Abstract

AbstractThis research aimed to determine the effectiveness of misconception remediation of the seventh grade students of Pontiank state middle school by using Problem Based Learning model for decrease the number of students misconception on the heat transfer lesson material. One group pretest-posttest was used as the design model in this research. The intact group technique was used as the technique of sampling. The sample were class VII D with 36 students. The data gained in the form of pretest and posttest would be analyzed in percentage calculate of reduction in the number of student misconception. Based on the data analysis, the average percentage of reduction misconception was 39.45%. The results of Mc Nemar significance test on dk = 1 and α= 5% showed > , were equal to 22,88 > 3,84. There was a conceptual change on the students significantly. The Decreasing Quantity Students that Misconception (DQM) Problem Based Learning model in remediating misconception were 39,44% (high category). The results of this research were expected to be used as the development material of PBL in remediation learning about the heat transfer material. Keywords: Heat Transfer, Misconception, Problem Based Learning, Remediation

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertjujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh Permaian Persuasi yang Ramah terhadap perolehan belajar peserta didik pada Pembelajaran Tematik Kelas II Sekolah Dasar Negeri 14 Nibung Kecamatan Paloh. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Eksperimen dengan bentuk Time Series Desgin. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik di kelas II yang berjumlah 26 orang. Setelah dilakukan uji normalitas dan keduanya berdistribusi normal, dilanjutkan dengan perhitungan uji t. Hasil analisis data  uji t diperoleh thitung 9,6019 sedangkan ttabel  2,060 dengan df= 26-1= 25 taraf signifikan (α) = 0,05 dapat diartikan t hitung ≥ ttabel atau 9,6019 ≥ 2,060, berarti signifikan maka dapat di simpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, dan Effect size sebesar 0,42 kategori sedang. Ini menunjukan adanya pengaruh permainan Persuasi yang Ramah terhadap perolehan belajar Peserta Didik pada pembelajaran tematik kelas II Sekolah Dasar Negeri 14 Nibung Kecamatan Paloh.   Kata kunci :  Pengaruh, Permainan Persuasi yang Ramah, Perolehan Belajar   Abstract: This study aims to find out whether there is influence of the Friendly-Persuasive Game in thematic learning achievement for seconds class learners of the 14 Nibung state primary school, sub district Paloh. This research uses Time Series Design experimental method, and the samples of this research are 26 learners from the second class. After tested using t test calculation, it is obtained that the result analysis is 9,6019 with t table is 2,060, df = 26 – 1 = 25 degrees of significance (α) = 0.05. Referring to t table  ≥  t count or 9,6019 ≥ 2,060 means significantly for learning result, it can be inferred that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted with the effect size 0,42 as medium categories. The result indicates that the use of Friendly-Persuasive Game influences thematic learning achievement for second class learners.   Key Words : Influence of Friendly-Persuasive Game, learning achievement

Abstract

Abstract: This research entitled The Flow of Interaction through Online Discussion in the English Language Classroom.Specifically, the aim of this research is find out the flow of interaction within online discussion in fourth semester learner of English Study Program. The method was Case Study. The data was collected through printing all posting from Yahoogroupsbecause the discussion and information exchange took place in that online group discussion. Firstly, this research produced how all learners respond to instructor’s posting. It can be from the instructor to the learner, the learner to the instructor and learner to the other learner with an expanding posting. Secondly, the writer categorized the learners’ postings into four categories represented their responses toward the topics given in the online discussion forum. From four episodes that were analyzed, the learners’ responses were distinguished into five categories, they are: social function, asking question/clarification, answering question, agreement/disagreement, and emerging ideas.The result of the data analysis have been significantly provides useful evidence on the instructor’s communication, the online interaction and the learners responses categories. Learners have expressed their satisfaction with online learning and with collaborative work. The flow of interaction among instructor and learners were more intensive toward teaching learning with ICT. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui arah interaksi dalam diskusi online pada mahasiswa semester empat program studi Bahasa Inggris. Metode yang digunakan adalah Case Study. Karena proses diskusi dan sumber informasinya sudah terekam dalam Yahoogroups maka proses analisis diambil melalui Yahoogroups. Pertama, penelitian ini membuktikan bagaimana semua mahasiswa merespon postingan instruktur. Postingan tersebut bias saja postingan yang berasal dari instruktur ke mahasiswa, mahasiswa ke instruktur atau pun seorang mahasiswa dengan postingan yang ditujukan untuk banyak mahasiswa. Kedua, penulis membuat postingan menjadi lima kategori dari empat episode berdasarkan diskusi online. Kelima kategori itu diantaranya, social function, asking question/clarification, answering question, agreement/disagreement, and emerging ideas. Hasil dari penelitian ini memberikan fakta yang signifikan bahwa mahasiswa merasa puas dengan belajar secara online. Kata kunci: ICT, Online Discussion, The Flow of Interaction

Abstract

 Abstract Overview of research on the influence of professional competence on teacher performance, the influence of work motivation on teacher performance and the influence of professional competence and work motivation on teacher performance. Using quantitative methods. With testing techniques using a Likert scale. Validity test uses the Pearson Product Moment formula with SPSS version 17.0 program, reliability test using Statistics Cronbach's Alpha. The results of the trial obtained reliability of Professional Competence is> 0.60 that is equal to 0.779, Motivation is> 0.60 that is equal to 0.756 and Performance> 0.60 is equal to 0.802. The results of data analysis (1) professional competence is high, (2) teacher's work motivation is high, and (3) teacher performance is also high. There is a significant relationship (1) between professional competence and teacher performance, with the overall value (42.20%) of respondents being a high competence category, (2) between work motivation and teacher performance, with a value of 43.0%, (3) between professional competence and work motivation together on teacher performance with a value of 0.487 or 48.7%. this means that between Professional Competence and Work Motivation together influence the Teacher's Performance.  Keywords: Professional Competence, Motivation, Teacher Performance

Abstract

Peningkatan Keterampilan Gerak Manipulatif Melalui Permainan Bola Beranting Pada Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan keterampilan gerak manipulatif melalui permainan bola beranting pada anak usia 5-6 tahun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan bahwa keterampilan gerak manipulatif anak mengalami peningkatan yang berarti, kemampuan dalam memantulkan bola ke lantai yang mendapat kategori berkembang sangat baik sebanyak 85%, kemampuan melempar bola dengan tepat yang mendapat kategori berkembang sangat baik sebanyak 80% dan kemampuan menangkap bola dengan baik yang mendapat kategori berkembang sangat baik sebanyak 85%. Hal ini berarti pembelajaran melalui permainan bola beranting memberikan pengaruh besar dalam meningkatkan keterampilan gerak manipulatif anak terutama dalam kemampuan memantukan bola ke lantai, melempar bola dengan tepat dan menangkap bola dengan baik. Kata Kunci: peningkatan, keterampilan gerak manipulatif, permainan bola beranting Abstract: Increased movement of manipulative skills through the game ball relay in children aged 5-6 years. This study aimed to describe the motion of manipultive skills enhancement through the game ball relay in children aged 5-6 years. Research method used is descriptive method to shape the action research. Based on research conducted manipulative movement skills that children experience significant improvement, the ability to bounce the ball to the floor that gets very good growing category by 85%, the ability to throw the ball exactly the category is growing very well received by 80%, and the ability to catch the ball well the category is growing very well received by 85%. This means learning through play ball relay had a major impact in improving the motion movement of manipulative children, especially the ability of bouncing the ball on the floor, throw the ball to the right, and catch the ball well. Abstract

Abstrak: Peningkatan Hasil Belajar dengan Media Realita pada pembelajaran Matematika kelas V SDN No 32 Sanjan tentang materi Penjumlahan Pecahan Desimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan menerapkan media realita pada pembelajaran matematika khususnya pada materi penjumlahan pecahan desimal. Pada hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I rata-rata  56,25 sedangkan hasil belajar siklus II rata-rata mencapai 87,5. Berdasarkan data skor hasil belajar siklus I dan skor hasil belajar siklus II terjadi peningkatan sebesar 42,5. Porsentase siswa pada siklus I sebesar 50% sedangkan pada siklus II sebesar 100% .   Kata Kunci: Peningkatan, Media Realita, Hasil Belajar   Abstract: Math class learning SDN No. 32 Sanjan on Decimal Fraction Addition material. This study aims to improve student learning outcomes by applying the media reality in learning mathematics, especially in the matter sum of decimal fractions. On student learning outcomes in the first cycle an average of 56.25 while the second cycle of learning outcomes on average reached 87.5. Based on data from the first cycle of learning outcomes scores and scores the second cycle of learning results in an increase of 42.5. Abstract

Abstrak:. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah  apakah dengan menggunakan metode bermain peran pada pembelajaran koperasi sekolah dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SDN 09 Sanggau Kecamatan Kapuas Kabupaten Sanggau?. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran koperasi sekolah dengan menggunakan metode bermain peran di kelas IV SDN 09 Sanggau Kecamatan Kapuas Kabupaten Sanggau. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitiannya adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Sifat penelitian adalah kolaboratif. Hasil penelitan yang diperoleh adalah kemampuan guru dalam menyusun RPP pada siklus I total skor 14,27 dengan rata-rata 2,85, pada siklus II total skor 18,67 rata-rata 3,74. Jadi terdapat peningakatan sebesar 0.89. Hasil pengamatan terhadap kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran pada siklus I total skor yaitu 11,54 dengan rata-rata 2,88, pada siklus II total skor 15,11 dengan rata-rata 3,77. Jadi terdapat peningkatan sebesar 0.89. Hasil belajar siswa pada materi koperasi sekolah adalah siklus I rata-rata 56,92, pada siklus II diperoleh nilai rata-rata 86,54. Terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar sebesar 29,62.   Kata Kunci: Hasil Belajar, Metode Bermain Peran, Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial.   Abstract: The problem in this study is does using the role playing method in the school cooperative learning can improve student learning outcomes SDN fourth grade 09 Sanggau District of Kapuas Sanggau?. This study aimed to describe the increase in student learning outcomes in schools cooperative learning using role playing method in class IV SDN 09 Sanggau District of Kapuas Sanggau. The method used is descriptive research is a form of classroom action research. The nature of research is collaborative. Research results obtained is the ability of teachers in preparing lesson plans in the first cycle a total score of 14.27 with an average of 2.85, the second cycle a total score of 18.67 on average 3.74. So there peningakatan of 0.89. The observation of the teacher 's ability to implement the learning in the first cycle of the total score is 11.54 with an average of 2.88 , the second cycle a total score of 15.11 with an average of 3.77. So there is an increase of 0.89. Student learning outcomes at school cooperative material is the first cycle average 56.92, the second cycle of the average values ​​obtained 86.54. Abstract

AbstractThe aims of this research is to know the difference of learning outcomes between learning process using cooperative model STAD type, assisted Booklet Accordion and using conventional model. This research used Quasi Experimental Design with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sampling technique used simple random sampling technique, where class X MIA 1 with 27 students as experiment class and class X MIA 3 with 30 students as control class. U Mann Whitney test was conducted to analys gain score data. The analysis result gave Asymp.sig (2-tailed) value 0.000 (sig <0,05), indicating that there were differences in learning outcomes between students who are given cooperative learning model STAD type assisted media booklet accordion and conventional methods. The effect size calculation showed that cooperative learning model STAD type assisted media booklet accordion gave influence toward learning outcomes  class X MIA SMA Negeri 2 Singkawang on periodical system of element  with 1,03 high category. Keywords: Cooperative, Student’s Achievements, Booklet Accordion

Abstract

Abstract: This study was a classroom action research (CAR) to improve students writing ability on report text in senior high school students. In this study, Peer Response Technique was used as a strategy to help students in writing report text. The process of Peer Response Technique consists of revising activity which helped the students to write the generic structure of report text such as general classification and identification and editing activity that helped the students to write the language features of report text by checking the use of vocabulary and grammar. The techniques of data collecting in this research were observation checklist, field note, and writing test. Data was analyzed by using scoring profile. The students writing ability in report text improved in three cycles from 55.86 in cycle 1 then improved to 61.89 in cycle 2 and up to 68.73 in cycle 3. The improvements of this study were particularly in students writing on generic structure and language features of report text. Abstrak: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (CAR) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan siswa dalam menulis sebuah teks report pada siswa sekolah menengah atas. Dalam penelitian ini, tehnik Peer Response digunakan sebagai strategi untuk membantu siswa dalam menulis teks report. Tehnik Peer Response terdiri dari aktivitas merevisi yang membantu siswa dalam menulis bentuk umum dari sebuah teks report seperti mengklasifikasikan dan mendeskripsikan sebuah topik dan editing untuk membantu siswa dalam menulis ciri kebahasaan dari sebuah teks report dengan memeriksa kembali penggunaan kosa kata dan gaya bahasa di dalam teks. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi lembar observasi, catatan lapangan, dan tes menulis. Hasil data penelitian dianalisis berdasarkan rubrik penilaian. Kemampuan siswa dalam menulis teks report mengalami peningkatan pada tiga siklus dari 55,86 pada siklus pertama kemudian meningkat menjadi 61,89 pada siklus kedua dan mencapai 68,73 pada siklus ketiga. Peningkatan yang dialami siswa dalam penelitian ini umumnya pada kemampuan menulis bentuk umum dan ciri kebahasaan dari teks report. Abstract

   Abstract The purpose of this research is to describe rhyme, rythme and function Medical Mantra on Dayak Jelai society of Batu Menang Village, Jelai Hulu Sub-district in Ketapang Regency. The method in this research is descriptif with qualitative and structural approachment. Technical collected file are from direct gazing, interviewing and recording. Based on data analysisa we get the summary such as: (1) The rhyme in the medical mantra of Dayak Jelai society are built from two circumstance : (a) The rhyme based on the sound: perfect rhyme, unperfect rhyme, original rhyme, open rhyme, closed rhyme, alliterate rhyme, asonancy rhyme and desonancy rhyme. (b) The rhyme based on the words place in the entire: first rhyme, medium rhyme, end rhyme, vertical rhyme, horizontal rhyme, flat rhyme, cross rhyme, continued ware rhyme. And the dominant rhyme ase end rhyme and vertical rhyme. Then, from the eight rhyme of mantra which is dominantly and have many rhyme in it is medical mantra of stomachach. (2) The rhytme in the medical mantra of Dayak Jelai society is based on notes are: high notes rhytme, low notes rhytme, long notes rhytme, short notes rhytme, short stop notes rhytme and long stop notes rhytme. (3) The function of medical mantra of Dayak Jelai Society Batu Menang village are: (a) Social function  and (b) Religius function. Keywords: Mantra pengobatan, struktur dan fungsi
