Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine whether the application of the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) Cooperative Learning Model could improve student learning outcomes in mathematics and to find out how much an increase in student learning outcomes in mathematics about the composition of inverse functions and functions after using the Cooperative Learning Model Type Student Achievement Division (STAD) in class X IPA ,SMAN 1 Tajur Halang Bogor. The research method used in this research is analytic descriptive through classroom action research that is a study used to collect data, describe, process, analyze, conclude and interpret data so as to obtain a systematic picture. Descriptive research methods of analysis are used to find out the problem by describing in detail and clearly, as well as conducting a data analysis of the problem to obtain a conclusion with the aim of systematically describing and analyzing a factual fact.The use of cooperative learning model type student team achievement division (STAD) can be a fun learning variation for students so that it is proven to improve student learning outcomes. The magnitude of the increase in student outcomes as follows when the pre-cycle average value of 63.89 then in cycle 1 an increase to 75.14 and in cycle 2 to 83.61.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) Class VII-1 student learning activities at SMP Negeri 1 Cilengsi Bogor in the application of the Non-Directive Method by using media maps. (2) learning outcomes of students of class VII-1 IPS in the application of the Non-Directive Method by using media maps. The subjects in this research were 38 students of Class VII-1 Middle School 1 Cilengsi Bogor. data collection techniques using direct and indirect communication. Data collection tools in this study used observation sheets and tests. The test is used in accordance with the curriculum objectives achieved and taken from social studies textbooks VII-1 class SMP Negeri 1 Cilengsi Bogor. to collect research data using LKS and test post. This research was conducted with 2 cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. each cycle has stages, namely planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. the results of this study indicate that an increase in students' learning abilities with student completeness reached 35.18% then increased in the second cycle to 46.22%. from the results of the study can also be seen an increase in students' learning abilities with worksheets in the second cycle to 94.44%. From the analysis conducted, it can be concluded that the Non Directive learning method can increase the Activities and Student Learning Outcomes of students of SMP Negeri 1 Cilengsi Bogor in Academic Year 2010/2011.

Abstract

The work challenges in the globalization era are getting heavier so that the workforce is required to have other abilities beyond academic ability. The biggest problem is many high school graduates who are not employed. This is because low non academic ability of college as a trigger. Its mean that non academic ability be a determine factor must be notice in the universities so that the graduates can be take a participation in era of globalization. These non academic abilities includes interpersonal skills, computer skills, enterprise & entrepreneurial skills, communication skills, thinking skills and management skills. Universities as producers of educated young workers must align their curriculum with these non-academic needs in each of their learning activities. There are a number of approaches that can be taken by universities to develop employability skills, including work-integrated learning, stand-alone subject models, academic support programs, embedded subject models, non-academic support programs and campus life activities. the potential of every college graduate can compete in the era of globalization.

Abstract

The research method uses an evaluation developed by Kirkpactrik. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis. Participant research participants in the Teacher Performance Peenilian Technical Guidance in 2018. Technical Guidance on Teacher Performance Evaluation is carried out with the aim of providing teachers with skills to be able to use the Teacher Performance Assessment instrument to their peers. Evaluations at each important level are carried out to determine the level of effectiveness. Based on the results of the study obtained the following data; (1) the level of reaction of participants stated that the implementation of Bimtek was very good; (2) at the level of learning participants have a very good understanding of the PKG Guidance material. It was concluded that the implementation of the Teacher Performance Evaluation Technical Guidance was carried out in accordance with the implementation guidelines and objectives. The teacher has a very good level of understanding after following the Teacher Performance Assessment Technical Guidance. It is recommended that Technical Guidance on Teacher Performance Evaluation can be carried out in greater numbers so that the ratio between the assessed and the assessor gets smaller.

Abstract

This article focuses on the roles of religious communities within particular social contexts which concern on environmental sustainability. On the one side, it contains a holistic notion, i.e. interconnection of all living fields and living beings with their milieu. It proves that religion's values ​​to communal practices demonstrate a concern for natural sustainability. On the other side, the dynamic of such interest toward environmental sustainability influences a critical exploration and even transformation of religious values. Among religious communities, in Maluku context, the Protestant Church of Maluku (Gereja Protestan Maluku – GPM) is a Christian community that deliberately and systematically struggles on the problem of environmental sustainability by its religious values ​​(Christianity).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide practical solutions to a problem, and determine further policies or decisions regarding the implementation of a science learning program by utilizing learning resources in SMP Lab School UNJ. The average value of students has met the minimum competency and satisfactory for students, the average value of students' natural sciences per year always increases, this is inseparable from the way of teaching an interesting teacher and detailed explanation is equipped with a summary of notes of each subject matter and also support infrastructure learning resources that are quite complete and adequate both in the Laboratory and in the Library so that it really helps children to understand and understand the lesson. The completeness of the learning resource infrastructure in the school really helps students in achieving good grades, this is in line with theories of learning resources, and this is also proven at the 2018 UNBK for the IPA score of Jakarta's Labschool Middle School, ranked 5th (Fifth) in DKI Jakarta with an average UN score of 81.92, for 2019 the best natural sciences of Labschool Middle School number One in East Jakarta for the average value is 92.53 and for the second best private SMP in DKI Jakarta with an average value of an average of 9,253.

Abstract

This research examines the Hutumuri congregation's understanding of Hahuneng, with the aim of analyzing the congregation's understanding of Hahuneng, then the method used is theological research method, with the following steps: first, conducting qualitative research and using interviews as a data collection technique, and analyzing, and the process of interpretation and communication of values ​​and contexts in the life of a congregation and conducting theological normative evaluations using contextual theology anthropological models, because they are centered on the values ​​and goodness of human culture. The result obtained is that Hahuneng is understood by the Hutumuri congregation/community as a fellowship, because togetherness between soa in the Hutumuri Country, becomes an important value for the creation of social harmony in the GPM Hutumuri Congregation, so that life is always colored with harmony, peace and mutual respect. and are willing to work together for the common good over the interests of soa; respect for Upu Ila Kahuresi and the spirits of the dead / ancestors, respect for the ancestors are values ​​that are of great concern and must be a force that is firmly planted in the personality of each Congregation; and third, sacredness. Sacredness is always associated with beliefs in the unseen, mystical, supernatural, and made the norm together as moral values.

Abstract

Evaluation as a process of determining at what level educational goals are actually realized. Program evaluation is an "effort to find out the level of implementation of a policy carefully by knowing the effectiveness of each component. Abbreviations of the concept of evaluation of the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, and Product) The concept of the CIPP Stufflebeam model with the view that the important purpose of evaluation is not prove but to improve. The CIPP concept is as follows: context evaluation is intended to assess the situation that is being carried out by an educational institution. Input evaluation is to give consideration to the success of the curriculum. Process evaluation is about implementing an innovation curriculum. Evaluation of the results of the main objective is to determine the extent to which the learning program implemented has been able to meet the needs of groups who use it. The fourth evaluation is a series of wholeness. Evaluation of learning programs using the CIPP model developed and implemented by lecturers in tertiary institutions should reach an assessment of: (1) learning designs that include competencies developed, selected learning strategies, and program content, (2) implementation of learning programs or quality of learning, and (3) learning program results

Abstract

This article is result of research on model of history teaching in SMK Ksrya Guna Manggarai, South Jakarta. The study was conductted using qualitative methods. The data of study was collected by observation, interviews and documentation. The data interviews obtained from key informants and core informants. The study produced empirical data about model of history teaching in SMK Karya Guna which includes the stages of planning, implementation and evaluation. Model of history teaching can be classifield in the conventional model of teaching whith expository strategies where instructional is centered on the teacher (teacher centeres learning). Model of history teaching in class X was all the majors almost the same pattern, using method with powerpoint media in the form of pictures. Media images used by teacher effective in helping students remember the subject matter, the learning activities more emphasis on the mastery of the content so that students can answer the exam questions in the from of memorizing facts. Thus the model of history teaching in SMK Karya Guna is focused on the transfer of knowledges has not reached the transfer of value.
