Abstract

This research was conducted at MTs Sunan Gunung Jati Katemas which discussed the relation between activeness following the activities of Pimpinan Komisarian (PK) ) IPNU/IPPNU with Religious Social Attitudes at MTs Sunan Gunung Jati Katemas Kudu Jombang Academic Year 2019/2020. This research aims to answer the following problemsIs there a relation between active participation in activities of Pimpinan Komisariat (PK) IPNU / IPPNU with the religious social attitude of students at MTs Sunan Gunung Jati.This research used a type of field research. The research population was 30 respondents. Research data was collected then analyzed using statistical analysis techniques. Testing the research hypothesis using Product Moment correlation analysis. This research showed that there is a relation between the activeness of participating in the activities of Pimpinan Komisariat (PK) IPNU / IPPNU and the religious social attitudes of students at MTs Sunan Gunung Jati Katemas. This is based on the data was obtained, where rxy = 0.720 is greater than r table with a significance level of 5%, that is = 0.361, so rcount> rtabel, then the hypothesis is accepted, that is, there is a significant relationship between variable X (activeness following the activities of Pimpinan Komisariat (PK) IPNU / IPPNU) with variable Y (religious social attitude of students at MTs Sunan Gunung Jati Katemas).

Abstract

Indonesia as a Pancasila State, all regulations are based on Pancasila. Meanwhile, in Islam, in an effort to improve the quality of education, it would be more appropriate if it was based on activities that had been exemplified by previous prophets and apostles, this is what is called prophetic education. Secondary education in Indonesia, both SMA, MA, SMK, and MAK accepts students between the ages of 15 – 18/19 years. They are in adolescence which is a period of transition from childhood to adulthood. This is an important period in the formation of identity. Judging from the type, this research is a qualitative research, data collection methods, namely: (1) observation (2) interviews (3) documentation. Furthermore, the data obtained and collected from field activities and qualitative analysis with data grouping techniques, then conclusions are drawn. In implementing prophetic in secondary education institutions must consider the psychological aspects of adolescent students, so that the implementation can run effectively in accordance with the reasoning and psychological power of students. Similarly, in determining approaches, strategies, and methods to be applied in the development of prophetic education in an educational institution. For the successful implementation of prophetic education in formal educational institutions, especially at the secondary education level, commitment and involvement of all elements of implementing education in schools or schools is required. madrasa as a unit in the system.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) find out how the Principal's Managerial Competence at MTsN 16 Jombang (2) to know how the Professionalism of Teachers at MTsN 16 Jombang (3) to find out how Teacher Performance at MTsN 16 Jombang (4) how the influence of Principal Managerial Competence and Teacher Professionalism on Teacher Performance at MTsN 16 Jombang. This research is a quantitative study with a research sample of all teachers at MTsN 16 Jombang, totaling 36 teachers. Data collection techniques by observation, spread out questionnaires, documentation, and unstructured interviews. Data analysis used descriptive analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 20.0 for Windows. The results showed: (1) The managerial competence of madrasah principals was in the high category with a percentage of 50% with an average of 110.05. (2) Teacher professionalism is in the medium category with a percentage of 36.1% with an average of 90.88. (3) Teacher performance in the high category with a percentage of 50% with an average of 111.08. (4) There is an effect of managerial competence of madrasah principals and teacher professionalism on teacher performance shown by a simultaneous significance test (F test) with the results of the Fcount value of 19.812 greater than Ftable 3.28 with a sig value of 0.000 less than 0.05 and the coefficient of determination. (R2) is 51.8% while the remaining 48.2% is explained by other variables that are not studied such as work motivation, work climate, and others.

Abstract

MTsN 16 Jombang is a madrasah located on the outskirts of Jombang district. Several years ago it had limitations. With limitations, the madrasah wanted to make madrasahs with environmental characteristics. One of them is being able to implement a madrasah that has the character of caring for the environment, until now this madrasah has occupied the national level Adiwiyata madrasah. Character education is an effort to shape the human personality for the better based on existing values. environmental care, namely attitudes and actions that always try to prevent damage to the natural environment around them. This research uses a qualitative approach. While data collection uses: interviews and observation and documentation. The results of the study were students' concern for the environment, namely that most of the students there really cared about their environment. The strategy for the formation of character education is socialization every day, the formation of working groups, awareness raising, mutual commitment, and discipline. The obstacles are environmental problems, the character of each child is not the same, few students still throw garbage outside the trash can. To support it, always remind both teachers, students, facilities and facilities, the environment that supports, for example, from the surrounding community.

Abstract

The Islamic boarding school which is so loved by the community is traditionalist, namely to explore the Islamic religious sciences as a way of life by emphasizing the importance of morals and ethics in society, even for the qualified life skills for students. This absolutely must be developed by a boarding school so that its existence remains strong and not eroded by an era that is oriented towards productive things. The main questions in this study are (1) How is the concept of life skills education at the level of experts? (2) How are the life skills education efforts at the pesantren to increase the independence of the Al Hikmah Bahrul Ulum Islamic boarding school students? (3) What are the factors that support and hinder efforts to educate life skills at the pesantren in increasing the independence of the students of the Al Hikmah BahrulUlum Islamic boarding school? Researchers used qualitative research methods using interview methods, observation and documentation at the alhikmah Islamic boarding school. The research results were (1) The concept of life skills education according to Anwar. The concept of life skills is the skill or ability to adapt and behave positively, which allows a person to be able to face various demands and challenges in his daily life effectively. (2) Efforts to increase the independence of the boarding school santri al-Hikmah through life skills; with the existence of regulations - wardrobe, individual activities such as washing clothes by yourself, managing your own finances, cleaning your own bedroom and cooking by yourself too. Meanwhile, (3) factors that support the success of life skills; The students' interest in the education provided, the availability of adequate facilities, the support of the government and the community around the boarding school, supported by good capital. Factors inhibiting the success of life skills; shortage of skilled teaching staff, lack of capital, unclear regulations and lack of discipline, the laziness of the students and the lack of interest among the students.

Abstract

This study uses a type of field research. The research sample was 30 respondents. The research data that has been collected is then analyzed using statistical analysis techniques. Testing the research hypothesis using Product Moment correlation analysis. This research shows that: (1) The use of digital classes in MA Unggulan K.H.Abd.Wahab Hasbullloh Tambakberas Jombang is in the "Medium" category, which is in the 66-71 interval with an average value of 68.43. (2) Learning achievement in fiqh subjects at MA Superior KHAbd.Wahab Hasbulloh Tambakberas Jombang is included in the "High" category, which is in the 87-92 interval with an average value of 89. (3) student achievement in fiqh training for the 2019/2020 school year. This is based on the data that has been obtained by correlation rxy = 0.511> 0.361, with a significance level of "Medium" because it is in the position 0.40 - 0.599.

Abstract

This study aims: to instill the value of tolerance in students of SMAN Ploso by providing examples of the diversity that exists in the village of Distance through film media. This research is a research and development research. The data observed were data on religious diversity in the village of Distance which was then continued by observing the need for learning media on tolerance material at SMAN Ploso. The media effectiveness test was carried out by applying this film as a learning medium on Islamic education material with the pre-test and post-test models. The post test results show that the scores obtained by students in the experimental class using film media are higher than the post-test scores for the control class using student work overtime media. Attractive learning media is proven to be able to increase students' interest in tolerance material.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, science and technology are developing rapidly. This has an impact on the learning process in educational institutions. There are three major forces that influence a person's development including civil society, nation-states, and globalization. The scientific approach is intended to provide understanding to students in recognizing, understanding various materials using a scientific approach, that information can come from anywhere, anytime, not depending on direct information from the teacher. This study aims to describe how the implementation of the scientific approach in an effort to improve students' hard skills and soft skills, especially in the subject of Islamic Religious Education. The research method uses descriptive qualitative, including interviews, documentation and observation. The location of the research was carried out at the State High School. The results of this study are that the implementation of the scientific approach is expected to be able to improve students' hard skills and soft skills in Islamic Religious Education subjects.

Abstract

The curriculum as a subject that must be mastered by students, in the planning process has several provisions, one of which is curriculum planning and implementation is determined by the use of learning methods and strategies that allow students to master the subject matter, such as using an expository approach. In implementing the curriculum, especially those under the auspices of the Ministry of Religion, the enactment of the Decree of the Minister of Religion (KMA) Number 183 of 2019 concerning the Islamic and Arabic Language Education Curriculum in Madrasas and the Decree of the Minister of Religion Number 184 concerning Guidelines for Curriculum Implementation in Madrasas. In implementing the curriculum, the principal's role is primarily to create teaching and learning conditions so that teachers and students can learn well. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the madrasah principal in implementing the KMA Curriculum Number 183 and Number 184 at MTsN 3 Jombang. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, namely research that describes, tells and interprets existing data and produces descriptive data in the form of written/oral words from people and observable behavior and the data are statements. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique is descriptive qualitative. Determining the validity of the data, in this study using data triangulation techniques, namely data validity checking techniques that utilize various sources outside the data as comparison material. Based on the results obtained by researchers at MTsN 3 Jombang, that at MTsN 3 Jombang has implemented the latest KMA curriculum. The role of the head in this case is as an educator, school planner, school organizer, establishing school communication, managing school staffing and evaluating schools

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the efforts of Islamic Religious Education teachers in applying the Make a match type cooperative learning method to the students of SMP Negeri 1 Mojoagung. This research is a qualitative research. The subjects in this study were all seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Mojoagung. The process of applying the Make a Match type of cooperative learning method in the subject of Islamic Religious Education in class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Mojoagung runs effectively and efficiently according to the steps that have been determined. In the steps of applying the make a match method, the researcher saw that the process was in accordance with the theory, and during the process of applying the students it was quite easy to be invited to work together to carry out the steps of the make a match method. This can be seen from the increase in student activity in participating in the learning process of Islamic Religious Education.
