Abstract

The literature reviews to identify the factors causing secondary student absenteeism which is still scarce and insufficient. The objective of study was to investigate the factors causing absenteeism of secondary school students. The methodology used in this study was systematic literature review. The Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) were implemented for selection, screening, and reporting. This study reviewed quantitative research released between 2018 and 2022. The databases were used such as Web of Science (WOS), SCOPUS, ERIC and Google Scholar. The most keywords were used secondary students, absenteeism, were the most used keywords. Results of study showed that there were eleven factors of causing secondary students` absenteeism, including mental health, bullying, teacher, school, friends, parents, substance use, physical fight, school climate, technology academic challenges and socioeconomic status. The problem of student absenteeism can be avoided if the school, teachers, parents and students take their respective roles so that this issues no longer happen among school students.

Abstract

This article examines Cyber Bullying on Social Media against the stigma of Indonesian women's beauty standards. The discussion in this study regarding the impact of social media on the formation of social stigma on women's beauty standards in Indonesia as a means of causing Cyber Bullying. This research method uses a qualitative method that is used to describe the data that has been obtained regarding cyber bullying against women's beauty standards in Indonesia. This article concludes that the role of social media is very large in applying women's beauty standards in social media as well as being a source of Cyber Bullying

Abstract

Identification of the dominant factors that influence student learning outcomes, aimed to find out (diagnose) the problems faced in learning so that improvements can be made to improve student learning outcomes. The selection of the most influential factors can be done using the analysis of the main components. The purpose of this study was to find out the main factors that influence junior high school students’ science learning outcomes in the Masohi city, Central Maluku Regency. The population in this study were 180 8th grade students at four junior high schools in Masohi city. The research instrument was in the form of a questionnaire to measure 8 variables compiled based on a Likert scale. Determination of the main factors that affect student learning outcomes was carried out using principal component analysis, with the assistance of SPSS software version 18.0. The results showed that in Public Islamic Junior High School 2 Masohi, the main factors influencing students' science learning outcomes were interest, motivation, infrastructure, and parents, while the second factor was teachers and peers, while in public junior high school 1, 2 and 3 Masohi, it appeared that the main factors influencing students' science learning outcomes were teachers, infrastructure, peers and parents, while the second factor was interest and motivation. Thus, it can be concluded that the main factors affecting learning outcomes in junior high schools in Masohi City are different.

Abstract

As a result of the huge variety of different sources and knowledge available in this age of globalization, the fast-paced, instantaneous lifestyles required at all of society's levels are supported by an adoption of information systems. Customers have flocked to use online payment features as a result of the accessibility of numerous shopping platforms and the convenience of transactions. The Covid-19 pandemic's rise has also sparked changes in a number of areas, including the economy. According to the current situation, more people are definitely adopting digital platforms with all its advantages, benefits, and conveniences. These suggests that electronic money is well acceptable, especially in heavily inhabited urban regions where it may help stop the spread of the Covid-19 virus. As a result, the fierce competition in the market for digital wallets requires companies to be capable of developing and sustain high-quality electronic services. As a result, users of the application may feel more trustworthy. 100 people who currently use GoPay made up the sample for this study. This essential information was gathered through surveying. examination of data using linear regression. The findings demonstrated that E-Trust and E- Satisfaction significantly impacted GoPay consumers' intention to continue using the service.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become an increasingly relevant topic in the context of public services. Information and communication technology provides opportunities to increase the efficiency, effectiveness and quality of public services. However, digital transformation also presents challenges in terms of access gaps, data security, and paradigm shifts in organizational culture. This study aims to identify opportunities and challenges from digital transformation in public services. In a literature review, the author collects literature from various sources and conducts a thematic analysis to identify key issues related to digital transformation in public services. The results of the analysis show that digital transformation provides opportunities in terms of increasing the efficiency, effectiveness and quality of public services. Technologies such as big data, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence can be used to optimize decision making, increase citizen participation, and reduce operational costs. However, digital transformation also presents challenges in terms of access gaps, especially for people who are less skilled in using technology, data security and privacy, as well as paradigm shifts in organizational culture. This study concludes that digital transformation in public services offers great opportunities for the government to improve service quality and efficiency. However, the challenges faced in its implementation must be managed properly. The role of government, especially in terms of regulation and investment, is very important to ensure the success of digital transformation in public services

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership Style and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in South Jakarta Public Accountants, to determine the effect of Leadership Style on Employee Performance in South Jakarta Public Accountants, to determine the effect of Work Motivation on Employee Performance in South Jakarta Public Accountants to determine the effect Leadership Style and Work Motivation together on Employee Performance at South Jakarta Public Accountants. The method used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study were all employees with a total of 79 employees. The sample used was 79 respondents with data collection techniques and questionnaires. Methods of data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, it shows that Leadership Style has an effect on Employee Performance, indicated by the value of tcount = 11.970 while ttable = 1.991 (tcount>ttable). Work Motivation has an effect on Employee Performance with the value of tcount = 14.150 while ttable = 1.991 (tcount>ttable) with a significant level of 0.00 <0.05. Leadership Style and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in South Jakarta Public Accountants where the value of fcount = 120.609 ftable = 3.12 (fcount>ftable) with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. The multiple regression equation is as follows: Y = 3.664 + 0.335 X1 + 0.559 X2 The multiple correlation is 0.872, the test results for the coefficient of determination are 76% and the remaining 24% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Stress is a common and significant problem faced by students in higher education institutions, with negative consequences for academic performance, mental health, and overall well-being. This concept paper explores the importance of diverse interventions to help university students manage stress. The literature review provides a comprehensive overview of various types of interventions that have been used to address stress among university students, including mindfulness-based interventions, cognitive-behavioural interventions, physical exercise interventions, and social support interventions. The paper proposes a range of interventions that could be effective in addressing stress among university students, with a particular focus on those that are culturally sensitive, easily accessible, and tailored to meet the needs and preferences of diverse student populations. The conclusion summarises the main findings and recommendations, emphasising the importance of implementing diverse stress interventions to support the well-being and academic success of all university students.

Abstract

Students at school are individuals who will definitely face various problems, but the complexity and types of problems experienced by each individual can vary. Problems that are generally experienced by students can be related to personal, social, learning, and career problems. In helping students overcome these problems, guidance and counseling teachers play an important role. By understanding and identifying specific problems, teachers can design appropriate guidance and counseling programs to help students deal with their personal, social, learning, and career problems. The purpose of this research is to help teachers, especially guidance and counseling teachers to carry out guidance and counseling services according to the needs of students. This type of research is a descriptive study with a sample of 64 students at SMP Negeri 94 Central Maluku. The method of determining the sample using saturated sampling.Based on the results of data processing, it can be concluded that the most dominant problem occurs in class IX. In this class, learning problems are the most dominant problem with a score of 117 (32.32%). This shows that class IX students at SMP Negeri 94 Central Maluku face difficulties in terms of information on graduation requirements and how to increase their concentration in studying. Therefore, it is necessary to give special attention and further efforts to assist students in overcoming these learning problemss.

Abstract

The increasing use of social media in Indonesia has actually led to an increase in untrue news, often referred to as hoax news. In addition, social media is often used as a medium for spreading hate speech. So the thing that must be done to overcome these problems is to improve digital literacy to implement civic responsibility in everyone, which is done through the Pelita community in Semarang City. This research provides a literature review of the Pelita community's efforts to build citizens' digital literacy and the role of digital literacy in improving civic responsibility through Pelita. The results show that the Pelita community has provided a basic understanding of digital literacy so that it can increase a sense of civic responsibility.
