AbstractThis study aims to analyze the potential of MJ Beach as a tourist attraction. Type of research used descriptive with qualitative methods. Data retrieval procedure in this study is observation, interview and documentation. Results of the research obtained in this study is the result of an interview that is a description of the tour-ism potential of MJ Beach. Based on the results of the research, Arung Parak vil-lage has two tourism potentials, namely MJ Beach and Antar Ajong festival. MJ Beach has the advantage of having two tourism potentials as well as good acces-sibility. The weakness of MJ Beach is the lack of tourist support facilities and coastal abrasion. The opportunity that MJ Arung Parak Beach has is the presence of Pokdarwis and the trend of people who choose to travel in their own area. The threat in the development of MJ is the presence of other beaches that are more in demand by the community as well as the effects of Covid-19. The direc-tion of development that can be done is to utilize with both tourism potentials that have to be used as tourist attractions, misinterpret the condition of existing facili-ties, and still maintain the sustainability of the beach.Keywords: Tourism development, tourist attraction, beach

This research was conducted in the people of Bengaras Village, Sungai Laur District, Ketapang Regency with the general aim of this research being to obtain information and find out about the welfare of oil palm plantation workers in Suangai Laur District, Ketapang Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach method, with a survey research type. Informants in this study used a purposive sampling technique with a total of 10 informants. Based on an analysis of the welfare of freelance daily workers on oil palm plantations PT. Batu Mas Sejahteran regarding the income received to meet daily needs is still far from sufficient, because there are often delays in paying salaries and the effective working days of casual daily workers per month are only 18 effective working days, with the monthly salary that casual daily workers receive is Rp. . 1,872,000,- or per day you only get Rp. 104,000,-. Meanwhile, the Ketapang Regency UMK level in 2023 is IDR. 3,100,000,-. So for the income of casual daily workers at PT. Batu Mas Sejahtera, Bengaras Village, Sungai Laur District is still low and still below the UMK of Ketapang Regency

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the science process skills about the harmonic motion of the tenth graders of SMA N 1 Anjongan. The form of research used is survey research..The sampling technique in this study was census/total sampling. The sample in this study were all students of class X IPA totaling 70 people. The test used in the form of a science process skills test in the form of multiple choice as many as 16 questions that have met the aspects of science process skills. This test is given to measure students scientific process skills in solving problems about harmonic motion. The results of the research analysis showed that the average percentage of students' science process skills was 59.11% in the less category. The percentage aspects of science process skills include: observation of 73.57%, classification of 64.29%, interpretation of 60.71%, prediction of 63.57%, communication of 58.57%, planning experiments of 50.00 %, applying the concept of 46.43%, and 51.43% hypothesized. Based on the Mann-Whitney test, the sig value is obtained. (2-tailed) 0.568 <0.05, which means that there is no difference in students' science process skills between boys and girls.Keywords: Analysis, Science Process Skills, Harmonic Motion

In learning Chinese language, the teacher also plays a very important role. In the learning process, the FKIP UNTAN Chinese Language Education Study Program is taught by local lecturers and also taught by Native lecturers who were brought in from China to teach. The learning methods by native lecturers and local lecturers are different, the influence of the learning is also different. To find out the influence of native lecturers on students' learning of Chinese language, the author conducted research on students of the Class of 2022 of the Chinese language Education Study Program, FKIP UNTAN.The aim of this research is to determine the influence of native lecturers on Chinese language learning for students of the Class of 2022 Chinese Language Education Study Program, FKIP UNTAN, and to find out the learning methods used by native lecturers. This research uses qualitative data analysis methods. The author uses the questionnaire method, observation method and interview method.The research results show that the learning methods used by native lecturers are direct methods, object methods, demonstration methods, translation methods, and game methods. The research results showed that the influence of students learning Chinese Language with native lecturers was very strong (136 points). Students felt that native lecturers had a big influence on their pronunciation, vocabulary mastery, listening ability and Mandarin speaking ability. Therefore, native lecturers can have a big influence on Chinese language learning for Class of 2022 students at the Chinese Language Education Study Program, FKIP UNTAN.

ABSTRACTPoetry Writing is one component of the Indonesian Language lessons for grade VIII.The materials require learners to explore ideas and develop their skills andunderstanding. This study focused on exploring the learners’ competence in writingpoetry based on their personal experience. This study aims to describe 1) diction, 2)images, 3) language styles, 4) themes/meaning, and 5) the message of the poetrywritten by students. The method used in this study was descriptive in the form ofquantitative research. The sample of this study was 68 students of class VIII. Thedata collection technique used was a test, and the tool of data collection was testitems. The findings showed that the diction aspect resulted in an excellent categoryby 98.52%, and the image aspect resulted in a fair category by 67.64%. Thelanguage style aspect showed a poor category with a percentage of 48.52%, whereasthe theme aspect showed a good category by 82.35%. The messages aspect showedin a fair category by 60.29%. According to all aspects, the recommendation given tothe teacher is to provide exercises and access to other media to help studentsimprove their writing skills, find broader ideas to write poetry, and enrich thelanguage styles in their poetry writings.Keywords: Poetry writing, Student’s personal experience, Writing skills.

This study aimed to determine the influence of emotional intelligenceon the use of social media in class IX students at SMP Negeri 22Pontianak. This study used a quantitative approach with descriptivemethod and the form of research used is survey research. Thepopulation in this study was 141 students in class IX, with a totalsample 42 respondents. The collection technique used, namelyindirect communication techniques with questionnaire data collectiontools. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the level ofemotional intelligence possessed by class IX students was 81% in the"High" category. Meanwhile, the level of use of social media in classIX students was 79% in the "Medium" category. Based on this, in theresults of data analysis, there is a significant influence of emotionalintelligence on the use of social media in class IX students, namely27% and there were as many as 73% who were influenced by othervariables not examined.

This research aimed to find out the moral values of Peter Pan the Musical drama script and the way those values presented. This research was qualitative description. The corpus was Peter Pan the Musical drama script, written and published by Piers-Chater Robinson under ITM Shows. The script consisted of 78 pages and 3 acts. Miles and Huberman's theory was applied to analyze the data. The research found out that moral values presented in Peter Pan the Musical drama script were about responsibility, bravery, yearning, friendship, kinship, mutual help, positive thoughts and gratitude. The values of friendship and responsibility were emphasized in the scenes, acts, and dialogues. They were delivered explicitly and implicitly, which made the script enjoyable to read. Thus, it is recommended that Peter Pan the Musical drama script be available in the school library a supplement to literary work materials. Keywords: Drama Script, Moral Values, Peter Pan

This study aims to knowing the Principal's Visionary Leadership in Improving the Quality of Education at Pelita Raya High School. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative form. There were 8 participants, namely the Principal, Deputy Principal for Curriculum, Deputy Principal for Student Affairs, TU Staff, and Teachers. Data collection methods used interviews, documentation, and observation. Data analysis is done by reducing the data, namely summarizing the raw data, choosing the main things and focusing on the important things. The results of his research: 1) the visionary leadership role of school principals who focus on the future in improving the quality of education. 2) The visionary leadership of the principal as an agent of change in improving the quality of education is carried out by making plans for school activities through programs according to the development of science and technology, focusing on the vision and mission, building relationships both internally and externally, and taking advantage of opportunities; 3) The visionary leadership of the principal as a determinant of direction in improving the quality of education by understanding priorities, communicating and directing the vision and mission, determining school policies by focusing on teacher and student competencies; 4) The visionary leadership of school principals as professional trainers in improving the quality of education by empowering the academic community and providing examples, guiding, and moving them. In conclusion, the visionary leadership of the principal brought his institution to improve the quality of the school much better.

AbstractThis study aims to describe the utilization of educational facilities and infrastructure in Pertiwi Kindergarten, Tebas District. The research method used is descriptive with qualitative form of research, research data are presented in the form of words instead of numbers. Data collection techniques used in this study are direct observation techniques, communication or interview techniques, documentary study techniques, while data collection tools such as interview guides, observation alloys, and documentaries. The data source of this research is the principal and teacher of class B. The results of research on the utilization of educational facilities and infrastructure, namely, the use of learning facilities in the form of outdoor playgrounds has been utilized to the fullest, but one of the indicators of the use of facilities has not been implemented in outdoor games in education in the form of educational goal indicators . Utilization of educational facilities in the form of visual media has been maximally utilized in education, but there are still obstacles teachers in utilizing visual media in the form of number cards and picture cards. Utilization of infrastructure in the form of playgrounds has been realized for the development of children and can meet applicable guidelines.Keywords: Educational, Utilization Of Facilities And Infrastructure

Indonesia's entrepreneurial need ratio is 4% while the entrepreneurship ratio in November 2021 is 3.1%, there is a 0.9% shortfall of the total population of 260 million people. The importance of entrepreneurship includes being one of the sources of income for the country's economy, as a means of absorbing labor and fostering a spirit of independence. In fact, the educational environment, especially students, is still oriented to become employees of both ASN and private employees because of the guarantee of a fixed income. Kasmir research shows that only 20% of 500 students choose to become entrepreneurs after completing their studies. Isti's research results showed that only 8 people out of 20 students of Economics Education FKIP Untan in 2016 were the research samples who chose entrepreneurship. No more than 50% who choose entrepreneurship. In accordance with the results of the study, it was said that the student's interest in entrepreneurship was still very low. The results of the questionnaire distribution to a sample of 86 people using a Likert scale were analyzed using the multiple regression method. The results showed that economic literacy and social environment had a positive influence on the interest in entrepreneurship, either partially or simultaneously. This research can be the basis for further research to explore other factors that can encourage students' interest in entrepreneurship
