Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the completeness of Pancasila education learning outcomes for 4th-grade students at SD Negeri 13 Lubuklinggau after implementing the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model. The method used in this research is experimental with a pre-experimental design, specifically one-group pretest and posttest. The population and sample in this study were all 21 students of 4th grade at SD Negeri 13 Lubuklinggau. The data collection technique used was a written test in the form of multiple-choice questions. The data analysis technique used was the Z-test. Based on the calculation results, Zcount = 1.91 and Ztable = 1.64 with α = 5% (0.05). Since Zcount ≥ Ztable (1.91 ≥ 1.64), Ho was rejected, and Ha was accepted, indicating that the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model in Pancasila education for 4th-grade students at SD Negeri 13 Lubuklinggau was significantly effective.   Keywords : Contextual Teaching and Learning, Learning Outcomes, Pancasila Education.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of implementing the Collaborative Learning model assisted by poster media on the Social Studies (IPS) learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 43 Lubuklinggau. The research employed a quasi-experimental method using a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sample consisted of all 24 students in the fourth grade, selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through multiple-choice tests administered before and after the learning intervention. The results showed an improvement in students' learning outcomes after the implementation of the Collaborative Learning model assisted by poster media. This was evidenced by a significant difference between pretest and posttest scores. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that the Collaborative Learning model assisted by poster media is effective in enhancing Social Studies learning outcomes of fourth- grade students at SD Negeri 43 Lubuklinggau.   Keywords: Collaborative Learning, Poster Media, Learning Outcomes, Social.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the completeness of the social studies learning outcomes of grade IV students of SD Negeri 25 Lubuklinggau in the 2024/2025 academic year after the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) Learning Model was implemented in social studies learning for grade IV.A students of SD Negeri 25 Lubuklinggau significantly complete. The type of research used was experimental. The population in this study was all grade IV students of SD Negeri 25 Lubuklinggau totaling 47 students and the sample was class IV.A. Sampling was carried out using the Random Sampling Technique. The data collection technique used a multiple-choice test. The data obtained were analyzed using the z-test post-test value at a significance level of α = 0.05, obtained Zcount (3.49)> Ztable (1.64), the average social studies learning outcomes of students after the implementation of the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) learning model was 77.71 and the percentage of students who had achieved learning completeness reached 82.60%   Keywords: Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) Model, IPS.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the completeness of the learning outcomes of Pancasila Education students in grade IV of SD Negeri 45 Lubuklinggau after applying the Talking Stick learning model. The research method used is  a  quasi-experiment. The population in this study is all students of class IV.B of SD Negeri 45 Lubuklinggau which is 26 students and the research sample is 26 students of class IV.B, consisting of 12 male students and 14 female students taken by random sampling. Data collection technique using t-test. Based on data analysis,  the average Pre-Test score  was 51.12 and the average Post-Test score  was 80.38 with a significant level of a = 0.05, tcal = 4.41 and ttable 1.70, then Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. From the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the learning outcomes of Pancasila Education after using  the Talking Stick model of  grade IV students of SD Negeri 45 Lubuklinggau are significantly complete.   Keywords: Talking Stick, Learning Outcomes, Pancasila Education

Abstract

This study aims to determine the social education values ​​contained in the kenduri tradition by taking the research area in Tinggi Ari village, Kaur district. The method used is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques used in this study are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the kenduri tradition is a banquet for the birth of a child as a form of gratitude to Allah SWT. The purpose of this kenduri is to avoid disasters and evil creatures and to ask for the safety of the child to God in order to get safety and health for the newborn child. The process of implementing this kenduri begins with the preparation stage of family deliberation, bejeghum to the community, the stage of bathing the baby using lime, turmeric and kemiling that have been incanted, finally the closing stage continued with eating together. The conclusion of this study is that kenduri is a traditional activity that has the purpose of increasing gratitude to God, strengthening ties between residents, and maintaining and preserving cultural values ​​and mutual cooperation in society.   Keywords: Tinggi Ari Village, Social Education Values, Kenduri Tradition

Abstract

Criminal law reform through the National Criminal Code (KUHP) is carried out to protect and provide welfare to the community. Both are in line with the goals of the state as stated in the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution. Meanwhile, sociologically, the current development of criminal law has created criminal law outside the KUHP that is not based on appropriate criminal law formation policies, thus conflicting with the principle of legal certainty. To address this, comprehensive criminal law reform is needed to build a national criminal law system that embodies the mission of consolidation, decolonization, harmonization, democratization, and actualization of various legal developments. With the enactment of Law No. 1 of 2023 concerning the Criminal Code, this reform of criminal law, which also serves as the Indonesian National Criminal Code, is reflected. The enactment of the National Criminal Code also revokes several core articles (core crimes) of corruption that were previously specifically regulated in the Corruption Eradication Law. This undoubtedly creates uncertainty regarding the enforcement of corruption laws, which are regulated by both general and specific provisions.   Keywords: Legal certainty, corruption, National Criminal Code
