Abstract

Purpose: This qualitative study describes the implementation of a madrasah digitalization program and analyzes its impact on student character at MA Ma’arif Al Muhtadi Lamongan. Methodology/approach: Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation of e-learning, computer-based testing (CBT), electronic report cards, and digital attendance programs. Findings: The findings indicate that digitalization strengthens students' discipline, academic responsibility, and digital literacy as learning activities become more transparent and measurable. However, increased screen-based activity also triggers digital individualism and weakens everyday expressions of empathy Practical implications: Madrasahs must consciously integrate technology with Islamic moral values through value supervision, digital ethics guidance, and learning designs that intentionally cultivate empathy and social connectedness to balance digital competencies with students' affective development. Originality/value: This study addresses a gap in the literature by examining digitalization as a structured institutional program within an Islamic senior high school (Madrasah Aliyah) context, specifically focusing on late adolescents (11th-grade students), whereas previous studies predominantly focused on public schools.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian: Menganalisis optimalisasi strategi layanan custom dalam meningkatkan daya saing tiga usaha buket bunga di Kota Parepare: Anmusflower, Buket.id30, dan Kotakkado. Metode/pendekatan: Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan tahapan reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil: Layanan custom terbukti meningkatkan daya saing usaha melalui strategi yang berbeda. Anmusflower (market leader) mengunggulkan kualitas dan desain unik melalui layanan kolaboratif-adaptif. Buket.id30 (market follower) menyeimbangkan produk custom dengan harga terjangkau. Kotakkado (niche market) fokus pada produk handmade bersistem pre-order melalui pendekatan transparan yang menyesuaikan kebutuhan pelanggan. Implikasi praktik: Penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya optimalisasi layanan custom, manajemen waktu produksi, serta komunikasi pelanggan untuk memperkuat daya saing usaha buket bunga di tingkat lokal. Orisinalitas/kebaharuan: Studi ini membandingkan langsung tiga segmentasi strategi pasar yang berbeda (market leader, market follower, dan niche market) dalam satu ekosistem industri buket bunga lokal, dengan fokus spesifik pada efektivitas layanan custom.

Abstract

Purpose: To address the low speaking proficiency (maharah kalam) of Madrasah Tsanawiyyah students caused by conventional teaching methods by offering a pedagogical innovation through the integration of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model and educational podcasts. Methodology/approach: This study employs a systematic literature review method to synthesize and formulate the implementation steps of the instructional design. Findings: The PjBL-Podcast integration is effective in increasing students' active involvement, self-confidence, and speaking fluency. The learning stages include determining contextual topics, group management, collaborative scriptwriting, and digital publication. Practical implications: This study offers a strategic and practical solution for developing an Arabic language curriculum that is adaptive to the digital era, while simultaneously overcoming technical challenges and the heterogeneity of students' abilities in madrasahs. Originality/value: Unlike previous studies, this research positions podcasts not merely as an auditory teaching aid, but as an authentic project product that requires students to independently conduct investigations, collaborate, and produce language.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Purpose: This study aims to analyze the problems and challenges in the relationship between parents and Islamic educational institutions amid the shift towards digital platform-based interactions (such as WhatsApp and e-learning systems), as well as to analyze its implications for students' character building. Methodology/approach: This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using a reflective autoethnography model, conducted at SD Islam Miftahul Huda Keringan Nganjuk. The researcher was directly involved as both a teacher and a homeroom teacher. Data were collected through experiential reflection, in-depth interviews with teachers and parents, and school document analysis. Findings: The findings indicate that while digital communication is highly effective for delivering academic information, it is less effective in strengthening character building without active parental involvement at home. Parents' busy schedules, limited supervision, and a lack of role modeling are the primary challenges in shaping students' discipline and moral values. Practical implications: Schools and families need to implement concrete collaborative strategies to strengthen partnerships in monitoring student development. This can be achieved through initiatives such as the My Parent My Teacher (MPMT) program and the use of Daily Activity books. Originality/value: This research contributes to the study of Islamic basic education by utilizing a reflective autoethnographic perspective from an educator. It emphasizes the importance of integrating digital communication with value-based collaborative partnerships between families and schools to support holistic character education in the digital era.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian: Menganalisis pengaruh Green Reward System terhadap Turnover Intention secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui motivasi kerja pada karyawan PT. Agrodana Futures. Metode/pendekatan: Pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode survei kuesioner kepada 89 responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil: Green Reward System dan motivasi kerja secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention. Green Reward System juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Lebih lanjut, motivasi kerja terbukti memediasi hubungan antara Green Reward System dan Turnover Intention. Implikasi praktik: Perusahaan dapat menekan tingkat niat keluar karyawan dengan merancang sistem penghargaan yang berorientasi pada keberlanjutan lingkungan. Dukungan motivasi kerja yang tinggi dari implementasi sistem ini krusial untuk meningkatkan retensi staf. Orisinalitas/kebaharuan: Penelitian ini memberikan bukti empiris spesifik mengenai peran mediasi motivasi kerja dalam kerangka sistem penghargaan hijau (green reward) terhadap niat keluar karyawan, khususnya pada konteks industri pialang berjangka.
