Abstract

This study examines the impact of Korean celebrities as brand ambassadors and product quality on consumer purchase intention for local skincare products in Indonesia. In the growing skincare industry, employing Korean celebrities as brand ambassadors has become an effective marketing strategy, contributing to increased brand appeal and influencing consumer purchasing decisions. The study adopts a quantitative approach with a survey design, involving 100 purposively selected respondents. Data were collected through an online questionnaire using a 5-point Likert scale and analyzed through multiple linear regression. The findings reveal that Korean celebrities as brand ambassadors have a significant effect on consumer purchase intention. Additionally, product quality is identified as a key determinant in influencing purchasing decisions. Collectively, the combination of effective brand ambassadors and high product quality creates a strong synergy in driving consumer purchase intention. These findings provide strategic insights for local companies to enhance their competitiveness in the increasingly saturated skincare market. The study also highlights the importance of integrating cultural elements into marketing strategies to establish emotional connections with consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and communication on employee work productivity at PT. Perikanan Nusantara (Persero) Sorong Branch. This study uses a quantitative method with a sample of 31 employees. Quantitative data used in this study using a Likert scale and the analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis and then the data is processed using SPSS 20. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity and communication has a positive and insignificant effect on employee work productivity.

Abstract

This studylaims tolanalyze the influence of joblsatisfaction, leadership, and workldiscipline on organizational commitment and lecturer performance at Rokania University, Rokan Hulu. This research is a quantitativelstudy conducted by distributing G-Form questionnaires to respondents. The population in this study includes all lecturers at Rokania University, Rokan Hulu, totaling 34 individuals. The sampling method used is the census method, resulting in a total sample of 34 respondents. The data analysis techniques applied include descriptive statistical analysis, questionnaire feasibility testing, classical assumption testing, and multiple linear regression using SPSS software. The findings of this study reveal that job satisfaction and leadership partially have a positive but not significant effect on organizational commitment. Meanwhile, work discipline has a negative but not significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on lecturer performance, while leadership has a positive but not significant effect on lecturer performance. Additionally, work discipline and organizational commitment have a positive and significant influence on lecturer performance

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has a positive impact on the Indonesian economy as seen by the tendency of people to switch from using cash as a means of payment to using non-cash payments, which are more economical and efficient for transactions. This research is a perceptual research that places perceived enjoyment as a mediator in explaining the effect of perceived ease of use on the behavioural intention of DANA e-wallet users. This perceptual study involved 55 students as respondents, the data was analysed using structural equation modelling with the help of Smart PLS-4. The findings of this study provide evidence that high perceived ease of use has a real impact in increasing perceived enjoyment and behavioural intention. The other causality, namely low perceived enjoyment, cannot make a meaningful contribution to behavioural intention. The role of perceived enjoyment as a mediator is not proven in explaining the effect of perceived ease of use on behavioural intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the significance of the effect of current ratio and debt to equity ratio on earnings growth and analyze the significance of company size in moderating the effect of current ratio and debt to equity ratio on earnings growth. The scope of the research uses a quantitative approach to food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 - 2023 with a sample of 15 companies used purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used documentation. Data analysis used multiple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results showed that the current ratio has a positive and significant effect on profit growth. Debt to equity ratio has a negative and significant effect on profit growth. Current ratio has no significant effect on profit growth with company size as a moderating variable. Debt to equity ratio has a significant effect on earnings growth with company size as a moderating variable

Abstract

Komunitas Guru Seni dan Seniman Pasuruan (KGSP) is a community that serves as a forum for its members with art as the main element. KGSP has various concepts and goals in the field of art that require them to continue to develop in the community, so there is a need for strategic management as a form of effective development plan. To be able to carry out development, SWOT analysis can be used as an analysis in determining internal and external factors. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, observations and surveys. The results of the SWOT analysis show that the strategies that can be used by KGSP are generic expansion strategies and variations of strategies, namely concentric diversification, market penetration, product development and backward integration

Abstract

This study is a quantitative study using brand trust and price variables as independent variables, while purchasing decisions are dependent variables. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires given to 400 respondents who are skintific Instagram followers. Respondents were selected using the non-probability sampling method. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that brand trust and price, both partially and simultaneously, have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. It is hoped that companies can build consumer trust and set prices that are in accordance with product quality. This can support consumers in making repeat purchases of products offered by skintific.

Abstract

The research This research is survey research on students in the city of Surakarta, Central Java. The aim of this research is to examine the influence of entrepreneurship education, self-efficacy and family support on entrepreneurial intentions among students in Surakarta. The type of data used is quantitative data, the data source used is primary data. Data collection in this research was carried out by distributing researcher questionnaires to the respondents concerned. The population in this research are students in Surakarta who have received entrepreneurship education or are still active in entrepreneurship during the 2024/2025 lecture period. The sampling technique in this research used the Non Probability Sampling technique with Purposive Sampling and a sample of 96 respondents was obtained which was then rounded up to 100 respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this research indicate that entrepreneurship education does not have a significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions among students in Surakarta. Self-efficacy has a significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions among students in Surakarta. Family support has a significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions among students in Surakarta. The results of the coefficient of determination obtained an adjusted R square value of 0.592, which means that the contribution of the influence of the variables of entrepreneurship education, self-efficacy and family support to the entrepreneurial intention variable is 59.2%.

Abstract

Performance can generally be defined as the work results or work achievements of an individual or a group of people in carrying out their duties and responsibilities within an organization or a specific time period. This research aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction and workload on teacher performance at Dayah Harapan Ummat Simpang Mamplam Bireuen. The research method used is quantitative with a census sampling approach, involving 58 teachers as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires with a Likert scale of 1-5. The data analysis technique used Multiple Linear Regression and was analyzed using SPSS 24 software. The research results show that job satisfaction and workload significantly influence teacher performance. Job satisfaction, reflecting teacher utility, is positively correlated with performance, indicating increased productivity. Managed workload, as a production factor, also positively influences performance, emphasizing efficient allocation of human resources. Simultaneously, both variables explain 78.3% of the variance in teacher performance, demonstrating a significant contribution to the effectiveness of educational organizations. The implications of this research are strategic human resource management in the education sector, focusing on improving job satisfaction and optimizing workload for superior organizational performance. This research provides empirical insights for the development of policies to enhance the quality of education through improved teacher welfare and productivity.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is a pleasant or positive emotional state resulting from the appraisal of one's job or work experiences. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of compensation and work environment on the job satisfaction of teachers at SMAS Islam Zulkifliyah, Simpang Mamplam Subdistrict, Bireuen Regency. The research method used is quantitative with a census sampling approach, involving 39 teachers as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires with a Likert scale of 1-5. The data analysis technique used Multiple Linear Regression and was analyzed using SPSS 24 software. The research results show that compensation and work environment, both partially and simultaneously, have a positive and significant influence on teacher job satisfaction. Compensation, which includes salary, allowances, and incentives, as well as a conducive work environment, has been proven to increase teacher job satisfaction. This research concludes that both factors play an important role in creating teacher job satisfaction, which has a positive impact on the quality of education. This research recommends increasing compensation and creating a supportive work environment to enhance teacher job satisfaction.
