Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product reviews, price, and promotions on purchasing decisions for Shopee marketplace users in Sragen Regency either partially and simultaneously. This research is a quantitative researcah. The population of this research are Shopee marketplace users in Sragen Regency. While the samples taken were 100 respondents with the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The analysis techniques used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and determination coefficient (R2). The results of the research show that partially, product review variable had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Price variable has a negative and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, product review, price, and promotion variables influence purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style, work motivation and employee performance on the quality of car body cable products at PT. Karanganyar Indo Auto Systems both partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative methods and data collection techniques through observation, interviews and the distribution of questionnaires. The population in this study were employees of PT. Karanganyar Indo Auto Systems quallity assurance department/section. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling with a total of 58 respondents, where the sample size was determined through thearikunto formula. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS Statistical 22 test tool. The results showed that partially leadership style has a significant positive effect on product quality, partial work motivation has a significant positive effect on product quality, partially employee performance has a significant positive effect on product quality, simultaneously leadership style, work motivation and employee performance have a significant positive effect on product quality

Abstract

This research aims to conduct a perceptual mapping test of private universities in the Soloraya area based on student perceptions of service quality. The research object as samples was students at five universities, namely Unwidha, UMS, Muhammadiyah University of Klaten, Unisri and Unsa with a total of 100 respondents. The sampling technique was non-random purposive sampling. Service quality attributes tested in the research included brand image, quality of education, tuition fees, campus facilities, academic environment, and quality of teaching staff provided by a number of universities. The test activities carried out in the research included testing the validity and reliability of items as well as multidimensional scaling tests. The MDS test is useful in providing exposure to the perception map in the mind map of students at each university that is close to each other or farthest away based on the attribute of service quality excellence. The university position that appears in a perception map will show the excellent quality position of a university compared to other universities. Quantitative test of the perception map used SPSS 21 software. The research results found a map of the position of each university as an effort to develop a strategy to increase competitive excellence. UMS and Unisri are in a relatively excellent quadrant position compared to the other three universities. The beginning of research activities is to propose marketing strategy solutions to win competition among university institutions in the future

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality (X1), price (X2), and promotion (X3) on purchase decisions (Y) of Gambyong Brand Tea (Case Study in Pondok Gambyong and Homestay Karanganyar) either partially or simultaneously. This research is a quantitative research using 100 respondents as the research sample. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, t test (partial), F test (simultaneous), and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of the t-test for product quality (X1) are 2.193, price (X2) is 4.482, and promotion (X3) is 5.092 where the value is > ttable (1.985). The significance level for each variable is 0.031 (product quality), 0.000 (price), 0.000 (promotion) which means <0.05. And then, in the F test for all independent variabels the calculated F result are 57,322 > Ftable (2,70) with a level of significance 0,000 < 0,05.The results showed that product quality (X1), price (X2), and promotion (X3) had a positive and significant influence on purchase decision (Y) either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of customer satisfaction, brand image, and trust toward consumer loyality to use Maxim online transportation services in Karanganyar. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The population of this research is a consumer of online transportation maxim in the essay. The population in this study was 100. This research uses descriptive research method with a sample size of 100 respondents. The results showed that based on multiple linear regression analysis showed that the variable customer satisfaction (X1), brand image (X2), trust (X3) had a positive influence on consumer loyalty. Based on the results of the t test, it shows that the variable customer satisfaction (X1), brand image (X2), trust (X3) have a significant effect on consumer loyalty (Y) to use Maxim online transportation services in Karanganyar. The variable customer satisfaction, brand image, and trust toward consumer loyalty simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer decision to use Maxim online transportation services in Karanganyar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the effect of training, HR development, motivation on the performance of the Primkoppol Sukoharjo Cooperative employees in 2022. The method used in this study was the sampling method from the population, the object of this study was the Work of the Primkoppol Sukoharjo Cooperative Employees. Data were processed using SPSS by testing validity, reliability, classic assumption test, t test, F test, and R2 test. In this study, 21 respondents were used. The results of this study are training (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) employee performance which is proven to be true, the t value is 11,866 > 1,920 and the significance value is 0.003 1,920 and a significance value of 0.006 1,920 and a significance value of 0,000 2.93 with a significance of 0.000

Abstract

This research aimed to test whether the learning model obtained by entrepreneurship problem-based can strengthen attitude variables, subjective norms and self-efficacy control of Unwidha undergraduate students' entrepreneurship interest. The research design was carried out using quantitative methods that explained the causal relationship between one variable and the other variables to be tested. The hypothesis test was formulated in a model using the Structural Equation Model multivariate test. The population in this research are all Unwidha undergraduate students who have a strong interest in entrepreneurship. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling of 120 student respondents. The results of the analysis found that entrepreneurship problem-based as a moderator influences student entrepreneurship motivation and the overall model in the SEM fit test. The research results can serve as a basis for making quality entrepreneurial learning problem-based models by adding aspects of real entrepreneurial practice for Unwidha undergraduate students.

Abstract

This study aims to test brand loyalty, brand love, brand attachment, and brand satisfaction as moderation. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, namely active Android smartphone users with a total of 125 respondents. The data used was by distributing Google Forms. Hypothesis testing using the SEM method. The test results prove that brand satisfaction has a positive effect on brand loyalty, brand love and brand attachment. At the same time knowing the existence of moderation between brand satisfaction on brand loyalty, band love, and brand attachment.

Abstract

Electronic waste (e-waste) is currently a global issue which has a negative impact on the environment people and health. The negative impact has begun to spur the electronic industry in the World and in Indonesia to create environmentally friendly products and management of waste arrangement to be recycled. This study aims to analyze the effect of green marketing on intention decisions based on Zam-Zam electronic green product shop in Klaten City Central Java. The sample is 120 respondents of electronic product buyer consumers. The sampling technique is done by non random- purposive sampling. The variables used in the study include green product quality activities and green promotional improvement as an independent variable and green product purchasing intention as the dependent variable. Test of the statistics model done by SPSS 21. Model tests include the validity and reliability of questionnaire items, normality test, correlation coefficient test, multiple linear regression test, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test) and determination coefficient test (R2 test). The results of the study prove that the quality of green electronic products and green advertising have a positive and significant effect on the decision to intention electronic products at Zam-Zam shop in Klaten City

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect if motivation (X1), work discipline (X2)and compensation (X3) on employee performance (Y) PDAM Tirto Negoro, Sragen regency eiter partially or simultaneously. This research is aquantitative research using 45 respondents as the research sampe. The analytical technique used in thuis research is multiple linier resegression aanlysis, t test (partial), f test (simultaneous) and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results in this study can be concluded that motivation, work discipline and compensation have a significant effect on the performance of PDAM Tirto Negoro Sragen employees either partially or simultaneously.
