Abstract

Abstract This study aimed to describe improving student learning outcomes in mathematics using manipulative media in the Class III SD Negeri 21 Pontianak West.The method used in this research is descriptive. Forms of research is classroom action research. The nature of research is collaborative. The subject of this study were teachers as researchers and 36 third grade students of SD Negeri 21 Pontianak West consisted of 14 female students and 22 male students research procedure includes four stages: Planning, Implementing, Observations and Reflections. This research was conducted as much as two cycles. Results of the study are: 1) the ability of teachers in planning lessons in cycle 1 average of 3.34 increased to 3.92 in the second cycle. 2) the ability of teachers in implementing the learning in the first cycle, an average of 3.26 increased to 3.98 in the second cycle 3) An increase in the average learning outcomes of the third class in the first cycle average of 65.83 increased to 93.61 in the second cycle. The conclusion of this study is there an increase of students mathematics learning’s outcomes using manipulative media class III SD Negeri 21 West Pontianak. Abstract

 AbstractThis research is motivated by the researcher?s desire to know the meaning of movement in Jepin Melayu Sayan dance in Melawi District, West Kalimantan. The purpose of this research is to describe Jepin Melayu Sayan dance along with the images in order to be clearly understood about the meaning contained in it. The research method used is descriptive method with qualitative research form by using ethnochoreology approach. The result of this research is a form of analysis about dance movement and meaning of Jepin Melayu Sayan dance movement. The dance and the meaning of dance movement that is studied and analyzed is the opening movement that is the respect to others, Balek Balang movement is the form of doubtful sense, Putar Angin movement is the expression of gratitude to natural phenomena, Tiung (parrots) dance movement is a form of admiration for a variety of natural wealth, and the closing movement is a sign of the end of Jepin Melayu Sayan. The result of the research on Jepin Melayu Sayan dance is expected to be used as a teaching material in the learning of art and culture for Grade VII SMP (Junior High School).  Keywords: Meaning of Dance Movement, Jepin Melayu Sayan.

Department of Language and Art Education. Faculty of Teacher Training and Education. University of Tanjungpura. Pontianak. Advisor I: Ismunandar S.H, S.Sn, M.Pd, Advisor II: Henny Sanulita, M.Pd.The background of this research was the uniqueness and simplicity of the Keriang Bandong dance properties. Specifically, the problems in this research were how the properties forms in Keriang Bandong dance at Kadriyah Palace, Pontianak; and how the properties meaning in Keriang Bandong dance in Kadriyah Palace, Pontianak. The results of research in analyzing the meaning of Keriang Bandong dance properties are meeting with informants who are dancers and musicians of Keriang Bandong dance, as well as informants who know the history of Keriang Bandong dance. Researcher analyzed the meaning and form of Keriang Bandong dance through interviews with informants and then documented it. The shape of the Keriang Bandong dance properties is in the form of a hexagon. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to obtain an overview to analyze how the implementation of group guidance by counseling and counseling teachers for low-achieving learners, and how the stage of formation, transition, activity, and termination of group guidance for low-achieving learners, and how students respond after getting service group guidance on low learning achievement. The method used in this research is descriptive method in the form of survey study that is the procedure with the problems investigated by describing or describing the implementation of group guidance by teacher guidance and counseling for low-achieving learners in class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sompak, and explained descriptively. Data collection in this study using questionnaire. Based on the results of data analysis of group guidance by guidance and counseling for low achieving students in grade VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sompak achieve actual score 518 and ideal score 1175 with 44% percentage of category "good enough". Which means showing the implementation of group guidance by teachers guidance and counseling for low-achieving learners in grade VIII students SMP Negeri 1 Sompak is good enough.Keywords: Group Guidance, Low Learning Achievement

Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this study was how is student?s perception of PENJASORKES in Vocational High Schools (SMKs) and Senior High Schools (SMAs) of the entire areas-coverage of East Mempawah subdistrict in Pontianak Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine students' perceptions of PENJASORKES in SMK and SMA of East Mempawah in Pontianak Regency. This descriptive study used survey technique by distributing questionnaires to collect study data. The study subjects consisted of 76 students. The analysis results of the data obtained from the questionnaires can be concluded: The perceptions of students in SMK and SMA in Eastern Mempawah subdistrict on PENJASORKES consist of both internal and external factors that are elaborated into sub-factors as follows: Internal factor comprises Physiological, Atmosphere, Experience and memory, unidirectional needs, Attention, and Interest. While, external factor covers Size and placement of objects, motion or movement, intensity of stimulus, color of object, uniqueness of stimulus. Thus, the results of this study indicate that physiology and atmosphere are the most dominant internal factors with a percentage of 17.49%. While the external factors consist of size and placement of objects, with a percentage of 25.79%. Keywords: Perception, PENJASORKES, Senior High Schools

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar dan sikap ilmiah antara siswa yang diajar menggunakan model guided discovery learning dengan pendekatan saintifik dan yang diajar menggunakan model konvensional, serta mengetahui besarnya pengaruh model guided discovery learning dengan pendekatan saintifik terhadap hasil belajar dan sikap ilmiah siswa. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan penelitian nonequivalent control group design. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah cluster random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar dan sikap ilmiah antara siswa yang diajar menggunakan model guided discovery learning dengan pendekatan saintifik dan yang menggunakan model konvensional. Model guided discovery learning memberikan pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 28,32% dan sikap ilmiah sebesar 25,90%, yang keduanya berkategori sedang.   Kata kunci: guided discovery learning, sikap ilmiah Abstract: This research aims to determine the differences on study achievement and scientific attitudes between students who are taught by using guided discovery learning models with scientific approach and who are taught by using conventional model and also determine the influence of guided discovery learning models with scientific approach towards study achievement and students’ scientific attitude. The research form used was quasi experimental and the research design used was nonequivalent control group design. A cluster random was used as sampling technique. The result shows that there are differences on study achievement and scientific attitude between students who are taught by using guided discovery learning models with scientific approach and who are taught by using the conventional model. The guided discovery learning models with scientific approach gave impact to study achievement amount of 28.32% and scientific attitude amount of 25.90%, which both of them are categorized as moderate. Abstract

AbstractThis thesis is entitled "The Application of Outdoor Study Learning Model on Economics Subjects of Class X IIS 2 MAN 1 Pontianak." The problem in this study is "How is the Implementation of Outdoor Study Learning Model in Economics Class X MAN 1 Pontianak?". The research method used in this study is an experiment with the form of Pre Experimental research and Post-test only group design research design. The use of the experimental method in this study implements problem-based learning in the learning process in the classroom so that it can see changes in learning outcomes in IIS class X IIS 2 subjects in MAN 1 Pontianak. Techniques Data collectors are carried out through interviews, observation, and tests. Data collection tools used are interview guidelines, observation sheets (Check List), and Post-Test. The results of this study: 1.) Based on the results of the research that has been done, that the application of the outdoor study learning model on the economic subjects of class X in MAN 1 Pontianak, has been adapted to the outdoor study learning syntax implemented in learning through the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) made by economic teachers and researchers. 2) The implementation phase is carried out in accordance with the learning implementation plan (RPP) that has been designed. 3) Evaluation of the application of the outdoor study learning model on economic subjects in class X in MAN 1 Pontianak, which can be seen from the results of the post-test, between the experimental class and the class control there are differences in the results of the post-test. the results of the pre-test after being divided between an average score of 52.37, students who completed only 6 people. while the post test results obtained an average value of 72.91, it can be concluded that there are differences before and after using the outdoor learning model. Keyword : Outdoor Study Learning Model, Economics Subject.

Abstract

Abstract:The purpose of this study is to develop listening-speaking techniqueforelementary school. Development research was used in this study, and model that was used based on ADDIE model. The data were collected through observation, interview, content analysis, focus group discussion, and from the experts’ validation. The participants of this study werea primary English language teacher and thestudents of SD Negeri 17Singkawang Tengah Grade 5. The results of this study revealed that the teaching technique was needed by the teacher, the students, the school, and the curriculum of SD Negeri 17 Singkawang Tengah. This teaching technique also could make students learn actively during their learning. The experts also recommended this teaching technique could be used in teaching English to the elementary school students. It can be concluded that the teaching technique is effective to improve students’ activeness during their learning and recommended by the experts.   Key Words: Elementary School, Development Research, ADDIE Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan teknik mengajar speaking dan listening pada mata pelajaran bahasa Inggris di jenjang sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan, dan model yang digunakan adalah model ADDIE. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, analisis isi, diskusi kelompok, dan validasi ahli. Partisipan dari penelitian ini adalah guru bahasa Inggris dan siswa kelas 5 SD Negeri 17 Singkawang Tengah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknik mengajar ini diperlukan oleh guru, siswa, sekolah, dan sesuai dengan kurikulum SD Negeri 17 Singkawang Tengah. Tehnik mengajar ini juga dapat meningkatkan keaktifan siswa selama belajar. Para ahli juga merekomendasikan bahwa tehnik mengajar ini dapat digunakan untuk mengajar bahasa Inggris di jenjang sekolah dasar. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa tehnik ini efektif untuk meningkatkan keaktifan siswa selama belajar dan direkomendasikan oleh para ahli.   Kata Kunci: Sekolah Dasar, Penelitian Pengembangan, ADDIE

Abstract

AbstractThe problem discussed in this study was whether there was the influence of the application of operant conditioning and reinforcement theory on the results of inner leg passing learning in the learning game of soccer in SMP 10 Pontianak. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of operant conditioning and reinforcement theory on the results of inner leg passing learning in soccer game learning at 10 Pontianak Junior High School. The research was carried out by descriptive qualitative method involving two variables, namely the independent variable operant conditioning and reinforcement theory and the dependent variable which was the result of inner foot passing learning in the learning of soccer games. The subjects in this study were students of class VII A SMP Negeri 10 Pontianak, totaling 36 students. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in the results of inner leg passing. The conclusions in this study were that there was an increase in passing of the inner leg in learning soccer games through the application of operant conditioning and reinforcement theory to students of class VIIA Pontianak 10th Middle School Keywords: operant conditioning, reinforcement theory, passing.

Abstract

AbstractThis study analyzed the form of Betaja dance presentation in the community of dayak kancikng in Meliau, district Sanggau, which is based on the desire of researchers to make complete documentation about betaja dance. the problems in this study were, 1)what is the form presentation of the dayak betaja dance kancikng, 2)what is the betaja dance teaching material about art and culture lessons skills at the level of the class x senior high school. the purpose of this study was 1)describe the form of presentation of the betaja dance of the Dayak Kancikng tribe, 2)describe betaja teaching material for art and culture lessons and skills at class x senior high school. This research used descriptive method with qualitative research as well as used the choreographic approach. sources of data in this study and use choreographic approach. the data source in this study was Yohanes Aben male dancer male and musician, Tang S. Sos as a historian and male musician, Omba Latin dancer women. the data in this study were the results of interviews and observations in the form of notebooks, photographs and videos about Betaja dance in meliau, sanggau regency. data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews and documentation. Keywords: Betaja District Form Kancikng Meliau Of Presentation.
