Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility is a commitment from a company to give more contribution to society, either through social action or environmental responsibility. In Indonesia, CSR is now stated more firmly in the Limited Liability Company Law (UUPT) Article 74 No.40 of 2007. CSR is also a company action in solving existing social problems, one of which is the problem of children. Problems with children within the company's scope occur internally (children of company employees) and externally (children of communities around the company). With these various problems, one type of CSR practice emerged in the form of a childcare program. In the social work literature, child care refers to the care of children at home in groups or in orphanages. This study aims to (1) find out how the implementation of childcare programs in CSR practices, (2) find out CSR practices in Indonesia that implement childcare programs. The method used in this research is the literature study method. Researchers conducted research from the results of a literature review of previously published literacy relating to CSR practices in the form of childcare programs in Indonesia.

MSME businesses are one of the largest economic pillars in Indonesia, accounting for nearly 62% of the country's GDP. With such a significant contribution, competition among SME businesses is also intense. Many MSMEs are seeking to gain a competitive edge through technological channels such as Social Media, Microsoft Excel and others. This journal aims to explore the advantages of using these technologies in SME businesses from both a Marketing and Operations management perspective to advance MyHazza's business development. Specifically, it will focus on implementing Brand Awareness strategies on social media and adopting digital technology through digital recording systems for MyHazza's business operations. Abstract

Barley is a type of grain that comes from the wheat family. Barley is widely used as a raw material in bread, drinks, and various other dishes. Barley can lower blood sugar, blood pressure, and cholesterol, and aid weight loss. In Indonesia, barley was once commonly consumed by the Dayak people. They process barley into rice, porridge, and cakes. Barley was then developed by the government of East Kalimantan, namely Gunawan Setyobudi, who is an extension worker at the Agricultural Fisheries and Forestry Extension Center (BP3K) Loa Kulu Kukar District. Barley planting has been carried out since 2008 and cultivation and plant development have been carried out since 2013. The benefits of plants are very good and have great benefits for consumers who do health therapy or diet. However, this barley is less well known by other Indonesian people. Not many know that barley exists. With social media, artisans can increase the branding of barley products so that barley products can be increasingly recognized by other Indonesian people. Overall, social media is very helpful to the community because it can promote processed barley products and attract public interest in processed barley products. The existence of social media is expected to help increase public knowledge of processed barley products so that barley will become even more well known to many people.

Abstract

The Jamelang Adult Farmers Group or as known as Kelompok Tani Dewasa (KTD) located in Kedunghalang Village, Bogor City, was established by the community to implement a program aimed at empowering society and enhancing food security through hydroponic farming. This study aims to understand how KTD Jamelang manages to sustain the Hidroponik Barokah program after the termination of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) support from the Yayasan Baitul Mal (YBM) BRI. The research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing field observations and in-depth interviews to gain a comprehensive understanding. The findings indicate that the sustainability of this program is supported by participatory communication management, which involves members in decision-making and ensures transparency in financial and operational matters. Continuous guidance from the KTD Jamelang facilitator is also a key factor in the sustainability of the Hydroponic Barokah program. Additionally, the Hydroponic Barokah program has positively impacted KTD Jamelang members, leading to increased productivity, knowledge, and income. Furthermore, social support, networking, and market access significantly contribute to the program's sustainability.
