Jurnal ini fokus pada kajian kritis Pendidikan Agama Islam yang meliputi isu-isu strategi, metode, media, sumber belajar, evaluasi dan penilaian dalam pendidikan agama islam dalam dinamika pembelajaran di berbagai jenjang (dasar, menengah maupun atas) dan isu-isu lain yang relevan dengan kajian pendidikan agama islam. Jurnal PAI adalah Jurnal berkala ilmiah yang diterbitkan Prodi Pendidikan Agama Islam IAINU Kebumen Fakultas Tarbiyah. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in building student resilience at SMA Negeri 1 Dayeuhluhur, Cilacap Regency. The findings in this study are that the problems experienced by students are parental divorce, economic difficulties, and broken homes, student resilience is at a normal or average level. the biggest factors forming student resilience are parents or family, personal self, and peers, Islamic Religious Education teachers have a role in shaping the resilience of students of SMA Negeri 1 Dayeuhluhur (1) as mentors, through the application of spiritual values in habituation activities dhuha prayer, tadarus, literacy, weekly infaq which is implemented at Dayeuhluhur 1 Public High School. (2) as a role model and (3) as a motivator, which is carried out by Islamic Religious Education teachers when learning is in progress, while Islamic Religious Education materials that encourage the formation of student resilience include self-control (Mujahadah Al Nafsi), faith in Allah SWT., and ethics in Muslim/Muslim clothing.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of PAI learning at MI Ma'arif NU Langkap. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects of this study were madrasa heads, teachers, and students. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use the Miles & Huberman model: data reduction, data presentation, and reasoning. The results showed that the form of PAI learning at MI Ma'arif NU Langkap was carried out in accordance with the procedural, normative and substantive stages. PAI learning is implemented by paying attention to the cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects of students. The management of PAI learning at MI Ma'arif NU Langkap is carried out using planning, implementation and evaluation steps. The strategies used by teachers in teaching PAI at MI Ma'arif NU Langkap include: team building strategies, direct learning engagement strategies, questioning strategies, collaborative strategies, peer teaching strategies, skills development strategies, and strategies for reviewing. The PAI learning process at MI Ma'arif NU Langkap uses a variety of methods, thus making learning more effective and the subject matter becomes more understandable to students, and Islamic values ​​in PAI subjects can be internalized properly. Among these methods are: the lecture method, the discussion method, the learning task method, the demonstration method, the question and answer method, the training method, the habituation method, the exemplary method, and the storytelling method.

Abstract

Islamic family law in Tunisia is unique because of Tunisian radicalism. This is because the process of formulating and structuring Islamic family law in Tunisia is not just an attempt to codify (bookkeeping) the Maliki school of law. However, these are also progressive and revolutionary steps in an effort to legalize and regulate administration in the field of law, particularly with regard to family law. This is evidenced by the birth of the Tunisian Code of Personal Status. Judging from the historicity of the formation of the CPST, it was heavily influenced by France. In addition, there are also Nationalists who have a secular educational background. The legal reforms carried out by the Tunisian government, in terms of existing problems, do not intend to deviate and abandon the principles of Islamic law, but rather are caused by the government's desire to ensure the welfare, peace and benefit of the Tunisian nation and people themselves.

Abstract

Discipline of worship is a good value recommended in Islamic religious teachings. Islam always recommends to always be disciplined and istikomah in carrying out worship, both obligatory and sunnah worship. Internalizing the discipline of students' worship in PAI learning is something that must be done by every PAI teacher and school, including SMK Ma'arif 8 Kebumen. Departing from the reality of learning at Ma'arif 8 Kebumen Vocational School as a formal educational institution that has experienced significant development, it can be seen from the internalization of the values of religious discipline in effective learning by touching the impact of learning (instructional effect) without leaving the accompanying effect (nurturant effect). This is integrated with always increasing the role of Islamic religious education in an effort to foster the character ofthe discipline of worship in students at school. This study aims to describe and analyze the internalization of the values of the discipline of worship in PAI learning at SMK Ma'arif 8 Kebumen. This research is a qualitative research, taking the background of SMK Ma'arif 8 Kebumen. Data collection was carried out in this study using several methods, namely: observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by qualitative analysis, while checking the validity of the data was carried out by conducting triangulation. The results of the study show that Ma'arif 8 Kebumen Vocational High School in the process of internalizing thediscipline of worship, its students use several strategies. The strategies used are appreciation, motivation, and habituation. The teacher carries out an appreciation strategy with several mutually sustainable stages, namely the stages of providing understanding or information, modeling and applying the values of the discipline of worship. The teacher carries out a motivational learning strategy by motivating students that the discipline of worship is something that must be applied in the life of Muslims. The habituation strategy is also the key to the success of internalizing students' religious discipline.

Abstract

Language is a window to the world and an opening tool (key) of a science. It is said to be a window to the world because various knowledge and a thousand and one civilizations exist and are created because they are discussed. Language is a very important t hing for a human life. The purpose of this research is to examine the concept of Arabic language acquisition in Indonesia. The method used is to use literature review. The results of the analysis study show that there are striking differences between Behar iorism and Nativism in terms of language acquisition.

Abstract

National character has a very strategic role in determining the progress and fall of a nation. So it is not a coincidence that the Prophet Muhammad. sent with the mission of perfecting morals or building human character. In the context of national education, character building programs have been proclaimed from one era of national leadership to another. In the reform era, an official character education program was launched in formal educational institutions in 2010, with the aim of improving the nation's morality which had experienced degradation. The implementation of the program is carried out by preparing a grand design and guidelines for implementing character education in schools. In order to enrich the discourse around the program, this article will discuss a formulation of character education in the perspective of Islamic education which includes three pillars, namely the foundations, methods and approaches to education which are conceptualized from the Al-Quran and Sunnah. This formulation is expected to be applied in Islamic educational institutions such as madrasas, even in non-formal educational institutions such as Islamic boarding schools and families

Abstract

The research objectives are : Khowing the Internalize of the values of Tri Satya and Dasa Darma in state elementary school (SD N) 1 Kutowinangun. (2) Knowing the syinergistic relationship between the values of Tri Satya and Dasa darma in state elementary school (SD N) 1 Kutowinangun.The research method used is qualitative research methods. Data analysis techniques used are observation, interviews, and document. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presention, data verification and conclusions.Based on the research, it can be concluded as follows : The values of Tri Satya and Dasa Darma in Islamic Religious Education subjects include growing a sense of love for Allah SWT., helping behavior, loving nature, respecting elders, loving the homeland, being obedient to teachers, diligent in going to school, frugal, disciplined character and well-behaved. The synergy of the values of Tri Satya and Dasa Darma in Islamic Religious Education subjects can be seen from activities such as opening and closing ceremonies, delivering theory, big games, love of nature activities and Scouting Skill activities.
