Abstract

Learning management systems (LMS) have been established at universities around the world including at Manado State University to connect students and faculty without the confines of a traditional classroom. It is a digital software environment designed to manage user engagement and provide learning content and resources to students. The aim of this study is to evaluate the use of learning management systems in universities. The method used in this study is the combined methods we used, namely library research and surveys. The library research method also uses secondary data collected from informative articles, books, and magazines. The results of this study found that the LMS used in universities is generally good, this is because the LMS system has been introduced and teachers must use it in daily lectures as well, it is very important to determine the feedback from students as LMS users. Previous studies have demonstrated varying understandings of the impact of implementing LMS in higher education in universities around the world. Therefore, this article provides some insights into the Impact of Utilizing E-learning Technology or LMS. This study concludes that the use of post-covid-19 LMS has shown a fairly good increase both for providers of learning content, namely teachers and system managers, and on the user side, namely students so that learning activities at universities have experienced quite an increase.

Abstract

Implementation of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) in institutions' education tall become more important for increasing the quality service of information technology. However, ITIL implementation requires a role important from leadership to ensure its success. Study This aims to analyze the role of leadership in the implementation of ITIL Service Strategy in high-education institutions. This study uses a method descriptive with do survey of IT staff at several universities. Data analyzed use the technique of qualitative and its results show that leadership owns an influence and positive significance in the implementation of ITIL Service Strategy in higher education institutions. this article gives an important view for university leadership to increase the quality service of information technology and ensure the successful implementation of the ITIL Service Strategy in institutions. This Study has implications for the organization in framework reach objective strategic in management service of information technology and ensure that ITIL framework can be used with more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Education in the industrial era 4.0 is a considerable challenge, because in order to realize good management in education to form leadership, adjustments to the curriculum, learning systems, supporting facilities and infrastructure and good human resources are needed. Not only that, in the industrial era, we must be able to build partnerships with various stakeholders to realize good management. Industry 4.0 can create artificial intelligence where the characteristics or behavior of a human being can be included in the application, so that humans are required to adapt to the current conditions of development.

Abstract

School principals as leaders in a school have a role important in the development of mobile-based social studies learning media in junior high schools. Unklab Airmadidi Junior High School is one of the Educational Institutions that aim to develop a potency child nation so can compete at the world level. To fulfill these objectives educational institutions, need to develop capable learning media to awaken the interest of students. This study aims for developing android-based IPS learning media on Conditions Geographical Class VIII ASEAN Countries at UNKLAB Airmadidi Junior High School. The research method used in this research is the prototype model. The steps he did, gathering needs designing and prototype evaluation. Mobile-based social studies learning media at UNKLAB Airmadidi Junior High School. This level of feasibility and attractiveness product on good criteria, this proven by responses from students and teachers in good criteria. Based on the results data obtained then mobile-based IPS learning media at UNKLAB Airmadidi Junior High School class VIII can say worthy of implemented in schools.

Abstract

One of the most important contributions of information technologies to the leaders was to enhance the performance level with the help of alternatives provided by information technology. Information technology provided support to the decision-making process. The main important point in the decision-making was giving the most appropriate and best decisions. This research was conducted to analyze the effect of Information technology on Junior high school principals in Tomohon City. The study was conducted with a quantitative approach using a simple regression technique. The result shows that there was a significant impact of Information technology on principal decision-making. Therefore, suggested that education institution leaders enhance the maximization of Information Technology.

Abstract

Each leader types the other's leadership. Camat Tondano Selatan which has been relatively considered successful make researcher interested In knowing the type of leadership that belongs to Camat. Digital transformation has become a very important thing in increasing the quality of service in the public-level district. However, transformation needs effective leadership to reach optimal results. This article aims to analyze the type of most effective leadership in pushing digital transformation on the level district. The method used in this research is method study comparison. The comparison was done between two of the variables studied to see variable tendencies. Amount of whole office employee subdistrict South Tondano totaled 22 people plus 8 Lurah, a total of 30 people. because amount employees plus the village chief only 30 people then in the study This researcher use whole officials and village heads as sample research. Research results show that the average value of the answers questionnaire from respondent research is 4.1567 for type leadership transformational and 3.2767 for type leadership transactional. In other words employees in the District and Lurah are in the District area Tondano Selatan assessed that type the of the leadership of the Camat Tondano Selatan is more tend to Type Leadership transformational compared to with the type of leadership transactional. The result is a significant difference between the second type of average value leadership. it can be seen in the t value of 48.280 which is significant at an alpha value of 0.5. Research results also show that type of effective leadership in speeding up digital transformation at the level subdistrict is leadership transformational and leadership participatory. Leadership transformational can push innovation and creativity in the development of digital solutions, meanwhile, leadership participatory can increase the involvement of staff in the digital transformation process. Study This recommends that the head district and related staff with digital transformation in the sub-district must adopt type leadership transformational and participatory for speeding up digital transformation at the level district.

Abstract

The rapid growth of digital technology in the Industry 4.0 era has brought about significant changes in various aspects of society, including the education sector. As universities strive to improve the quality of education, effective leadership strategies are essential in implementing quality control measures. This article aims to examine leadership strategies in university quality control in the digital era of Industry 4.0. This study employs a qualitative approach using a case study method. The data was collected through interviews with university leaders and staff quality control, as well as through document analysis. The findings reveal that effective leadership strategies in university quality control in the digital era of Industry 4.0 involve the use of technology to monitor and evaluate educational processes, a collaboration between academic and administrative staff, and the implementation of a continuous improvement culture. Furthermore, this article highlights the challenges faced by university leaders in implementing effective measures of quality control in the digital era, including the need for continuous training of staff and the proper use of digital technology. This study provides valuable insights for university leaders and staff quality control in developing effective leadership strategies to ensure the delivery of quality education in the digital era of Industry 4.0.

Abstract

This research aimed to describe education leadership in continuing education by building the system leadership as a reform system in the professional and modern era. This research is descriptive qualitative research using a social history approach. The design research method was carried out in four phases: data collection, data display, conclusions, and data condensation. The result of this research shows that all education leaders in all levels should be building a system leadership as a reform system for the generation in the modern era to education for sustainable development in Papua.

The article argues that effective leadership is necessary to facilitate the dissemination of health information through technology and to ensure that individuals have the skills and resources to access this information. The article also highlights the importance of addressing barriers to access, such as lack of internet connectivity and limited digital literacy. The article concludes that by prioritizing access to technology-based health information and fostering effective leadership in this area, public health promotion efforts can be strengthened and improved
