Abstract

Research Aims: Analyzing the Influence of Financial Literacy and the Use of Financial Technology (FinTech) on Financial Behavior in Bandung Regency Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Design/methodology/approach: This research uses a quantitative approach through correlational methods. Research Findings: The research results found: 1). Financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on financial behavior variables. 2). The use of financial technology (FinTech) has a positive and significant effect on financial behavior variables. 3). Financial literacy and the use of financial technology (FinTech) positively and significantly affect the financial behavior of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Bandung Regency. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: Further increase knowledge of financial management by actively participating in workshops or seminars related to financial management, insurance, investment and business fund management. And increasing financial technology (FinTech) knowledge by orienting to the latest news regarding technological developments in up-to-date financial products and services.

Abstract

Research Aims: This study aims to understand how sexual violence affects the psychological and social conditions of santri in religious education institutions in Singojuruh sub-district, Banyuwangi Regency. Design/methodology/approach: This study uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design to explore the experiences, perceptions, and psychosocial impacts of violence on santri in religious education institutions. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and participatory observation with a number of santri, ustadz, psychologists, and the community. Data were analysed thematically to identify main patterns, key findings, and perspectives that emerged from participants' narratives. Research Findings: This study shows that victims experience deep trauma that affects their mental and emotional well-being. The violence also resulted in prolonged fear, shame, and low self-esteem, as well as psychological disorders such as depression and anxiety. Sexual violence also has a negative impact on academic achievement and social participation, hindering students' personal and educational development. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This research argues for its originality in analysing in depth the specific psychosocial impact of sexual violence on santri, with a focus on religious education institutions, which has not been widely explored in the context of academic literature on sexual trauma and religious education environments in Indonesia.

Abstract

Research Aims: This study aims to examine the influence of overconfidence, disposition effect, and risk aversion on Sharia stock investment decisions, with financial literacy as a moderating variable. Design/methodology/approach: This research employs a quantitative method with primary data. The sampling technique utilized is purposive sampling, involving a sample size of 350 respondents. The analysis technique for this study employs moderated regression analysis. Research Findings: The results of this study indicate that overconfidence and financial literacy have a positive and significant influence on Sharia stock investment decisions. However, disposition effect and risk aversion do not significantly affect Sharia stock investment decisions. Financial literacy does not moderate the relationship between overconfidence and disposition effect on Sharia stock investment decisions. However, it does moderate the relationship between risk aversion and Sharia stock investment decisions. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This thesis provides insights into the relationships between overconfidence, disposition effect, risk aversion, and financial literacy concerning Sharia stock investment decisions. These findings can serve as a reference or valuable insight for investors, institutions, and stakeholders interested in optimizing their investment decision-making processes. Abstract

of economic activities in OPEC countries by examining how oil rents, economic growth, and foreign direct investment (FDI) influence CO2 emissions. It seeks to understand the individual and combined effects of these factors on environmental outcomes. The study will investigate how revenue from oil production, the rate of economic growth, and the level of foreign investment contribute to carbon dioxide emissions. Additionally, the research aims to provide policy recommendations to help mitigate CO2 emissions in these countries while considering their economic dynamics. Design/methodology/approach: This research uses quantitative methods, which are methods designed to test theories, show relationships between variables, provide statistical descriptions, and interpret the results Research Findings: Based on the results of the research conducted on the effect of Oil Rents, Economic Growth, and Foreign Direct Investment on CO2 Emissions in OPEC countries, the conclusion is that the variables of Oil Rents, Economic Growth, and Foreign Direct Investment individually do not affect CO2 Emissions in OPEC countries. However, when considered simultaneously, the variables of Oil Rents, Economic Growth, and Foreign Direct Investment do affect CO2 Emissions in OPEC countries Theoretical Contribution/Originality: The implications of the results from this study can provide valuable insights for policymakers in OPEC countries on how to manage Oil Rents, foster sustainable economic growth, and attract environmentally friendly FDI. The urgency is to equip policymakers with the necessary information to design and implement policies that support the energy transition, reduce CO2 emissions, and improve long-term economic welfare

Abstract

Research Aims: This research aims to determine the quality, perceived value, purchase intention influence of Celebrity Endorsement and Perceived Quality on Purchase Intention with Perceived Value as an Intervening Variable among Scarlett cosmetics consumers in Malang City. This research is important to carry out because there is a research gap in previous studies. Design/methodology/approach: This research uses a nonprobability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire distributed to respondents with 5-point Likert scale answers. The sample in this study amounted to 261 respondents with data analysis using the SEM-PLS method SmartPLS4 software Research Findings: The empirical test results show research findings, namely that there is a positive and significant influence between celebrity endorsement on perceived value, there is a positive and significant influence between perceived quality on perceived value, there is a positive and significant influence between celebrity endorsement on purchase intention, there is a positive and insignificant influence between perceived quality on purchase intention, there is a positive and significant influence between perceived value on purchase intention, there is a positive and significant influence of celebrity endorsement on purchase intention through perceived value, and there is a positive and significant influence between perceived quality on purchase intention through perceived value Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This research shows that using celebrity endorsement on Scarlett's cosmetic products can improve purchase intention consumer. Therefore, marketers of skincare products Scarlett's comments on Scarlett's Instagram social media in Malang City can take advantage of these results by designing marketing campaigns that utilize the power of influence celebrity endorsement

Abstract

Research Aims: The main objective of this study is to investigate the impact of strategic implementation, innovation and dynamic capabilities on organizational performance. Design/methodology/approach: This research is included in the explanatory research category. The research was carried out in the Indonesian public organization PT.Pegadaian, located in the Malang city area, which covers all Services Branches (CP) and Branch Service Units (UPC). The sample for this research was 81 people including: Business Deputy, Head of Pawn and non-Pawn department, Branch Leader, Pawn and non-Pawn Manager, UPC Manager. The sampling method uses saturated sampling or census. Questionnaires were distributed using a 1-5 Likert scale measurement and statistical analysis (PLS-SEM) to analyze the data. Research Findings: Research findings show a relationship between strategy implementation and dynamic capabilities on organizational performance, then innovation does not have significant effects on Organizational Performance. Strategy implementation and innovation have significant effect on Dynamic Capabilities, and Dynamic Capabilities are able to mediate the influence between Strategy Implementation and innovation on Organizational Performance. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This research provides new insights into how Strategy Implementation, Innovation, and Dynamic Capabilities influence employee Organizational Performance.

Abstract

Research Aims: The progress of the digital creative industry in Indonesia over several decades has had many positive impacts on the Indonesian economy. The creative industry not only makes a major contribution to economic development, but also has a positive impact on the lives of the surrounding community. Currently, many digital creative industries are increasingly carrying out various innovations that are useful for increasing income from business competition in the digital industry. The focus of the inquiry is to offer insight into knowledge sharing (KS) and organizational culture (OC) affect innovation capability (INC) in Indonesia's digital creative sector, especially in the 5 largest cities in Indonesia (Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung , Makassar, and Medan) Design/methodology/approach: Questionnaires were given to 150 digital creative industry respondents using tools google form, as well as empirical analysis using SEM-PLS and Amos version 22. Research Findings: The results of this watchfulness explain that, according to currently published literature, innovation capability (INC) is profoundly and favorably influenced by organizational culture (OC). then knowledge sharing (KS) can be directly positive influenced by Innovation capability (INC), organizational culture (OC) and Innovation capability (INC) can be indirectly positive influenced by knowledge sharing (KS) activities carried out within a company. Abstract

Research Aims: This research was carried out based on the use of technology by teachers at SMK PGRI 2 Malang in implementing learning that was not yet optimal. This research aims to develop Genially interactive media so that it can increase student activity in classroom learning Design/methodology/approach: The method used in this research is Resources and Development using the ADDIE model. Product trials were carried out in class XI Digital Business. The data used in this research is qualitative and quantitative data. Data analysis was carried out using percentage analysis, normality test, and Independents Sample T-Test. This research produces Genially interactive media products that are attractive and served with various menus. Genially's interactive media has gone through the media and material expert validation stage Research Findings: The results of the analysis prove that there are differences in learning activity in the experimental class and the control class, so it can be concluded that this media is effectively used as a source of teaching materials and can increase students' learning activity Theoretical Contribution/Originality: The theoretical contribution of using Genially interactive media to build student engagement lies in its integration of multimedia elements with interactive learning, which enhances cognitive engagement and motivation. This approach aligns with constructivist theories of learning, emphasizing active participation and interaction with content. Genially’s originality stems from its ability to seamlessly combine various media—text, visuals, animations, and quizzes—into a single platform, offering a dynamic alternative to traditional learning tools. This innovation provides a novel way to create personalized, engaging learning experiences that can adapt to diverse educational settings.

Abstract

  Research Aims: This development research aims to develop accounting computer learning media (Accurate Manufacture).   Design/methodology/approach: This learning media was created using the R&D development model. The research design used a quasi-experimental approach with a one-group pretest-post-test design. The application is named “AMMan,” which generally includes Accurate Online Integration components that can be accessed via mobile, material, quizzes, interactive questions, and a teacher collaborative space.   Research Findings: The results of material and media expert validation with a score of 87.4%, limited users 84.6%, and students 87%, indicate that overall aspects are valid and feasible for use in learning activities. The research results through the paired sample t-test showed that the sig. The value of the cognitive domain was 0.001 less than the significance level of 0.05, so it can be stated that there are differences in learning outcomes before and after using learning media.   Theoretical Contribution/Originality: The difference indicates an increase in student learning outcomes, which, on average, increased by 21% in the cognitive domain. Thus, it can be stated that “AMMan” is effective in improving student learning outcomes at the student understanding level.

Abstract

Research Aims: This study aims to examine the integration of human dignity within Human Resource Development (HRD) practices, assessing its impact on organizational culture, employee engagement, and ethical workplace dynamics. It seeks to explore how dignity-centered HRD can enhance both personal and organizational growth, focusing on the psychological and cultural dimensions of HRD strategies. Design/methodology/approach: Utilizing a qualitative methodology, the research will combine theoretical analyses with case studies from multinational companies. It will involve a comprehensive review of philosophical and contemporary HRD frameworks that prioritize human dignity, alongside empirical data collected through interviews and surveys with HR professionals and employees. Research Findings: The study is expected to reveal that embedding dignity in HRD practices contributes significantly to workplace ethics, productivity, and individual well-being. It will show that respectful treatment increases employee motivation and engagement, reducing turnover and fostering a more inclusive organizational culture. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This research contributes to HRD literature by providing a nuanced understanding of how dignity intersects with HR practices to foster ethical decision-making and personal development. It offers a unique blend of philosophical insights and practical applications, highlighting the role of dignity in achieving sustainable organizational success and employee satisfaction.
