Abstract

The concept of Tourism Marketing 3.0 has been applied by several tourist destinations in the world to attract tourist visits. The indicators used are Technology Change, Political Legal Change, Economic Change, Socio-Culture Change and Market Change. The number of tourist attractions popping up in Yogyakarta encourage managers to set the right strategies and plans so that the tourist attraction of the Mangunan Orchard is increasingly in demand. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of the concept of Tourism Marketing 3.0 on the tourist attraction of the Mangunan Orchard, in order to attract tourist visits. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach combined with the concept of Tourism Marketing 3.0 analysis. Data collection in this study uses in-depth interviews, observation, documentary methods, visual material methods, and literature study. The subjects of this study were several people who came from the Department of Agriculture, Food, Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, the Department of Tourism, Managers in the field, as well as several tourists who visited the Tourist attraction of Mangunan Orchard. Based on research that has been done, the results obtained that the tourist attraction of the Mangunan Orchard is not in accordance with the concept of Tourism Marketing 3.0. This is because the attributes used: Technology Change, Political Legal Change, Economic Change, Socio-Culture Change and Market Change have not been fully applied. With these results, the right strategies and programs are needed in applying the concept to attract tourist visits.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the typical culinary of Samarinda in order to support the tourism destination branding from the gastronomic tourism point of view. This study used descriptive qualitative method where data collected form advance literature of local culinary history. Questionnaire also used to gather public perceptions about culinary branding of Samarinda. Data collected were then analyzed using the concept of Gastronomic Tourism. The research foud that types of culinaries considered to become the identity of a typical Samarinda culinary brand using the concept of Gastronomic Tourism are Nasi Kuning and Nasi Bekepor. These two culinary specialties are the most chosen by respondents where 56% of respondents mentioned Nasi Kuning while 24% mentioned Nasi Bekepor. According to triangle concept of gastronomic tourism, these two culinary products fulfill the elements of Food, Culture and History. It is also expected that these culinary products would be able to influence on brand positioning and brand image of Samarinda and also as a bridge for the buying interest of tourists visiting Samarinda.

Abstract

In addition to natural attractions that are owned, the Village of Jehem also has a unique biological village that is biu batu. Biu batu is one type of banana that has many seeds in its flesh. The development of special interest tourism in Jehem Village needs to be analyzed regarding the sustainability of tourism activities. The purpose of this paper is to be able to know the weaknesses, strengths, opportunities, and challenges for the development of Jehem Village. The benefits of this paper are expected to be able to know its development strategy in the tourism industry competition in Bali. In this study using qualitative and quantitative data. Data collection in this study uses the method of observation and documentation. Through the SWOT analysis previously discussed, it can be concluded that making management promotion on social media, especially making websites more informative.

Abstract

Bogor Botanical Gardens is a conservation area that has long been used by the wider community as a tourist attraction and has become one of the most popular tourist destinations because it presents a panoramic view of natural landscape architecture. This research was conducted to find out how Outdoor Recreation in Bogor Botanical Gardens can provide tourist satisfaction and how the influence of Outdoor Recreation on tourist satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to analyze Outdoor Recreation in the level of tourist satisfaction, and how much influence Outdoor Recreation has on tourist satisfaction. The research method used is the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) Method with the aim to provide an illustration and illustrate the gap between the interests and satisfaction of individual attributes both of which are easy to understand and understand well through these measurements. Quantitative methods, to obtain more comprehensive data, do valid and reliable testing. The results of the merging of the performance of Bogor Botanical Gardens (performance) and the level of tourist expectations (Importance). divided into 4 quadrants as an indicator of overall tourist satisfaction through 100 respondents. The determination of the position of the 11 research attributes is determined based on the average value of both the level of importance and performance. Determination of the X (performance) of 3.62 and Y (Importance) of 3.63, obtained from the total average of all 11 average values for both the performance of the Bogor Botanical Garden (performance) and the level of tourist expectations (Importance).Through this research phase, it is expected that there will be an increase in tourist facilities by the Bogor Botanical Gardens, so that it can provide satisfaction in accordance with the expectations of tourists during the tour and create sustainable tourism in every tourist attraction in the Botanical Gardens

Abstract

The community as the main actor in the management of tourist attractions is very important in tourism development. The role of community can be as a medium to preserve the social cultural values ​​in these attractions. Tanah Lot tourism attraction is one of the biggest tourist attractions in Bali which has a high number of tourist visits. Tanah Lot is managed by two parties, namely the Government of Tabanan Regency and the local community of Beraban Village. The purpose of this study was to measure the stage of community participation in the management of Tanah Lot. Community participation in the management of Tanah Lot attractions in the planning stage, the score is 2.25, the implementation stage is 4.35, the benefit-taking stage is 4.72 and the supervision stage is 4.14. The high level of community participation at the implementation, benefit-taking, supervision and evaluation stages is due to the management of Tanah Lot handed over to the Customary Village (Desa Adat). The lowest stage of community participation in management of Tanah Lot is the planning stage. The low level of community participation at this stage is due to three factors: cooperation agreement, internal factor and external factor of the community.

Abstract

Tujuan dari makalah ini adalah untuk menyajikan model untuk menggambarkan bagaimana kualitas situs web (dimoderasi oleh nilai hedonis) mempengaruhi perilaku belanja impulsif dalam konteks pariwisata online. Metodologi model dan hipotesis yang disajikan di sini diuji dengan pemodelan persamaan struktural. Data empiris dikumpulkan dengan melakukan survei kuesioner. Studi ini menemukan bahwa situs web yang unik dan menarik secara visual, lebih mungkin untuk menarik pelanggan dan calon pelanggan dan tanggapan emosional yang menyenangkan maupun tidak menyenangkan. Pada akhirnya, pemanfaatan fungsi yang baik sangat membantu calon pelanggan menghemat waktunya untuk mencari layanan tertentu. Serta, dapat memicu stimulus yang mampu melakukan pembelian impulsif. Dalam upaya untuk menjelaskan perilaku belanja online impulsif, penelitian ini berfokus pada aplikasi online-to-offline, dan service dominant logic. Para penulis juga membahas pengaruh penting kualitas situs web terhadap pembelian impulsif dan bagaimana hal ini dibantu oleh nilai hedonis.Model penelitian yang disajikan dalam penelitian ini menyediakan instrumen yang dapat diandalkan untuk mengoperasionalkan konstruksi utama dalam analisis perilaku belanja impulsif dan memiliki implikasi penting bagi industri pariwisata online.

Abstract

Indonesia mulai mengembangkan beberapa industri kreatif sebagai salah satu alternatif perkembangan ekonomi di dunia pariwisata. Adanya kehadiran berbagai macam industri baru di Indonesia sebagai bentuk rekreasi juga mulai diminati oleh para masyarakat. Salah satu industri yang membantu perkembangan pariwisata di Indonesia adalah industri event nya. Seperti sport event di Indonesia juga mulai berkembang pesat jumlahnya. Banyak perusahaan dan juga organisasi yang mulai menyelenggarakan sport event sebagai salah satu rangkaian program mereka. Sama seperti event Event Running yang di organize oleh PT. PTC. Riset ini merupakan hasil analisis untuk memperbaiki situasi problematik yang menghambat jalannya kegiatan Event Running pada tahun 2019. Analisis ini menggunakan teori framework DMAIC dan System Thinking. Pada tahap Define, peneliti menetapkan bahwa peserta merasa sosialisasi mengenai penggunaan Aplikasi untuk registrasi kurang menyeluruh adalah situasi problematik Event Running dan meningkatkan angka feedback positif dari peserta terhadap penggunaan Aplikasi untuk registrasi adalah solusi terbaik yang ditetapkan oleh peneliti pada tahap Improvement.

Abstract

One of the ecotourism areas favored by the millennial generation in West Java is Situ Gede Ecotourism. The purpose of this study is to determine the perception of millennial tourists towards ecotourism in situ Gede in terms of 4 indicators, namely: Attractions (Attractions), Accessibility (Accessibility), Amenities (Amenities), and Ancillary Service (Tourism Support Services). The research method used is a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 50 respondents. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis. The achievement of millennial tourists' perceptions of attraction is 75.6%. Meanwhile, the achievementmillennialnial tourists' perceptions of accessibility are 87.5%. The achievememillenniallenial tourists' perceptions of amenities (amenities) are 78.8%. Another case is the achievement of millennial tourists' perceptions of Ancillary services (Tourism Support Services) of 73.5%

Abstract

Hotel Salak The Heritage, a four star hotel in Bogor, has conducted the research for developing and producing spice powder in cooperation with PT AGFI which already exists in Sundanese food industry. The spice powder is produced by using stable pressure, low temperature drying process (50-60°C) and intensive quality controls, which result in low water content and hygienically excellent product, as it is free from bacterial filth and other impurities. Since this product only consists of natural ingredients, it gives a standard flavoring effect and no unwanted colors to the end food product. Hotel Salak has made some experiments on the effectiveness of cooking process using spice powder, one of the examples is Beef Rendang, and saves cooking and preparation time up to 16.7% and saves cost up to 9.36 %. This is expected to change the paradigm of conventional to more effective, efficient and clean cooking process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Persepsi Harga Kualitas Pelayanan dan Fasilitas Wisata terhadap Kepuasan Pengunjung. Objek penelitian ini adalah pengunjung Tangkuban Perahu yang berada di Kota Bandung, Jawa Barat. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Convenience Sampling. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 150 responden dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian yang telah diperoleh setelah dilakukan pengujian Model Struktural/Uji Hipotesis (Inner Model) menunjukkan bahwa Persepsi Kualitas Harga Kualitas Pelayanan dan Fasilitas Wisata berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pengunjung Tangkuban Perahu Bandung Jawa Barat. Variabel Persepsi Harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pengunjung Tangkuban Perahu Bandung Jawa Barat. Variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung Tangkuban Perahu Bandung Jawa Barat. Dan Variabel Sarana Wisata berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung Tangkuban Perahu Bandung Jawa Barat.
