, the results obtained were that the variables of price, promotion, and electronic word of mouth partially or simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decisions of TikTok Shop consumers (Case study of Surakarta University students)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the expectations and reality felt by bus passengers of PO. Haryanto Motors Indonesia and knowing the satisfaction of bus passengers of PO. Haryanto Motors Indonesia while using it on a trip out of town. Customer satisfaction is measured by the difference in comparison between expectations (X) and reality (Y) using indicators of tangible, responsiveness, reliability, assurance, and empathy. This research is a quantitative case study. Secondary data was obtained from the company. The research population is part of the bus passengers PO. Haryanto Motors Indonesia. The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents. The analytical technique used is descriptive analysis, paired t-test, and grafics. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the expectations (X) of passengers and the reality (Y) felt by bus passengers PO. Haryanto Motors Indonesia.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of work enthusiasm, work ability, and work division to work performance. The research object is the personnel of the Surakarta City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency. There were 60 research participants and all of them were used as samples. Data collection techniques include surveys, documents, and literature reviews. Primary and secondary data are two types of data sources. The results of data analysis show that: (1) work enthusiasm has a positive and large influence on work performance; (2) work ability has a positive and significant effect on work performance; and (3) work division has a positive and significant effect on work performance. Work performance is influenced positively and significantly by work enthusiasm, work ability, and division of work. In relation to work performance, work enthusiasm is more influential than work ability and work division. 90.70% of work performance is influenced by work enthusiasm, work ability and work division. The other 9.30% is influenced by factors not included in this research, such as motivation, discipline, leadership, and so on.

Abstract

Social media and campaigns among students are quite influential in making students more equitable in protecting the environment and using environmentally friendly products. This study aims to analyze environmental problems that can affect the life of all living things. The instrument of this research is using a questionnaire created using a Google form that is distributed online. Respondents in this study were the age group of 17 years and over. This study contributes to this test of consistency between environmental concern and pro-env intention variables.

Abstract

This research has an urgency to form a project-based entrepreneurial learning model as a superior learning model to create competitive undergraduate graduates. The purpose of activity is to test whether the learning model obtained by students through project-based entrepreneurship education can strengthen attitude variable towards students' interest in entrepreneurship. The research method is in the form of experimental research on model development (R&D) through experimental and control variables. Sampling was used purposively on 60 students. Operationalization of the project-based business learning model includes input integration involving students who have initial pilot business projects, processes with classical training activities on business feasibility, innovation, business motivation, role playing, business visits to assist prospective new entrepreneurs accompanied by monitoring activities. The results of the activity provide a conclusion that project-based business learning activities are effectively carried out which is proven by the emergence of students’ interest in the real practice of opening

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the 7P marketing mix either partially or simultaneously on the puchase decision (use of service) of pawns at PT Pegadaian CPP Purwotomo Surakarta. This type of research is quantitative research. With the sampling technique using simple random sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 103 customers of PT. Pegadaian CPP Purwotomo Surakarta. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that is processed using SPSS 19. The results of this study indicate that the 7P marketing mix variables do not all have a positive effect on purchasing decisions (use of services) pawns at PT. Pegadaian CPP Purwotomo Surakarta. The data analysis used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linier regression test, hypothesis test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicatet that the product (X1), Price (X2), Place (X3), People (X5), Process (X6), and Physical evidence (X7) have no effect on purchasing decisions (use of services) pawns at PT. Pegadaian CPP Purwotomo Surakarta. Promotion (X4) has an effect on purchasing decisions (use of services) pawns. The seven P’s of marketing mix variables simultaneously influence purchasing decisions (use of services) pawns at PT. Pegadaian CPP Purwotomo Surakarta.
