Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed to analyze the influence of the use of Mind Mapping Learning Model on the results of learning social science in the fifth grade students of 41 Sungai Raya Elementary School. The method used is the experimental method. This study used the Pre-Experimental Design design in the form of One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The research sample in this study were all class V students. Data collection techniques were measurement techniques. The data collection tool used was a test. Based on data analysis, the average post-test results of the experimental class are 79.32, tcount 12.11 and ttable 1.694, because thitung> t table, then Ha is accepted. So, it can be concluded that there was the influence of mind mapping learning models on student learning outcomes. Calculation of the effect size obtained by ES = 1.19 which was classified as high, namely ES> 0.8. It can be said that mind mapping learning has a high influence on social studies learning outcomes in fifth grade students of 41 Sungai Raya Elementary School. Keywords: Learning Outcomes,Mind Mapping, Social Sciences

Abstract

AbstractThe improvement of student Learning Activity on Civics subject Learning  by using Numbered Head Techniques in Class II  of SD Negeri 32 Pontianak Tenggara. The aim is to improve student learning activities in PKn. The  reasearch is Classroom Action Research, The subject is the classroom teacher and  class II student consist of 23 people. Technique of collecting data is direct observation , the tool of data collection is observation sheet. This research was conducted in 3 cycles. The results of the study were the ability of the teacher to plan learning 3.58, in cycle 1 and 4.00 in cycle 3, the ability of the teacher to carry out learning 3.57 cycle 1 and 4.00 in cycle 3, physical activity 44.92% in the first cycle with the category "Enough", and 89.85% in the third cycle with the category "very high", mental activity 46.08% in the first cycle with the category "sufficient", and 87.22% in the third cycle with the category "very high, emotional activity 47.82% in cycle 1 with the category "enough", then 89.13% in the third cycle with the category "very high". Keywords : Activities, NHT, PKn

Abstract

AbstractTop of FormThe research problem is "Is there a relationship between learning motivation and self efficacy with the acquisition of IPS learners of class VI in MIS Darussalam Sungai Kunyit"? Research variables consisted of independent variables (X1) learning motivation, self efficacy (X2) and dependent variables (Y) acquired Social Science (IPS). The purpose of this study was to describe the magnitude of the combined contribution of learning motivation, self efficacy, and learning achievement. The method used was quantitative descriptive method. with the Product Moment correlation statistical technique with the help of the SPSS 17 Program. The study was conducted in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Private Darussalam. The population is 12 learners. Technique of data collection: questionnaire and IPS value document. The results showed that self motivation and efficacy had correlation correlation (R) equal to 0,849 equal to 80% consisting of 49% study motivation and 31% self efficacy. This means that the combined contribution (together) of study motivation, the self-efficacy of the learners with the acquisition of IPS learners shows a significant relationship. Keywords : Learning achievement, Learning motivation, and Self-esteem

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan umum dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi akurat tentang peningkatan minat belajar peserta didik dalam Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan dengan Menggunakan Strategi Goup To Group Kelas VB MIN Bangka Belitung Pontianak Tenggara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif yang di rancang dengan beberapa siklus. Terdapat peningkatan minat belajar peserta didik dalam pembelajaran yaitu: (1) minat dengan aspek kesukaan pada siklus 1 meningkat 57,50%, pada siklus 2 meningkat 81,25% dan siklus 3 90,00%. (2) minat dengan aspek ketertarikan pada siklus 1 meningkat 60,00%, siklus 2 meningkat 81,25% dan siklus 3 meningkat 88,75%. (3) minat dengan aspek perhatian pada siklus 1 meningkat 61.25%, pada siklus 2 meningkat 86,25% dan pada siklus 3 meningkat 93,25%. (4) minat dengan aspek keterlibatan peserta didik pada siklus 1 meningkat 58, 8%, siklus 2 meningkat 81, 25% dan siklus 3  81,25%. Dengan demikian Strategi Group To Group mampu meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik.   Kata Kunci: Minat Belajar, Group To Group Abstract: The general objective of this study was to obtain accurate information about the increased interest of learners in Citizenship Education by Using Strategy Goup To Group Class VB MIN Bangka Belitung South East Pontianak. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive method that is designed with multiple cycles. There is an increased interest of learners in learning, namely: (1) interest with fondness on the aspects of cycle 1 increased 57.50% in cycle 2 and cycle increased by 81.25% 3 90.00%. (2) interest to aspects of interest in cycle 1 increased 60.00%, 81.25% increased cycle 2 and cycle 3 increased by 88.75%. (3) interest in aspects of attention in cycle 1 increased by 61.25%, in the second cycle increased by 86.25% and in cycle 3 increased 93.25%. (4) interest to aspects of the involvement of students in the first cycle increased by 58, 8%, cycle 2 increased to 81, 25% and 81.25% 3 cycles. Abstract

AbstractThis study tries to analyze the stylistics in the novel Para Priyayi by Umar Kayam. To answer this problem, this research uses descriptive research method and a qualitative research  form  with an objective approach. The research data was collected by using the documentation method through the reading of semiotic models, namely heuristic reading and hermeneutic. The results of the study show the facts about the selection and use of vocabulary in the  novel Para Priyayi by Umar Kayam. The uniqueness of the selection and  the use of vocabulary is seen in (1) the selection and the use of  Javanese language vocabulary, (2) the selection and the use of Dutch vocabulary, (3) the selection and the use of Japanese vocabulary, and (4) the selection and use of greeting. There are particularities in the use of figurative linguistic styles which include the use of expressions, proverbs, images, and figure of speech. The uniqueness or the peculiarities of language use in the Para Priyayi novel are motivated by socio-cultural and educational factors of the writer which is expressed through the description of the story. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendekatan kontekstual berbantuan alat peraga terhadap kemampuan koneksi matematis siswa kelas VIII. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Intact-Group Comparison dengan 1 kali perlakuan dan 1 post-test. Setiap aktivitas guru dan siswa diamati oleh observer. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran kontekstual berbantuan alat peraga memberikan pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan kemampuan koneksi matematis siswa pada materi bangun ruang sisi datar di kelas VIII dengan effect size sebesar 1,485. Sumbangan pembelajaran dengan pendekatan kontekstual berbantuan alat peraga terhadap koneksi matematis sebesar 43% sehingga berdasarkan kriteria yang berlaku harga effect size tergolong sedang. Berdasarkan besarnya sumbangan tersebut  dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang baik dari penerapan pendekatan kontekstual berbantuan alat peraga dalam menumbuhkan kemampuan koneksi matematis siswa kelas VIII. Kata Kunci : Pendekatan Kontekstual, Alat Peraga, Koneksi Matematis. Abstratc: The purpose of this research was to know kontekstual's approaching influence gets display tool help to mathematical connection ability VIII class student. Observational design that is utilized is Intact is Comparison's Group with 1 conduct time and 1 post test. Each teacher and student activity observed by observer. menunjukan's observational result that kontekstual's learning gets display tool help give influence to mathematical connection ability growth student on spatial built material nurginal monotonic at VIII class with effect size as big as 1,485. Learning contribution with kontekstual's approaching gets display tool help to mathematical connection as big as 43% so base prevailing criterion price effect size rank be. Base to outgrow its that contribution gets to be concluded that exists good influence of implemented kontekstual's approaching gets display tool help in menumbuhkan mathematical connection ability VIII class student. Abstract

AbstractThis research an experimental study that purpose to describe the influence of the numbered heads together model on the learning outcomes in fifth class of Elementary School in Rangkang, Bengkayang District, First Semester in 2019/2020. The study was conducted on 35 students in fifth class of Elementary School. The form of this research quasi-experimental research design with nonequivalent control group design. The average pretest score of students before implementing the learning model of numbered heads together was 69.59 and the average posttest of students was 85.61. To find out the effectiveness of the application of the numbered heads together model use Ngain score with the interpretation of effectiveness> 55 = effective, the average value of students by 56,1294. The results of hypothesis testing using analysis of variance at a level of 5% (0.05) obtained Fcount 7.797 means significant. From the calculation of effect size (ES), obtained 1.89 (large criteria). Then it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the use of the role playing method on learning acquisition in fifth class of Elementary School in Rangkang.Keyword: Influence, Numbered heads together, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract:. This research was conducted for the purpose of analyzing the students’ speaking activity on English Day at SMA Taruna Bumi Khatulistiwa in academic year 2012/2013, the program is applied in two days in a week, Tuesday and Thursday. It is organized by students Organization (OSIS). In this program, students are obligated to use English in for any communication purposes.In this research the writer applied descriptive method as the technique of collecting data. The sample of this research was 10th grade 30 students, 11th grade 24 students, grade 12th 18 students. In collecting the data, the researcher provided a set of questionnaire statements with 25 test items and she also applied  observation the use of English by the students on English day for any communication purposes. Based on the questionnaire Students have many problems in Linguistics and psychological. Meanwhile from the observation, writer saw that English day can help the students to practice their English not only in the classroom, but also outside the classroom. Most of the students communicated in English on English day programs. Therefore, it can concluded that English day program can facilitate the students to develop their speaking ability although some linguistic and psycholinguistic were still occurring, Keywords: Speaking Activity, English Day Program Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisi aktivitas berbicara siswa menggunakan Bahasa Inggris dalam Program English Day di SMA Taruna Bumi Khatulistiwa tahun pelajaran 2012/2013 yang diterapkan 2 hari dalam seminggu, yaitu hari Selasa dan Kamis. Program ini merupaka program yang dikelola oleh OSIS  Dalam program siswa diwajbkan menggunakan Bahasa Inggris dalam semua kegiatan. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menerapkan metode deskripsi. Sample dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 siswa kelas X, 24 orang siswa kelas XI dan 28 siswa kelas XII. Pada pengumpulan data, penulis menggunakan questioner dengan 30 pernyataan dan melakukan observasi Berdasarkan questioner siswa banyak mengalami masalah yang berkenaan  dengan masalah Kebahasaan dan masalah Psikologis. Sementara itu  berdasarkan observasi penulis menyimpulkan Program English Day dapat menunjang siswa untuk berbicara menggunaka Bahasa Inggris baik di dalam kelas maupun diluar kelas. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Program English Day dapat meningkatkan kemampuan dan aktivitas siswa dalam menggunakan Bahasa Inggris meskipun masih terdapat kendala dengan masalah-masalah yang berkaitan dengan masalah kebahasaan dan masalah psikologis. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan media audiovisual terhadap perolehan belajar ilmu pengetahuan alam kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 15 Pontianak Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen, dengan bentuk pre experimental design dan jenis berupa one group pretest postest. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 15 Pontianak Selatan yang berjumlah 24 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan media audiovisual terhadap perolehan belajar ilmu pengetahuan alam kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 15 Pontianak Selatan yang dibuktikan dengan hasil perhitungan uji-t data post-test peserta didik yaitu thitung ? ttabel atau 6,47 ? 1,711 yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan. Besarnya pengaruh penggunaan media audiovisual terhadap perolehan belajar ilmu pengetahuan alam dihitung menggunakan effect size dan diperoleh 1,19 dengan kategori tinggi.   Kata Kunci: Media Audiovisual, Hasil Belajar Abstract: This research aimed to analyze the influence of the use of audio-visual media toward learning outcomes of natural science at fifth grade of Elementary School 15 in South Pontianak. The method used was experimental method, in the form of pre experimental design and the kind of one group for pretest and posttest. The sample of this research was all students at fifth grade of Elementary School 15 in South Pontianak which in total 24 students. The results showed that there was the influence of the use of audio-visual media toward the learning outcomes of natural science at fifth grade of Elementary School 15 in South Pontianak that was proved by the results of t-test calculations of students? post-test data namely thitung ? ttabel or 6,47 ? 1,71 which meant there was a significant influence. Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to determine students’ competence in solving rotational dynamic problems using the Structure of the Observed Learning Outcome (SOLO) taxonomy. This research involved 102 of class XI science students of SMAN 1 Pontianak. The data was collected using a test in the form of four essay items; each item comprised four questions representing each level of SOLO taxonomy. The findings showed the average percentages of students’ competences in each the taxonomy level are 9.80% in pre-structural level (low category); 90.20% in uni-structural (high category); 72.30% in multi-structural level (medium category); 53.43% in relational level (medium category); and 22.55% in extended-abstract level (low category). There are differences in students’ competences in solving the problem at the uni-structural level observed from the high, medium, and low level of competence (0.000<0.05). The differences occurred between high and low groups (0.001<0.05) and between medium and low groups (0.001<0.05). Therefore, the overall competences in solving the problems using SOLO taxonomy was 49.66% (medium category). Further research is expected to bring improvement of the competences in solving the problems using the SOLO taxonomy. Keywords: Competence Level, Problem Solving Competence, SOLO Taxonomy
