Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe the types and functions of perlocution speech acts in the Romance Bumi Manusia Karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer, and to describe the form of review text and the Lesson Plan model about Romance Bumi Manusia Karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer as the implication of the results of the study into the Indonesian Language lesson, 2013 Curriculum. This qualitative research was conducted using the descriptive method with an inductive approach. The data source in this study was the Romance Bumi Manusia Karya Pramoedya Ananta Toer. The data collected were the whole conversation related to perlocution speech acts. The technique of data collection used was a documentary study. The data collection tool and instrument used were the researcher himself since the study is document analysis. The data were analyzed by using the speaking analysis technique. Based on the data analysis, the perlocution speech acts founds in the romance are assertive, directive, expressive, and declarative. From the findings, the dominant speech acts found are directive. The function applied in this study is competitive, fun, teamwork, and conflict. This research provides a review text and the 2013 Curriculum lesson plan model for class VIII in semester 2. Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to study the Analysis of Social Value Planting by Parents in School Age Children in Peniti Besar Village, Segedong District. In this study the method used is qualitative descriptive analysis. parents and school-age children of eight people were taken as samples. Data collection tools are using observation guidelines, interview guidelines, and study documentation. Planting social values instilled by parents is a material value, Pananaman material value of something useful for the body, in this material value includes two aspects, namely meeting the needs of children's clothing such as clothes, pants and others, and meet the nutritional needs of children like giving healthy and nutritious food like vegetables, meat, and fruits. Vital values, which are vital values that are instilled by parents related to everything that is useful for humans or children to carry out activities by facilitating children and spiritual values, in instilling spiritual values in school-age children have been carried out by their parents telling their children to prayers and there are also told their children to follow the recitation around his residence.Keywords: Social Value Cultivation, Parents of School Age Children.

Abstract

AbstractEnhancing moral behavior through hadith learning is a way to improve children's moral behavior by using a hadith that is delivered using audio-visual media. In this case the researcher wants to see and examine how teachers improve and plan learning through hadith learning that utilizes audio-visual media as a source of learning in children aged 5-6 years. The purpose of this study is to describe the planning of hadith learning, how the implementation of hadith learning and the improvement of moral behavior in children through the learning of hadith children aged 5-6 years at RA DWP Regional Office of Ministry of Religion in Pontianak. This research was conducted using descriptive methods by conducting class action research, the research data are presented in the form of words and numbers. As for the source of the data is group B children aged 5-6 years, totaling 34 people. Data collection techniques used in this study were non-test techniques. While the data collection tool is in the form of direct observation. From the results of researchers show that the learning model through hadith learning has been going well and implemented in accordance with the RPPH that was made. In real media learning that researchers have prepared in accordance with the themes and development of children aged 5-6 years in RA DWP Pontianak Regional Office of Ministry of Religion. Starting from the results of the study, then there are a number of suggestions given namely relating to (1) the media used, (2) classroom settings, (3) plans in learning. Keywords: Behavior, Hadith, Moral

Abstract

AbstractThe aims of this research was to describe the expectations of parents sending their children to the Terpadu Early Childhood Education inWest Pontianak. The method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. As for the data source is the parents of students. Data collection techniques using direct observation with observation guides, direct interviews with interview guides, and documentation with documentaries. From the results of the research that has been carried out it can be concluded that: Factors that encourage parents to send their children to the Terpadu Early Childhood Education in West Pontianak institution are factors that originate from within the parents such as parents' wishes so that their children can read, write and count. external factors such as social and economic status. The teacher has used various methods and media in learning so that children are happy and not bored in learning such as playing, singing, telling stories, demonstrations, conversing and giving assignments. But parents are more amenable to the method of assigning only the stationery media. The teacher can be a parent for the child and the teacher can also be a facilitator. Teachers can build good cooperation with parents, it's just better to be deeper in terms of handling children.Keyword     : Learning, Parent Expectations, Teacher Methods

Abstract

AbstractThis research was aimed to improve students’ adjective vocabulary by using bubble map through descriptive text writing to Class B students of Year-7 in MTs Darussalam Sengkubang Academic Year 2017 / 2018 membership 22 students. The research question was how well the use of bubble map included word mapping and write simple sentences improve students’ adjective vocabulary mastery. This research was a classroom action research with three cycles. Each cycle consisted of planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. Field note, observation checklist, interview, and individual test were used as the tools to collect the data. The finding of this research was that there was significant improvement from cycle to cycle. Through the implementation of bubble map to teach adjective vocabulary improved qualitatively and quantitatively. By using bubble map through descriptive text writing, the students developed their critical thinking in finding the new adjective vocabulary by creating and exploring their ideas into a map.Keywords:  Adjective Vocabulary, Bubble map, Classroom Action Research, Writing Descriptive Text.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to find out how the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in the process of economic learning in SMA N 2 Sungai Raya. This is seen from the learning planning, learning implementation and learning assessment. This study uses qualitative methods in a descriptive form. Data collection tools use observation guides, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate 1) learning plans compiled by teachers in implementing the 2013 curriculum in the process of economic learning in SMA N 2 Sungai Raya are in accordance with the process standards set by the Ministry of Education and Culture 2) implementation of learning in implementing the 2013 curriculum in the economic learning process at SMA N 2 Sungai Raya already using a scientific approach in the core activities 3) learning assessment in implementing the 2013 curriculum in the economic learning process at SMA N 2 Sungai Raya has used process assessment and outcome assessment. Keywords: 2013 Learning , Economic Learning, Learning Process

Abstract

AbstractThis research is conducted on eighth grade students of SMP Pertiwi Pontianak in academic year 2013/2014. The researcher concerned on improving students’ speaking skill in term of accuracy in pronouncing the words and fluency in delivering the dialogues. Those were students’ problems in transactional conversation covers the expressing of asking and giving information, like and dislike, and asking, giving and refuse service. Role-playing technique by using hand puppet in form of dialogue facilitates students to have a chance in preparing, practicing and reflecting their speaking skill. The method of this research was classroom action research. The data on this research were collected by the use of observation and measurement technique. The observation checklist and field note were used to help the researcher in observing everything happened in teaching and learning activity. This research was done in three cycles. After applying role play technique by using hand puppet in form of dialogue, the students improved their accuracy in pronouncing the words and fluency in delivering the dialogues from cycle to cycle. Based on the research findings, the mean score of students’ speaking skill in the first cycle was 47.62 which was categorized as poor, in the second cycle was 56.85 which was still categorized as poor to average and finally in the third cycle was 71.73 which is categorized as average to good. In conclusion, role play technique by using hand puppet helped the teacher to teach her students to speak in English and encourage students to speak up in the classroom. Keyword : Hand Puppet, Role-Play, Speaking Skill

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research was to know the effect of the direct instruction with acrostic technique to student learning outcomes in clasification material of living things in 7th Grade SMP Negeri 2 Semparuk. The form of this research was Quasi Eksperimental Design with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sample of this research included two classes which was VII D class as an expreriment class and VII E as a control class that using intac group technique.The data collection tool in this research was test questions. Based on the result of this analysis, the average score of the student learning outcomes using direct instruction with acrostic technique was 19,39, while student learning outcomes using conventional model was 16,47. Based on the calculation of N-Gain, the average of improvements in learning outcomes was 0,65, while in the control class was 0,52 where two classes have medium criteria. After t test is obtained tcount (4,63) > ttable (1,997) which mean that there was a difference of the student learning outcomes that using direct instruction with acrostic technique and conventional model in clasification material of living things. It showed that direct instruction with acrostic technique could increase the student learning outcomes in clasification material of living things in 7th Grade SMPN 2 Semparuk. Keywords : Acrostic, Direct Instuction, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

AbstractSpatial planning in the library becomes an important part and can affect the performance of librarians and the comfort of visitors. This study discusses the spatial management and obstacles faced in the management of the SMKN 1 Pontianak library. This study aims to describe the management implemented by the school library and the obstacles faced by the librarians in managing the spatial of the library. The study was conducted using the qualitative method in the form of descriptive research. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. Four informants took part in the interviews. The findings show that the school library conducted spatial planning, which is still simple. There is no specific room for librarians to manage the book collection. The library has not implemented spatial management; Thus, it influenced the librarians’ activities and the visitors’ convenience. The difficulties faced in conducting spatial management were the human resources that lack knowledge in spatial management and the limited library area. Keywords: Management, Spatial, School Library

Abstract

AbstractThe title of these research was “The Internalization of analysis of clean and healty living behavior values in the children of Panti Asuhan Aisyiyah Tunas Harapan Pontianak. The general problem in this research is the internalization process about clean and healty living behavior values in children of Panti Asuhan Aisyiyah Tunas Harapan Pontianak. The purposes in this research is to know the internalization process about clean and healty living behavior values in term of exemplary, habituation, dan socialization aspects. The approach in this research is qualitative approach and descriptive method. The technique of data collection in this research is passive pasrticipation observation, interviews, and documentary studie. The tools of this research is in the form of observation guides, interview guides, field notes, and camera. The technique of data analysis is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion retraction. The alaysis in this research presented descriptively by using 5 informants consist of Mr. RB the caretaker of the Panti Asuhan Aisyiyah Tunas Harapan Pontianak and YN, SN, AN, and DN as the children of the Panti Asuhan Aisyiyah Tunas Harapan Pontianak. The results from this research indicate that the internalization process about clean and healty living behavior valeus in children of Panti Asuhan Aisyiyah Tunas Harapan Pontianak form the caretaker of the Panti Asuhan is already done. This is proven in examples and socialization from the 6 indicators PHBS that is 1) using the clean water 2) wash their hands with clean water and soap 3) use healty latrines 4) eradicate mosquito larvae 5) eat the vegetables and fruits 6) doing some physical activity. While in the aspect of habituation, children of the Panti already done clean and healty life behavior in their daily lives. Keywords: Internalization, Values, PHBS
