The culinary business is experiencing rapid growth in the food and beverage sector. Today, the public is offered a wide variety of dishes designed to attract potential customers, creating greater profit opportunities for business owners. Dishes with distinctive characteristics provide uniqueness and can make a culinary establishment a special destination for consumers. One notable dish from the Middle East is nasi kebuli. Nasi kebuli is a blend of various spices that give it a unique and rich flavor, making it stand out among other dishes. This study aims to evaluate the feasibility of opening a nasi kebuli culinary business in Cilegon City, focusing solely on financial aspects. The analysis shows a Break Even Point (BEP) of IDR 29,840,729, a Return on Investment (ROI) of 17.79%, and a Payback Period (PP) of 5.6 months. Based on these results, the feasibility study concludes that this culinary business is viable and has promising profit potential while appealing to local consumers.

Abstract

In the bankruptcy process to resolve the problem of the debtor's inability to fulfill its debt obligations to creditors in full, complex dynamics arise between the interests of the creditors. Settlement through bankruptcy cannot guarantee the fulfillment of all creditors' rights and allows for inequality experienced by some creditors. This study aims to determine the factors causing inequality or disparity in legal treatment for separated, preferred. Concurrent creditors settle bankrupt assets based on court practice and choose to improve the formulation of bankruptcy law in Indonesia to ensure justice and legal certainty for all types of creditors in settling the assets of bankrupt debtors. This study uses a normative juridical research method, namely a kind of research that focuses on examining the application of rules or norms in applicable law. The results show concurrent creditors do not receive their rights as they should in bankruptcy settlement. The curator prioritizes creditors with privileged and priority rights, such as preferred and secured creditors, in settling bankruptcy assets. Furthermore, the bankruptcy law must be updated with policies to resolve debt issues that protect creditors in settling debtor obligations based on justice and legal certainty.

Abstract

The low quality of education in Indonesia is partly due to the weak role of teachers in exploring students' potential. Teachers often impose their will without considering students' interests and talents, so that their potential does not develop optimally. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and financial management on the availability of infrastructure and its implications for the quality of education in public elementary schools in Pandeglang Regency. The study used a quantitative approach with a questionnaire instrument to 105 teachers, and the data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) through SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that leadership did not significantly influence the quality of education or infrastructure. In contrast, financial management had a positive and significant effect on the quality of education (t-statistic 2.299; p-value 0.011) and the availability of infrastructure (t-statistic 24.521; p-value 0.000). In addition, the availability of infrastructure was also proven to influence the quality of education (t-statistic 3.032; p-value 0.001). These findings confirm that the quality of education is more influenced by financial management and infrastructure than leadership.

Abstract

In recent years, attention to the quality of education has increased significantly. As policymakers and stakeholders recognize the essential role of education in driving social and economic development, ensuring that students acquire relevant knowledge and skills for their future success has become a critical concern. This study was conducted at public elementary schools (SDN) in Pulosari District, Pandeglang Regency, aiming to examine the influence of teacher professionalism and the implementation of continuous professional development (CPD) on educational quality, as well as its impact on teacher quality. The research employed descriptive analysis based on index scores, while Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) was used for inferential analysis. The SEM-PLS analysis included evaluation of the outer and inner models, followed by testing seven formulated hypotheses. The study involved 144 teachers across seven SDN in Pulosari, with sample selection determined proportionally. The findings reveal that five hypotheses were supported, while two were not. Teacher professionalism demonstrated a significant impact on both teacher quality and educational outcomes. In contrast, continuous professional development did not show a direct significant effect on educational quality, although it did positively influence teacher quality. Furthermore, teacher quality was found to significantly affect educational quality. Among the two mediation hypotheses, only one was accepted: the mediating role of teacher quality between teacher professionalism and educational quality. The mediating effect of teacher quality in the relationship between CPD and educational quality was not supported. In conclusion, both teacher professionalism and CPD serve as important indicators of educational quality. However, CPD cannot be considered a direct predictor of improvements in educational outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of education marketing strategies in improving school competitiveness in the South Tangerang region through an education management perspective using a systematic literature review with the PRISMA protocol which analyzes 20 reputable journal articles in the field of education management and education marketing for the 2019-2024 period. The study is focused on identifying effective marketing management models in the context of educational leadership and administration, with inclusion criteria including empirical studies of educational marketing management, leadership in school marketing, and educational institution marketing administration. The results of the analysis show that the implementation of education marketing management integrated with the school administration system can increase organizational effectiveness by up to 70%, with transformational leadership being a key factor in the successful implementation of strategies at the institutional level. A marketing management model centered on stakeholder satisfaction shows a significant improvement in the performance of educational organizations, while a structured marketing administration system allows schools to optimize resources and achieve organizational targets. Research limitations include a focus on English-language literature that can limit local perspectives in Indonesian education management and variations in the operational definition of education marketing management. The practical implications suggest that principals and education administrators need marketing management competencies to lead organizational transformation towards market orientation, with the school's organizational structure needing to be adapted to accommodate marketing functions as an integral part of education management. The originality of the research lies in the integration of educational management theory with marketing practices in the perspective of school administration and leadership that contributes to the development of the body of knowledge in contemporary educational management and administration.

Abstract

One of the challenges faced by the Cilegon City Regional Government is the increasing resistance to job rotation. The main factors causing this resistance include low compensation due to operational budget limitations when employees are transferred to other agencies, placement of transfers at echelon II, III, and IV levels that do not match their educational background, and psychological aspects arising from the change of regional head. This study aims to analyze the role of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and employee engagement in influencing job rotation. This study uses a descriptive causal design with a quantitative approach according to the positivist paradigm. Data were collected through research instruments and analyzed using statistical-based hypothesis testing. The results show that job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee engagement with a coefficient value of 0.616, a t-statistic of 5.544, and a p-value of 0.000. In addition, job satisfaction and organizational commitment have been shown to have a positive effect on job rotation. Employee engagement also functions as a mediating variable that strengthens the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment to job rotation. Thus, the higher the level of job satisfaction and organizational commitment, the higher the employee engagement, which ultimately encourages more effective implementation of job rotation in the Cilegon City Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD)

Abstract

The objective of this investigation is to evaluate the effectiveness of human resource management (HRM) strategies in Indonesian national companies as they navigate the digital transformation era. The qualitative case study approach was implemented in three national companies operating in the banking, manufacturing, and telecommunications sectors. Data were gathered via in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, and subsequently analyzed using NVivo 12 software. The findings indicate that HRM management strategies focus on three primary components: enhancing employee digital competencies through reskilling and upskilling programs, integrating technology into the HRM system, and reinforcing an organizational culture that is adaptable to digital change. The successful implementation of a digital HRM strategy is highly dependent on transformative leadership, digital literacy, and readiness for a new work culture. This study contributes theoretically to the advancement of strategic HRM theory and presents practical recommendations for national companies to enhance competitiveness via digital-based HRM

Abstract

The practice of consumer financing through leasing institutions in Indonesia, utilizing fiduciary guarantees, plays a strategic role in supporting public access to motor vehicle ownership. However, the parate execution mechanism, as stipulated in Article 15 paragraphs (2) and (3) of Law Number 42 of 1999, often raises legal issues because it is implemented without judicial procedures. This situation has caused public unrest due to the practice of forced seizure by debt collectors, which is contrary to the principle of due process of law. Constitutional Court Decision Number 18/PUU-XVII/2019 is a significant milestone because it limits unilateral Execution and requires an acknowledgement of default or a court order, thereby bringing substantial changes to the legal Protection afforded to debtors. This research employs a normative legal approach, utilizing statutory, case, and conceptual methods to analyze the topic. The research data are sourced from primary legal materials, including the Fiduciary Guarantee Law and decisions of the Constitutional Court, as well as secondary legal materials from academic literature. The results of the study indicate that Constitutional Court Decision Number 18/PUU-XVII/2019 strengthens the legal position of debtors in Indonesia's positive legal system by limiting the practice of parate Execution. However, implementation in Cilegon City still faces obstacles, including the lack of technical regulations, slow adjustments to fiduciary contracts by leasing companies, and low understanding among officials and the public, which ultimately leads to legal uncertainty in practice. Theoretically, this research contributes to the enrichment of civil law literature related to legal certainty and legal Protection following the Constitutional Court Decision. Practically, this research provides understanding for leasing companies, law enforcement officials, and the public regarding the procedures for executing fiduciary objects in accordance with constitutional principles. The study's limitations lie in its normative nature, which does not fully reflect the empirical situation. For further research, a more in-depth empirical study is recommended through interviews with law enforcement officials, leasing companies, and debtors in various regions.
