Abstract

Mental health is one of the central issues at this time. The importance of every individual, especially adolescents, having mental health is important because adolescents are the successors of the nation who must be resilient in facing all conditions. The purpose of this service is to add insight and a starting point for implementing for new students in preparing a tough mentality in the transition period to become a student. Problems New students are required to be able to adapt quickly. However, it turns out that in the age of freshmen entering the age of late adolescence or early adulthood has problems related to anxiety, so it is not uncommon at that age that teenagers experience an emotional crisis / Quarter-life Crisis. These problems are what hinder teenagers from starting a new life as students in Higher Education. Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has an impact on the stability of the community’s economic welfare and the loss of job opportunities, many people are trying to find opportunities for entrepreneurship during this pandemic by utilizing waste into valuable goods. Kokedama is a planting technique from Japan that can replace the use of pots or can also be called the art of planting without pots,an alternative to indoor plants that have a high product selling value because they have a more attractive appearance. The purpose of this training is to provide skills to make kokedama to improve the economy of the Pajagan Village community, Lebak Banten Regency. The methods used in this training are the delivery of materials, the practice of making kokedama, and evaluation of training activities. Overall, the results of community responses to the material from this training activity stated that 100% of the training participants did not know KOkedama, 70% of participants were satisfied with the Kokedama training, and 60% of participants stated that the time used was quite efficient for training and practice. The skills that have been obtained are expected to improve the economy of the Pajagan Village community through planting ornamentall plants with the Kokedama technique by utilizing coconut fiber waste

Abstract

The purpose of community service activities at the Class II A prison in Baubau City is to provide strengthening training on the importance of reading as a basis for information and knowledge in determining attitudes. Reading is basically a process of reasoning and finding ideas that can be used in doing and choosing good actions. Literacy activities are very important for the formation of perspectives and awareness to distinguish good and bad values. In this service, the method used is the provision of material with a lecture approach followed by training in binding meaning, conveying and writing it down in personal notes. This activity is able to improve the reading and writing skills of the inmates as well as provide positive benefits for the inmates to reflect on themselves through reading motivational books to realize an intellectual and noble personality

Abstract

The obligation to pay taxes is one that must be carried out by citizens who own and control land and buildings in an area, without compensation or reciprocity and are coercive. Taxes are levies in the form of fees charged by the government to citizens. Because taxes are one of the state revenues, the awareness of citizens to pay off their tax debts must continue. The purpose of this Community Service activity (PkM) is to provide an understanding that the government is based on applicable laws and regulations, specifically Mayor Regulation Number 17 of 2019 concerning the Provision of Rural and Urban PBB Stimulus in Gorontalo City for residents who can't afford it by making an application. The method used in this activity is counseling or outreach regarding land and building tax deductions for residents who can't afford it. The location for the implementation of the PkM activities took place at the Liluwo Village Office, Kota Tengah District, Gorontalo City, which was carried out for one day attended by 45 residents who have had difficulty paying PBB because the tax burden continues to increase, while taxpayers do not have a steady income. With this socialization or counseling activity, it is hoped that residents will be obliged to understand and be aware of paying PBB after receiving a stimulus or reduction

Abstract

The preparation of scientific papers for final year students is still constrained in terms of data processing using statistics, thus submitting it to other parties. Therefore, assistance and training are needed using an application, one of which is JASP to analyze multiple linear regression. The obstacle faced by students so far is analyzing data with statistics. This method of community service by training and mentoring students at STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang Kepulauan Riau in completing the final project, 100 students participated. The results of this training show that it is useful to complete the task. In the future, there should be more practice in class so that students don't forget when doing research

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia are very rapid from year to year, there has been significant development both in the number of units, the provision of employment and the amount of output produced. In this regard, to help Micro, Small, and Medium Entities (EMKM) to be able to present financial reports, DSAK IAI has approved the exposure draft of Micro, Small, and Medium Entity Financial Accounting Standards (SAK EMKM) with a simpler concept compared to SAK. ETAP. This community service program is training in recording financial transactions based on SAK-EMKM and financial management. Abstract

Graha STEAM assistance through Appropriate Technology (TTG): The Steam.mulation application aims to support the learning achievements of school-age youth who have lost their enthusiasm for learning as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. This community service activity is carried out to help children develop 21st century learning skills such as critical thinking and problem solving, creative thinking, collaboration and communication (4C) by mentoring STEAM learning activities and implementing TTG using an Android-based application Steam.mulation. Data on TTG users' responses to improving 4C capabilities was collected by distributing questionnaires to Graha STEAM mentoring participants. The questionnaire included 11 main questions about the application and its perceived benefits. Participants had installed and used the steam application prior to completing the questionnaire. Respondents filled out the questionnaire based on their current situation. The mentoring questionnaire, which was administered using the TTG Steam.mulation application, received a very positive response. Overall, the response provided is excellent and has the potential to improve 4C capabilities

Abstract

Immunization is the most effective and efficient public health effort in preventing diseases and reducing mortality rates such as smallpox, polio, tuberculosis, hepatitis B, diphtheria, measles, rubella and congenital rubella syndrome (CRS), tetanus, pneumonia (pneumonia) and meningitis (inflammation of the lining of the brain). The 2020 WHO report states that there are 20 million children who have not received delivery services for toddlers around the world routinely every year. The high number of children who have not been exposed to poison has caused several diseases that can cause paralysis and even death, which should be prevented by vaccines, to reappear in developed and developing countries. These diseases include measles, pertussis, diphtheria and polio. The purpose of this service is to increase the knowledge of mothers in the tumampua sub-district about the depth of complete body weight. This service is carried out in several stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation stage. Complete crush evaluation using a pre-test and post-test questionnaire distributed to participants. The data analysis technique used is the Wilcoxon test. The results showed that counseling about sports was able to increase the knowledge and attitudes of mothers in the Tumampua Village, Kec. Pangkajene, Pangkep Regency

Abstract

Perajin tempe Plaju menjadi salah satu kawasan di Kelurahan Plaju Ulu, Kecamatan Plaju, Kota Palembang, Sumatera Selatan yang memiliki potensi lokal sebagai sentra produksi tempe tradisional tertua di Kota Palembang. Namun, adanya peningkatan harga bahan baku, kurangnya daya saing penjual, serta penurunan daya beli masyarakat membuat para perajin tempe Plaju mengalami tantangan dalam mempertahankan usahanya. PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional RU III sebagai perusahaan perseroan milik negara memiliki tanggung jawab untuk mendorong pengembangan masyarakat melalui Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Terlebih lagi, perajin tempe Plaju berada di kawasan ring 1 PT KPI RU III. Maka dari itu hal ini menarik untuk dikaji agar melihat bagaimana kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh PT KPI RU III serta seperti apa proses pemberdayaan masyarakat yang dilakukan dapat memberikan dampak pada lingkup-lingkup yang ada dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan sebagai referensi penelitian selanjutnya serta sebagai acuan dalam pengembangan program pemberdayaan masyarakat lainnya dengan berorientasi pada lingkup politik, ekonomi, sosial-budaya, dan lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan objek penelitian adalah Kelompok Perajin Tempe dan Olahan Kacang Kedelai Plaju. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini ialah program pemberdayaan masyarakat yang menyasar pada perajin tempe Plaju telah berjalan dengan baik dengan melihat aspek perbaikan kelembagaan, perbaikan pendapatan, perbaikan lingkungan, dan perbaikan masyarakat dan telah berimplikasi pada lingkup politik, ekonomi, sosial-budaya, dan lingkungan. Catatan dalam penilitian ini sebagai rekomendasi ialah diperlukan penguatan lanjutan pada perbaikan serta fasilitas yang telah diberikan dengan meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat.

Abstract

The number of stimulus numbers that hamper economic growth in the regions to the effect on the national. The Ministry of Education and Culture is promoting education and training programs specifically for people of productive age who are not yet working. Through cooperation with designated training and course institutions as partners in organizing activities. The Essential English Center is one of the institutions trusted as a partner of the Ministry of Education and Culture to organize a Work Skills Education Program (PKK) by providing skills, especially Level II English, to people of productive age and not yet working in Bengkulu without charging tuition fees from participants. With the implementation of the training program, it is hoped that the participants will gain knowledge and skills in English which will be useful for increasing their competitiveness in getting a job
