Abstract

This study aims to inventory and describe in the form of lingual units,lexical meaning and cultural meaning based on the cultural lexicon inthe Sambas Malay traditional dance. The method used in this researchis a descriptive method in the form of qualitative research, and uses anethnolinguistic approach. The data sources in this study were culturaldance activists such as teachers (coaches) and musicians, the data in thisstudy was the traditional Malay Sambas dance. Data collectiontechniques are interview, note, record and documentation. Thetechnique of testing the validity of the data is the persistence ofobservation and triangulation. This research produces 275 lexicon in thetraditional Malay dance Sambas with details of 153 words in the formof monomorphemic and polymorphemic, and 122 phrases. Themeanings found in this study are 275 lexical meanings and 113 culturalmeanings and their components of meaning

Abstract

In the learning process, good learning methods are not born on groups of people, but skilss and training to have good learning patterns in everyday life. Tutoring is the conscious effort by educators to relate to ideals and desire changes in attitudes, behavior, knowledge growth, and personality for the better in order to achieve what students want in the classroom learning process. A guide given to guide students to make positive changes in their daily lives both at home and at school. The purpose of this study was to describe performance tutoring for grade VIII SMP Negeri 12 Pontianak students. The method used is the describe method. The study population was 147 and the sample consisted of 39 students from class VIII of SMP Negeri 12 Pontianak. Direct and indirect communication data collection techniques. Abstract

The main objective of this research is to examine the connection between students' autonomy in geography education and their cognitive learning achievements in class XI IPS at SMA Negeri 7 Pontianak. The research employed a descriptive method, specifically a correlational study, using correlation research techniques. The study encompassed the entire population of 100 students. Data were collected through indirect communication techniques and documentary study methods. Questionnaires and students' daily test scores served as the data collection instruments. The findings indicated that the level of students' autonomy in geography education for class XI Social Sciences at SMA Negeri 7 Pontianak was 66.78%, categorizing it as "Pretty Good." Additionally, the average cognitive learning outcomes of class XI IPS students at SMA Negeri 7 Pontianak, based on their overall daily test scores, were 72.68%. The statistical analysis utilizing SPSS with the Product Moment Correlation method revealed a calculated value of 1.115, compared to the tabulated value of 0.195 at a significance level of 5%. Consequently, based on these findings, Based on the analysis, it can be inferred that a correlation exists between the level of students' autonomy in learning and their cognitive learning outcomes in the field of geography education for class XI IPS at SMA Negeri 7 Pontianak.

Abstract

This study was conducted to explore the factors that influence students' interest in folk songs in class XI science of SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak. The research used a qualitative method with a descriptive form and focused on students and teachers of the Cultural Arts subject. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation and analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and data verification stages. The study found both internal and external factors related to students' interest in folk songs. Internal factors included students' knowledge and enthusiasm for folk songs, but interest was limited to following the rigid curriculum. Students preferred contemporary pop songs for self-development. External factors included a lack of support from the school, as it lacked facilities for exploring music, and parents prioritized academic scores over developing folk song skills. Overall, the study highlights the importance of creating an environment that supports and encourages students' interest in folk songs.

Abstract

This study aims to increase the reader's understanding of social problems and their causes in the novel Rumah Tanpa Jendela by Asma Nadia. The theory used in this research is the sociology of literature. This study uses a descriptive method in the form of qualitative research. The data source in this research is the novel Rumah Tanpa Jendela by Asma Nadia. The data in this study are quotes, words, phrases and sentences that describe social problems and their causal factors. The data collection technique in this research is content analysis. The results of this study showed that the social problems contained in the novel Rumah Tanpa Jendela are population problems(residential problems and population density, employment problems, education problems, and health problems), poverty problems, violence problems, crime problems, and family organization. The contributing factors are economic factors, biological factors, psychological factors, government policy factors, and disaster factors. The implementation plan for learning the results of this research is thepreparation of lesson plans based on Indonesian language learning for class XII high school curriculum 2013. The competencies used are KD 3.1 understanding the structure and linguistic rules of novel texts both oral and written and KD 4.1 interpreting the meaning of novel texts both oral and written. The novel Rumah Tanpa Jendela by Asma Nadia has become an Indonesian language learning material.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing and multimedia strategiesused to increase sales turnover of Asus brand products at the MenaraComputer Pontianak store. The research method used is descriptivewith a case study research form. The data sources for this study were10 shop owners, shop employees and customers of the MenaraComputer Pontianak store who had bought Asus brand products. Theresults of the study show that the marketing strategy used is 9P,namely product, price, promotions, place, process, people, physicalevidence, payment and packaging. Various kinds of multimedia thathave been used, namely print media such as magazines andbrochures, electronic media such as television, outdoor media such asbillboards, banners, posters and neon boxes, bottom line media suchas exhibitions and digital media such as websites, sms, marketplace,shopee and tokopedia as well as social media whatsapp, instagram,youtube and facebook. Based on the results of the study, the salesturnover of Asus brand products in 2019 and 2022 has increased anddecreased or fluctuated every month.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of using Android-basedmedia augmented in solar system learning at the SMP Negeri 3 TelukKeramat. This research took an experiment format using a one-grouppretest-posttest design. The population in this study comprised fiveclasses, with a total of 162 students. Sampling was carried out in anintact group, and the sample in this research was Class VII Estudents, totaling 32 people. The instrument used was a learningoutcome test consisting of five multiple-choice and five essayquestions. The results of the data analysis showed that the averagescores of the student learning outcomes for the pre-test and post-testwere 61 and 73.3, respectively. Wilcoxon test results, where theresults of asymp.sig 0.000 lt; 0.5 and the effect size test results wereobtained at 1.68, which are included in the high category. Based onthis analysis, it is known that there are differences in student learningoutcomes before and after using AR augmented reality media. Thesemedia have a strong impact on student learning outcomes, making itpossible and effective to use augmented reality to improve studentlearning outcomes.

Abstract

This research is to find out the Satisfaction of GoFood Services by Gojek to Economic Education Students of FKIP Tanjungpura University using a case study qualitative approach. The data sources obtained in this study consisted of 10 people with 3 groups, namely, 6 students, 2 Gojek drivers and 2 Gojek partners. The methods used in data collection are interviews and documentation. The results of research on Economics Education students show that satisfaction with Gojek services, the type of GoFood service in terms of reliability is that they often buy and use service products that are accurate and according to their needs, in terms of responsiveness there is a form of satisfaction that is in the form of a perceived fast response in the form of replies when gojek has direct contact questions via telephone or chat forums, in terms of empathy (empathy) there is a form of satisfaction in the form of caring, giving more personal attention to customers, in terms of physical evidence (tangible) there is satisfaction in the form of an assessment of physical appearance, equipment used, cleanliness and tidiness of communication media.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the traditional dengkak game in stimulating early childhood development in Sukaramai Village, Sungai Laur District, Ketapang Regency. The research method used is descriptive method with a qualitative research form. Sources of data in this study were the community, parents, PAUD teachers and children aged 5-6 years in Sukaramai Village, Sungai Laur District, Ketapang Regency. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that: 1. Dengkak traditional games in developing the potential of early childhood in the aspect of religious moral values there is the ability to behave well, get used to behaving well, sportsmanship, respect and honesty, accustom children to express gratitude, 2. Dengkak traditional games in development the potential of early childhood on the physical motoric aspect includes gross and fine motor skills, 3. Dengkak's traditional games develop the potential of early childhood on the cognitive aspect, there are learning and problem solving abilities, logical thinking, and symbolic thinking 4. Dengkak's traditional games develop potential of early childhood in the aspect of language there is the ability to understand language and express language, 5. Dengkak traditional games in developing early childhood potential in the social-emotional aspect there is the ability of self-awareness, a sense of responsibility for oneself and others, and prosocial behavior, 6. Dengkak traditional games in developing the potential of early childhood in the artistic aspects of the ability to draw various forms. Thus, the traditional dengkak game has the potential to develop aspects of early childhood in Sukaramai Village, Sungai Laur District, Ketapang Regency.

Abstract

Teaching methods and teaching steps are the second element to achieve the teaching goals in classroom teaching. If the teaching methods and steps are unsuitable, the student's learning and thinking methods will be affected. Chinese Language Education Study Program, Language and Art Education Department, Teacher Training and Education Faculty, Tanjungpura University provides a platform for fifth-semester students to practice their teaching abilities and skills through micro-teaching classes. In order to be a successful teacher, a prospective teacher must be able to master both aspects. The research object of this paper is the micro-teaching video of the 2019 students majoring in the Chinese Language Education Study Program, Language and Art Education Department, Teacher Training and Education Faculty, Tanjungpura University. The research in this paper is quantitative. The author conducts the observation method to observe and analyze the micro-teaching videos of the 2019 students majoring in the Chinese Language Education Study Program, Language and Art Education Department, Teacher Training and Education Faculty, Tanjungpura University. Through analysis, the author found that prospective teachers' teaching methods and teaching steps could be more varied in design, which is related to the lack of knowledge and understanding of prospective teachers on teaching methods and teaching steps.
