Abstract

Pendahuluan: Kekurangan Energi Kronik (KEK) merupakan masalah gizi yang masih seringdijumpai oleh kalangan wanita usia subur (WUS). Menurut data PSG (2017) dan Riskesdas(2018) prevalensi WUS dengan risiko KEK di Sulawesi Selatan mengalami peningkatansebesar 4,9%. Beberapa faktor eksternal yang mempengaruhi kejadian KEK yaitupengetahuan gizi dan sanitasi lingkungan. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuihubungan pengetahuan gizi dan sanitasi lingkungan dengan status gizi wanita prakonsepsi.Bahan dan Metode: Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 287 wanita prakonsepsi. Status gizi diukurmenggunakan pita LILA, pengetahuan gizi dan sanitasi lingkungan diukur menggunakankuesioner penetahuan gizi dan sanitasi lingkungan dari Banggai Regency Survey, dan analisisunivariat serta bivariat menggunakan uji regresi linier di SPSS. Hasil: Nilai P dari hubunganpengetahuan gizi dan status gizi wanita prakonsepsi sebesar P = 0,050 dan nilai P darihubungan pengetahuan sanitasi lingkungan dan status gizi wanita prakonsepsi sebesar P =0,025. Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan signifikan antara pengetahuan gizi dan sanitasilingkungan dengan status gizi wanita prakonsepsi. Kata kunci: prakonsepsi, pengetahuan gizi, sanitasi lingkungan

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Peningkatan Kesehatan ibu sebelum hamil seperti pelayanan prakonsepsimemegang peranan penting dalam menentukan kualitas anak yang akan dilahirkan kelak sertadapat berperan dalam penurunkan angka kematian ibu. Di kabupaten Banggai, pada tahun2015 Angka kematian ibu (AKI) 267/100.000), angka kematian bayi 7/1000 kelahiran hidup,dan ini tergolong tinggi. Begitu juga dengan prevalensi stunting juga menunjukkan angka35,4%. Untuk itu diperlukan upaya inovatif yang dapat menurunkan AKI serta stunting.Tujuan : Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan pelaksanaan posyandu prakonsepsi diKabupaten Banggai dan dampaknya terhadap penurunan AKI, BBLR, dan anemia.Bahan danMetode: Proses pembentukan posyandu prakonsepsi dimulai dengan mengadakan SeminarNasional Penyelamatan 1000 Hari Pertama Kehidupan, penandatanganan MOU denganberbagai stakeholders, Sosialisasi Tingkat Kecamatan, penunjukan Desa Percontohan,Pencanangan Pelaksanaan Seluruh Puskesmas dan penerbitkan buku Pegangan PelayananKesehatan Wanita Prakonsepsi.Hasil: Keterlibatan dan komitmen para stakeholders cukuptinggi,peningkatan capaian yang positif terhadap beberapa indikator kesehatan yang berkaitandengan hasil dari posyandu prakonsepsi, serta penyebarluasan informasi tentang posyanduprakonsepsi lewat publikasi ilmiah, congress international maupun seminar nasional, sertarencana replikasi posyandu prakonsepsi ini ke kabupaten lain di Indonesia. Kesimpulan:Implementasi posyandu prakonsepsi terbukti memberikan kontribusi positif dalampeningkatan derajat kesehatan. Kata Kunci: Posyandu, Prakonsepsi, 1000 HPK

Abstract

Abstrak Pendahuluan: Kondisi pertumbuhan yang gagal pada balita diakibatkan oleh kekurangan gizi yang mempunyai sifat kronis atau keadaan yang berlangsung dalam waktu lama. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara berat badan lahir dan pendidikan ibu dengan kejadian stunting pada anak usia 6-36 bulan di Desa Jekani, Mondokan Sragen. Bahan dan Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian Case Control. Jumlah besar sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 84 anak, sehingga 42 anak mengalami stunting dan 42 anak yang tidak mengalami stunting. Pengambilan data tersebut menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari buku kohort dan laporan bidan desa tahun 2021. Data sekunder yang diambil yaitu berat badan lahir dan pendidikan ibu pada anak usia 6-36 bulan. Uji hubungan berat badan lahir dengan kejadian stunting menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil: Distribusi sampel berdasarkan berat badan lahir anak sebagian besar mempunyai berat badan lahir tidak beresiko yang jumlahnya sebanyak sebanyak 61 anak (72,6%), dan anak yang berat badan lahirnya beresiko ada 23 anak (27.4%), dan berdasarkan pendidikan ibu sebagian besar ibu yang berpendidikan rendah sebanyak 56 orang (66,7%) dan ibu yang berpendidikan tinggi hanya ada 28 orang (33,3%). Hasil uji chi square menunjukan tedapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Berat Badan Lahir (BBLR) beresiko dengan kejadian stunting (p = 0,007; QR 4,080 (1,412 – 11,193)), dan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pendidikan ibu dengan kejadian stunting (p = 0,064; QR 2,400 (0,940 – 6,125)). Kesimpulan: Berat badan lahir dan pendidikan ibu merupakan faktor protector kejadian stunting. Kata kunci : berat badan lahir, pendidikan ibu, stunting.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pendahuluan: Target intervensi 1000 HPK meliputi masa kehamilan, menyusui, dan baduta, namun hingga kini belum ada intervensi spesifik berupa PMT khusus untuk memenuhi asupan gizi ibu menyusui. Salah satu upaya inovasi produk PMT dengan memanfaatkan bahan pangan lokal yang mudah didapatkan yaitu tepung daun katuk sebagai substitusi produk cookies. Tujuan: Penelitian menemukan produk PMT ibu menyusui yang memiliki kandungan gizi sesuai 20% AKG yang lulus uji organoleptik dan daya terima berdasarkan 4 parameter uji (warna, aroma, tekstur dan rasa). Bahan dan Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional deskriptif dengan 4 formula cookies dengan perbandingan tepung terigu dan tepung daun katuk F1 90%: 10%, F2 80% : 20%, F3 70% : 30%, F4 60% : 40%. Uji organoleptik dilakukan oleh panelis terlatih (dosen dan staff Laboratorium Kimia Biofisik FKM Unhas) dan panelis konsumen (30 orang ibu menyusui di wilayah kerja puskesmas Sudiang). Daya terima formula diukur menggunakan score sheet dan data uji organoleptik dianalisis menggunakan SPSS uji kruskall wallis. Hasil: Berdasarkan penelitian ini ditemukan formula produk PMT busui sebanyak 4 formula yang sesuai kandungan gizi 20% AKG ibu menyusui dan memenuhi syarat daya terima baik panelis terlatih maupun panelis konsumen. Uji organoleptik berdasarkan parameter warna, aroma, tekstur, rasa cookies yang paling disukai adalah cookies formula 1 dengan jumlah 10 keping/hari. Kesimpulan: Produk PMT ibu menyusui yang memiliki kandungan gizi 567 kkal (karbohidrat 81.5 g, protein 12.7 g, lemak 20.2 g) sebanyak 10 keping yang paling disukai adalah formula 1. Abstract

ABSTRAK Pendahuluan: Anemia merupakan keadaan rendahnya kadar hemoglobin (Hb) yang sering disebabkan oleh asupan mikronutrien yang tidak adekuat. Anemia pada remaja putri biasa disebabkan oleh rendahnya asupan sumber zat besi dan zat lainnya. Edukasi gizi adalah salah satu upaya mendasar untuk memperbaiki perilaku makan remaja. Edukasi melalui sosial media menjadi salah satu pendekatan edukasi masa kini karena banyak digunakan oleh kalangan remaja, salah satunya WhatsApp. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh edukasi anemia melalui media WhatsApp terhadap asupan zat besi, protein, dan vitamin C. Bahan dan Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain pra-eksperimen dengan one group pretest posttest. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 79 remaja mahasiswi Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Hasanuddin angkatan 2020. Proses edukasi dilakukan selama 4 minggu dengan membagikan materi dalam bentuk teks, poster dan video melalui grup WhatsApp. Data asupan zat besi, protein, dan vitamin C diukur menggunakan SQ-FFQ online. Data dianalisis secara bivariat menggunakan uji statistik Mc Nemar. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perubahan frekuensi asupan zat besi (p=0,008) yang mana terjadi penurunan pada persentase responden frekuensi asupan zat besi sering. Tidak ada perubahan pada frekuensi asupan protein (p=0,109) dan vitamin C (p=1,000) serta jumlah asupan zat besi (p=1,000), protein (p=0,832) dan vitamin C (p=0,424) sebelum dan setelah diberikan edukasi melalui media WhatsApp. Kesimpulan: tidak terdapat pengaruh pada asupan zat besi, protein, dan vitamin C. Anemia in adolescent girls is usually caused by a low intake of iron and other nutrients. Nutrition education is one of the fundamental efforts to improve the eating behavior of adolescents. Education through social media become one of the newest educational approaches because it is widely used among teenagers, one of which is WhatsApp. This study aims to determine the effect of anemia education through WhatsApp on intakes of iron, protein, and vitamin C in adolescent girls. Methods: A pre-experimental research design with one group pretest-posttest was applied. The Subject was selected by simple random sampling and conducted on 79 adolescent girl students of the Faculty of Agriculture, Hasanuddin University. The education process is four weeks long by distributing texts, posters, and videos through the WhatsApp group. The intake of iron, protein, and vitamin C was measured using an online semi quantitative-food frequency questionnaire (SQ-FFQ). All of the data were analyzed using the Mc Nemar test. Results: This study shows that there was a change in the frequency of iron intake (p=0,008), in which the frequency of iron intake decreased. There was no change in frequency of protein (p=0,109) and vitamin C (p=1,000) intake, as well as the amount of iron (p=1,000), protein (p=0,832), and vitamin C (p=0,424) intake before and after the education through WhatsApp. Conclusion: There was no effect of anemia education through WhatsApp on frequency and amount of iron, protein, and vitamin C intake. Abstract

ABSTRACT Introduction: One of the causes of anemia is a lack of iron intake due to increased iron needs in adolescence. The combination of heme and non-heme foodstuffs is expected to optimize iron absorption in the body, such as chicken liver and moringa leaves. Aim: This research aims to find out the best formula picture, the content of macro and micro meatballs based on chicken liver and moringa leaves as an alternative food source of iron for young women. Methods:The design of this study is descriptively laboratory-based. In this study, nutritional analysis was conducted on the best formula selected from five formulas that have been tested organoleptic, namely formula IV. The results of the nutritional analysis obtained were compared with beef meatballs and looked at the contribution of these products to the adequacy of AKG in adolescents girl. Results: The results showed that the nutritional content of the formula was selected in one serving (180 grams) which is 42.25 g of carbohydrates, 1.44 g of fat, 11.65 g of protein, 6.53 mg of iron, 12.89 μg of vitamin A and 68.45 mg of vitamin C. The nutritional content can meet the adequacy of adolescents girls in the age range of 13-15 years carbohydrates range 14.08%, fat range 17.92%, protein range 2.06%, iron range 43.60%, vitamin A range2.15%, vitamin C range 105.31%, and energy range11.15%. The product can sufficient nutritional needs adequacy for adolescents girls at the age of 15-18 years. Carbohydrates, proteins, fats, iron, vitamin A are the same as before, vitamin C is range 91.27%, and energy range 10.88%. Conclusion: The nutritional content of chicken liver-based meatballs and moringa leaves can be an option to meet the needs of iron and other important nutrients for adolescents girls. Abstract

ABSTARCT Introduction: Currently, Indonesia is experiencing the COVID-19 pandemic which causes changes in various sectors of life, especially groups of the college student. Changes such as lecture activities and other activities carried out at home affect student knowledge which can affect students' balanced nutritional attitudes and behavior. Objectives: this study aims to determine the correlation of knowledge and attitude with balanced nutrition behavior in college students during pandemic. Methods: This study used a cross-sectional design. The sample of this study was students of the Faculty of Public Health, Hasanuddin University class of 2018-2019, totaling 270 people and selected by using the proportional random sampling technique. The instrument used for the variables of knowledge, attitude, and behavior is a questionnaire. Furthermore, the research results were analyzed by univariate and bivariate with Chi-Square test. Results: from all respondents, it is known that more than some students have good knowledge (54.8%) and positive attitudes (57.4%), and most have well-balanced nutrition behavior (71.9%). Bivariate analysis showed that the p-values ​​related to the relationship between knowledge and attitudes with behavior were 0.062 (p>0.05) and 0.000 (p<0.05). Conclusion: there is no correlation between knowledge and balanced nutrition behavior of students. On the other hand, there is a correlation between attitudes and students balanced nutritional behavior during the pandemic. Keywords: Knowledge, Attitude, Behavior, Balanced Nutrition, COVID-19

Abstract

Introduction: Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disease characterized by high blood sugar levels (hyperglycemia), so the blood sugar levels of DM patients need to be controlled. One way of controlling DM is to take medication, but there are still many patients who are not compliant during treatment so that blood sugar becomes uncontrolled. Objective: To determine the correlation between medication compliance and blood glucose in Type II DM patients in the Tamalanrea Public Health Center working area. Methods: This study used a cross-sectional design. The sample is 85 patients with Type II DM in the working area of ​​the Tamalanrea Health Center which were selected by simple random sampling. The instruments used in the study were MMAS-8 to measure compliance with medication consumption and the Easy Touch GCU tool to measure blood glucose. Results: The results showed that most of the patients had a low level of medication compliance (61.2%). The majority had uncontrolled blood sugar (77.6%). The results of the chi-square test showed a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05). Conclusion: There was a correlation between medication compliance and blood glucose in Type II DM patients in the working area of ​​the Tamalanrea Health Center. Abstract

Introduction: The risk of chronic energy deficiency (CED) during pregnancy has side effects for both mother and fetus. This can lead to anemia and other complications in the mother, as well as risks and complications to the fetus, including bleeding and infection. Aim: This study aims to determine the risk factors associated with the incidence of chronic energy deficiency (CED) in pregnant women in the working area of the Sudiang Raya Public Health Center Makassar City. Methods: This type of research uses quantitative methods with a Cross Sectional Study approach. The sam ple in this study was 67 pregnant women who came to visit the Sudiang Raya Health Center Makassar City in August 2021 using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire, LiLA tape measuring instrument, smartphone, and stationery. Data analysis used Chi-Square test. Results: Respondents in the group of pregnant women who were the highest aged from 30-34 years old were 44.8%, and the lowest was >34 years old by 1.5% of the 67 samples who experienced SEZ (58.2%). The results of statistical tests showed that occupation (p-value 0.016) and income (p-value 0.044) had a significant relationship with the incidence of chronic energy deficiency, while parity (p-value 0.757) did not have a significant relationship with the incidence of chronic energy deficiency. chronic energy. Conclusion: The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between work and income with the incidence of chronic energy deficiency.Keywords : Chronic Energy Deficiency, Parity, Employment, Income

Abstract

Introduction : The daily diet of preconception women can affect their nutritional status and health status. Objective: To assess the description of functional food consumption intake in preconceptional women in North Polongbangkeng District, Takalar Regency. Methods: This type of research is a descriptive study where consumption patterns are measured using the FFQ (food frequency questions) questionnaire. Functional foods are divided into seven groups, namely staple foods, animal side dishes, vegetable side dishes, vegetables, fruits, drinks and spices. Sampling used purposive sampling technique. The number of samples was 67 preconception women from North Polongbangkeng District, Takalar Regency. Results: The subjects were 67 people with the highest age being 18-25 years (62.7%), the highest length of education having graduated from high school (53.7%) with the majority of the subjects being Muslim (100%) and ethnic Makassar (98.5%) and most of the work in IRT (64.1%). Based on each functional food group the most frequently consumed were corn (14.6), fish (42.0), tempe (15.9), kale (18.2), mango (29.5), honey (8,2), shallots (44.9). Conclusion: All types of functional food that are often consumed are the types of food that are easiest to obtain around the home environment, are generally available in the market at affordable prices and have good nutritional content and bioactive compounds to maintain health and are abundant in the area. Suggestion: Increase the consumption of vegetables and fruits more and eat nutritious foods.
