Abstract

Having 15 sub-districts and villages with an area of ​​1,128 km2, Kokas is the district with the highest number of wards and villages in Fakfak. To carry out the administrative tasks of processing data and delivering information to the public, Kokas District employees must be able to work optimally, and one of the things that is not What can be avoided is the use of computers to help improve performance and quality work output, as well as time efficiency. Therefore, this Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint operation training activity was carried out to improve the ability of Kokas District employees to perform administrative tasks of data processing and dissemination of Government policies and programs. This activity is carried out by preparing modules, providing material with practicum, as well as a final ability test. Modules and materials are provided and developed according to the needs of Partners, based on the results of discussions. During the training, the leadership and employees of the Kokas District were very cooperative and disciplined in participating in the program according to the agreed schedule.

Abstract

Tofu is one of the processed soybean products that have a fairly broad market segment. Theprocess of making tofu is very simple and easy so it is mostly done by small industries and homeindustries. The process of making tofu on a household scale is generally still carried out in thetraditional way, especially in the screening process. Filtering is a process that is quite crucialin making tofu because it will involve the taste, and the quantity and quality of the tofu produced.The main problem in the small industry of PKM partners makes the production and marketingprocess of tofu products which requires a long time and energy, because the filter and pressesused are still conventional. The purpose of the PKM activity to be achieved from the productionside is by applying a soybean pulp and filtrate separator machine that can be operated moreeffectively and efficiently. From the marketing management side, namely by providing simplemanagement training that can be applied to partners and from the marketing side, namely bypromoting to the mass media, banners and improving the packaging system for tofu products.Specific targets to be achieved; the existence of a soybean grinding machine that separates pulpand juice, so that the product results are more hygienic, pay more attention to tofu processingtechnology for food safety, business management and marketing. The application of the pulpand peanut filtrate separator machine, it helps partners not to be hampered in the productionprocess. Through PKM activities, partners obtain a soybean grinding machine that canseparate the pulp and filtrate (cider). With promotions in mass media, through banners andproduct packaging systems that are more attractive, products become durable. Increasing theproductivity of partner small industries is expected to increase partner income and businessdevelopment in the future.

Abstract

South Sumatra songket woven fabric is made through a dyeing process using a lot of dyes including Reacsol Yellow P-G or Rhodamin B which uses a lot of phenol and organic compounds. These dyes when disposed of directly will cause pollution. The purpose of this activity is to provide counseling on how to handle the waste from the weaving industry. The method applied in this activity is conducting surveys, making waste treatment tanks, and followed by questions and answers and counseling at partner locations. The results of this activity obtained one unit of a waste treatment tub equipped with advanced purification equipment, it is hoped that with this tool the level of pollution caused by the disposal of waste from the weaving industry in the form of dyes in South Sumatra can be reduced.

Abstract

The existence of a online market has become a common thing and has its own market share. Some of the factors that make entrepreneurs switch to the online market, among others, are wider marketing at a lower cost and more targeted. For this reason, it is necessary to improve online marketing techniques to increase the income of entrepreneurs. Some of the obstacles experienced by the Young Entrepreneurs Community (KPM) include the not yet maximal knowledge of online marketing of business products, especially online marketing optimization techniques with the Google search engine, and the lack of maximum training facilities among KPM. Therefore, in this community service activity, training on online marketing optimization techniques by utilizing the Google search engine for KPM circles is needed, so that young entrepreneurs can utilize and apply it in their business. The training committee team carried out a series of stages in the preparation of this training, namely by observing, then interviewing, and studying the literature. Then the methods, theoretical explanations and practicals directly to the participants, were applied during the training. As a result, KPM circles can find out the introduction of online businesses and optimize their business through search engines, thus helping partners in realizing the vision and mission of KPM itself. KPM circles can also save on marketing costs and are more targeted than conventional marketing methods.

Abstract

Crispy shrimp is one of the products from shrimp processing that can be an alternative for people living on the coast to improve their economy. Community service activities carried out in Tanjung Berikat, Lubuk Besar District, Central Bangka Regency, Bangka Belitung Islands Province. This Real Work Lecture activity was carried out for 1 month with socialization and practical methods, starting from how to manufacture products to product marketing using existing social media. The purpose of the KKN program at the University of Muhammadiyah Bangka Belitung is to increase the added value of shrimp which is processed into crispy shrimp as an innovative product of UMKM in Tanjung Berikat.

Abstract

Gudang Village is located in Simpang Rimba district, South Bangka Regency. In this village, there are many palm trees that grow behind resident's houses and also in the forests.Most people in there use palm sap to be processed into palm sugar. This palm sugar were produced by Gudang resident itself, individually in their own house. The purpose of this KKN program by Muhammadiyah University Bangka Belitung in the Gudang village is to increase the high value of processed palm sugar products through innovative products from palm sugar. Palm sugar milk coffee is an innovative product from palm sugar processing which can be an alternative for the community to increase their income. This dedication activities or community service activities carried out in Gudang Village, Simpang Rimba District, South Bangka Regency by KKN Muhammadiyah University Bangka Belitung students were carried out for 1 (one) month with socialization and practice methods, ranging from how to make products, make brands to product marketing using media social.

Abstract

COVID-19 merupakan penyakit yang sedanf mewabah di dunia termasuk di Indonesia. Adanya pandemic ini menyebabkan kegiatan di semua sector terganggu, sehingga upaya pencegahan penyebaran virus ini mutlah dilakukan. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman pengetahuan tentang COVID-19 dan pemanfaatan tanaman herbal sebagai ramuan untuk meningkatkan imunitas tubuh. Sasaran utama dari kegiatan ini adalah masyarakat Kelurahan Liliba Kecamatan Oebobo-Nusa Tenggara Timur, dengan metode sosialisasi dan edukasi. Tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan berupa tahapan persiapan dan pelaksanaan. Pada tahap persiapan TIM KKN melakukan audiensi dengan pemerintah setempat dan studi literatur. Pada tahap pelaksanaan dilakukan sosialisasi mengenai COVID-19 dan potensi tanaman herbal untuk meningkatkan imunitas tubuh serta cara pembuatannya. Hasil dari kegiatan ini dapat adalah masyarakat mendapatkan pengetahuan tambahan tentang COVID-19 serta potensi tanaman herbal yang ada disekitar dalam meningkatkan imunitas tubuh.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has created a global crisis in all aspects of life, one of which is in the economic sector. Many large companies decided to carry out massive layoffs which resulted in an increase in the unemployment rate in Indonesia. In addition, MSMEs in Indonesia have also experienced a decline in sales and even have to go out of business. This is relevant to the condition of some people in Mojodoyong Village, Kedawung, Sragen. A lot of residents of Mojodoyong Village were laid off and lost their jobs. MSMEs on convection and home tailors also experienced a decline in income due to a lack of jobs during the pandemic. This condition encourages us to help improve the economy of the residents of Mojodoyong Village. Team 388 of community service (KKN) UNS held digital marketing socialization and training in sewing cloth masks as an effort to empower the community during the pandemic. Digital marketing socialization was carried out offline and attended by 25 residents of MSMEs in Mojodoyong Village, while the training on making cloth masks was attended by 10 participants who did not have basic sewing skills. It is hoped that by holding digital marketing socialization and training to make cloth masks, Mojodoyong Village residents can understand the importance of digital marketing and have the ability to make and sell cloth masks so that they can become an additional source of income during the pandemic

Abstract

Policies in disaster management in Indonesia are currently more focused on disaster prevention and mitigation efforts. Strengthening disaster management capacity is a very important achievement for success in reducing the impact of disasters. Disaster impact reduction can only be done when disaster risks can be understood and identified to serve as a basis for building disaster resilience. Schools have a strategic role in relation to disaster risk reduction efforts. Classroom learning and school activities can be used as media to develop an awareness of the importance of preparedness in dealing with disasters. The introduction of disaster risk reduction as an effort to increase school resilience in dealing with earthquake disasters carried out at SMA Negeri 10 Jakarta aims to increase students' knowledge of earthquake disaster risk reduction in the school environment. The implementation method is carried out through online socialization through the Zoom program. The results of the implementation show that there is an increase in the knowledge of students and teachers on understanding earthquake risk, recognizing risk factors, and knowing how to reduce disaster risk with existing resources in the school environment. This is shown through the average results of pre-test and post-test who answered correctly increased by 44.33%. Participants who answered correctly were 79.55% from the previous 35.22%
