Abstract

The condition of employees who feel under pressure for the work being done is called work stress. Companies need to pay attention to several factors in order to keep employees from experiencing stress at work. The goal of this research is to know the role of independent variables in the form of wages, workload and work motivation on employee work stress by taking the research object at the research company Cahaya Ugul Nusantara Ponorogo. This research uses the principles of quantitative research. The data used in the process of extracting research data are primary data and secondary data. The parties selected as the population are employees of the sales department of PT. Cahaya Unggul Nusantara Ponorogo with a sample of 45 people. The summary of the research results is that the wage variable has a negative effect on the work stress variable, workload on the other hand has a positive effect on work stress, work motivation partially influences work stress, simultaneously all variables affect work stress

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze how the influence of Leadership, Organizational Culture and Work Environment on Job Satisfaction of Employees at the Pondok Tinggi Sub-District Office, Sungai Full City. This research is categorized as a comparative causal research with a quantitative approach with a questionnaire as an instrument. The population in this study were all 21 civil servants. The sampling technique is by means of saturated or census sampling techniques. The sample in this study is to take the population or as many as 21 samples. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through questionnaires and secondary data obtained from related agencies and journals to support this research. Test the validity of the instrument using the Correclation Bivariate formula, while the reliability test uses Cronbach Alpha. Measuring tools proved to be valid and reliable for research instruments. Multiple regression analysis was used to test the research hypothesis. The results of the study showed that: Leadership (X1) had no significant effect on Job Satisfaction of Pondok Tinggi District Office Employees, Sungai Full City of (?) 1.105 with a significance of 0.132. Organizational Culture (X2) has a negative and not significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction in Pondok Tinggi Sub-District Office, Sungai Full City as evidenced by a value (?) of -1.201. Work Environment (X3) has no significant effect on Job Satisfaction of Pondok Tinggi District Office Employees, Sungai Full City, this is evidenced by a value (?) of 0.066. And based on the test results of the three independent variables tested individually the most dominant in influencing Job Satisfaction of Pondok Tinggi District Office Employees, Sungai Full City is Organizational Culture (with a coefficient of -0.590). So it can be concluded that in this study Organizational Culture (X2) is partially a factor that has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence between intellectual ability, career development and work engagement on employee performance at PT. BPR Ekadharma Bhinaraharja Goranggareng, Magetan Regency. Data collection techniques using questionnaires.”The sample used in this study was 76 respondents. The analysis technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis using data instrument tests, classic assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using the IMB SPSS statistical analysis tool 22. From the t test it shows that intellectual abilities have an effect positive on employee performance. Career development has a positive effect on employee performance. Work engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Ekadharma Bhinaraharja Goranggareng, Magetan Regency”. The results of the F test show that intellectual ability, career development and work engagement have a simultaneous effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Ekadharma Bhinaraharja Goranggareng, Magetan Regency

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of work commitment and work discipline on teacher performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at SMP Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Medan. Sample taken from all members of the population, namely all junior high school teachers Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Medan, because the population is 49 teachers and the population is no larger than 100 teachers and has the same level of assessment. So, researchers took 100% of the population at SMP Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Medan. The data used are primary data through interviews filling out questionnaires and secondary data through documentation studies. Processing data with Path analysis The results showed that partially the variables of work commitment and work discipline on teacher performance had a positive and significant effect simultaneously the effect of work commitment and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SMP Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Medan

Abstract

Humans as social beings generally have basic needs such as clothing, food and shelter. To fulfill these basic needs, humans are required to find a source of income, namely by working. In a job there is also a relationship called industrial relations. This study entitled "The Legitimacy of the Surabaya District Court Decision Number 117/Pdt.Sus-PHI/2020/PN.Sby Concerning Unilateral Termination of Employment (Case Study: PT. Wonokoyo Jaya Corporindo)" has a formulation of the problem, this problem include: what is the difference between termination of employment regulated in Law Number 13 of 2003 with Government Regulation in lieu of Law Number 2 of 2022, and whether the Surabaya District Court Decision Number 117/Pdt.Sus-PHI/2020/PN.Sby has used Law Number 11 of 2020 along with its implementing regulations. The results of this research analysis indicate that there are differences between Law Number 13 of 2003 and Government Regulation in lieu of Law Number 2 of 2022 regarding the amount of rights obtained for workers who have currently termination of employment due to disobey the company regulation and the judges of Surabaya District Court have not used provisions of Law Number 11 of 2020 and their implementing regulations

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work-family conflict on job satisfaction, compensation on job satisfaction, and employee performance in employees in the JABODETABEK area. This study uses a quantitative method with the Structural Equation Modeling model and uses the Smartpls software. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a sample obtained as many as 1 32 . The results of this study indicate that work family conflict has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, compensation has a positive effect on job satisfaction and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance for employees in the JABODETABEK area

Abstract

BPJS Kesehatan is the organizer of the social security program in the health sector which is one of the five programs in the National Social Security (SJSN) system, namely Health Insurance, Work Accident Insurance, Old Age Insurance, Pension Insurance, and Death Insurance as stated in Law Number 40 of 2004 concerning the National Social Security System. Every Indonesian citizen and foreigner who has worked in Indonesia for at least six months must become a member of BPJS.  This is in accordance with article 14 of the UUBPJS. However, until now, there are still people who do not have the BPJS Kesehatan card. This knowledge aims to find out how the influence of motivation on the use of the BPJS Kesehatan Card Service System. The method used in this study is descriptive quantifiable.  Descriptive quantitative is a method that describes the results of research on various variables with actual events. With this method, researchers decipher and analyze the interview results obtained into writings and journals

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of debt to  assets ratio and current ratio  on return on assets. This research approach is with quantitative research. The research population is cosmetic and household appliance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with the determination of criteria, namely cosmetic companies and household appliances that are consistently recorded according to the observation period for analysis in the study. Types of research data with secondary data whose collection method uses audited financial statement data. Data analysis method with panel data regression analysis. These empirical findings determine the best model, namely fixed effect and  it is proven that the debt to asset ratio has a negative and significant effect  on return on assets. Meanwhile,  the current ratio does not have a significant effect  on the return on assets

Abstract

Corporate culture is shared beliefs, beliefs, values and norms as a characteristic of the company and is also followed by all members of the company. Implementation becomes an activity related to the completion of a job with the use of means (tools) to obtain the results of the desired goals. This is because culture can influence organizational culture and even dictate how employees should behave in the workplace. Gojek won the MMA SMARTIES Indonesia Awards 2022. Gojek's digital advertising solution, GoPromo Ad & Discounting Tool, won an award at the 2022 MMA SMARTIES Indonesia Awards. The award was given to Gojek and WOODS' campaign which won a Gold award in the Lead Generation category. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and literature study. The results of the study can be concluded that the implementation of corporate culture in managing Gojek uses three main pillars, namely speed, social impact, and innovation with the philosophy of an do attitude, how we can do differently and to be selfless

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that can influence interest in entrepreneurship in oil palm entrepreneurship in the village of Green Valley 1, Ketapang district. The population used in this study were all village people who work as oil palm farmers with a sample of 75 respondents. In this study, the sampling method used is non-probability sampling, namely accidental sampling. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to village communities who work as oil palm farmers. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that 1) Family business has a positive and significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship for oil palm smallholders in Lembah Hijau 1 Village, Ketapang Regency with a significance of 0.002. 2) Work experience has no effect on the interest in entrepreneurship for oil palm smallholders in Lembah Hijau 1 Village, Ketapang Regency with a significance of 0.354. 3) The social environment has a positive and significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship for oil palm smallholders in Lembah Hijau 1 Village, Ketapang Regency with a significance of 0.047. 4) the independent variables jointly affect the interest in entrepreneurship by 41.5% while the remaining 58.5% is influenced by other variables
