Abstract

AbstractThis thesis is titled Analysis of Teacher's Ability in Applying a Scientific Approach to Learning Sociology in Class XI IPS MAS AL-Mustaqim. The formulation of the problem is as follows (1) What is the teacher's ability to apply the scientific approach to learning sociology in class XI IPS MAS AL-Mustaqim?.(2) What are the teacher's obstacles in applying the scientific approach to learning sociology in class XI IPS MAS AL-Mustaqim?.The research method used is qualitative descriptive research. The research subjects were sociology teachers who taught in class XI IPS and students of class XI IPS.Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation.The results of the study show the following findings:(1) the teacher's ability to apply the scientific approach is good, it can be seen from the teacher applying the five-step scientific approach in accordance with Minister of Education and Culture Number 81a of 2013 concerning Implementation of the Curriculum.(2) barriers experienced by teachers in applying the scientific approach, namely students are less focused and less active in learning activities, teachers are hampered in allocating time during the learning process,and teachers are hampered by the lack of facilities provided by the school. Keywords: Teacher, Scientific Approach, Sociology Learning

Abstract

Abstrak: Dari hasil obesrvasi pendahulu di MAS Mubtadi’in Sungai Ambawang diperoleh data mengenai situasi dan kondisi pembelajaran bahasa arab, menunjukan bahwa kurangnya minat dan motivasi belajar pebelajar untuk belajar arab sangat rendah, sehingga hasil belajar yang didapatkan juga tidak maksimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah tersedianya sumber belajar menggunakan multimedia yang menggunakan permainan scramble untuk kecakapan menyusun kalimat bahasa arab. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan pengembangan produk (Research and Development). Kegiatan penelitian difokuskan pada pengembangan media. Media yang dikembangkan berdasarkan pengembangan yaitu: (1). Merancang produk (2) evaluasi produk (3) uji coba produk. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa kecakapan membaca (al-qira’ah) teks arab setelah menggunakan media permainan scramble mengalami peningkatan melampaui tingkat ketuntasan minimum dan tuntas 100%. Kata Kunci : Permainan Scramble, Kecakapan Membaca (Al-Qira’ah), Multimedia. Abstarct: From the results of preliminary observation in MAS Mubtadi'in Sungai Ambawang were obtained datas about the circumstances of Arabic learning, showed that lack of interest and motivation to learn of learners to learn Arabic is very low, so the learning outcomes that gotten also not optimal. The general aim of this research is to produce the learning resources that using multimedia with scramble game for arrangging arabic sentence skills. The research was conducted with the approach of product development (research and development). This activity is focused on the development of media. Media were developed based development, namely (1) Designing products (2) Evaluation of product (3) The test product. Results of the research showed that the development of learning Arabic media has reached the feasibility and meet the criteria of instructional media suitable for learning material expert, and learners class X MAS Mubtadi’in Sungai Ambawang read (al-qira'ah) after using the Arabic text scramble game medium has increased beyond the minimum level of completeness and completed 100%. Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran matematika di kelas IV SDN 30 Tumbang Titi.Metode penelitan yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian deskriptif  dalam bentuk Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subyek penelitian siswa dan guru SDN 30 Tumbang Titi. Adapun data dalam penelitian ini yaitu hasil observasi aktivitas siswa dan hasil belajar siswa dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran.Sumber data siswa dan guru, alat pengumpul data lembar observasi.Penerapan media model bangun ruang dalam pembelajaran Matematika dapat meningkatkan aktivitas emosional peserta didik. Adapun adapun peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar (20%).Penerapan media model bangun ruang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam merencanakan pembelajaran disetiap siklus tindakan, adapun peningkatan rata-rata sebesar 0,43%.Penerapan media model bangun ruang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran disetiap siklus tindakan, terdapat peningkatan sebesar 7,77%. Kata Kunci : Media Bangun Ruang, Pembelajaran Matematika.   Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to improve the learning activities of students in mathematics in grade IV SDN 30 Tumbang Titi. Research method used in this research is descriptive research in the form of classroom action research. Subjects of research students and teachers at SDN 30 Tumbang Titi. The data in this study is the observation of student activity and student learning outcomes in implementing the learning. Student and teacher data sources, data collection tool observation sheet. The application of the model geometry media in learning Mathematics can improve emotional activity learners. Now as for the increase from the first cycle to the second cycle of (20%). The application of the model geometry media can improve the ability of teachers to plan learning each cycle of action, while the average increase of 0.43%. The application of the model geometry media can improve the ability of teachers in implementing the learning cycle every action, there is an increase of 7.77%. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to find out the implementation of Character building/Education in PPKn Subject to Class XI MIPA 5 SMA 1 Pontianak. The research method used is descriptive study in form of qualitative research. The data sources of this study are PPKn teachers and student of class XI MIPA 5. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview and documentation. The analysis in this study is presented in a descriptive qualitative research with 5 people as the main informants. The results of this study indicate that the planning of learning made by the teacher for completeness of the lesson plan components starting from school identity, subject identity, class / semester, subject matter, time allocation, learning objectives, basic competencies and indicators of achievement of competencies, learning materials, learning methods, learning media, learning resources, learning steps and assessment of learning outcomes, while for character values that appear as many as 12 character values namely religious, national spirit, discipline, love to read, independent, curiosity, communicative, responsibility, honest , tolerance, creative and appreciating the achievements in learning planning. The implementation of character education carried out by teachers is by implementing exemplary, routine activities, conditioning and spontaneous activities. Keywords: Character Building, Implementation, PPKn

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk dan hasil pengendalian sosial terhadap pelanggaran tata tertib (studi perilaku merokok pada siswa SMP Negeri 4 Pontianak). metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi , wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Sedangkan alat pengumpulan data adalah panduan observasi dan panduan wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk pengendalian sosial yang dilakukan oleh guru dalam upaya mencegah dan menanggulangi perilaku merokok yang dilakukan siswa. Terdiri dari dua jenis yaitu pengendalian sosial preventif yaitu dengan cara sosialisasi, nasehat dan teguran. Kemudian pengendalian sosial represif yaitu dengan cara pemberian hukuman dan pemanggilan orang tua. Hal lain yang ditemukan yaitu hasil pengendalian sosial yang telah diterapkan oleh guru sudah berjalan dengan baik terlihat dari tidak ada lagi siswa yang melakukan pelanggaran merokok mengulangi perbuatannya. Kata Kunci : Pengendalian Sosial, Pelanggaran Tata Tertib, Siswa Abstract: The purpose of this research is to understand form and results of social control about violations of discipline (study of smoking behavior of students of SMP Negeri 4 Pontianak). the method used is descriptive. Data collection techniques used were observation, interview and documentation study. While the data collection tool is a guide observation and interview, and documentation. The results showed that the forms of social control that is carried out by teachers in an effort to prevent and cope with the smoking behavior of the student. Consists of two types of preventive social control that is by socialization, advice and warning. Then the repressive social control is by way of punishment and calling parents. Another thing that was found are the result of social controls that have been implemented by teachers has been running well visible from no more students who violate the smoking repeat his actions. Abstract

Abstract:This thesis is entitled Improving Reading Comprehension Through ?Getting The Fact Technique? (A Classroom Action Research to Year-10 Students of SMAK AbdiWacana Pontianak in Academic Year 2015/2016). It is aimed to find out the the answer of research questions, those are: (1) How can Getting the Fact Technique (GFT) improve reading comprehension to Year-10 students of SMAK AbdiWacana Pontianak in Academic Year 2015/2016? (2) What problems are encountered by Year-10 students of SMAK AbdiWacana Pontianak in Academic Year 2015/2016 when they are taught using Getting the Fact Technique (GFT)? The type of research applied to this research was Classroom Action Research (CAR) that was implemented in two cycles, The average score of students? test was 78.52 with the qualification of ?average to good? in cycle one and 87.48 with the qualification of ?good to excellent? in cycle two. It means that the average score of the tests on the material taught using FGT technique was higher than the minimum achievement criterion for English subject accomplishment for year-10 of SMAK Abdi Wacana Pontianak, that is 65.     Keywords: Reading Comprehension, Getting the Fact Technique Abstract: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Meningkatkan Komprehensi Membaca Melalui Teknik ?Getting The Fact?( Suatu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas Pada Siswa Kelas 10 SMAK Abdi Wacana Pontianak Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, Nilai rata-rata tes siswa adalah 78,52 dengan kategori ?average to good? pada siklus 1 dan 87,48 dengan kategori ?good to excellent? pada siklus 2. Hal itu menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata hasil tes formatif dari materi yang diajarkan melalui teknik ?Getting The Fact? lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan nilai KKM Kelas 10 SMAK Abdi Wacana Pontianak, yaitu 65.   Kata Kunci: Komprehensi Membaca,Teknik ?Getting the Fact?

Abstract

AbstractThis research discussed about the quality improvement of reference service of Pontianak state polytechnic library.The aims of this researchwere to find out the efforts ofthe improvement of service quality and the obstacles. The method used was qualitative with a descriptive approach that could be used as a guide so that the focus of the research was in accordance with the facts. The data collections were done by observation, interview and documentation. Conducted by researchers on informants, namely the first librarians and visitors who came to Pontianak state polytechnic library.The result showed that the quality improvementof reference service was still not carried out, starting from obstacles such as small rooms, book shelves that are not neatly arranged and even the collection material available in the reference service is very dirty,dusty, event most yellowing, and there are no guards or staff who maintain the reference service room, the with an increase the quality of this service can provide comform felt b users and make it easier for users to find the source of information needed to reference service. because it still had to be addressed starting from a room that was still very limited so that it became an obstacle in improving the quality of reference services.Keywords: Polnep Library, reference service

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to improve learning the high jump with a rubber media as a tool in the fourth grade students of SDN 12 Balau Milut Kabupaten Sekadau . Forms of research is classroom action research. Research subjects in this study were all fourth grade students of SDN 12 Balau Milut Kabupaten Sekadau totaling 21 students. Learning the high jump with a medium rubber to provide convenience to students to always be active and brave movement high jump is easy and fun give suasanan new that has never been done before , the positive impact of such students do not experience fear , feel good and appropriate to their abilities owned by the students . Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to obtain the influence of the use of a model reasoning and the problem solving of experimentation and a simulation of misconception fall in the number of students. Methods used in this research is experimental design quasi non-equivalent design goes next to the control group. Sample be conducted by way of intact group (group intact). Data collection was carried out by giving shaped double test choice reason closed consisting of 9. Based on the research done, the average of the percentage of misconception, the number of students on class experiment of 38,09 % and in a class of 27,78 %. Then, with the significance of 5 % obtained x hitung = 4,99 and x tabel = 5,99 , this shows that there is no significant influence model reasoning and the use of solving the problem of experiment and the use of models and simulation of reasoning problem solving. One of the effectiveness of from the study is 56,79 for the class experimentation and 41,90 for the class simulation calculated use of DQM (Decreasing Quantity Misconception). The outcome of the findings from the study expected can be used as assessments to help the teacher's physics overcome their mistakes students in overcoming the misconception of students in particular to the matter heat engine and change form substance. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Head Together (NHT) terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi momentum dan impuls kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 5 Pontianak. Bentuk penelitian kuasi eksperimental dengan rancangan nonequivalent control group design. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu XI IPA 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan XI IPA 3 sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa pilihan ganda dan essay Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa kelas eksperimen adalah 73.38, sedangkan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa kelas kontrol adalah 68.44. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji t dengan taraf signifikan α=5% menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan antara hasil belajar siswa  yang menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Head Together (NHT) dengan siswa yang menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional. Nilai Effect Size yang diperoleh sebesar 0.7 dengan kategori sedang dan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 25.80%, artinya model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Head Together (NHT) berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Kata Kunci : Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe NHT, Hasil Belajar, Momentum dan Impuls Abstrack: The purpose of this research was to know the influence type of cooperative larning model Numbered Head Together (NHT) toward learning outcomes in momentum and impulse materials on grade XI IPA SMAN 5 Pontianak. The form of this research was a quasy experimental design with nonequivalent control group design. The sample of this research are XI IPA 1 as experiment class and XI IPA 3 as control class. The instrument that been used was multiple choice and essay. The average learning outcomes of students in experiment class is 73.38, while the average learning outcomes of students in control class is 68.44. Based on the t test with significance level α = 5% indicated there were differences between students that taught by using type of cooperative larning model Numbered Head Together (NHT) with students that taught by using conventional learning model. The value of effect size is 0,7 with moderate category and gave the contribution 27,64%, it means type of cooperative larning model Numbered Head Together (NHT) gave effect on student learning.
