Abstract

The development of artificial intelligence (AI) has brought significant changes in education through the provision of more adaptive, personalized, and data-driven learning. However, its use also raises ethical challenges related to algorithmic bias, data privacy, and potential technology dependence. This research aims to analyze the human-AI collaboration strategy in education and its ethical implications. The method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach, involving the review of scientific books, reputable journal articles, and reports from international institutions. The analysis was carried out through content analysis techniques, comparative analysis, and thematic synthesis. The results of the study show that AI can strengthen learning effectiveness through personification, automated feedback, and student data analysis support. However, the role of teachers remains central in maintaining humanistic aspects, verifying AI recommendations, and ensuring that the learning process takes place ethically and safely. This research emphasizes the importance of AI literacy for teachers, data protection policies, and balanced integration of AI with pedagogical interactions. As such, human–AI collaboration needs to be responsibly designed to support quality, humanitarian-oriented learning.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effective model for utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) in fable learning for Junior High School (SMP) students, and to analyze the positive impacts and main challenges of its implementation on enhancing student competence. The research method used is a Systematic Literature Review to synthesize data from relevant scientific journal articles published within the last five years. The findings indicate that the optimal model for AI utilization is a hybrid model integrating three approaches: (1) Adaptive Learning Systems for material personalization and acceleration of character value comprehension (Chen et al., 2020), (2) Generative AI as a creative partner for content production through Digital Storytelling (Miller, 2019), and (3) Educational Chatbots for instant interaction and feedback (Kumar et al., 2021). The main positive impacts include: increased student motivation and engagement by up to 30% (Kumar et al., 2021), development of creativity and productive digital literacy, and an increase in evaluation efficiency by up to 40% (Li & Zheng, 2019). However, this implementation faces significant challenges such as the digital divide in infrastructure access, low teacher readiness and competence (Yusof et al., 2019), and ethical issues related to dependency and student data privacy (Sucianingtyas et al., 2025). It is recommended that educators adopt this hybrid model, with the teacher maintaining a central role as the main facilitator of moral values, and that policies regulating data security and intensive teacher training be put in place.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of adaptive artificial intelligence (AI) assistants in improving students' explanatory text writing skills and supporting the achievement of the 8 Dimensions of Graduate Profiles in accordance with Permendikdasmen No. 10 of 2025. Using a qualitative case study approach, this study involved 30 grade IX students at SMP Negeri 2 Kroya, a suburban school with limited digital infrastructure. The AI assistant used is ChatGPT (OpenAI), which provides adaptive feedback at every stage of writing. Data were collected through participant observation, pre- and post-intervention document analysis, semi-structured interviews, and group reflection over eight weeks. The results show that AI serves as an effective scaffolding that helps students identify structural weaknesses, improve cause-and-effect relationships, and improve argumentative coherence. Direct quotes from students and teachers show a shift in thinking patterns, from simply asking for answers to using AI as a reflective partner to examining the logic and structure of writing. The "collaborative in process, independent in presentation" learning strategy has been shown to improve social interaction and encourage academic independence, especially in the revision process. AI interventions also strengthen various dimensions of graduate profiles, including critical reasoning, creativity, communication, collaboration, integrity, and technological prowess. Other findings reveal implementation challenges such as limited internet connections and digital capability disparities, which are addressed through offline support and heterogeneous clustering. This study confirms that adaptive AI can be an effective cognitive and social mediator in the context of schools with limited resources, as long as its integration is designed pedagogically, ethically, and contextually. This research makes an empirical contribution to the development of AI-based learning models in suburban areas and recommends teacher training and infrastructure support as a prerequisite for sustainable implementation.

The development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology has had a significant impact on education, particularly in Indonesian language learning based on creative literacy. ChatGPT, as one implementation of AI based on natural language processing, has great potential to support creative writing skills, including poetry writing. This study aims to describe the use of ChatGPT as aco-creatorin poetry writing learning for high school/ vocational school students and analyzes its role in enhancing students' creativity and digital literacy. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a literature study approach supported by prompt-based pedagogical simulations. Data were analyzed using content analysis techniques to examine theories, previous studies, and practices of AI-based creative learning. The results show that ChatGPT can be utilized in four learning phases: AI literacy, idea exploration, writing and revision, and reflection and assessment. In the context of poetry learning with the theme "Teacher's Day", ChatGPT helps students find metaphors, choose poetic diction, and provide feedback on the structure and imagery of poetry without replacing individual creativity. The integration of ChatGPT not only transforms the learning process into a more collaborative and reflective one but also fosters students' ethical awareness and digital literacy. The role of teachers as facilitators is crucial in guiding the use of technology to remain productive, meaningful, and humanistic. Thus, the use of ChatGPT in poetry writing learning is a relevant pedagogical innovation in the digital era to strengthen students' critical thinking skills, language aesthetics, and technological literacy.
