Abstract

The study aims to find out the correlation between folklore implemented in teaching and student’s character toward English learning outcomes in the first grade of one vocational high school in Minahasa. It involved one class of first grade grade with 30 students each in academic year 2020/2021. The data analysis technique includes the presentation / description of the data, testing the analysis requirements and testing the hypothesis as follows. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive relationship between (a) Folklore implemented in teaching with the English learning outcome (0.321), (b) there is a positive relationship between students’ character with the English learning outcome (0.003), (c) there is a significant relationship between Folklore implemented in teaching and students’ character with the English learning outcome (0.538). Thus, it could be concluded that folklore implemented in teaching activities

Abstract

Suitable learning is needed for students and teachers. However, not all teachers can apply appropriate learning for their students. A good method for students is a method that can improve student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is to describe the use of the Ricosre method in Biology lessons for Darul Faizin High School students, Bogor, to find out whether the Ricosre method can improve Biology learning outcomes for Darul Faizin High School students, Bogor and to find out how much learning improvement will be achieved in Darul Faizin High School students, Bogor. This research was conducted in Biology Subjects, Material Characteristics and Structure of Viruses. The research sample used in this study were students of class X SMKS Napala Bogor. the type of experiment is one type of group pre-test and post-test (The One Group Pretest Posttest). Treatment using the Ricosre method (mean of 64.9864 ) compared to before using the media (mean of 61.6240 ), increased by 3.36240. In other words, the use of media has a significant effect on the 95% confidence level. The Ricosre method can improve student learning outcomes, on Virus material. Ricosre's learning process activates students into unique and interesting learning. Students can solve existing problems. The material is clear and complete, making it easier for students to learn material about Viruses. Teachers can use this method, with new creativity and innovation.

Abstract

Communication is a process where the interaction between communicators and communicants who exchange messages in it that occurs directly or indirectly, communication itself can be said to be the most crucial thing in this life. Inter-ethnic communication patterns Sangihe and ethnic Bugis are interesting to study further, because the two ethnic groups have different cultural backgrounds. The communication pattern is a model of the communication process that relies on morals and values ​​prevailing in society. So that with the communication model and part of the communication process it will be possible to find a pattern that is suitable and easy to use in communicating in accordance with morals in communicating. Qualitative research is research that uses open interviews to examine and understand individual attitudes, views, feelings, and behaviors. or a group of people. Qualitative research must also understand the attitudes, views, feelings, and behaviors of both individuals and groups of people. This is done face-to-face and communication using communication media.

Abstract

Improvement of the CPNS acceptance system using CAT is part of increasing accountability in personnel recruitment state civil. This system applies throughout Indonesia, including North Maluku. With this system, the space misuse of power and authority (abuse of power) level public officials in North Maluku provincial government environments can be controlled as best as possible. This study is intended to answer the process to the impact of implementing accountability for CPNS recruitment in the regional personnel agency of North Maluku province. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The results of this study provide an illustration that the accountability of the implementation of CPNS recruitment at the Regional Personnel Agency of North Maluku Province using the Computer Assisted Test has a very accountable procedure so that it can be accepted by the community without carrying out resistance as the previous system (LJK). With the Computer Assisted Test (CAT) system, it is possible to see the total value of the 2019 CPNS SKD test results immediately after the participants have finished taking the test, meaning that the accountability of CPNS recruitment in North Maluku Province is heading towards a better direction in answering the problem of collusion, corruption and nepotism (KKN).

Abstract

Abstract

Indonesia is the country with the largest Muslim population in the world that will continue to grow and the country with the second largest consumption of cosmetics after India. Like the growing Muslim population, awareness of the use of halal products is also increasinglygrowing. This article aims to analyze the influence of price, sales promotion and halal awareness of purchasing decisions especially on halal cosmetic products. Thisresearch is quantitative research and cross sectional research with the period September 2020 - December 2020. A total of 124 respondents used the Bernoulli Formula. Primary data collection methods use questionnaires and analyzed using (SPSS) version 25, while secondary data is in the form of library studies. The results of this study are price, sales promotion and halal awareness partially and together affect the decision to buy skin care products in Shopee, meaning that if the price, promotion of sales and halal awareness increases, it will increase the purchase decision of skin care products in Shopee aplication

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of product quality on customer loyalty at Waroeng Steak and Shake in Juanda Bekasi. The population in this study were customers of Waroeng Steak and Shake in Juanda Bekasi, totaling 400 people a week. The samples in this study were customers of Waroeng Steak and Shake taken using a random sampling of 80 people. The data analysis method uses a correlation technique with the Pearson Product Moment and Cronbach's Alpha formulas, and simple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that product quality as an independent variable has a direct positive effect on customer loyalty as the dependent variable, indicated by a regression value of 0.799%. Thus, the increase in Product Quality affects Customer Loyalty by 87.7%. While the remaining 12.3% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this research method

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on employee job satisfaction at CV. Main Indorent. The sample in this study were employees of CV. Indorent Utama a total of 20 people using interviews, observation, and questionnaires. The results showed that the influence of external motivation on job satisfaction was very high compared to internal motivation. The relationship of external motivation to job satisfaction greatly affects the increase in employee performance as much as 54.3%. In this study, the external motivation that most influences the improvement of employee performance is good communication between employees and superiors, a good work environment, and superiors always give praise. The three main factors that can improve employee performance in completing tasks. Meanwhile, from the respondents' responses, the relationship between internal motivation and employee performance was an average of 58%. In this study, the three main factors of internal motivation that influence job satisfaction are job performance, satisfaction in completing tasks, and interesting work

Abstract

This study aims to determine the kinds of women's struggles to get their love in the novel Sing Me to Sleep. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods and a theory focused on the character of Virginia Woolf. The author uses note-taking as a research instrument. The author found that there are three kinds of women's struggles. Namely, first the struggle to accept the reality of life, the second the struggle to achieve dreams, and finally the struggle in the form of love, and the struggle to get love.

Abstract

With the advancement of technology in this era of globalization, every company strives to always improve the quality of its production and marketing management with the aim of maximizing profits according to the targets desired by each company. Marketing is one of the most important functions in a company, where with proper marketing it can determine the sales volume and position of the company (product) in the market. By analyzing the results of the survey based on the activities of reviewing and reviewing existing theories in the literature that has been collected, respondents consider it important to use marketing strategies in their companies so that their companies can develop and run well in line with current technology.
