Abstract

AbstractThe formulation of the problem in this study are: Does the jump rope game affect the results of high jump learning at SMPN 16 Pontianak? This study aims to determine the effect of traditional jump rope games on high jump learning outcomes. The purpose of this research is to see the effect of learning outcomes before and after treatment. The treatment provided is in the form of a traditional jump rope game on high jump subject matter. The method used in this study is an experimental method with purposive sampling technique. The subjects in this study were students of class VIII D with a sample of 33 people.Data analysis techniques used in this study used the normality test, the homogeneity test and the influence test or (t-test).The results of research and analysis of data that have been done show that there is an influence on traditional jump rope games on high jump learning outcomes. The influence of the results of this study is shown by the ttest value of 30.315> ttable 2.036. The average high jump learning outcomes in the pretest was 11.58 and the posttest was 16.15 and the increase in influence was 39.52%. Abstract

Abstrak: Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah “Bagaimana Kondisi Media Pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan pada SMAN Se-Kota Pontianak Tahun 2016?” dengan sub masalah 1. Bagaimana kondisi media pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di SMAN Se-Kota Pontianak? 2. Apakah jumlah media pembelajaran di SMAN Se-Kota Pontianak telah memadai? 3. Apakah proses pembelajaran di SMAN Se-Kota Pontianak telah berjalan dengan baik? Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode penelitian deskriptif menggunakan bentuk kualitatif. Teknik Penelitian yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi dan teknik dokumentasi dengan alat pengumpul data berupa pedoman observasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat ditarik kesimpulan secara umum yaitu: Terpenuhinya Media Pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan pada SMA Negeri di Kota Pontianak, dengan kombinasi antara media sebenarnya dan media modifikasi yang dilakukan guru sesuai dengan kebutuhan materi pembelajaran. Kata Kunci: Media, Pembelajaran, Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan. Abstract: The problem in this research is "How Does The Condition of Learning Media in Physical Education and Health at Senior High School Academic year 2016 in Pontianak?" With sub-problems 1. What is the condition of physical education instructional media at Senior High School Academic in Pontianak? 2. Does the number of instructional media in Senior High School in Pontianak has adequate? 3. Does the learning process in Senior High School in Pontianak has gone well? This study was conducted by using the form of qualitative descriptive study. The research technique used is the technique of observation and documentation technique with a data collection in the form of guidelines for observation. Based on the have been done research, in general, can be concluded that: The use of media in physical education and health lesson in senior high school have been enough with the combination between usual media and the modify media made by the teacher according to the needs of learning materials. Abstract

AbstractThis thesis is entitled, "Factors Analysis of the Causes of School Drop Outs in the Secondary School Education Level in Aur Sampuk Village, Sengah Temila District, Landak Regency". A common problem in this study is "Factors Causing School Drop Outs from inside and outside?" The general objective in this research is to find out "Factors Causing School Drop Outs from inside and outside". The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques used were observation techniques, interview guides, and documentation. The informants in this study were school dropouts and parents of school dropouts. The results showed that, factors causing children to drop out of school originating from within the child such as the desires and interests of children not to go to school and those originating from outside the child such as the economic ability of parents, awareness of the importance of education, and the child's social environment. On the factors that originate from within the child the child stops going to school because of his own desire. While factors originating from outside the child, such as the economic ability of parents, realize the importance of education and the child's social environment.Keywords: Children Inside, Out of Children, School Drop Outs

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui keaktifan indera, keaktifan akal, keaktifan ingatan, dan keaktifan emosi dalam mengikuti pembelajaran penjasorkes di SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Pontianak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas X SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Pontianak yang berjumlah 97 peserta didik. Sampel yang digunakan total sampling yang berjumlah 97 peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian adapun tingkat keaktifan peserta didik dalam mengikuti pembelajaran penjasorkes di SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Pontianak tergolong pada tiga klasifikasi yaitu sangat baik sebesar 44,3%, baik sebesar 52,6% dan cukup sebesar 3,1%. Sedangkan jumlah pengelompokan skor keseluruhan dari semua peserta didik berjumlah 15070 sehingga termasuk dalam klasifikasi baik yaitu sebesar 52,6%.   Kata Kunci:  Tingkat Keaktifan Peserta Didik dalam Mengikuti Pembelajaran Penjasorkes Abstract: The purpose of the study was to determine the activity of the senses, active mind, active memory, and emotional liveliness in the following study in SMA Muhammadiyah 2 penjasorkes Pontianak. The method used in this research is descriptive method with survey forms. The population in this study were all students of class X SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Pontianak totaling 97 learners. The sample used total sampling totaling 97 learners. Based on the research results as for the level of activity of students in the following study in SMA Muhammadiyah 2 penjasorkes Pontianak classified in three classifications are very good by 44.3%, 52.6% and good enough at 3.1%. While the number of overall scores grouping of all learners amounted to 15 070 so that is included in both classifications, namely by 52.6%. Abstract

Abstract The song lyric is literary works that contains the outpouring of personal feelings, emotions, and expressions of soul-shaped experiences in the form of the composition of words in a song. The aims of this research is to discover and descripe the stylistic aspects of the lyrics of Padi songs. Problems in this research include analysis of stylistic aspects of figurative language and imagery and the implementation design of this research in Indonesian language learning. The research method in this research is descriptive qualitative method and using stylistic approach. The data source in this research is the lyrics of Padi songs. Based on the result of this research, the conclusion are 1) the stylistic aspects of figurative language contained in the lyrics of Padi songs, namely the figurative language comparison, metaphor, epic, personification, metonimia, sinekdoki, allegori and epitet. 2) the stylistic aspects of imagery contained in the lyrics of Padi songs, namely visual imagery, auditory imagery, thermal imagery, taste imagery, smell imagery and movement imagery. This research is expected to be a reference for other researchers who researching stylistic aspects in the lyrics of Padi songs as well as references of literary teaching materials for teachers in learning at school. Abstract

AbstractThis study was aimed at 1) Describing the misconceptions of students towards the Field Independent and Field Dependent cognitive styles on integer operation material in class VII and 2) Describing whether or not misconceptions could be solved through remediation on cognitive style students in Independent Field and Field Dependent cognitive styles. This research applied a descriptive qualitative case study. The subjects in this study were class VII F students of SMP Negeri 4 Sungai Raya choosen by applying simple random sampling. The data collection techniques used in this research were 1) test methods in which it consisted of Group Embeded Figure Test (GEFT) and Multiple Choice test with open reasoning, 2) interview method which was conducted to Field Independent and Field Dependent students who had misconceptions, 3) remediation methods (metode pengajaran ulang/perbaikan) of the integer material. Based on the results of data analysis, it was obtained changes in the score of pretest and posttest. The mean score of students' pre-test was 37.91 and the mean scores of students' posttest was 96.7. This indicates that the score of the post-test after remediation increased and misconceptions that occured while doing the pretest had been minimized, there could not even be found any subjects that had misconceptions anymore and it means that the remediation (pengajaran ulang/perbaikan) given by the researcher successfully helped solve the misconceptions in integer operation material. Keywords: Cognitive Style, Integer, Misconception, Remedition

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to "Improving narrative writing skills using inquiry methods SMK Negeri 5 Pontianak". The method used in this research is descriptive method using classroom action research conducted with two cycles consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection for each cycle. Results obtained by students on pretest or before using inquiry method the average score of 69.76. The result of writing a student narrative essay on cycle I after using mind map method of inquiry of the average value 72,14. The increase of writing result of student narrative from pretest to cycle I is 2.38. Result of student short story writing in cycle II after using method of inquiry of mind of mean value 78,33. The improvement of writing result of student narrative from cycle I to cycle II is 6.19. Then it can be concluded that classroom action research using mind map method inquiry has succeeded in improving writing skill of narrative writing to students of SMK Negeri 5 Pontianak.                                                                                      Keywords:Writing’s narrative easy, method of inquiry

Abstract

Picture as media in teaching vocabulary which are learning and enhancement students in acquire the language. The purpose of this research is to know whether teaching vocabulary to the seventh grade student of SMPN 1 Sungai Betung in academic year 2011/2012 through picture is effective. The methodology is through pre-experimental study, using a measurement technique in form of label the picture, complete sentence and change the picture in to word in the sentence which consists of 20 test items. Based on the data analysis, mean score of pre-test is 3.97, qualifying poor and post-test mean score is 7.22, qualifying average to good. Teaching vocabulary through pictures effectively improve the students achievement of vocabulary. Keywords: Vocabulary, picture, achievement

Abstract

Abstract :This research purpose is to investigate the effect size of the use of role play in teaching speaking at the eighth grade students in SMPN 12 Pontianak. The total number of sample in this study was 34 students. The method that is used in this research is pre-experimental method that applies pre-test and post-test to measure the effect (ES) size of the treatment. The instruments of this research are pre-test and post-test. Pre-test is applied before the treatment is given. Meanwhile post-test is applied after the treatment given. The different score of pre-test and post-test are respectively 50.58 and 64.41. The result show that the effect size of the use of role play in teaching is high because the Effect Size (ES) is > 0.5. Based on the mentioned results above, it can be concluded that teaching students to speak in English through role play was successful to be implemented. In other words, role play technique helped the teacher to teach her students to speak in English and encourage students to speak up in the classroom. Keywords: Teaching, Speaking, Role Play. Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besaran pengaruh penggunaan role play dalam pembelajaran berbicara pada siswa kelas 8 SMPN 12 Pontianak. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 34 siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-experimen yang menerapkan pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur besaran pengaruh dari treatment. Instrument dalam penelitian ini merupakan pretest dan posttest. Pretest dilakukan sebelum pemberian treatment. Sementara itu posttest diberikan setelah pemberian treatment. Perbedaan angkaa ntara pretest dan posttest berturut – turut yaitu 50.58 dan 64.41. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh penggunaan role play dalam pembelajaran tergolong tinggikarena ES > 0.5.Berdasarkan hasil yang disebutkan sebelumnya,  dapat disimpulkan bahwa membelajarkan siswa untuk berbicara bahasa inggris menggunakan role play berhasil dilakukan. Dengan kata lain, teknik role play membantu guru dalam mengajar bahasa inggris dan mendorong siswa untuk berani berbicara di dalam  kelas. Kata Kunci :Pembelajaran, Berbicara, RolePlay.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini secara umum untuk mendapatkan informasi yang akurat untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa dalam kemampuan berbicara pada mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia di Kelas XI IPS 2 SMA Negeri 3 Sanggau. Adapun bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini hasil diskusi berupa kesesuaian isi, lafal, intonasi, diksi, dan kelancaran siswa saat berbicara. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini dengan rata-rata pada siklus I menggunakan metode investigasi kelompok (group investigation) 64,54 yang tercakup dari lima aspek penilaian. Pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan menjadi 81,21. Berdasarkan data hasil siswa, terjadi peningkatan pada setiap siklus menggunakan metode investigasi kelompok (group investigation). Maka dapat dikemukakan bahwa penelitian tindakan kelas ini telah berhasil dan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa kelas XI IPS 2 SMA Negeri 3 Sanggau dalam kemampuan berbicara.   Kata kunci: Kemampuan Berbicara, Investigasi Kelompok, Berbicara Abstract: The purpose of this study is generally to get accurate information to improve student learning activities in speaking ability the Indonesian subjects in Class XI IPS 2 SMAN 3 Sanggau. The shape of the research is qualitative descriptive. The data in this study the results of the discussion in the form of appropriateness of the contents, pronunciation, intonation, diction and fluency when speaking students. The results of this study with the average in the first cycle using the methods of investigation group 64.54 covered five aspects of evaluation. In the second cycle happens an increase to 81.21. Based on the data of the students, there was an increase in each cycle using the methods of investigation group. Then it can be argued that the study of this class action has been successful and can enhance the  ability of class XI IPS 2 SMAN 3 Sanggau in speaking ability.
