Abstract

Abstrak: Kinerja guru adalah kemampuan dan keberhasilan guru dalam melaksanakan tugas-tugas pembelajaran yang ditunjukkan dengan kemampuan menyusun rencana pembelajaran, kemampuan melaksanakan pembelajaran, dan kemampuan melaksanakan penilain hasil belajar. Kinerja guru dipengaruhi berbagai faktor diantaranya kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah dan kewirausahaan kepala sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kemampuan manajerial dan kewirausahaan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMAN Kota Singkawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis causal study (studi pengaruh). Penelitian ini adalah penelitian sampel dengan jumlah sampel 70 orang. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa : 1) ada pengaruh yang signifikan kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri Kota Singkawang dengan koefisien regresi sebesar sebesar 0,352, 2) ada pengaruh yang signifikan kemampuan kewirausahaan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri Kota Singkawang dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,328, dan 3) ada pengaruh kemampuan manajerial dan kewirausahaan kepala sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri Kota Singkawang sebesar 0,531 atau (53,1%) sedangkan sisanya sebesar 46,9% dijeaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model penelitian ini.   Kata Kunci :kemampuan manajerial, kemampuan kewirausahaan, kinerja guru   Abstract:Teacher performance and success is the ability of teachers in implementing the learning tasks indicated by the ability to prepare lesson plan, implementing the learning ability and ability to carry out the assessment of learning outcomes. Teacher's performance is influenced by many factors including the ability of the principal managerial and entrepreneurial principals. This study aimed to determine whether there is influence of managerial and entrepreneurial capability principals on teacher performance in SMAN Singkawang. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of causal study (study of the effect). The total number of samples in this study were 70 people. From the research found that: (1) there is a significant influence managerial capacity principals on teacher performance in SMA Singkawang with a regression coefficient of amounting to 0.352, (2) there is a significant influence entrepreneurial capacity principals on teacher performance in SMA City Singkawang with a regression coefficient of 0.328, and (3) there is the influence of managerial and entrepreneurial capability principals together on teacher performance in SMA Singkawang of 0,531 or (53.1%) while the remaining 46.9% is explained by variable others are not included in this research model.   Keywords: managerial ability, entrepreneurial ability, teacher performance.

Abstract

AbstractThe background of this research are low result of students achievement in studying and there were still many students who have difficulty in material of simple inorganic and organic compound nomenclature. The aims of this research are to investigate  error and to determine that cause of students? errors of mechanical engineering SMK-SMTI Pontianak. The method of this research is descriptive study. As many as 28 students of XC participate on this research. Essay tests and free guides interview are used to collect the data. Based on the result, It could be known that the students? error in understanding of essential concept is lack of understanding several concepts of : element symbol, element name, element location in group, symbol and name of ion, charge or oxidation number, differentiating between elements and poliatomic ions, and name of compound. The students? error in understanding use of concepts to solve problem are : error in using concept of writing name of compound, and error in using concept of writing chemistry formula. The causes of students? error are students had difficully in remembering concept and managing time to study, forget the prerequiresite concept, and had lack of carefulness in reading and finishing the test.Keywords: Description, Error, Cause of Error, simple inorganic and organic compound nomenclature

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru-guru yang berstatus Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) di SD Negeri Gugus I Kecamatan Pontianak Selatan yang berjumlah 57 orang, dan yang  menjadi sampel penelitian adalah 57 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah: 1. Teknik observasi langsung, 2. Teknik komunikasi langsung, 3. Teknik komunikasi tidak langsung, dan 4. Teknik studi dokumenter. Sedangkan alat untuk pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah 1. Pedoman interview, 2. Kuesioner dan 3. dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: Hasil penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan iklim organisasi sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, dengan koefisien korelasi 0,813 dan koefisien determinasi = 0,660 (66,)0%). Hasil ini menjelaskan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat dan transformasional, maka tingkat kinerja guru semakin tinggi pula. Sebaliknya semakin rendah tingkat kepemimpinan transformasional dan iklim organisasi sekolah, maka tingkat kinerja guru semakin rendah. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Tranformasional, Iklim Organisasi,   Kinerja Guru Abstract: This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach, and the population in this study were teachers with the status of civil servants (PNS) in elementary school I Sub Cluster South Pontianak which amounted to 57 people, and that the research samples are 57 people. Data collection techniques used are: 1. direct observation techniques, 2. direct communication techniques, 3. techniques of indirect communication, and 4. techniques of documentary studies. While the tool for collecting data used is 1. Guidelines for interviews, questionnaires and 3. 2. documentation. The following results: The results of this study also proves that there are significant transformational leadership principals and school organizational climate on teacher performance, with a correlation coefficient of 0.813 and the determination coefficient = 0.660 (66) 0%). This result explains that the higher the level and transformational, then the level of the higher teacher performance. Conversely the lower the level of transformational leadership and organizational climate of the school, then the lower the level of teacher performance. Abstract

AbstractThis study is aimed to investigate whether or not the use of retelling short story improves the students’ speaking skill and to find out the effect size of the improvement of students’ speaking skill after being taught using retelling short story of the tenth grade students of SMA Santun Untan Pontianak. The form of this research is pre-experimental study with one group pre-test post-test design. The population of this research is the tenth grade students of SMA Santun Untan Pontianak, while the sample is class X B that consists of 24 students. The research findings show that the mean score of pre-test is 56,04 while the mean score of post-test is 61,46. It shows that retelling short story improves the students’ speaking skill.The result of the research shows that t-test is higher than t-critical the value is 8,34>2.069 it means that  the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. It can be concluded that there is a highly significant effect of retelling short story to improve students’ speaking skill on the tenth grade students of SMA Santun Untan Pontianak. Keywords: Retelling Short Story, Speaking Skill

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to understand the influence of the use of Inquiry Model on the learning outcomes of natural science student class in Elementary School 41  Pontianak.Population in this research is all students grade V academic year 2017 / 2018 which consisted of 64 people.Sample in this research were students grade 5 which consisted of 64 people consisting of 32 the VB and 32 the V A ( class eksperimen).Instrument gatherer data of student learning the test results obtained from pre test and post test. The results of the study , obtained the average test results final grade control 63,68 and the average test results final grade 74,39 experiments obtained thitung of 3,3445  and ttabel with α = 5% and dk = 32 as much as , which means thitung (3,3445) > ttabel (1,9993), thus then Ha accepted .Of reckoning as effect size (ES), obtained ice as much as 0,87 ( criteria high ) .This means that learning with the use of Inquiry models difference that high evaluation learning outcomes from the classroom v in elementary school 41 Pontianak. Keyword :  Inquiri Model, Study Result, Natural Science

Abstract

  Abstract The purpose of this research was to improve students’ writing descriptive texts  of the eighth grade at SMPN 3 Anjongan in Mempawah Regency. The researcher employed Jane Willis’ Task – Based Language Teaching (TBLT) framework which consisted of (1) Pre-task, (2) Task cylce and (3) Language focus. Moreover, the creative task which involved the authentic media that was tourist brochure energized the students enthusiastic in teaching learning process.The study results were derived from quantitative and qualitative data yielded from the action research designed. The result shown that the application of TBLT framework to teach writing descriptive through creative task (tourist brochure) could successfully improve students’ ability in writing. The findings also revealed that tourist brochure’s effective implementation required proper time management as well as sufficient teacher’s guidance during the writing process.   Keywords: Task – Based  Language Teaching, Writing Descriptive Text, Creative Task. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan menulis teks deskriptif pada peserta didik kelas delapan di SMPN 3 Anjongan di Kabupaten Mempawah. Peneliti melaksanakan kerangka Pembelajaran Bahasa Berbasis Tugas (TBLT) dari Jane Willis yang terdiri dari (1) Pre-task, (2) Siklus Task  and (3) Fokus Kebahasaan. Terlebih lagi, Tugas yang Kreatif melibatkan media otentitk berupa brosur wisata memicu antusiasme para peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil peneletian terdiri dari data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif pada penelitian tindakan kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi kerangka TBLT pada pengajaran menulis deskriptif melalui Kreatif Task (brosur wisata) dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis para peserta didik. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa implementasi brosur wisata efektif bila penggunaaan pengaturan waktu yang baik begitu pula bimbingan dari guru selama proses kegiatan menulis berlangsung. Abstract

 AbstactThis study aimed to determine the cause of child marriage cases in Nanga Nanga Subdistrict Amusement Parks Sekadau. This research method using descriptive qualitative. This research data sources parents who have children under age married and married adolescent minors. Through observation, interviews and documentation. With manual data collection tools of observation, interview guides. The results of this study indicate that the causes of early marriage in the village of Nanga Taman twofold. Factors promiscuity, economic factors and the impact of early marriage. Factors promiscuity because of his lack of parental supervision of children let the children are free to do anything. As it happens teenagers who often come out the evening until late at night. Berduan, dating in a quiet and dark at night and also follow the event or the local party to get drunk because the booze. Not looking young men and women. Economic factors that cause early marriage because of difficulties in the economy. Parents were only farmers and noreh rubber to the low income so that the income is not sufficient for the necessities of life. From there the adolescent girls into marriage a young age to a man who established the economic choice his parents well. Accompanied support from parents and the wishes of his daughters also because they want to reduce the burden on parents whose economic difficulties. The impact of child marriage is divorce is happening because of the young age unstable emotions often lead to bickering husband and wife in the household and the incompatibility of the couple and eventually decided to divorce / separation.Keywords: early marriage, Nanga Taman

Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this study is whether the use of video learning can improve IPS outcomes of students in grade IV SD Negeri 02 Segiring? "The purpose of this study was to describe the improvement in the results of social studies of students in grade IV  of SD Negeri 02 Segiring by using learning videos". The method used is descriptive method with a form of classroom action research and is collaborative. The place of research took place at Segiring 02 State Elementary School, the research subjects were class teachers and fourth grade students. Data collection techniques used are direct observation and document observation techniques with data collection tools namely IPKG 1 sheet and IPKG 2 sheet sheet as well as student learning outcomes documents. The study was carried out in 3 cycles, namely in the first cycle which was 2.79 with enough categories, the second cycle 3.37 with good categories and the second cycle increased to 3.83 categorized very well. The implementation of learning from the first cycle is 2.67 with sufficient categories, in the second cycle increased to 3.49 in the good category and in the second cycle at 3.94 in the excellent category. The average student in the first cycle was 60.31, in the second cycle increased to 72.54 and in the third cycle was 81.46. Based on the data obtained, it can be concluded that there is an increase in each cycle. Thus, research using video learning in improving student learning outcomes in class IV SDN 02 Segiring. Keywords:    Using, Video Learning, Study Result

Abstract

AbstractThis research was aimed to find out whether there was a significant difference between the  average of students’ result in learning mathematics by using realia media (stick and pouch of numbers). The method used in this research was experimental and the form of research was Pre-Experimental Design. The research population was all students of grade III A in Sekolah Dasar Negeri 16 Pontianak Selatan. The sample was class III A (experimental class) conswasts of 32 students. Data collecting method used was measurement technique and the tool used was written test in form of essay. The result of experimental class average pre-test score was 62,25 and for the post-test of experimental class 2 was 78,75. Based on the calculation above, the result of t count was 15,76 with db=32-1=31 with significance rate (a) = 5% resulted in t table 1,670. Based on t count result in 15,76> t table 1,670, it can be concluded that Ha was accepted. It means there was a difference in students’ learning result before and after the treatment of Realia. Thus, it can be concluded the implementation of Realia Media does affects in the students’ learning result in mathematics in class III A of Sekolah Dasar Negeri 16 Pontianak Selatan.
