Abstract

The research aims to answer the question, "How does price and quality of service affect customer satisfaction?" in two ways: separately and together. The study surveyed 108 XOVID 20 users. The data were analyzed using a variety of approaches, including validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient tests, F-tests, t-tests, and classical assumption tests. According to the results of the study, price has a positive and substantial effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, and both price and service quality have a major impact on consumer satisfaction. Sixty-six percent is the level of influence of independent variables on consumer happiness. Researchers can recommend that XOVID 20 periodically run promotions by offering discounts, educating employees to solve customer problems, and improving the quality of services offered to clients.

Abstract

The purchase decision on beauty products in the Indonesian people experiences various conditions caused by changes in consumer behavior. This study aims to empirically test the factors that affect purchasing decisions on Tiktok Shop which focuses on beauty product objects including skin care, especially in the city of Denpasar. The research variables that are suspected to be able to have an impact are online customer reviews, viral marketing, and trust. This study uses a quantitative approach and data is collected using a questionnaire given to 100 people. Hypothesis testing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis showed that online customer reviews did not have a significant effect on purchase decisions while viral marketing and trust each had a significant positive influence on purchase decisions. Simultaneously online customer reviews, viral marketing and trust have a significant positive effect on purchase decisions. So it is hoped that sellers on TikTok Shop will be able to take advantage of viral marketing methods and increase consumer confidence to be able to obtain consumer purchase decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the effect of knowledge sharing on employee performance with employee innovative work behavior as a mediating variable. Using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method, data were obtained from 80 employees of KSP Pratama Surya Makmur Lamongan. The results showed that knowledge sharing has a significant effect on employee performance, both directly and through the mediation of innovative work behavior. These results emphasize the importance of creating a knowledge sharing culture that supports innovation to improve organizational productivity and efficiency. Based on the Social Exchange theory, this study provides insight into how knowledge sharing practices can be optimally utilized in organizations.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of total quality management (TQM) and work-life balance on employee performance. The methodology used is a questionnaire with 101 employee respondents working in a wood company in Lumajang Regency. The data was processed using multiple linear regression analysis to test the relationship between the research variables. The study's results indicate a positive effect of total quality management and work-life balance on employee performance.

Abstract

This research is entitled The Effect of Net Profit and Cash Flow on Stock Prices Empirical Study on Banking Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 Period. The purpose of this study is to find out how the effect of net income and cash flow partially, simultaneously and how big the influence variable is on stock prices in banks listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2018-2022 period. This study uses descriptive statistical methods and multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS Version 25 analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that net income has an effect on stock prices in the banking sector listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2018-2022 period. And cash flow has a negative effect on stock prices in banking sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2018-2022 period.

Abstract

Medikon management understands the importance of human resources in building and implementing a strong quality assurance system and producing high-quality products. This study aims to analyze the application of internal control on human resources (HR) in an effort to improve company performance in PT Medikon Prima Laboratories branch offices. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observations, and analysis of related documents. The results of the study show that the effectiveness of internal control can be improved through better human resource management. Some of the key recommendations include continuous training to improve employee competence and compliance, revision and development of SOPs relevant to current operational needs, and optimization of the use of the Salesmart application to support work efficiency and data integration.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of viral marketing and brand ambassadors on purchasing decisions with customer trust as a moderating variable. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through a survey of 100 respondents. Analysis techniques include multiple linear regression tests and MRA tests. The results of the study indicate that viral marketing has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, brand ambassadors have a significant negative effect on purchasing decisions, and customer trust significantly moderates the relationship between brand ambassadors and purchasing decisions, but not on the relationship between viral marketing. These findings are examined within the framework of the Uses and Gratifications theory, which explains how individuals use media to meet information and social needs that motivate purchasing actions. In conclusion, the effectiveness of a marketing strategy depends on the emotional appeal and trust mediated by the brand ambassador.

Abstract

Innovation and market orientation have now become important components for the sustainability and competitiveness of small businesses, especially MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in Indonesia, due to the rapid growth of the culinary industry. Analyzing the impact of market orientation and innovation capability on the business performance of Mie Ayam SMEs in Bekasi City is the objective of this research. A quantitative correlational approach is used in this research. A sample of 100 Mie Ayam SME owners was selected through purposive sampling based on predetermined criteria, such as a minimum operational period of two years and consistent monthly income. The population of this study is MSMEs in the culinary industry. Surveys using structured questionnaires were employed to collect data, and the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach was utilized for analysis. This research reveals that innovation capability significantly enhances business performance by driving improvements in products, processes, and strategies in line with market demand. Similarly, market orientation contributes positively by enabling businesses to understand consumer needs and respond to competitive dynamics. The synergy between these variables strengthens their impact, allowing SMEs to maintain relevance in a highly dynamic market. This study highlights the importance of integrating innovation and market orientation as strategic tools to sustain growth and enhance competitiveness. These results offer practical insights for MSME owners and policymakers to develop strategies that support the resilience and development of the culinary industry in the local context

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of company size and liquidity on financial performance. This study uses a sample of insurance companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The approach taken in this study is an associative approach and the type of data used is quantitative data in the form of financial statements. The population in this study is insurance companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling so that 16 insurance companies are obtained as samples. The data analysis techniques in this study used classical assumption tests, including normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heterokedasticity tests, multiple regression analysis, T tests, F tests, and determination coefficient tests with the help of SPSS For windows software version 25. The results of this study show that company size does not have a significant effect on the financial performance of insurance companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. Liquidity does not have a significant effect on the financial performance of insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.Company size and liquidity together do not have a significant effect on the financial performance of insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of digital promotion and trust on the consumptive behavior of accounting students of the University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta in online shopping with religiosity as a moderation variable. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. The type of data collection used in this study is primary data. This study uses the active student population in 2024 of the Accounting study program class of 2020 at the University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Sampling in this study uses the convenience sampling method, to find out the sample size of the population whose number will be known using the Slovin formula. In this study, the data collection instrument uses a questionnaire. The results of the study showed that the digital promotion variable did not have a significant influence on consumptive behavior, while digital trust had a significant effect on consumptive behavior, religiosity did not moderate the influence of digital promotion on consumptive behavior, religiosity moderated the influence of trust on the consumptive behavior of Accounting students of the University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta in online shopping
