The success of the learning process is influenced by the existence of good classroom management from educators and students. The purpose of this research is to describe the classroom management strategy in learning mathematics in rural private junior high schools. This research method uses field research through a qualitative descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were class VII C students and mathematics educators at a rural private junior high school located in Bantul. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. This research was conducted through three stages, namely planning, implementation, and observation. The results of this study prove that classroom management planning is carried out by making learning implementation plans, arranging classroom facilities, and managing students. Implementation of classroom management is carried out by applying the procedures for the prevention dimension and the healing dimension procedure. Supervision of classroom management is carried out by educators and school principals. Factors supporting and inhibiting classroom management include factors of physical environmental conditions, emotional social conditions, and organizational conditions.

The purpose of this research is to identify and describe the process of and the from of choreography in Tari Ngajat Pingai. The main problem in research this is how the process and from of choreography in Choreography Study Tari Ngajat Pingai. Researchers use qualitative research methods that produce descriptive data with a coreographic approach. Collection techniques the data used are observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of the research on the Choreography Study Tari Ngajat Pingai that have been processed and packaged by Temenggung Empuyu relate to the process and form of the choreography. The choreography process includes exploration, improvisation and composition. The exploration process in question is the process of finding and digging an object. The improvisation process in question is the process of trying based on the exploration process that has been done previously. The composition process in question is the process of composing and organizing that has been carried out in the exploration and improvisation process. The choreographic from includes motion, dance space and floor design, dance accompaniment, make-up dan clothing and dance properties. Tari Ngajat Pingai movements are divided into three, namely the variety of opening movements, the variety of core movements and variety of closing movements. Dance space at the Tari Ngajat Pingai performance can be performed in various spaces, such as a closed or open stage and floor design used is a straight line design (horizontal and vertical), a curved line design, a V design and a W design. Tari Ngajat Pingai accompaniment uses several musical instruments, such as a tawak or gong, ketebung or gendang and engkerumong or kenong. The make-up used is beautiful make-up and clothes used by female dancers in Tari Ngajat Pingai, namely kutang as a top and kain bulus tating as skrit subordinates as well as accessories such as a tusuk sangul ketip, tengak cekak, tengak panjai, sumping dan sementing ntui. The property used is piring.

This study aimed to analyse students' perceptions on the utilization of Webtoon digital comics media in their reading comprehension. This research used qualitative method with case study design. The data were collected by using a 5-Likert scale questionnaire and semi-structured interview asking about students"™ perception on Webtoon digital comics used as media in their reading comprehension activities. In analysing the data, each scale of the questionnaire was converted into number to measure the most preferable responses from the students, while the results of the interview was analysed in thematic analysis with coding. The finding of questionnaire analysis revealed that from the questionnaire, the students positively respond to each statement in which the highest response fell into the scale of "Agree". Meanwhile, from the interview it was found that all 4 students selected randomly from 71 also gave positive perception to Webtoon in which they said that this application helped them to comprehend the texts easier since it provided pictures and dialogue. Besides, the students also said that reading activity through Webtoon was fun and interesting. Thus, this research work concluded that the perceptions of the students toward Webtoon comic digital in their reading comprehension activity were positive.

This study aims to determine the character of the responsibility of students in economic learning at SMA Santun Untan Pontianak. The research method used is descriptive qualitative.research method. The source of the research data was one teacher and 5 students from SMA Santun Untan Pontianak. The data collection techniques used were observation and interviews. Data analysis techniques used are collection, reduction, display, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that there are some students who still do not have a good character of responsibility, there are still many who do not do the task optimally, there are still many who have not been able to do their own work, there is still no awareness in themselves about their responsibilities as students. The teacher uses two ways to apply the responsible character of students in economic learning, namely in the form of praise (motivation), and in the form of sanctions to provide a deterrent effect on students who do not have the character of responsibility well. students do not get bored quickly with the material explained to students.

This research is entitled "Implementation of the Integrated Islamic Curriculum in Economic Subjects at SMAIT Al Fityan Kubu Raya". This research is a qualitative research that describes the conditions of the subject and research object.The Integrated Islamic School Network Curriculum (JSIT) is a curriculum that integrates the curriculum with the National curriculum based on Islamic education. The purpose of this research is to examine the implementation of the Integrated Islamic School (SIT) curriculum at SMAIT Al-Fityan Kubu Raya, which is realized in Graduate Competency Standards, Content Standards, and Process Standards. The research design of this research is qualitative research. The main data sources were obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. And data analysis techniques obtained from data reduction, data presentation and data verification by conducting data triagulation. The results of this study show that the implementation of the SIT curriculum at SMAIT Al-Fityan shows indications of the internalization of Islamic values in all subjects, especially in Economics. With reference to the standards of the Integrated Islamic Curriculum.

This study aims to determine "The Ability to Write Procedure Texts in Class XI TKJ Students at SMK Negeri 1 Bengkayang". The problem in this study is the ability to write procedural texts from the aspect of structure (goals, steps, and closing), linguistic rules (command verbs, technical words, conjunctions, persuasive statements, tool descriptions), and aspects of content accuracy with the type of text. This study uses descriptive statistical methods in quantitative form. The technique that used in data collection is the test technique (in the form of essay questions). The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics. The results of the research on the ability to write procedural texts in class XI TKJ SMK Negeri 1 Bengkayang are in the "enough" category. The average value in the structural aspect is 31.08 in the capable category, the average value in the linguistic rule aspect is 28.66 in the sufficient category, and the average value in the content accuracy aspect with the type of text is 11.52 with the capable category.

The background of this research is done because when dialogue between figures in the film, there is a delivery of messages or intentions of speakers to speakers. The purpose of this study is to know and describe the type and function of the illocusion speech in the Yuni film. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative form of research. The source of the data in this study is the Yuni film by Kamila Andini. The data in this study is the illocumental speech in the Yuni film by Kamila Andini. The data collection technique performed in the study is documentation study. The data collector used in this study is a visual audio document in the form of films to collect data and use indicators of the type and function of illocusion speech to classify the speech. The instruments used in this study are the classification of the type and function of illocusion speech. The illocusion speech in the Yuni film totaled 43 data with details of 7 representative speakings, 24 directive speakings, 9 expressive speakings, 3 commissive speakings, 43 data are divided into 17 functions. As well as from this analysis can be implemented in Indonesian learning at the level of High Schools of criticism and essay text material

This research was performed on the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Tanjungpura University, Pontianak. This research aims to find out: 1) Attitudes of Students Choosing to Enter the Economics Education Study Program FKIP Untan Class of 2022 in Cognitive Aspects, 2) Attitudes of Students Choosing to Enter the Economics Education Study Program FKIP Untan Class of 2022 in Affective Aspects, 3) Attitudes of Students Choosing to Enter Untan FKIP Economic Education Study Program Class of 2022 in Conative Aspects. The research approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with a phenomenological type. Data collection used interview and documentation techniques with 8 informants. The results of the study found that the attitudes of 2022 FKIP Untan Economics Education students in the cognitive aspects included: (1) Knowledge, (2) Perspective, (3) Belief. Of these three things, the attitude of students in the cognitive aspect is positive even though for various main reasons in choosing to enter the FKIP Untan economics education study program. The attitude of students of Economics Education FKIP Untan class of 2022 in the affective aspect includes feelings of likes and dislikes, students of economics education FKIP Untan class of 2022 have a feeling of liking choosing to enter this study program supported by their interests, emotional experiences, social perceptions, interpersonal relationships and factors environment. The attitude of students of Economics Education FKIP Untan class of 2022 in the conative aspect has positive behavior even though there are obstacles when carrying out lectures.

This research was aimed to find out similarities of teaching strategies employed by native and non-native teachers of English and to see students"™ attitudes toward those teaching strategies. There were 1 native teacher, 1 non-native teacher and 30 students of grade 8 of SMP Al-Zahra, Pamulang, Tangerang Selatan, participated as research respondents. This research applied qualitative method with case study research design. In gathering the data, the writers administered interview to the two teachers related to teaching strategies they used and distributed a 5-likert scale questionnaire to the students regarding their attitudes to teaching strategies used by the teachers. The data of the interview were analyzed by using thematic analysis, while the results of students"™ responses to the questionnaire were analyzed through triangulation technique. The analysis data revealed that there were several similarities in teaching strategies employed by both teachers, i.e., group discussions, interactive activities, media and real-life scenarios. While the students showed "˜neutral"™ attitudes toward teaching strategies applied by the teachers.

This study aims to determine and analyze the attitudes and motivations of ASJAD Badminton Club athletes. This study uses a survey method with a quantitative descriptive approach, where data is collected through a questionnaire distributed to 20 ASJAD Badminton Club athletes. The questionnaire used consists of items related to attitudes towards training, competition, and coaches, as well as intrinsic and extrinsic motivation in achieving. The results of the study showed that in the attitude category, 6 athletes received a score of "Very Good" with a percentage of 30%, 14 athletes received a score of "Good" with a percentage of 70% of the total sample percentage of 100%, none received a score of "Enough", "Less", and "Very Less". In the motivation category, there were 7 athletes who were included in the "Very Good" category with a percentage of 35%, while 13 athletes were included in the "Good" category with a percentage of 65% of the total sample 100%, none received a score of "Enough", "Less", and "Very Less".
