Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of planning on employee productivity at PT. Narindo Solusi Telekomunikasi in Gunungsitoli City. Trust can be observed in situations where a partner or employee carries out their duties. This research employs a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, utilizing questionnaires for data collection. The population in this study consists of the employees of PT. Narindo Solusi Telekomunikasi in Gunungsitoli City from April to September 2012. The sampling was done using a random sampling technique, setting the sample size at 50% of the 100 employees in the population. Data analysis was performed using simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that planning has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty (t-value = 7.014 > t-table = 2.006). The regression coefficient analysis result of 0.234, which is positive, indicates that the higher the performance planning, the higher the employee loyalty. The coefficient of determination is 0.562, meaning that 52.6% of the variance in the dependent variable (Performance Productivity) can be explained by the independent variable (Planning). Meanwhile, 47.4% of the variance in the dependent variable (Performance Productivity) is explained by other factors not examined in this study. To increase employee loyalty, the owner of PT. Narindo Solusi Telekomunikasi in Gunungsitoli City must maintain and enhance trust in employees so that the existing employees remain loyal and do not easily move to other companies.

Abstract

Change intervention is a process that aims to help individuals, groups, or organizations to adapt to change where the major changes that occur in management are individuals and the environment is very influential in shaping a person's character. There are various theoretical approaches that can be used to design and implement change interventions. This article discusses some of the main theoretical approaches and provides guidance for selecting interventions that are appropriate to the context and objectives to be achieved. change interventions include behavioral, organizational and systems theories. This study aims to determine the theoretical approach to change interventions, choosing appropriate interventions, the goal of organizational development change leads to more effective personal relationships between managers and employees at all levels of the organization in order to remove barriers to interpersonal and group communication. Based on the explanation above, the background of writing this paper is to find out what is meant by organizational development change intervention, understand organizational development change intervention techniques, along with examples of organizational development change intervention cases in teaching organizations.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the marketing strategies implemented by UD. Tokosa, a trading business engaged in the sale of building tools in West Nias Regency. The main focus of the research is to understand the effectiveness of marketing strategies that have been applied to increase the sales of building tool products. The research method used involves interviews with business owners, direct observation of marketing activities, and sales data analysis. The data obtained is analyzed using a qualitative approach. Qualitative analysis is used to understand the business owner's perception of the marketing strategies that have been implemented. The results of the research show that UD. Tokosa has implemented various marketing strategies, including promotion through social media, discounts, and collaboration with suppliers. However, sales data analysis indicates significant variations in achieving sales targets. Therefore, this research provides recommendations for improving marketing strategies that can help UD. Tokosa improve the sales performance of building tools, such as increasing online visibility, diversifying promotions, and improving customer service. Thus, this research provides in-depth insights into marketing strategy practices in small and medium-sized businesses in the building tools sector, contributing to business owners and researchers interested in the development of effective marketing strategies. The objectives of this research are to find out what marketing strategies are employed by UD Tokosa in West Nias Regency, to identify factors influencing the sales level, and to analyze marketing strategies in increasing the sales of building tools at UD Tokosa in West Nias Regency.

Abstract

In this study, researchers will conduct an analysis in realizing community empowerment in village programs in the Nazalou Lolowua Village government, Gunungsitoli Alo'oa Subdistrict, In research observations, researchers found that there was dissatisfaction among the village community with the lack of availability and quality of sewing course training organized by the village government. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of transformational leadership in the formation of a quality work culture at the Gunungsitoli Idanoi Sub-District Office and the role of transformational leadership in the formation of a quality work culture at the Gunungsitoli Idanoi Sub-District Office. In this study using qualitative methods and data collection techniques using observation, documentation and interviews. The result of this study is that the Camat's leadership is based on an inclusive approach, clear vision, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individual attention to employees. The Camat's inclusive approach is reflected in policies and practices that open space for participation of all team members in decision making. Inclusive leadership applied by the Camat of Gunungsitoli Idanoi has a positive impact on the work environment, active participation of team members, motivation, and productivity. This approach is supported by several factors, such as active and equitable participation of all employees in decision-making, a clear vision that leads to improved public services and active community involvement, active involvement of the Sub-district Head with employees, communication of the Sub-district Head's vision and goals, special initiatives for employee development, encouraged creativity and innovation, support for employee intellectual development, individual attention from the Sub-district Head to employees, and employee experience in receiving special attention.

Abstract

In the world of education, educators have an obligation to create an educational atmosphere that is meaningful, fun, creative/innovative, dynamic and has two-way communication, has a professional commitment to improve the quality of education and provides a role model by maintaining the reputation of the institution, profession and position in accordance with the beliefs given to the educators. This study aims to analyze the effect of Organizational Commitment on Job Satisfaction and its Implications for Turnover Intention. The sample in this study were teachers and educational staff at SMK PGRI 2, Salatiga. The analysis tool is path analysis / Path Analysis. This study shows the results that Job Satisfaction cannot mediate Organizational Commitment to Turnover Intention.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine and analyze the influence of product quality and service quality on repurchase intention with price as a moderating variable for Janji Jiwa Center Point Medan coffee. In this research, sampling techniques purposive sampling used, method non probability sampling, and the total number of samples was 113 samples. The questionnaire that has been filled out by the respondent will then be processed using PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of the analysis show that product quality and price influence repurchase interest, while service quality does not influence repurchase interest. Product quality and price influence customer satisfaction, while service quality has no influence on customer satisfaction. Price is unable to moderate the influence of viable product quality and service quality on repurchase interest in Janji Jiwa Center Point Medan coffee. ResultsR-square adjusted 1 is 0.490, meaning that the repurchase interest variable can be explained by product quality, service quality and price by 49%, while 51% is explained by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate financial ratios on the implications for banking profit growth listed on the IDX for the period 2018-2022. In this study the ratios used are liquidity, solvency, profitability, bank finance, and market ratios to see the influence that occurs on banking profit growth. The data used in this study includes secondary data taken from the annual reports of banking companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2022 period. The data collection technique used purpose sampling technique, so the sample used was 29 banking companies. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. The research on the variables of cash ratio, debt to asset ratio, return on equity ratio, non-performing loan, and price to earnings ratio results in that of the above variables partially only the variable return on assets has a positive and significant effect on the growth of banking profits listed on the IDX for the 2018-2022 period. While simultaneously the cash ratio variable, debt to asset ratio, return on equity, non-performing loan, and price to earnings ratio have a significant effect on the profit growth of banking companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2022 period.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the business income of the Makarti B oga farmer group. The method used in this research describes income obtained by coffee farmers with the approach studies case, with Approach quantitative descriptive. The results of this study show that the Business income of coffee farming groups in the village of Watutau Regency Poso obtained the following conclusions Farmer Coffee, especially the Makartiboga Farmers Group in the town of Watutau, try to minimize the costs that must be incurred to obtain The profit is proven by the total cost value amounting to IDR 79. Two hundred ninety-two thousand eighty-two of the total costs of all respondents. Revenues from the Makartiboga farming business group in Watutau Village are very high compared to the total costs of IDR 310,200,000 from all respondents ' receipts. The results of summarizing all the total costs and business revenues of the Makartiboga farmer group, the researchers obtained the net income from all respondents was IDR 230,907,918

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of GRDP, Average Years of Schooling, and Life Expectancy on Central Sulawesi's Human Development Index (HDI). This research examines 6 years from 2017-2022 data, with 13 districts/cities. The analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis. The tool used to carry out testing is Eviews 9. The tests used in this research are the CEM, FEM, REM, Chow, Hausman, and Lagrange Multiplier (LM) tests. The research results show that (1) GRDP has a negative and significant effect on HDI, (2) Average Years of Schooling has a negative and significant effect on HDI (3) Life Expectancy has a positive and significant effect on HDI. The research results show that the GRDP variables, Average Years of Schooling, and Life Expectancy influence the Human Development Index in Central Sulawesi Province in 2017 -2022.

Research objectives This is To know how big the role group farmer is in the management of rice farming in the village of Wow North Lore District, Poso Regency. For the research role, group farmers to farming rice in the village Wow. Study This adopts a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data is collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Research results show that the role group the farmer in the management of farming paddy's impact is significant to the development farming public. And active in implementation activity farming, especially For searching and distributing information, collaborating with government or institutions related to providing facility production and planning activity for group farmers.
