Abstract

  AbstractThis study aimed to obatain information konprehenship on school leadership in improving labor work of spirit teacher at SMA Sint Benedictus Pahauman related principal to guidance, influence, motivate teachers to improve teacher work of spirit, obstacles in the natural and efforts principals overcome the obstacles in improving work of spirit teachers. This research is qualitatif descriptive. Source data is comprised of the principal, teacher, satf of administration. Data collection procedures performed by observation, and in-depth structured interviews, and documentation. Checking the validity of the findings made the member check, the adequacy of reference, and triangulate. Analysis of the data used is qualitative analysis is to describe and interpret the data. Results as follows : (1) A guidance of work spirit teacher at SMA Sint Benedictus Pahauman is good, it can be seen from the presence of teacher in the school are in accordance with the schedule of tasks and time specfied, (2) Efforts principals in influencing teacher to improve work of spirit teacher at SMA Sint Benedictus Pahauman has been good, This can be seen from the attitude of the leadership of a school principal in influencing teacher to instill positive habits-habits, (3) Measures to principal in motivating teacher to improve work of spirit  teacher at SMA Sint Benedictus Pahauman has been good, by encourraging, encouragement, and praice to the teacher in implementing the tasks in school, give reward to teacher who diligently,  Keyword: Leadership, Headmaster, Work of Spririt

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengembangan ICT dapat dimanfaatkan guru dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran di sekolah untuk membantu dalam penyampaian materi di kelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji media audiovisual berbasis macromedia flash dan mengetahui respon siswa terhadap media tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Development Research (DR) yang terdiri atas dua tahapan yaitu preliminary (persiapan dan desain) dan formative evaluation (self evaluation, expert reviews, small group evaluation, dan fields test). Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket validasi kelayakan media dan angket respon siswa. Kelayakan media audiovisual berbasis macromedia flash pada validator media 3,31 dan validator materi 3,44, dapat dinyatakan media ini valid. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak dengan hasil respon siswa sebesar 82,35%. Disimpulkan bahwa respon siswa terhadap media audiovisual berbasis macromedia flash pada sub materi reproduksi bakteri dikategorikan respon positif. Kata kunci: Audiovisual, macromedia flash, respon, reproduksi bakteri Abstract: Development ICT can be utilized in the manufacture of instructional media teacher at the school. Learning media can be used by teachers to assist in the delivery of the material in class. The aim of this study to test the audiovisual media based macromedia flash and know that students response to the media. This research method in Development Research (DR) which consists of two phases is preliminary (preparation and design) and formative evaluation (self evaluation, expert reviews, small group, and fields test). Instruments used is questionnaire validation worthiness media and student questionnaire responses. Worthiness audiovisual media based macromedia flash at media validator 3,31 and material validator 3,44, can be expressed this media valid. This research is done at SMA Negeri 9 Pontianak with results of student response as big as 82,35%. Can concluded that students response to media audiovisual macromedia flash based on sub reproductive material categorized bacteria positive response. Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed to determine the application of the Hypnoteaching method to develop cognitive skills of 5-6 years old children at TK Bruder Nusa Indah, South Pontianak District, Pontianak City. This study used a qualitative method. The data source of this study was 1 teacher and children of the B3 group of TK Bruder Nusa Indah. This research technique was observation with wide observation tools, direct interview techniques with interview sheets and documentaries with documentation tools. Data analysis in this study was data collection, data reduction, presentation and conclusion/verification based on the results of research that has been done obtained that learning planning used a curriculum made by the teacher. The implementation of learning used the picture media and textbooks to develop the child's cognitive teacher see if the child can understand the command, the child can answer and the child develops the idea. Evaluate the child through question and answer to the child related to the subject of lessons that have been studied together. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai budaya yang terkandung dalam Ule’ule’an sastra lisan Dayak Taman Kabupaten Kapuas Hulu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, dengan bentuk penelitian kualitatif, dan menggunakan pendekatan sosiologi sastra. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah hasil wawancara dengan penutur mantra, data hasil observasi, dan hasil pencatatan di lapangan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah nilai budaya yang menggambarkan hubungan manusia dengan  Tuhan yaitu, percaya adanya Tuhan, percaya akan adanya hantu, percaya bahwa kematian adalah kehendak Tuhan, jodoh ditangan Tuhan, dan percaya pada hal-hal gaib; nilai budaya yang menggambarkan hubungan manusia dengan dirinya sendiri yaitu emosi, berkeinginan kuat, rajin , jujur, dan bertanggung jawab; nilai budaya yang menggambarkan hubungan manusia dengan manusia yaitu, musyawarah untuk mufakat, tolong menolong, rasa kekeluargaan, saling memberi, dan bekerja sama; dan nilai budaya yang menggambarkan hubungan manusia dengan alam yaitu alam menyediakan berbagai kebutuhan manusia, manusia memerlukan alam sebagai tempat tinggal, dan berladang. Kata kunci: nilai budaya, Ule’ule’an, Dayak Taman   Abstract: This study aimed to describe the cultural values contained in oral literature Ule’ule’an Dayak Taman Kapuas hulu. The method, with the form of qualitative research, and using sociology of literature. The data source of this research is the result of interviews with the speakers of the spell, the data observation, and the result of recording in the field. The result of this research are the cultural values that describe the human relationship with God is, believe in God, believe in the existence of ghosts, believe that death is the will of God, marriage in the hands of God, and believe in the supernatural; cultural value the describe the relationship of man with himself that emotion, eager, industrious, honest, and responsible; cultural value that describes relationship between humans, namely, deliberation and consensus, mutual help, sense of family, each other, and work together; and cultural value the describe the human relationship with nature is, nature provides a variety of human needs, human need nature as a place to stay, and farming   Keywords: cultural values, Ule’ule’an, Dayak Taman

Abstract

Abstract: The main purpose of this research is to improve students? reading comprehension by using Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) cooperative learning. This learning model was done to overcome the weaknesses of teaching learning process in the classroom. STAD is an attractive alternative to teacher-centered instruction which promote the student?s learning by creating maximum opportunity for communicative and meaningful classroom interaction.  It consists of five major components: class presentation, teamwork, quizzes, individual improvement score, and team recognition. The researcher conducts this classroom action research in three cycles which involved 35 students.               The observation checklist, questioners and test are used to collect the data.          In the first cycle, the students? average score was 49.57. Second cycle, the students? average score was 70.43 and in the third cycle, the students? average score increased significantly to 81.71. The conclusion, the use of STAD improves the students? reading comprehension and their involvement in active learning. Keywords: Reading Comprehension, STAD. Abstrak: Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa dalam membaca dengan menggunakan pembelajaran kooperatif  STAD. Model pembelajaran ini dilakukan untuk mengatasi kelemahan dalam proses belajar mengajar di dalam kelas. STAD merupakan  sebuah model pembelajaran alternatif yang menarik bagi pengajaran yang berfokus pada guru yang mengedepankan pembelajaran siswa dengan menciptakan kesempatan maksimal untuk berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi secara berarti di dalam kelas.  STAD memiliki 5 komponen utama: presentasi kelas, kerja kelompok, quiz,  peningkatan nilai individu, dan penghargaan kelompok. Peneliti melaksanakan penelitian tindakan kelas dalam tiga siklus dengan melibatkan 35 siswa. Lembar observasi, kuesioner dan tes digunakan sebagai alat pengumpul data. Pada siklus pertama, nilai rata-rata siswa adalah 49.57. Pada siklus kedua, nilai rata-rata siswa menjadi 70.43 dan pada siklus ketiga, nilai rata-rata ini meningkat secara signifikan menjadi 81.71. Kesimpulannya adalah penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif STAD dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa dalam membaca serta meningkatkan peran  siswa dalam pembelajaran aktif. Abstract

Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa sebelum dan setelah diajar menggunakan model inkuiri, serta besarnya pengaruh model inkuiri terhadap hasil belajar pada materi pemisahan campuran kelas VII MTs Negeri 2 Pontianak. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-exsperimental design dengan rancangan penelitian “One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design”. Populasi yaitu seluruh siswa kelas VII MTs Negeri 2 Pontianak. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling.Sampel penelitian ini adalah 36 siswa. Alat pengumpul data menggunakan tes hasil belajar berbentuk essay. Berdasarkan analisis data menggunakan uji Shapiro-Wilk, diperoleh nilai Asymp.Sig (2-tailed)= 0,020 < 0,05 sehingga Ha diterima Ho ditolak berarti ada perbedaan hasil belajar sebelum dan setelah diajarkan menggunakan model inkuiri. Hasil dari perhitungan N-Gain ada pengaruh terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa sebelum dan setelah diajarkan dengan model inkuiri memiliki kategori tinggi 15 orang siswa (45,45%), kategori sedang 12 orang siswa (36,36%), dan kategori rendah 6 orang siswa ( 18,18%). Kata Kunci: Hasil Belajar, Model Inkuiri, Pemisahan Campuran. Abstract: This research aims to differences the student achievement before and after use the inquiry model, and the influence of inquiry model to the achievement in the material mixture separation in class VII MTs Negeri 2 Pontianak. The forms of  the research is pre-exsperimental design with the study design "One-group pretest-posttest design". Population is all of the student VII grade MTs Negeri 2 Pontianak. The technique sample used purposive sampling. This sample study is 36 students. The collecting of the data used essay test. Based on the data analysis use the Shapiro-Wilk test, the value Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) = 0,020 <0,05 so Ho rejected Ha received means that there are differences in achievement before and after use the inquiry model. The results calculation of the N-Gain there is effect on the improving student achievement before and after use the inquiry model that have high category 15 students (45.45%), medium category 12 students (36.36%), and low category 6 students (18.18%).   Keywords: Achievement, Inquiry Model, Mixture Separation

Abstract

AbstractThe research background is to find deeper meaning of the handwoven pattern on the  property of Jepin Dance. 1) describing the binding pattern of the Jepin Tali Pesawat Terbang dance propery, and 2) describing the meaning of the Jepin Tali Pesawat Terbang dance property. The descriptive method is used, a qualitative form was applied and using semiotics. Sources of research data are the results of interviews with Yusuf Dahyani, Juhermi Thahir, and Anwar Djafar as the interviewees who researcher got the information from, this producting data  that researchers used collection of interview dan observation techniques. Data validity testing techniques include extension of observation and triangulation were applied. The tari jepin tali pesawat has 4 bonding patterns. Namely 1) A back pattern which symbolizes intertwined relationship that cannot be separated because of cooperatif in it. 2). The pattern of entangling means that in simple survival, human being must remain on the straight path by strengthening their faith and heart to get through various trials in this world. 3). The knot tied pattern means no matter how strong human, humans still have weakness inthemselves. To get what each person wants, one must strive and be patient in order to be a better person. 4). Belted pattern means that everything in the world both good and bad is all based on the will or power of the almighty God. According to the results of this study, it is suggested that people should care more and love the local traditions by preserving them so that the arts can be known especially by the local community and even the world that the tari jepin tali pesewat becomes a local cultural treasure that will not be forgotten as he timegoes by.Keywords: Meaning, Pattern, Tari Jepin Tali Pesawat.

Abstract

Abstract: The aims of this study are to investigate how the peer corrective feedback (PCF) can improve the students’ writing recount text and what is the interaction mainly exists in PCF. This study is a classroom action Research with three cycles. The data were collected through observation during the treatment. The writing test conducted at the end of each cycle; the questionnaire had been distributed to the 29 students. A group interview was conducted to get deep verbal responses. The result found that the students’ interaction and attitudes were positive at the end of treatment. The students were more enjoyable when sharing the ideas with their peers. It wa because they used the same language and an informal situation without being afraid of making mistakes when discussing. The writing test showed the improvement at the end of every cycle. The interview data analysis indicated that the students were confident to write English and share their ideas with their peers. Related to the peer’s correction, the result was unclear and doubtful, therefore they preferred the teacher to give final correction. Key Words: Peer Corrective Feedback, Improving, Interaction Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sejauh mana Peer Corrective Feedback dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam menulis teks recount dan interaksi  apa yang muncul dalam PCF. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan tiga siklus, Data diperoleh dari pengamatan selama pembelajaran, tes tertulis dilakukan pada akhir setiap siklus, data kuesioner diambil dari 29 siswa, interview grup dilakukan untuk menggali lebih dalam lagi respon siswa terhadap penerapan PCF. Hasil dari penelitian ditemukan bahwa interaksi dan sikap siswa menunjukkan sikap positif pada setiap siklus pembelajaran. Siswa lebih senang ketika berbagi pendapat dengan teman sebaya karena mereka berkomunikasi dengan bahasa yang sejenis dan situasi yang tidak formal tanpa khawatir salah pada saat berdiskusi. Hasil dari tes tertulis juga menunjukkan peningkatan pada setiap siklus. Dari analisis data wawancara menunjukkan bahwa siswa sangat percaya diri dalam menulis Bahasa Inggris dan berbagi ide dengan teman sebaya. Sehubungan dengan hasil koreksian teman sebaya mereka berpendapat bahwa hasilnya kurang tepat dan meragukan, oleh karena itu mereka lebih cenderung apabila guru memberikan koreksian terakhir. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keinginan peneliti untuk memahami lebih dalam mengenai HHT Jilid 1 karya Muhammad Haji Salleh, untuk mengetahui struktur dan nilai-nilai yang terbagi menjadi empat masalah, yaitu bagaimana tokoh utama, bagaimana alur, bagaimana latar, dan nilai-nilai apa saja yang disampaikan.Peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif dan berbentuk kualitatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan strukturalisme dan sosiologi karya sastra karena peneliti mengumpulkan data dengan mengklasifikasikan dan mendeskripsikan secermat dan seteliti mungkin pada strukturalisme dan nilai-nilai yang ada HHT Jilid 1 karya Muhammad Haji Salleh. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berguna bagi pembaca khususnya guru dan siswa SMP. Hsil penelitian ini diharapkan juga berguna untuk mahasiswa terhadap HHT Jilid 1 karya Muhammad Haji Salleh ini dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan untuk penelitian selanjutnya yang berkaitan mengenai Struktur dan nilai-nilai. Kata kunci: strukturalisme, unsur intrinsik, nilai-nilai, Hikayat Hang Tuah. Abstract: This research conducted to strengthen comprehension about The History of Hang Tuah, 1st Edition by Muhammad Haji Salleh, to learn the structural and the values in four different cases, first is how the description of the main character, second is the plot, third is the setting, and the last is the values in the story. The method used in this research is descriptive method, with qualitative research. The approach being used is structural approach and sociology literature, because the researcher can collect the data by classifying and describes it accurately in the structural and values of The History of Hang Tuah, 1st Edition by Muhammad Haji Salleh. Lastly, the researcher hope that the result of the research can help the reader of The History of Hang Tuah especially teachers and junior high school students. The result of this research is useful for college students to put The History of Hang Tuah as the reference for their research which is related to structure and values.
