Abstract

The study seeks to learn more about the SIPD administration at the Planning and Finance Section of the Regional Secretariat of Minahasa Regency. In this study, a qualitative methodology is combined with a descriptive technique. Techniques for collecting data include observation, interviewing, and documentation. strategies for data processing that include steps for data presentation, data reduction, and data verification. In the planning, budgeting, and reporting or evaluation of procedures, the Regional Secretariat's management of the Regional Government Information System (SIPD) is highlighted in this study. SIPD encountered challenges, including issues with human resources, supporting infrastructure, such as the internet network, and flawed SIPD apps, which hindered its implementation. The Secretariat of Minahasa District's SIPD management has been successful, according to the findings of the research, it can be said. Additionally, it is advised that the Regional Government expand human resource capacity and enhance infrastructure and supporting facilities, while also urging the Central Government to perfect the SIPD application.

Abstract

The high need for housing that is not matched by financial capacity, especially for people living below the poverty line, actually creates several social problems, one of which is the proliferation of uninhabitable houses or commonly abbreviated as RTLH. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the social rehabilitation assistance policy for uninhabitable houses in North Sulawesi province. The type of research used in this study is descriptive qualitative and the collection technique is by observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this study were the Head of the Social Service, the Head of the Social Handling of the Poor, the general public (Publik) and the beneficiaries of the RS-RTLH assistance policy. In general, the results of this research are that the policy of Social Rehabilitation Assistance for Uninhabitable Houses in North Sulawesi Province is not running effectively, this can be seen based on the following findings: 1) Aspects of standard policies and objectives have supported the implementation of the RS - RTLH assistance policy in the Province North Sulawesi, which is regulated in North Sulawesi Governor Regulation Number 46 of 2017 concerning Regional Operations to Resolve Poverty through the Social Rehabilitation Program for Uninhabitable Houses in North Sulawesi Province , 2) In terms of the budget aspect, it does not support the implementation of hospital assistance policies - RTLH , 3) The Social Service lacks communication, socialization, counseling related to RS-RTLH assistance, and 4) The North Sulawesi Provincial Social Service is less effective in carrying out supervision starting from the planning stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. The Social Service only relies on data recommended by the lurah/village head, as a result sometimes there is a polemic in the community that the provision of RS-RTLH assistance is considered not to be on target, there are still people who deserve assistance but do not receive assistance.

Abstract

Regulation Government Number 12 of 2019 Concerning Management Regional Finance also mentions management finance area is whole activities that include planning and budgeting, implementation and administration, reporting and accountability, as well supervision finance area. The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe management administration finance at the General Bureau Regional Secretariat of North Sulawesi Province. The type of research used in this study is descriptive qualitative and the collection technique is by observation, interviews and documentation. Informants in this study are a) Head of the General Bureau Regional Secretariat of North Sulawesi Province, b) Head of Sub-Division of Accounting and Administration of Regional Assets of the General Bureau Regional Secretariat North Sulawesi Province, c) Head Field Planning, Control and Evaluation of Regional Development Bapeda of North Sulawesi Province, and d) Treasurer expenditure General Bureau Regional Secretariat North Sulawesi Province. In general, the results of this research are 1) The management of financial administration at the General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of North Sulawesi Province has not been effective in accordance with Government Regulation Number 12 of 2019 Concerning Regional Financial Management, this is based on research results that it is known that out of 4 (four) aspects of management financial administration is only the reporting and accountability aspects that have been running effectively while the other 3 (three) aspects are a) Planning and budgeting, b) Implementation and administration , and c) Supervision has not been running effectively , 2) Inhibiting factors management of financial administration at the General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of North Sulawesi Province are: a) Lack of knowledge of the Head of Finance and Verification Subdivision and lack of accuracy and thoroughness of TAPD b) Limited HR of the Regional Government Budget Team, namely from the North Sulawesi Province Regional Finance and Assets Agency and the North Sulawesi Provincial Bappeda, as well as limited human resources working at the North Sulawesi Provincial Inspectorate (PPUD and Auditor) c) Inadequate financial administration management facilities where the internet connection network system is weak in SIMDA North Sulawesi Province, d) The last inhibiting factor is the low performance of human resources, namely slowness in collecting worksheets , inaccuracy of spending treasurers and PPK, low time discipline of financial managers in issuance, SPD and SP2D finalization

Abstract

Literacy plays a very important role in life every day like the need gets information. User information as much as possible will respond to various information received especially information from digital media. This study aims to analyze now literacy read Z generation in Sulawesi north. The method used is method quantitative with a descriptive approach. Study this conducted with the Z generation sample in North Sulawesi. The results of this research in is showing that exists the phenomenon of the Z Generation in North Sulawesi always responds to various information that appears in digital mass media. Research results also show that the Z generation in North Sulawesi is very vulnerable and provocative from the information they get because of a lack of literacy reading so that still many Z Generation are affected as well as follow take a role in disseminating the information it contains news hoax. Studies conclude that literacy reading by Z Generation plays a very important role in increasing interest in literacy reading by using the information obtained from digital media and each other share about culture literacy good read so that no already affected news hoaxes.

Abstract

Is there any influence of the modular building model learning media and student skills on student learning outcomes at Siwa Lima St Yosep Langgur High School is a question that is the aim of this research. This study used quantitative methods by collecting data using questionnaires, documentation and tests while analyzing data using multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 24 program. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between the Modular Building Model Learning Media and Student Skills on the Learning Outcomes of the Construction and Property Business Skills Program at Siwa Lima St. 1 .67943 t table so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the more creative the learning media used, the higher the student learning outcomes, there is a positive and significant relationship between student practice and Learning Outcomes of the Construction and Property Business Skills Program at Siwa Lima High School St Yosep Langgur with a t value of the practice intensity variable ( X 2 ) 6.381 ≥ 1 .67943 t table so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted meaning that the higher the student's practice, the higher the student learning outcomes, there is a positive and significant relationship between Learning Media Modular Building Models and Student Skills Against Learning Outcomes in the Construction and Property Business Skills Program in SMA Siwa Lima St Yosep Langgur and the contribution of the variable Learning Media Modular Building Models and Student Skills to Learning Outcomes of the Construction and Property Business Expertise Program at SMA Siwa Lima St Yosep Langgur is 89.7%, while the rest is influenced by other variables that do not become study in research.

Abstract

Abstract – The aim of this study was to determine the effect of packet tracer simulator media on the motivation and learning outcomes of basic network students TKJ SMK Cokroaminoto Kotamobagu. Method used _ in study this is quasi experiment or experiment pseudo . Data collection techniques using documentation , questionnaires , and tests whereas technique data analysis using SPSS 26.0 assistance . Research results show that there is positive and significant influence in the use of Cisco media package Tracer to motivation and outcomes student learning on basic network learning at Cokroaminoto Vocational School Kotamobagu . this _ is known from Independent test results Sample T-Test. Obtained Sig.(2-tailed) value of 0.000 <0.05 so could concluded that there is influence positive and significant in use of Cisco Packet Tracer media against motivation study students on learning network elementary school at Cokroaminoto Vocational School Kotamobagu . Whereas from Independent test results Sample T-Test. Obtained Sig.(2-tailed) value is 0.0 0 1 < 0.05 so could concluded that use of Cisco Packet Tracer capable media increase results study student class X TKJ at SMK Cokroaminoto Kotamobagu . Research results show class _ control with total respondent as many as 27 have a mean of 7 0 , 37 and in class experiment with total Respondents 27 had a mean of 7 9.00 . On the Independent Sample Test obtained Sig.(2-tailed) value is 0.000. Because the sig.(2-tailed) value is 0.000 <0.05, there is a significant difference in learning motivation in the two classes. And on class control with total respondent as many as 27 have a mean of 8 0.3 7 and in class experiment with total respondent 27 has mean 8 7 , 22 . On the Independent Sample Test obtained the value of Sig.(2-tailed) is 0.00 1 . Because the value of sig.(2-tailed) 0.00 1 <0.05, there is a significant difference in learning outcomes in the two classes. It can be seen that the better the students' mastery of the packet tracer simulator media, the motivation and student learning outcomes are increasing.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain the interactional model of digital managerial competence of kindergarten teachers in North Sulawesi Province. This research was conducted using a survey method, a sample of 96 kindergarten teachers in North Sulawesi Province, questionnaire data collection techniques, and correlation data analysis techniques. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant independent and simultaneous relationship between digital leadership, teleworking, internet skills, teacher-parent digital communication, and motivation with digital managerial competencies of kindergarten teachers. In addition, the results of the research are discussed and conclusions and suggestions are presented.

Abstract

The quality of human resources starts from the First 1000 Days of Life. Young women are the forerunner to give birth to the next generation. Attitudes and healthy lifestyle behaviors of a teenager can contribute to preventing stunting. The purpose of this activity is to educate young women on healthy living behaviors in an effort to prevent stunting. The method of implementing this activity used counseling/education for 64 participants. The results achieved by the youth were that 64 people had knowledge about stunting prevention. It is hoped that youth can become agents of change as a benefit of this community service activity.

Abstract

Cokroaminoto Kotamobagu Vocational School is an educational institution that aims to develop the potential of the nation's children so they can compete at the world level. To fulfill these objectives, educational institutions need to be equipped with adequate computer networks. This study aims to develop learning media based on Android (m-learning) on the subject of Applying IP Addressing to Computer Networks for class X SMK Cokroaminoto Kotamobagu. The research method used in this research is research and development (R&D). The steps taken are Potential and Problems, Gathering Information, Product Design, Design Validation, Design Improvement, Product Trials, Revision of potentials and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revisions, product trials, and product revisions. After the product trials were carried out with two stages, namely small group trials carried out by twelve students, and wide trials carried out twice, the first stage was carried out by one teacher, and the second stage by thirty-four participants educated. From the product trials, the results regarding the android-based m-learning application in the material Applying IP Addressing on Computer Networks obtained an assessment with very feasible criteria based on the teacher's assessment and very interesting based on the student's assessment.

Abstract

Implementation of School-Based Management (SBM), from time to time, the public's awareness of the urgency of education is increasing and is starting to appear on the surface. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of school-based management at Senior High School of State I Ratahan Timur and to describe the obstacles to implementing school-based management at Senior High School of State I Ratahan Timur. Describe the efforts made by the school to overcome the obstacles to the implementation of school-based management that occurred at Senior High School of State I Ratahan Timur. The research method used is the descriptive qualitative method. the research object is the implementation of learning supervision at Senior High School of State I Ratahan Timur, the researcher uses data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Furthermore, to analyze the data that has been collected from the beginning of the study to the end of the study with data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the principal as a school leader seeks to optimally carry out his leadership duties following the concept of characteristics of school-based management objectives. This is evidenced by his role in planning, organizing, supervising, and evaluating the implementation of teaching and learning activities and administrative services running effectively and efficiently. This study concludes that school-based management in Senior High School of State I Ratahan Timur is seen as a very good government policy so that schools can be given the authority to determine the direction of school policies independently.
