With the government's prohibition on face-to-face learning, schools from the elementary school to university levels are looking for alternative learning that is in accordance with the current covid pandemic conditions. Online learning is an alternative that is considered effective, where this learning utilizes internet technology in managing learning with a wider reach. By implementing online learning, we must pay more attention to the selection of application programs that are in accordance with the conditions and needs in learning. Office 365 is considered capable of accommodating learning needs during the current pandemic given the various advantages it has, but there are still weaknesses and obstacles that we need to examine so that learning can be effective and efficient even though it is carried out online and is able to improve students' academic and non-academic achievements. This study aims to evaluate online learning programs in the Covid-19 era through the Office 365 at SMP Negeri 5 Leihitu, Central Maluku. The research is a descriptive evaluation study with a qualitative approach and the CIPP evaluation model with the research subjects being the principal, vice principal for curriculum affairs, deputy principal for student affairs, and three senior teachers and 2 teachers. Data collection uses interview, observation and documentation techniques, while data analysis uses data reduction techniques, data presentation and ends with conclusion drawing or data verification. Based on the results of online learning evaluation research through Office 365 , it was found that in reality there were still facilities and infrastructure that were not yet available, the human resources for teachers and students were not adequate. Abstract

The impact of question-based HOTS on learning Mathematics during a pandemic encourages students’ development of thinking skills and creativity. As a result, the aim of this research is to develop feasible HOTS-based Pythagorean Theorem questions in Mathematics learning. This type of research is development research design. This research development design is a 4-D development model. This 4-D development model is divided into four stages: define, design, develop, and disseminate. However, this research has only progressed to the stage develop. Based on the results of expert validation, it was found that HOTS-based Pythagorean Theorem questions were in correlated with the indicators of the feasibility’s questions to be applied. Then based on the test results using the correlation formula, Pearson product-moment found that the five items were valid, for the difficulty level the five items were included in the moderate criterion, for the distinguishing power that the five items had good distinguishing power, then using the formula it was alpha Cronbach determined that the five items are reliable. According to the research findings, HOTS-based Pythagorean Theorem questions are feasible to use for Mathematics instruction.

Abstract

The design of automatic hand washing technology tools to support blended learning in the COVID-19 pandemic is very much on order. In designing and demonstrating a hand washing device, an automatic faucet modification is needed which consists of an IR sensor component (Proximity Infrared Switch Sensor) as an automatic on and off switch, then to support the faucet to work with a good system, a transistor that has been modified with a modified dynamo integrated into the system. connected to a mini pump. Then the other supporting components consist of a leg rack made of elbow iron, gallons of water, a sink, a water vacuum, an adapter and a dirty water disposal bucket. Then a demonstration of the tool was carried out to students at MTs Parmiyatu Wassa'adah. In demonstrating the tool there is a percentage of students with a positive response where as many as 14 students state very good with a percentage of 66.67%, and as many as 4 people state good with a presentation of 19% and as many as 3 people state quite well with a percentage of 14%. That is, the proportion of success from the design of this tool runs smoothly and can understand its functions and uses.
