Abstract

UKM Pramesti Malima Energi (PMEFS) is an UKM that is engaged in fisheries, a variety of processed products, namely sarai abon abon, fish jerky, fish pentel, fish nuggets. PMEFS also felt the impact due to the Corona Virus pandemic, namely a decrease in turnover, none of the products sold were selling because buyers did not dare to leave the house, tourists were not there, shops where they put processed products were closed. Two periods run by UKM suffered losses in the first period in September and there was still half of the products in December that had not been sold. Tried another second production In December, the production carried out in December was of great concern because it suffered a very large loss. The products sold had to be recalled because they did not sell well in the market due to the closing of souvenir shops due to the implementation of the PSBB. The group also has a production house that is separate from the house, and its own gallery. Sales are also carried out in the gallery, through online (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business and Shopee. The priority problems of partners at this time are 1) Marketing, marketing during the pandemic season has decreased drastically, resulting in no return of production costs and no profit (loss). 2) consumer confidence in the health of the market is still low. The solution in solving the problem is for marketing: 1) making SOP in dealing with, available SOP, 2) making catalogs, catalogs available, 3) helping market via online by advertising on social media, advertising installed on social media, 4) promoting by buy 2 get 1 free, promotions and products sell. From several solutions and targets, we have the belief that this can restore the condition of UKM to the same as before this pandemic period hit. In terms of increased sales targets, it can be seen from the number of orders that come in, shoppe accounts that give an asterisk increase.

Abstract

Academic value and student presence play an important role for every process of teaching and learning activities, especially to find out the level of learning success during school. However, these activities have not been carried out optimally because parents still experience difficulties in monitoring their child's learning activities in school and storing their data is still using paper stored in school documents so that data loss is easy. In analyzing, researchers use the SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) method to analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Researchers can conclude that with the application of monitoring academic values and attendance students are expected to be able to overcome these problems, this system is not just a data input media student presence and academic value but can also be used as a medium of attendance information and student academic value for parents so that he can monitor his son's daughter while in school. With the application of academic values and attendance students can reduce data loss and foster a sense of parental trust in school.

Abstract

To reduce the death rate and control the transmission of Covid-19 disease, promoting a healthy lifestyle program is needed. The community services program aimed to improve local community knowledge and attitudes in responding to Covid-19 at New Normal Era. Our participants were the village officer representative and cadres of Kanoman Hamlet, Banyuraden, Gamping, Sleman. We provided counseling and education program regarding a clean and healthy lifestyle. In addition, we conducted a training program for village officers on how to use medical examination tools, provide medical equipment assistance, and evaluate the program's success. The results show that the local community finally realized the importance of a clean and healthy lifestyle. Also, an education program on a clean and healthy lifestyle, cough etiquette, correct hand washing steps, and other health protocols are going to be continuously provided by village officers and cadres to the community through routine meeting forums. The training and provision of medical equipment also dramatically supports the implementation of health protocols in the hamlets of Kanoman, Banyuraden, Gamping, Sleman. Finally, it is necessary to provide further support and encourage the local community for the continuous prevention of covid-19.

Abstract

Ikat celup atau tie dye merupakan salah satu kerajinan tangan yang berkembang di Indonesia, diproduksi dan dikembangkan menjadi produk di beberapa sentral kerajinan batik, ikat celup menjadi salah satu alternatif untuk membuat motif dengan pola-pola tertentu pada kain, ikat celup merupakan corak atau motif yang terbentuk pada bidang kain akibat dari perintang warna hasil ikatan atau jahitan sesuai dengan pola yang dibuat, perintang warnanya mengunakan karet atau tali dengan cara diikat atau dijelujur pada kain, selanjutnya di warna dengan mengunakan pewarna kain, untuk memperkenalkan dan melestarikan ikat celup maka dilakukan pengenalan sejak dini pada siswa SDIT Ma'arif cara pembuatan ikat celup, pelatihan ini juga dilakukan untuk meningkatkan skil dan keterampilan siswa dalam belajar mencangkup kemampuan kognitif, motorik, dan mengembangkan kemampuan psikomotor. Ketiga aspek tersebut bekerja aktif pada saat pelaksanaan pelatihan sehingga dapat meningkatkan semangat dan motifasi belajar siswa dan juga menjadi pengalaman baru bagi siswa dalam membuat karya kerajinan tangan buatan siswa, hasil ikat celup yang dibuat siswa dapat dibawa pulang. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan ikat celup, meningkatkan skil dan keterampilan.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted on various sectors of life, including the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises sector(MSME). The PPKM policy has stopped MSME exhibitions, while most of their sales were through exhibitions.Exhibitions make their products available to many people to see and buy. MSME actors want to sell their products online, but based on surveys and discussions with community groups and owners of several MSMEs, the main problem is the lack of use of attractive product packaging so that they can compete on online selling platforms. Proper packaging can improve the marketing process to consumers, but in determining good packaging it is necessary to choose packaging that can reduce the negative impact on the environment. Efforts to reduce plastic packaging waste have become the latest trend of marketing. By paying attention to environmental issues, packaging redesign activities obtained through analysis of digital market trends that focus on green marketing are expected to be an alternative solution to overcome these problems. So, this Community Service activity is expected to contribute in terms of knowledge about Green Marketing, to improve the marketing process so that they can compete on online selling platforms, so that problems can be resolved through the use of sustainable packaging, green marketing, digital marketing trends, and empowering Wonokusumo’s MSMEs

Abstract

Innovation village is a village that has the potential to be developed into an independent and empowered village. Problems in the village in the form of difficulties and marketing its business products and the need for simple bookkeeping understanding as the basis for its business continuity. Efforts to achieve the goal are carried out community service in accordance with mutual agreement. The activity was carried out using a face-to-face lecture method attended by 20 target partners. The results of the activity obtained an increase in understanding of marketing management by 60% and an increase in simple bookkeeping understanding by 45%.

Abstract

Administrative services are a routine activity carried out by village and/or sub-district offices andallow for mobility and crowding of residents which should be avoided during the current pandemic.The administrative service procedure requires a series of approvals from the head of the RT, headof the RW, the apparatus and the head of the village/kelurahan so it takes time. Administrativeservices will be very good if they can be carried out electronically using devices that are commonlyowned by citizens such as smart cell phones so that they can be carried out faster, complying withrecommendations to avoid mobility and crowds and the slogan "stay at home" can be implemented.The stages of community service activities carried out started from needs analysis and systemdesign using the waterfall model development method. This activity will be continued at theimplementation stage so that it can be used widely for the community. The development andinstallation of village administration service applications is planned to be based on Android withcentralized data in the cloud. The system design is then verified and validated by a number of users,especially from the kelurahan because those parties are the ones who know the existing serviceprocess. The verification test states that the service process is in accordance with what is neededand the validation test states that the design is in accordance with the user's needs.

Abstract

The education sector is one of the activity sectors affected by the rapid spread of the Covid-19 outbreak, so all learning activities are carried out online. The sudden change in learning causes many teachers to be unprepared for fully online learning. One of the schools experiencing this problem is SDN 3 Tegallinggah. The problem is that the teaching materials used by teachers for online learning are less attractive to students due to the lack of knowledge and skills of teachers in making learning media. For this reason, the ITEKES Bali community service team carried out training activities for making learning media for teachers at SDN 3 Tegallinggah. This activity is carried out for one day face to face. The training materials include making interesting learning media with Microsoft Powerpoint. The results of this PkM show that there is an increase in knowledge and skills in using powerpoint applications. Increased knowledge is evidenced by the pretest and posttest scores. The improvement of teacher skills is proven by the teachers being able to practice making presentation slides using powerpoint properly using the rules given during the training.

Abstract

At the time of admission of new students, the committee usually experiences difficulties with all incoming files and data. Registrants also experience time and effort difficulties during the registration process. Errors in the process of entering and processing data by administrators are also unavoidable, so a new student admission application is needed. The new student admission application is an application used for prospective new students who want to enter college at the ISB Atma Luhur Pangkalpinang campus, making it easier for prospective new students to register via the online web and smartphone without having to come to campus. The problem with prospective new students is the lack of knowledge about the use of the application. The socialization activities carried out are expected to facilitate the service of new student admissions. The application contains the online registration process for new students, from data entry, data processing to reports. The target of using this new student admission application is all class XII students of all majors, both MA/SMA/SMK schools throughout the Province of the Bangka Belitung Islands. The method used is a lecture method, question and answer, and simulation. The results of the socialization activities for the new student admissions application show: (1) prospective new students who will register have knowledge about the use of the application, (2) prospective new students who will register will have knowledge in carrying out the registration process (3) prospective new students will get admissions information such as schedules, tests and briefings, tuition fees, etc.

Abstract

Posyandu Dinoyo is one of the posyandu located in Malang City, East Java. Until now, Posyandu Dinoyo is still active in carrying out posyandu activities. However, in carrying out these activities, Dinoyo Posyandu cadres find it difficult. Posyandu cadres collect public health data on health cards. Posyandu cadres are required to keep these cards. Posyandu cadres have difficulty finding a resident's health document. Posyandu cadres are also worried if the card is lost or damaged. Posyandu cadres must also provide data collection results to puskesmas officers every month. Therefore, the IT Telkom Surabaya community service team created a system that was able to facilitate posyandu cadres in carrying out their duties. Our team has created a system that can record people's health and their health. In addition, data can be exported in PDF and excel formats for monthly reporting. After the system is complete, Posyandu cadres can easily save each inspection data into the system without the need to prepare a form to store inspection data. Posyandu cadres can easily control health data and easily access or search for desired patient data. Where previously they had to search in the pile of documents that were quite a lot. Reports of inspection results can be easily made because the system has provided tools to print reports that are ready to be submitted to the Puskesmas.
