Abstract

The empirical fact that is currently happening is that EMKM and BUMDES entrepreneurs in the Ciganitri area do not understand what and how financial reports are presented according to standards. The implication is that they cannot give financial reports, so the financial position of the business cannot be determined accurately, as a result, the assessment of financial performance fails, and tax reporting cannot be determined precisely. Increasing competence in financial accounting through training and mentoring is an urgent solution. This activity was attended by 25 participants from various EMKM and BUMDES business units. This abdimas aims to help EMKM and BUMDES entities understand basic finance and introduce the use of the Si Apik and SIABDES accounting applications for preparing financial reports according to EMKM financial accounting standards (SAK). The methods used in Community Service include problem identification, field surveys, training, post-training assistance, and assessments, to measure the achievement of community service outcomes. The results obtained show an increase in the understanding of the Community Service participants. They are starting to be interested in applying the Si Apik accounting application or SIABDES for the purpose of presenting financial reports according to standards so that their obligations in realizing transparency and accountability can be helped to be realized.

Abstract

A leader must possess the ability to lead and motivate teams, departments, businesses, or organizations to accomplish a task. One method used by businesses or organizations in hiring and promoting individuals is by considering their leadership qualities, as these individuals are seen as valuable assets for the future growth and success of the organization or business. In order for heads of work units at lower levels (unit heads), middle levels (supervisors and head nuns), and upper levels (managers) in all divisions and departments to grow resilient in facing all challenges, problems, threats, and changes from the outside, Leadership in Me: Strength to Endure training or workshops are required, according to the Holistic Care Department. To meet this need, the Siloam Karawaci Hospital Holistic Care Department asked Pelita Harapan University Karawaci lecturers to organize this workshop at Siloam Karawaci Hospital during a gathering for leaders at Siloam Karawaci Hospital. The aim of this workshop is for divisional and departmental leaders at Siloam Karawaci Hospital to improve their leadership skills and high fighting spirit. This workshop activity received a positive response from the workshop participants both in terms of deepening the material, discussion groups and questions and answers and this workshop was also supported by LPPM UPH and provided excellent outputs where participants received additional knowledge and leadership skills that can be applied in their respective divisions and departments. at Siloam Karawaci Hospital.

Abstract

Perpustakaan Pering Cemerlang merupakan perpustakaan desa yang berlokasi di desa Pekik Nyaring, Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah, Provinsi Bengkulu. Perpustakaan ini menjadi wadah bagi masyarakat desa Pekik Nyaring dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, khususnya bagi siswa Sekolah Dasar (SD). Perpustakaan Pering Cemerlang memiliki fasilitas komputer yang dapat digunakan oleh pustakawan atau pemustaka untuk melakukan penelusuran informasi. Namum fasilitas komputer belum termaksimalkan, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan belum adanya koleksi digital yang dapat menjadi referensi bagi siswa Sekolah Dasar (SD) desa Pekik Nyaring untuk menunjang kegiatan belajar di sekolah. Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah melakukan akuisisi koleksi digital untuk perpustakaan Pering Cemerlang yang relevan dengan kebutuhan dari siswa Sekolah Dasar (SD) di desa Pekik Nyaring dan kurikulum. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan observasi, wawancara dan sosialisasi koleksi yang telah diakuisisi, serta pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi buku digital. Hasil kegiatan akuisisi koleksi digital ini ditunjukkan dengan telah terakuisisinya koleksi buku digital Sekolah Dasar (SD) yang sesuai dengan kurikulum Merdeka sebanyak 52 eksemplar, dan buku yang sesuai dengan Kurikulum 2013 sebanyak 57 eksemplar. Kegiatan pasca akuisisi adalah melakukan sosialisasi koleksi yang telah diakuisisi kepada pustakawan, staff perpustakaan, dan siswa Sekolah Dasar (SD) desa Pekik Nyaring, selain itu juga dilaksanakna pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi koleksi digital kepada staff perpustakaan Pering Cemerlang.

Abstract

MGMP (Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran) PAI (Pendidikan Agama Islam) adalah suatu forum atau wadah profesional guru mata pelajaran agama islam yang berada pada suatu wilayah kabupaten/kota/kecamatan/ sanggar/gugus sekolah. MGMP PAI merupakan organisasi nonstruktural yang bersifat mandiri, berasaskan kekeluargaan, dan tidak mempunyai hubungan hierarkis dengan lembaga lain. Berdasarkan Permendikbud nomor 81A tahun 2013, dinyatakan bahwa Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) saat ini harus berbasis ICT. Hal ini tentu berdampak pada bahan ajar, demikian pula pada pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Kebutuhan akan adanya konten pembelajaran berbasis ICT menjadi utama. Namun, terdapat adanya gap kompetensi yang dimiliki pendidik di lingkungan guru-guru PAI yang tergabung dalam MGMP PAI SMA Kab. Bandung terkait teknologi literasi, penggunaan, maupun pemanfaatan alat bantu untuk konten pembelajaran berupa video yang dapat menunjang kegiatan pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, guru-guru MGMP PAI SMA Kab. Bandung memerlukan pelatihan mengenai pemanfaatan/penggunaan tools untuk pembuatan media pembelajaran. Tim Pengabdian Masyarakat Fakultas Informatika Universitas Telkom memberikan pelatihan kepada guru-guru MGMP PAI SMA Kab. Bandung tentang pemanfaatan alat bantu Doratoon sebagai sarana untuk menghasilkan konten pembelajaran berupa video animasi. Pelatihan ini terdiri dari beberapa topik, yaitu: pembuatan teks, objek, animasi, transisi dan penambahan suara/musik.

Abstract

Educational activities on the governance of the syar'i slaughter of sacrificial animals are carried out at the At-Tauhid mosque which is the location of the Bujana Drum thematic village which is the assisted village/village of the Insan Pembangunan Indonesia University. There were 12 participants in the activity consisting of lecturers, students, heads of DKM/mosque administrators and the community. The activity begins with a request, implementation of activities, and preparation of the final report by the implementing team. The objectives of the activity include educating DKM management and the community in managing and slaughtering sacrificial animals in accordance with the sunnah. Governance that must be carried out by the DKM management and the community in slaughtering and distributing the appropriate sacrificial animals so that the DKM administrators and the community both understand correctly about the management of sacrificial animals, the qurban contract and the procedures for slaughtering, distribution of qurban meat

Abstract

This globalizing technological advancement has a profound influence on all aspects of the lives of students, who must basically follow the technological developments of the millennium era in all areas of learning. One aspect affected by the effects of technological development is the aspects of art and culture. This technology enters all the fields of art, one of which is visual art. The use of communication and information media technologies as a medium source of ideas for the creation of artwork is a characteristic of new forms in art. This condition indicates that there is a need for innovation in the field of art learning, especially in elementary schools. Therefore, the community service activities are carried out by providing a form of training poster design using digital applications provided on various gadget platforms, including the Sketchbook app. This activity aims to develop and enhance the creativity of art teachers in primary schools. The target partner of this activity is SDN Baros Mandiri 1 Cimahi. Based on the results of the work already collected by the team, it can be seen that the participants actually applied the material given well into the poster that had been completed by the teachers.

Abstract

Walaupun sistem pembayaran SPP pada SMK Pariwisata Telkom Bandung sudah mulai menerapkan cara pembayaran melalui transfer bank, namun proses pencatatan keuangannya masih dilakukan secara manual berupa jurnal harian yang kemudian direkap ke dalam pembukuan. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan aplikasi pembayaran SPP di sekolah berbasis website. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi kegiatan, didapat bahwa aplikasi pembayaran SPP berbasis website pada SMK Pariwisata Telkom Bandung telah membantu digitalisasi proses penyimpanan, pencarian dan pembuatan laporan pembayaran SPP siswa maupun dokumen terkait. Dengan kata lain, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini telah menghasikan teknologi tepat guna berupa aplikasi pembayaran SPP berbasis website.

Abstract

Educational facilities are an important factor in supporting the success and target learning outcomes. Darul Hikam Integrated School (DHIS) - Primary as a school that upholds moral values and develops student creativity, so it requires the support of educational facilities that are in accordance with learning targets, educational programs and of course the school's vision and mission. The purpose of this community service is to help solve space or facility problems in the Darul Hikam Integrated School (DHIS) - Primary for rearrangement that applies the concept of interior space flexibility arrangement to educational facilities. The expected results of this activity are design recommendations that answer problems in educational facilities at Darul Hikam Integrated School (DHIS) – Primary. The method used in this research is problem solving based on existing data and then generating design recommendations. The activity stages are initial data collection, FGD, survey of existing data, data analysis, presentation to partners, design development and the last is presentation or dissemination of activity results. The boundaries/scope of the object of discussion (according to the partner's proposal) are supporting facilities which include hall rooms, lobbies, student waiting rooms, reading corners, lunch drop rooms and circulation pathways. Recommendations for the next stage are library facilities, commonroom and teacher's room.

Abstract

Sanggar Angkringan Bocah Sinau in Yogyakarta, which consists of elementary school children in grades 4-6, has been running for 6 years. This non-formal learning activity served by internship students is intended for children who are economically disadvantaged, but have a high enthusiasm for learning. But the pandemic put a halt to all these activities. Problems arise, parents are anxious because children's education is not monitored, do not have more funds for education, and interns who usually teach, return to their respective areas. This need, fulfilled by community service programs, is carried out for 1 year with educational counseling activities for parents and English language training for children. The method of implementing the program starts from: discussion with sanggar caretaker; site visits; determine the appropriate solution of activities; arrange the schedule; implementation of activities; evaluation and follow-up. Activities during June 2022 to May 2023, include 3 counseling sessions for parents, as well as 12 English language training for children, which are carried out online. The results of this activities ; parents are happy and enthusiastic about participating in the program without the need to spend money, parents learn how to accompany and motivate children to learn English with various media, children experience a significant improvement in English language skills. Parents hope that in the future there will also be an English lesson program for parents. Key Words : training , English, sanggar

Abstract

Penerapan teknologi pada berbagai sektor sangat pesat seiring maraknya digitalisasi. Salah satunya di sektor pertanian. Penerapan IoT mampu menjawab permasalahan yang dimiliki oleh petani. Sensor yang digunakan dalam teknologi ini mampu mendeteksi kesuburan tanah, hama dan penyakit tanaman serta lingkungan pertanian (air dan iklim). Hal ini akan mempermudah petani karena mendapatkan informasi peringatan awal/early warning system sebelum kondisi lingkungan menjadi kurang sesuai bagi pertumbuhan tanaman. Namun demikian, petani tidak memiliki pengetahuan terkait bagaimana proses pengolahan data tersebut dan bagaimana membaca data yang diperoleh dari sensor. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan dasar kepada petani terkait data sensor, pengolahan data, dan interpretasi data sensor. Metode yang dilakukan dalam melaksanakan pengabdian ini antara lain : 1) Edukasi/paparan dan sosialisasi tentang IoT dan sensor, 2) Pelatihan interpretasi data IoT, 3) Focus Grup Discussion (FGD) tentang hasil kegiatan yang telah dilakukan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan pengetahuan, ketertarikan dan pemahaman petani tentang data sensor, pengolahan dan interpretasi data IoT meningkat. IoT sangat penting diterapkan pada Kelompok Tani Al-Barokah, sebagai percontohan penggunaan teknologi dalam pengembangan pertanian organik.
