Jurnal al-Fikrah merupakan jurnal ilmiah yang memuat naskah di bidang hukum, pendidikan dan dakwah Islam. Terbit Pertama Volume 1 Nomor 1 Bulan Juni Tahun 2012 secara cetak. Kemudian Tahun 2020 baru diterbitkan dalam versi Online. Ruang lingkup dari Jurnal al-Fikrah berupa hasil penelitian dan kajian analisis -kritis dengan tujuan sebagai wadah yang kredibel bagi akademisi dan peneliti untuk menyebarluaskan karya, studi, makalah, dan bentuk penelitian lainnya. Pembentukannya bertujuan untuk menjadi jurnal ilmiah dengan reputasi nasional serta mempromosikan kemajuan, pemahaman, dan hukum, pendidikan dan dakwah Islam. Jurnal al-Fikrah diterbitkan oleh institut Agama Islam al-Aziziyah Samalanga, Bireuen, Aceh, Indonesia. al-Fikrah adalah jurnal ilmiah dan referensi yang menyediakan sumber informasi resmi bagi para sarjana, akademisi, dan profesional di bidang hukum, pendidikan dan dakwah Islam. Abstract

The implementation of the School Driving Program is expected to enhance the quality of teaching. However, its execution often encounters various challenges, such as teachers not yet fully understanding the application of the new curriculum paradigm. This study aims to examine the planning of the School Driving Program in improving the learning process for students, the implementation of the program, and the obstacles faced in executing the program at SDN 1 Trienggadeng. This research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The subjects of this study are the principal, teachers, and students of SDN 1 Trienggadeng. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the planning of the School Driving Program at SDN 1 Trienggadeng involves several strategic steps, including the school developing a data-driven structured plan that encompasses the enhancement of teacher competencies through training focused on innovative teaching methods and the use of educational technology.

Abstract

In the digital age, the use of technology is becoming more important in the context of education to create a deep and interactive learning experience. This study aims to develop the design of vocabulary materials using  VR technology as an innovative teaching method to support Arabic language learning at the level of Islamic primary school (primary school). This study relied on a design based research methodology. Questionnaires and interviews were used as data collection tools, while qualitative and quantitative analyses were used to analyze the data.The results of the study showed that there are four stages implemented in the design of the research product: problem and needs analysis, design, evaluation, and distribution. Problem analysis in education showed a lack of interest in learning and poor vocabulary mastery. The design of vocabulary learning materials included the use of virtual reality technology through the application of "LAPENTOR"". The design was evaluated by 6 experts, with product ratings in terms of content and language receiving 100%, and  design rating 97%. Accordingly, the VR design was deemed  appropriate for use after taking expert feedback to improve the product. Therefore, the design of vocabulary learning materials using virtual reality can be used as a teaching tool in teaching Arabic at the level of Islamic primary schools.

Abstract

The instillation of faith (aqidah) and morals (akhlaq) in early childhood is a strategic step in shaping strong Islamic character, especially in response to the challenges of the modern era. This study aims to examine an integrative approach involving families, schools, and digital media in embedding the values of aqidah and akhlaq in children. Using a qualitative research method based on literature review, this study reveals that early childhood is a golden period where children possess exceptional abilities to absorb positive values. The findings indicate that synergy between families, formal education, and digital media supervision is the key to addressing modernization challenges that often contradict religious values. This study also highlights the importance of wisely utilizing digital media as a supportive tool to reinforce Islamic values. The research contributes by offering practical and relevant strategies to support the development of Islamic character in early childhood through a holistic and integrated approach.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the obligation of mondok in salafiyah pesantren on the success of student learning at Islamic Religious Universities (PTKI), especially at Al-Aziziyah Islamic University Indonesia (UNISAI). This research uses a qualitative approach with ethnographic methods. Data were obtained through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies of students who underwent mondok obligations at Dayah MUDI Mesjid Raya Samalanga. The results of the study show that the obligation of mondok has a positive impact on shaping student discipline, time management, and mental resilience. Structured cottage life encourages students to integrate spiritual and academic values in a balanced manner. Students not only gain a deeper understanding of religion, but also show improvements in academic performance. However, there were also several obstacles, such as double load pressure and schedule conflicts between campus and pesantren activities. This study recommends that PTKI and pesantren managers strengthen curriculum synergy and provide special assistance for monkok students. This integrative education model has proven to be able to form graduates who excel intellectually and spiritually.

Abstract

The implementation of Islamic values in the professional ethics of secretarial work in Islamic educational institutions is a crucial aspect in establishing a professional work environment based on Islamic morality. This study aims to analyze the concept of Islamic values in professional ethics, its implementation in secretarial work within Islamic educational institutions, the challenges encountered, as well as the solutions and strategies for its reinforcement. The research method employed is a qualitative approach with a literature review as the primary source. The findings indicate that Islamic values, such as honesty, trustworthiness, responsibility, discipline, and professionalism, serve as the fundamental principles of professional ethics in secretarial work. The implementation of these values is evident in administrative, communication, and service aspects, all of which adhere to Sharia principles. However, several challenges exist in its application, including a lack of understanding of Islamic ethical concepts, the influence of modernization, and weak supervision systems. Therefore, effective strategies are needed, such as specialized training, a Sharia-based management system, and regulatory reinforcement, to strengthen the application of professional ethics based on Islamic values. With optimal implementation, the secretarial profession in Islamic educational institutions can operate professionally, with integrity, and contribute positively to the development of Islamic education.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the role and strategy of the Indonesian Waqf Agency (BWI) of Aceh Province in increasing waqf productivity and developing nazhir skills in the context of creative economy empowerment in Banda Aceh City. Waqf as one of the instruments of Islamic economics has great potential in encouraging the welfare of the people if managed productively and professionally. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through literature studies, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that BWI Aceh Province has implemented a number of strategic programs such as nazhir training and certification, as well as encouraging the integration of waqf assets with the creative economy sector, although it still faces various obstacles such as limited human resources, lack of cross-sector synergy, and low public literacy about productive waqf. This study recommends the need for closer collaboration between BWI, local governments, and business actors to optimize the potential of waqf in encouraging sustainable sharia-based economic development.

Abstract

Perkembangan pesat teknologi digital telah membawa tantangan baru dalam pendidikan, khususnya dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai akhlakul karimah kepada generasi muda. Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) memegang peran penting dalam membimbing siswa agar dapat menginternalisasi nilai moral dan etika Islami di tengah arus informasi digital yang sangat deras. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana guru PAI menanamkan nilai-nilai akhlak melalui pendekatan yang adaptif dan inovatif di era digital. Metode kajian yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan (library research) dengan mengumpulkan dan menganalisis literatur terkait peran guru PAI, pembelajaran akhlak, dan pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pendidikan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan pembinaan akhlak sangat tergantung pada kompetensi guru dalam memadukan keteladanan moral dengan kemampuan literasi digital. Guru yang mampu beradaptasi dengan teknologi dan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai akhlak secara kontekstual mampu membentuk karakter Islami siswa secara lebih efektif. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran akhlak yang relevan dengan dinamika era digital serta mendorong peningkatan kapasitas guru PAI dalam menghadapi tantangan zaman. Dengan demikian, guru PAI tetap menjadi garda terdepan dalam membentuk generasi muda berakhlak mulia di era digital.

Abstract

Digital transformation in Indonesia's education sector, particularly the implementation of an online new student registration system, has significantly impacted efficiency and accessibility. This research focuses on MIN 3 Banda Aceh, which faces challenges related to infrastructure and technological understanding amid social diversity. A descriptive qualitative method was used to explore the experiences of administrators, parents, and prospective students through interviews and observations. The results indicate an increase in participation and parental trust in data security, although challenges still need to be addressed. These findings delve into the importance of integrating local values and Islamic education management principles in creating an inclusive and transparent system, with the hope of providing recommendations for better educational management in the future.

Abstract

Religious moderation is an important value that must be instilled from an early age in the world of education to form a generation that is religious, tolerant, and noble. MTsS Darul Ma'rifah as one of the dayah-based Islamic educational institutions has a strategic role in internalizing the values of moderation to students. This study aims to analyze the process of internalizing the value of religious moderation through religious learning and activities in MTsS Darul Ma'rifah, as well as identify its contribution to the formation of clean political awareness among the younger generation. The approach used is qualitative with a descriptive design. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation of teachers, madrasah heads, and students. The results of the study show that moderation values such as honesty, justice, responsibility, and tolerance are consistently integrated in religious learning and activities. Non-formal activities such as recitations, commemoration of Islamic holidays, and moral development also strengthen the character of students who are inclusive and not extreme. The internalization of these values also has an impact on the formation of a clean and ethical political awareness in students, which is shown through a tolerant, anti-corruption, and fair attitude in thinking. This research contributes to expanding the understanding of the role of dayah education in the political moral revolution of the younger generation. The limitation of this study lies in the limited scope of the location, so there is a need for further studies at other similar institutions to strengthen the generalization of the results.
