<![CDATA[Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kurangnya minat siswa dalam memulai diri dalam membiasakan membaca alquran disetiap harinya dan siswa kesulitan dalam membaca alquran dengan baik dan benar kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an pada siswa/i sangat kurang. pendidikan karakter dari orang tua sangatlah signifikan dalam membentuk intelektual kognitif siswa, akan tetapi masih banyak orang tua yang tidak mempunyai waktu untuk anaknya sehingga pendidikan anaknya kurang maksimal. Kemampuan dan minat siswa dalam membaca Al-Quran dijelaskan rendah. kegiatan rutin untuk membiasakan membaca Al-Qur'an melakukan Efeknya dapat menghasilkan hasil yang berbeda kemampuan dan aktivitas siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 24 Medan. Metode observasi dilakukan untuk menerima data yang berkaitan dengan penelitian, dengan metode observasi peneliti bisa mengetahui minat siswa dalam membiasakan diri dan membaca Al-Quran disetiap harinya. Upaya penanaman kebiasaan dalam pentingnya pendidikan Al-Qur’an pada anak usia dini di SMP Negeri 24 Medan sangat perlu dilaksanakan. Dari kebiasaan dalam belajar Al-Quran menjadi acuan untuk membentuk karakter siswa agar lebih berakhlak baik. ]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to see the impact of technological advances and the times on the development of society, especially in the world of education. This research is a qualitative type through literature study with a content analysis approach. The stages of the research were carried out by collecting library sources, both primary and secondary. The results of the study show that negative impacts in the form of social conflict, corruption, acts of violence all have an impact on societal values. This also has an impact on the world of education where it is not uncommon for violence to occur in schools, student brawls, immoral acts and so on. Islamic religious education as a forum for forming students who have morality and noble character are required to be able to play a role with various concepts and thoughts that can at least minimize negative actions that can undermine social norms so that they can answer global ethical problems, ethics social and human fraternity.]]>

<![CDATA[Employment is all matters relating to the workforce at the time before, during and after the work period. The phenomenon experienced by workers is that the wages they receive are not commensurate with the cost of living, the high cost of living makes workers far from prosperous. In addition to meeting basic needs, such as clothing, food and boards, workers must also bear the cost of education for their children and must also set aside a portion of their wages to be used when workers are unable to work anymore. According to Idan Hanifah, "from a wage point of view, it is distinguished from nominal wages, namely money and real wages, namely the number of goods that can be purchased with money.Islamic religious teachings highly respect agreements that are in accordance with provisions or syara' and include work agreements between workers and employers which contain the rights and obligations of each. And Islam obliges to comply with what is born of it from the provisions of the law. Labor law is a law that regulates labor, which was originally known as labor law. One of the functions of this regulation is to make it a means of renewal in the context of development, which can be interpreted as channeling human activities that lead to development.]]>

<![CDATA[This article explores critically the early childhood teachers` perspectives on the changes in the nature of childhood in this digital era. The rapid development of the digital era nowadays unquestionably has already changed children`s lives and it affected the teaching and learning activities. Both early childhood children and early childhood teachers grow and develop naturally with the development of digitalization. Digital technologies are bringing opportunities for learning and education for children but at the same time changing them into more personal people and less attached to the real world. Preparing the children with a set of skills to be able to succeed in this digital era is one of the early childhood teachers` responsibilities. To document this, 15 early childhood teachers were interviewed. The results were discussed in two terms. First, the early childhood teachers acknowledge the changing nature of childhood in this digital era. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the factors that affect the development of UMKM in Klambir Lima Kebun Village, Hamparan Perak District, Deli Serdang Regency. This research is a field research, where quantitative primary data through an instrument in the form of a questionnaire is taken directly from UMKM actors who are the people of Klambir Lima Kebun Village. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling where sampling of members of a population is carried out randomly without regard to the strata present in that population. Asample of 30 respondents was taken. The results of data processing and factor analysis using SPSS version 25 show that the factors that affect the development of UMKM include: the quality of human resources, production systems, financial management systems, marketing strategies and partnership systems. Partially and simultaneously the quality of human resources, production systems, financial management systems, marketing strategies and partnership systems have a positive and significant effect on the development of UMKM with a percentage contribution of 99.6%.]]>

This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study approach with analytical techniques based on books, journals, and documents related to the study under study. Based on the findings, it shows that Madrasah HR Development, especially for Teachers, has been running and continues to experience updates, starting from data collection using a digital or IT-based Management Information System. <![CDATA[Penelitian ini membahas tentang legislasi isbat hibah dan wasiat di peradilan agama. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif yang dilakukan secara deskriptif dan deduktif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa praktik hibah dan wasiat secara lisan maupun tulisan informal masih banyak terjadi di masyarakat yang memunculkan problematika sosial. Masalah sosial tersebut terjadi jika pemberi atau bahkan penerima hibah dan wasiat utama telah meninggal dunia. Sedangkan, subjek atau objek hibah dan wasiat terkait, belum memiliki landasan formal. Selanjutnya, problematika hukum yang berkaitan dengan praktik hibah dan wasiat informal, mengarah pada persoalan validitasnya secara hukum. Hal itu disebabkan tidak adanya alat bukti autentik yang dapat menunjukkan bahwa subjek atau objek terkait telah memberi maupun menerima hibah atau wasiat tertentu. Gagasan isbat hibah dan isbat wasiat dalam kewenangan peradilan agama diarahkan guna mewujudkan kepastian, keadilan dan kemanfaatan hukum terhadap hibah maupun wasiat informal.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to see the direct and indirect influence between the variables of sharia hotel literacy, service and promotion on consumers' decisions to use sharia hotel services in the city of Medan, with riligiusity as an intervening variable. This research was conducted in medan city, using Smart PLS analysis tool. As for the results obtained, itdoes nothave a significant influence on the decision of consumers to use sharia hotel services. This is evidenced by the t-static results obtained, namely 0.4171.96 and the pvalues results of 0.6670.05. Itdoes nothave a significant effect on the decision of consumers to use sharia hotel services. This is evidenced by the t-static results obtained, namely 0.6711.96 and the pvalues results of 0.5020.05. There is a significant influence of promotion on consumers' decisions to use sharia hotel services. This is evidenced by the t-static results obtained, namely 3.4161.96 and the p values result of 0.00 10.05. There is a significant influence of religiosity on consumers' decisions to use sharia hotel services. <![CDATA[Indonesia is the 4th most populous country in the G-20 with 86.9% of population being Muslim. The Muslim population growth is increasing every year. In Indonesia, Halal product guarantees regulated in Law No. 33 of 2014 classify slaughter services as the third group that must be halal certified in October 2024. The results of our research found that the obligation of halal certification for the first group is on food and beverage products and the second group, raw materials, food additives and auxiliary materials for food and beverage products are also heavily influenced by slaughter services, particularly for processed meat products.Slaughterhouses (RPH) that already have halal certification will facilitate certification for restaurants and processed meat businesses, thus halal certification in slaughterhouses (RPH) will be sustainable to achieve halal value chain of the restaurant and meat-processed food industry. This study aims to answer the problems of slaughterhouses (RPH) in Indonesia in terms of halal certification and the impact of fulfilling halal slaughterhouses (RPH) for sustainable halal certification. In this study, the authors used a qualitative descriptive approach with observation techniques and literature studies.]]>
