Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui interaksi guru dan siswa dalam mempersiapkan langkah-langkah yang harus dilakukan dalam diskusi kelompok kecil, interaksi guru dan siswa saat melaksanakan diskusi kelompok kecil, dan interaksi guru dan siswa dalam menutup diskusi kelompok kecil di kelas XA SMA Islamiyah Pontianak. Dalam penelitian ini bentuk yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi, sedangkan alat pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisi dalam penelitian ini disajikan secara deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan informan sebanyak 6 orang yang terdiri dari 1 guru sosiologi dan 5 orang siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa interaksi guru dan siswa pada saat mempersiapkan, melaksanakan dan menutup diskusi kelompok kecil pada mata pelajaran sosiologi cukup baik. Hasil observasi dan wawancara membuktikan bahwa masih adanya siswa yang berinteraksi kurang baik dengan guru pada saat mempersiapkan, melaksanakan, dan menutup diskusi kelompok kecil karena masih adanya siswa yang bermain HP dan asik berbicara sama teman sebangkunya pada saat guru mempersiapkan langkah-langkah diskusi kelompok kecil di kelas XA SMA Islamiyah Pontianak. Kata kunci : Interaksi Edukatif, Diskusi Kelompok Kecil Abstract: This study aims to determine the interaction of teachers and students in preparing for the steps that must be done in small group discussions, interaction of teachers and students while conducting small group discussions, and the interaction of teachers and students in closing the small group discussions in class XA SMA Islamiyah Pontianak , In this study, the form used is qualitative descriptive method. With the data collection techniques used are observation, interview and documentation study, while data collection tools are observation, interview, and documentation. The analyzes in this study are presented in descriptive qualitative by using informant as much as 6 people consisting of 1 sociology teacher and 5 students. The results showed that the interaction of teachers and students at the time of preparing, executing and closing the small group discussions on the subjects of sociology quite well. Observations and interviews demonstrate that there are still students who interact poorly with the teacher when preparing, executing, and closing the small group discussions because there are still students who play HP and cool to talk at a friend when teachers prepare steps small group discussions in XA classes SMA Islamiyah Pontianak. Abstract

 AbstractThis research aimed to study the implementation of the scientific approach to teaching and learning Sociology in Senior High Schools in Pontianak City. The form of research was is quantitative with a descriptive approach. All Sociology teachers from 10 schools were taken as the population. Twelve instructors who have implemented the Curriculum of 2013 were taken as the sample. The data collection techniques used are survey and documentation, as well as the data collection tools used are questionnaires, notes, and archives. The data collected were calculated using SPSS 18.0. The descriptive hypothesis test used was one sample t-test testing to verify whether or not a specific value (as a comparison) is significantly different from the average of a sample. The data analysis was presented in percentages. The findings showed that the alternative hypothesis (Ha ) was approved. The Scientific Approach in Sociology teaching and learning in High Schools in Pontianak City has been implemented with an average of 87.84%, categorized as very good. Keywords: Scientific Approach, Teaching and Learning Sociology

Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed at determining the discipline level of athletes of the Student Sports Education and Training Center (PPLP) in high school degree in Pontianak City. The type of research used in this research wasquantitativedescriptive study using the survey method. The subjects in this study were PPLP athletes who are high school students in Pontianak , which amounted to 17 athletes. The instruments used are 33 statements and the respondents who answer the questionnaire are classmates or classmates from the PPLP athlete.The results of the study showed  the discipline level of PPLP athletes when entering and returning home, namely 76% categorized as very good and 24% categorized as good. Being discipline in using uniform and school attributes, namely 94% categorized as very good and 6% categorized as good. Being discipline in doing school assignments, namely 29% categorized very well, 47% categorized as good, and 24% categorized as fair. Compliance with teacher's orders, namely 53% categorized as very good and 47% categorized as good. Overall, the discipline level of PPLP athletes when in school was categorized very well with a percentage of 71% and categorized as good with a percentage of 29%.Keywords:Discipline, Discipline Exercises,PPLP Athletes.

Abstract

Abstrak:  Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  apakah  terdapat Hubungan Antara Konsep Diri dengan Penyesuaian Diri Siswa Kelas X Sekolah Menengah Atas Islam Bawari Pontianak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian  ini  adalah  69  siswa kelas  X. Hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa konsep diri siswa kelas X Sekolah Menengah Atas Islam Bawari Pontianak mencapai 75,49 % berada pada rentang baik atau positif. Sedangkan, penyesuaian diri siswa kelas X Sekolah Menengah Atas Islam Bawari pontianak mencapai 75,71 % berada pada rentang baik. Hasil dari korelasi product moment kedua variabel tersebut didapatkan rhitung = 0,763 yang artinya menunjukan bahwa terdapat korelasi positif antara konsep diri dengan penyesuaian diri pada siswa kelas X Sekolah Menengah Atas Islam Bawari Pontianak.   Kata kunci: Konsep Diri, Penyesuaian Diri Abstract: This  research  aims  to  discover whether  there  is  correlation between self concept and adjustment of  graders  X students of SMA Islam Bawari Pontianak. The method of this research is descriptive research with quantitative approach.  Sample of research in this  research  is  69  student in grade  X. the result showed that the self concept graders X SMA Islam Bawari Pontianak reached 75,49% in the span of a good or positif. While the adjusment graders X  SMA Islam Bawari Pontianak  reached 75,71 in the good range.  The result of product moment correlation between the two variables was obtained rhitung = 0,763 which means showing that there is a positive correlation between self concept and adjustment graders X SMA Islam Bawari Pontianak Key word : Self Concept, Adjusment

Email : wewendr@gmail.com Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Nilai-Nilai Budaya “Belalek” Dibidang Pertanian Pada Masyarakat Desa Sungai Kelambu Kecamatan Tebas Kabupaten Sambas. Masalah umum dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pelaksanaan nilai-nilai budaya “Belalek” di bidang pertanian pada Masyarakat Desa Sungai Kelambu Kecamatan Tebas Kabupaten Sambas. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian  ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan  adalah teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi, sedangkan alat pengumpulan data adalah panduan observasi, panduan wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai budaya belalek seperti kerjasama, solidaritas maupun material sudah mulai jarang dilakukan lagi sehingga memunculkan sistem upah yang menggeser budaya belalek. Kata kunci : Nilai Budaya Belalek, Sambas   Abstract: This research goals to identify the Cultural Values "Belalek" Agricultural Field In the Rural Community Sungai Kelambu Village Tebas District Sambas Regency. A common problem in this research is how the implementation of cultural values "Belalek" in agriculture in the Rural Community at Kelambu Village Tebas District Sambas Regency. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation, while the data collection tool is a guide observation, interview, and documentation. The results showed that the cultural values belalek such as cooperation, solidarity and material has begun rarely done anymore which raises the wage system that shifts belalek culture. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran remedial disertai umpan balik terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi gaya di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Sungai Raya. Penelitian ini berbentuk eksperimen semu dengan rancangan Pre-test Post-test Control Group Design. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 103 siswa, diambil menggunakan teknik Cluster Random Sampling. Tes yang digunakan berbentuk pilihan ganda sebanyak 15 soal pre-test dan 15 soal post-test. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu: (1) hasil belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah diberi perlakuan berbeda, tetapi tidak signifikan; (2a) tidak ada perbedaan hasil belajar antara siswa pada ketiga kelas sebelum diberi perlakuan (? = 5%, sig = 0,396), (2b) terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar antara siswa pada ketiga kelas sesudah diberi perlakuan (? = 5%, sig = 0,016); dan (3) besar effect size pemberian immediate dan delayed feedback sama yaitu 0,67 (kategori sedang). Pembelajaran remedial disertai immediate dan delayed feedback memiliki efektivitas yang sama terhadap hasil belajar.   Kata kunci: Remedial, Feedback, Hasil Belajar, Gaya   Abstract: The aim of this research is to investigate the effect of remedial learning with feedback to student?s learning outcomes on force material in 8th grade in SMP Negeri 2 Sungai Raya. This research used quasi-experimental with Pre-test Post-test Control Group Design. 103 students participated as sample, taken by using Cluster Random Sampling technique. The instrument used is multiple choice tests; 15 pre-test questions and 15 post-test questions. The results are (1) the student?s learning outcomes before and after being treated is different, but not significant; (2a) there?s no difference between the student?s learning outcomes on three classes before being treated (? = 5%, sig = 0,396), (2b) there?s a difference between the student?s learning outcomes on three classes after being treated (? = 5%, sig = 0,016); and (3) the effect size of immediate and delayed feedback is equal, 0,67 (intermediate category). Remedial learning with immediate and delayed feedback has the same effectiveness on learning outcomes.   Keywords: Remedial, Feedback, Learning Outcomes, Force

Abstract

AbstractThis study is aimed to describe the improvement of writing abiliy on procedure text by using pair checks learning model at the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Sengah Temila. The method used in this research was descriptive method. Descriptive method is concerned with developing or giving explanations of social phenomena towards subject that being observed. The techniques used in this research were observaion, documentary study, and test. The result of writing ability on prosedure text by using pair checks learning model at the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Sengah Temila in the firstcycle was 72, 88%  and in  the second cycle, the students’ score was 80, 45%. It can be concluded that the implementation of pair checks learning  model improved students’ writing ability on procedure text at the eighth grade students of junior high school in SMP Negeri 1 Sengah Temila. Keywords: Writing Ability, Pair Checks, Students Outcom

Abstract

Abstract: This research intended to improve students’ reading comprehension of recount text through Question Answer Relationship (QAR) strategy on the eighth grade students of SMP Haebat Islam Gontong Kubu Raya. The research method that used was Classroom Action Research (CAR) which consists of three cycles.  To measure the students’ improvement on reading comprehension, the writer administered the evaluation test. The research finding showed that QAR strategy improved students’ reading comprehension. Based on the analysis of the students’ test result, QAR strategy made students achievement improved in every cycle.  In the first cycle, the students still had difficulty in comprehending the recount text, both text explicit and text implicit information. Students’ mean score was 61.17. In the second cycle, students’ ability in identify text explicit information was better compared to the previous cycle, their ability in answer Right There questions improved. Students’ mean score was 77.5. In the third cycle, the students made significant improvement in comprehending text implicit information. It showed by students’ ability in answer the Think & Search questions improved. The students’ mean score was 83.33 which categorized as good to excellent.   Key words: reading comprehension, QAR strategy, classroom action research.   Abstrak: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperbaiki pemahaman membaca teks recount dengan menggunakan strategi Question Answer Relationship (QAR) pada siswa SMP Hebat Islam Gontong Kubu Raya kelas delapan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri atas tiga siklus. Berdasarkan analisis terhadap hasil tes siswa, strategi QAR membuat pencapaian siswa meningkat dalam tiap siklus. Pada siklus pertama, banyak siswa masih kesulitan untuk memahami baik informasi eksplisit maupun implisit. Nilai rata-rata siswa adalah 61.17. Pada siklus kedua, kemampuan siswa dalam mengidentifikasi informasi eksplisit lebih baik dibandingkan dengan siklus sebelumnya. Nilai rata-rata siswa adalah 77.5. Pada siklus ketiga, kemampuan siswa dalam menjawab pertanyaan Think and Search meningkat. Siswa membuat peningkatan yang signifikan dalam  memahami informasi implisit. Nilai rata-rata siswa adalah 83.33 yang dikategorikan sebagai good to excellent. Kata kunci: pemahaman membaca, strategi QAR, penelitian tindakan kelas

Abstract

Abstract  This Effect of Audio-Visual Media in Play Skills of Pianika On Music Art Lesson, Fifth Degree SDN 28th North Pontianak research has an aims to otain information about the effect of audio-visual media on play skills of pianika  on results of students education in fifth degree SDN 28th north Pontianak. This research using experiment methods with One-Group Pretest-Postest Design. Based on statistical calculation, the average pretest was 80.68 with the lowest score was 69.60, and the highest score was 86.6, while the average post-test score was 84.68 with the lowest score was 78.8 and the highest score was 92.4. Based on statistical calculations, known that the results of student learning using Audio-Visual Media was higher than without the use of audio visual media. This meant that learning using the Audio-Visual Media gives a great influence on the outcomes for fifth degres students of 28th North Pontianak

Abstract

 Abstract This research aimed to describe students thinking process in mathematical problem solving on proportion reviewed from adversity quotient. The research method used is descriptive and the form of research is case study. The subject of this research was students? of VIII B class which consist 33 students. Data collection tools used are proportion test and interview to reveal students thinking process, as well as questionnaires to classify students reviewed from adversity quotient. The results in this research shows that climber students thinking process, that is one students of conceptual thinking process, 13 students of semi conceptual thinking process, and 10 students of computasional thinking process. Camper students thinking process, that is one students of conceptual thinking process, four students of semi conceptual thinking process, and four students of computasional thinking process.
