Abstract

This service activity aims that training participants can make and carry out student needs assessments during the pandemic well and can do it online without having to enter class or meet students in person, thereby minimizing the spread of covid-19 and increasing professional skills as teachers in schools. This activity is carried out online or online. The methods of implementing community service activities are lectures, demonstrations and exercises to make student assessment instruments need and train teachers to online the instruments that have been made using the Google Form application. The target of this training activity for making needs assessment instruments is junior high school, high school and vocational school teachers in Kampar Regency. Based on service activities, it can be concluded; Increased knowledge of guidance and counseling teachers in Kampar Regency in Conducting Online Student Need Assessments at schools.

Abstract

Abstract Arabica coffee is one type of coffee that dominates most of the world's coffee market. In Indonesia, arabica coffee can be found in Bali, Java, North Sumatra, Toraja and the Gayo Highlands. The Gayo Highlands are the best coffee producers in Indonesia. One of the determinants of coffee quality and productivity is the quality of coffee plantations. The problems faced by coffee farmers in Pante Raya Village, Kab. Bener Meriah is a dense soil condition because the land was previously used as paddy fields. As for the coffee plantation area of 1 ha, the yield of coffee beans is 2 tons with coffee husk waste as much as 1 ton per year. For now, the coffee skin is just trash. On the other hand, people use fertilizers to maintain and increase coffee productivity, but it costs a lot. Seeing these problems, community service was carried out in Pante Raya Village, Bener Meriah Regency by making biopori using coffee husk waste, leaves and twigs of coffee plants. The installation of this biopore is expected to be useful as a waste treatment medium that is useful for fertilizing the soil, increasing soil pores and absorption of water in the soil. This service activity will be carried out in the form of direct education and training on making biopori by utilizing the waste. Biopori is expected to reduce waste as well as provide alternative fertilizers that are safe and cheap. Keywords: Coffee, Gayo, biopori, waste, fertilizer

Abstract

Abstract Indonesia has declared COVID-19 as a non-natural disaster in the form of a disease outbreak that must be taken care of so that there is no increase in cases. Covid-19 caused a health crisis and disrupted national economic activities, one of which was in the UMKM sector (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) in Kuningan district. Based on BPS data from Kuningan Regency, there are 192 UMKM in Jalaksana District, out of 5151 UMKMs fostered by DINAS. The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) sector is one of the sectors most affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. Covid-19 has disrupted supply and demand as well as supply chains. Many UMKMs in Kuningan Regency were forced to stop their production. One of the national economic recovery efforts carried out by the government during the Covid-19 pandemic is to encourage the UMKM sector to take advantage of the role of ICT (Information and Communication Technology). The use of ICT in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic, is highly prioritized, especially as a strategic step in marketing UMKM products. Large-scale social restrictions in the era of the covid-19 pandemic require people to adapt to new habits. adaptation of new habits in carrying out all routines, one of which is by utilizing ICT in various fields, such as communicating and transacting. This is an important point in the UMKM product marketing strategy during the COVID-19 pandemic by implementing ICT. Keywords: ICT, COVID-19, UMKM Products.

Abstract

Since 2020 the covid pandemic has hit Indonesia, one of the sectors affected is the education sector, one of the impacts experienced is that some school administration is carried out online, thus indirectly demanding early childhood education institutions to upgrade the knowledge of their teachers to be literate in information technology, especially online applications such as Google, such as Google Drive, Google Doc and Google Excel, so far, Paud Insan Mulia has two separate storages, not in one place, for example on each teacher's computer or laptop, so that if needed, they are immediately copied using Flash or sent via a group. WA, and if there is a change in the file, the other teachers cannot know in real time, the making of school activity reports is done individually using MS Word, so if there are teachers in charge of the same class, they cannot do or make together at one time and and sa The file, recording of tuition payments and overtime pickup are recorded using a book, and manually recapitulated. And the creation and distribution is done manually, therefore to overcome the above problems, offline training or workshops are needed with the use of using the Google application as a support in file management.

Abstract

Abstract Aggregat foundation A is a pavement layer located between the surface course and the sub-base course, It is a pavement layer that functions to withstand vehicle loads and as a surface layer palcment, therefore the material to be used must be strong and resistant, and must meet the General sfesifications for road construction. Aggregate gradation, aggregate cleanliness, wear, shape dan surface of the aggregate greatly affect the density and bearing capacity of Base A, therefore PT. Sriwijaya Indo Utama, which will carry ot the project on Telang Jaya-Sumber Telang Road, Muara Telang Jaya District- Sumber Marga Telang, Banyuasin Regency, has asked for a “Base A” mix design in the Materials Testing Laboratory of the Sriwijaya State Polytechnic. The results of testing the physical properties and baering capacity (CBR) of “Base A”, meet the General specifications for road construkstion, so that the mix-design of aggregate Base A can be applied in the project. Abstract

Dayah (Islamic Boarding School) Al Huda Malilkussaleh Gampong Reuleut Timu, Muara Batu District, North Aceh Regency is a traditional dayah. Having sufficient land to build dayah education facilities, a place for farming and animal husbandry. In order to increase their income and fulfill their daily needs, the dayah teacher conducts farming and goat/sheep farming. This business has been running for about two years and has experienced problems in terms of providing feed for their livestock. So far, the fulfillment of animal feed is obtained from plants or grass that grows wild/naturally and is often not available enough or to get it in remote locations. Based on this, in order to solve the problems it faces, it is necessary to carry out community service which aims to provide and increase its capacity in providing animal feed. This fulfillment is done through corn cultivation methods and training in the manufacture of fermented animal feed from agricultural waste either from corn, rice straw or other crops. This implementation forms the integration of agriculture and animal husbandry that benefits and benefits from both. This service produces outputs in the form of animal feed products, increasing the ability and skills of dayah teachers as farmers/breeders

Abstract

Health problems that occur in RT. 18 RW. 05 Lanjas Village are Diabetes Melitus. Lack of knowledge about types, symptoms, risk factors, and lack of awareness of healthy lifestyles such as enthusiastic intake of sweet foods, smoking, sedentary lifestyles, and extraordinary glycemic control are diabetes in RT. 18 RW. 05 Lanjas Village. Health promotion as a preventative and control measure for executives RT. 18, Kelurahan Lanjas is conducted through education about diabetes, using educational media in the form of flyers. The purpose of counseling is to increase knowledge about Diabetes Melitus and increase public awareness of RT. 18, Lanjas Village to implement a clean and healthy lifestyle. The method used in advisory activities consists of three phases, namely the preparation, implementation and evaluation. The results of the counseling activities were an increase in participants' knowledge before being given Diabetes Melitus counseling, the results of the pre-test of participants in the low category of 20% and the high category of 10%, while after being given counseling the post-test results of all participants were in the high category of 100 %. It is hoped that executives and related health centers will be able to carry out diabetes counseling activities on a periodically basis to prevent and manage diabetes.

Abstract

The Perumnas III Complex is one of the residential areas in the Tanjung Hulu Village, East Pontianak District. The main problem in the housing area of ​​Perumnas III, especially RW 09, Tanjung Hulu Village, East Pontianak District, is that it is vulnerable to flooding during the rainy season. This condition will get worse when high tide occurs. Drainage channels are no longer able to accommodate high rainfall. The efficiency of the existing line has been reduced. Sedimentation and garbage that clog causes the flow of water can not flow optimally and smoothly. The daily activities of residents are disrupted and the environment becomes unhealthy. Based on the background of these problems, residential areas require real knowledge and action in the implementation of making good drainage. The purpose of this PKM implementation will be to provide education to the community and examples of drainage modeling to be applied in the residential area. The method used in this PKM is the lecture/discussion method, and the demonstration method. The results of this PKM activity are expected to increase the knowledge of residents after socializing the urban drainage system, Operation-Maintenance (OP) of drainage channels and Clean and Healthy Life Behavior (PHBS). This PKM activity will also produce examples of drainage modeling to be applied in the residential area of ​​Perumnas III, especially RW 09.

Abstract

Fungsi dilakukannya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah sebagai wadah berbagi informasi tentang tentang pemanfaat bahan limbah cocopeat atau yang disebut dengan serbuk serabut kelapa sebagai bahan tambahan material dalam campuran beton struktur lantai tempat wudhu mushola Al-arsyad yang awal mulanya limbah yang tidak termanfaatkan. Manfaat dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah menambah pengetahuan masyarakat terutama kepada kontraktor dan konsultan konstruksi bahwa penambahan serbuk serabut kelapak atau cocopeat sebagai material tambahan alternatif beton ringan untuk konstruksi di atas tanah lunak dapat digunakan dengan prosedur yang baik dan benar, karena karakteristik bahan cocopeat ini memiliki daya resap air yang cukup tinggi dan ketika bahan cocopeat ini sudah ditambahan kedalam campuran beton dengan komposisi 10%-20% maka beton yang sudah ditambahkan cocopeat tersebut akan lebih ringan dibanding dengan beton normal pada umumnya.

Abstract

Desa Air Anyir, Kabupaten Bangka merupakan salah satu desa yang memiliki destinasi wisata terutama pantai yang sudah dikenal baik oleh masyarakat Bangka maupun luar Bangka. Pariwisata diharapkan menjadi salah satu sektor yang dapat diandalkan untuk mengantisipasi era pasca pertambangan timah yang selama ini masih menjadi unggulan di Bangka. Dalam pengabdian ini adalah manajemen destinasi wisata berbasis Internet di Desa Air Anyir sebagai pengelolaan destinasi, seperti Pantai Temberan, Jembatan Mas dan lain sebagainya yang dapat dijadikan tujuan untuk menarik wisatawan untuk berkunjung. Manajemen pariwisata ini memanfaatkan teknologi informasi terutama Internet untuk pengelolaan pariwisata di Desa Air Anyir, Kabupaten Bangka agar menjadi lebih baik dan memudahkan baik dari sisi pemerintah maupun wisatawan. Dengan manajemen pariwisata yang baik serta memanfaatkan Internet, banyak orang yang dapat mengetahui tempat wisata di Desa Air Anyir, Kabupaten Bangka sehingga diharapkan banyak orang yang tertarik untuk berkunjung ke tempat wisata yang ada di Desa Air Anyir, Kabupaten Bangka. Pembuatan profil destinasi wisata Desa Air Anyir ini bertujuan agar memudahkan dalam penyampaian informasi wisata dan pengelolaan destinasi pariwisata di Desa Air Anyir, Kabupaten Bangka agar membuat wisatawan lebih mudah dan nyaman ketika berwisata di Desa Air Anyir , Kabupaten Bangka.
