Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of service quality, location, queue system efficiency, and technological facilities on customer satisfaction at the SAMSAT Office of Pohuwato Regency. Using multiple linear regression analysis, the results indicate that service quality and technological facilities have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Enhancing these two variables can directly improve customer satisfaction levels. In contrast, although location and queue system efficiency have a positive impact, their effects are not significant. Overall, all four variables have a positive simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction, with service quality and technological facilities being the dominant factors. These findings emphasize the importance of organizations focusing on improving service quality and technological facilities to enhance customer satisfaction sustainably.

Abstract

This study aims to optimize the healthcare service marketing mix to enhance patient satisfaction at RSUD Dr. Ir. Iwan Bokings, Boalemo Regency. This case study explores the impact of marketing mix elements on patient satisfaction. The research uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. The sample consists of 100 respondents selected using accidental sampling. Data was collected through a questionnaire representing eight marketing mix variables (product, price, place, promotion, people, process, physical evidence) and patient satisfaction. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression. The results show that product, price, promotion, place, and people have a positive and significant impact on patient satisfaction, while process and physical evidence do not have a significant effect. The significant positive influence of product is related to the effectiveness of diagnosis, treatment success, and the patient's experience during care. Transparent and fair pricing, as well as effective promotion through social media and word of mouth, increase patient satisfaction. The hospital's strategic location and cleanliness of the environment also contribute to patient satisfaction. Although interactions with medical and non-medical staff have a positive influence, the impact is not significant. Process and physical evidence, although important, are not substantial enough to significantly influence patient satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), company size, and capital structure on the financial performance of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2020-2023. The study population consists of listed manufacturing sector companies, with a sample of 54 companies selected using the purposive sampling method based on certain criteria. The data used are secondary data obtained from the financial statements for 2020 - 2023. The research method used is the quantitative method. Data analysis in this study was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) software. The results of the study indicate that only Good Corporate Governance (GCG) has a significant effect on financial performance, while company size and capital structure do not have a significant effect on financial performance. The Determination Coefficient (R Square) shows a value of 0.023, which means that the three independent variables explain 23% of the variability in financial performance, while 77% is explained by other variables outside the study.

Abstract

Job appraisal is a crucial component in human resource management that functions to evaluate employee performance while supporting strategic decision-making, such as promotion, training, and incentives. This study discusses the role, methods, challenges, and impact of job appraisal on employee productivity and development in organizations. The methods reviewed include 360-degree assessment and competency-based assessment, which have been proven to provide comprehensive evaluations and support individual competency improvement according to organizational needs. This study also identifies several key challenges, such as rater bias, lack of transparency, and employee resistance to the assessment process. To overcome these challenges, assessor training, the application of data-based technology, and open and inclusive communication are recommended strategic steps. In addition, employee involvement in the assessment process through discussion and two-way feedback has been shown to increase trust and participation in the evaluation process. The results of the study indicate that systematically and objectively designed job appraisals can significantly improve employee productivity, motivation, and development. In addition, effective job appraisals are an integral part of a sustainable human resource development strategy, encouraging the creation of an inclusive, collaborative work culture, and supporting the achievement of the organization's strategic goals.

Abstract

This study explores the integration of metadata in marketing and blockchain technology, offering innovative solutions to address challenges in metadata management, such as the lack of standardization, security, and data privacy. Using a descriptive-qualitative approach, the research analyzes literature related to marketing metadata and the potential application of blockchain to enhance efficiency and transparency. Data were collected through a systematic literature review encompassing various academic journals and conference proceedings and analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and data visualization. The findings indicate that blockchain, through its features of transparency, immutability, and smart contracts, can improve metadata integrity and facilitate data-driven decision-making. The study also identifies a significant increase in related literature since 2020, with major contributions from academic institutions in India, the United States, and China. The results address a gap in the literature by proposing an integrative framework for applying blockchain in marketing metadata management. Theoretically, this research provides a novel foundation for understanding the intersection of marketing metadata and blockchain. Practically, the findings offer guidance for companies to enhance data efficiency and security through blockchain adoption. Policy implications emphasize the need for regulatory development to support ethical and legally compliant blockchain adoption in alignment with data privacy laws. This study paves the way for further empirical research and interdisciplinary approaches to optimize the application of this technology in digital marketing.

Abstract

Indonesia, as an archipelagic country with more than 17,500 islands and a population of more than 281.6 million people, faces a variety of security challenges, including regional conflicts, terrorism, cyber threats, and natural disasters. To deal with these threat dynamics, Indonesia has adopted a comprehensive defense strategy by integrating the formation of a Reserve Component (Komcad) as mandated by Law Number 23 of 2019 concerning National Resource Management for National Defense. This research explores the importance of the strategic role, legal basis, and implementation of Komcad in the universal defense system in Indonesia. Using a qualitative methodology through a literature review approach, this study highlights the potential of Komcad in strengthening national defense through the mobilization of additional resources, civil society involvement, and increased sense of collective responsibility. The findings show that Komcad strengthens national resilience by integrating civil society expertise and encouraging inclusivity in various sectors, such as education and local communities. However, challenges remain, such as in training, coordination with the Indonesian National Army (TNI), and sustainability of funding, which require structured policies and collaborative efforts. This study concludes that Komcad has an important role in building an adaptive, effective, and inclusive defense system to deal with complex national security threats. The main recommendations include increasing public awareness, regular training, and optimizing resource allocation to increase the effectiveness of Komcad

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and provide strategies for Sharia banking performance in boosting the Indonesian economy. This research uses a quantitative approach with a population of four Islamic banking companies registered on the IDX, which were selected using a purposive sampling method. Data obtained from www.idx.co.id, www.bps.go.id, and www.bi.go.id. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 25 software and a significance level of 5%. The research results show that simultaneously, macroeconomics (X1), capital (X2), and GCG (X3) do not have a significant effect on company profitability. Partially, macroeconomics (X1) and GCG (X3) also do not have a significant effect on company profitability. However, the capital variable (X2) has a significant influence on company profitability. Future researchers can add a research period, because there is only one variable that has a significant influence, and can add other factors that influence company profitability, apart from the variables contained in this research and provide strategies to boost the Indonesian economy

Abstract

This study digs deeper into the online marketing strategy carried out by the M231 company to develop and make it a success rapidly. This study provides new solutions and knowledge to other companies due to the drastic decline in sales experienced by all companies during the Covid-19 pandemic. The approach was carried out qualitatively, followed by interviews with three people related to online marketing from the M231 company. The method used was the IFA and EFA methods, then continued using the SWOT method. The results of the study provide the main strategies that can be carried out to develop online marketing rapidly, namely by always following and implementing viral trends. The quality and consistency of products and services are also other important factors in the success of online marketing

Abstract

This study aims to explore employees' experiences regarding inclusive work culture in the context of hybrid work at PT GMF AeroAsia Tbk. Using a qualitative approach and phenomenological exploration method, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The analysis was conducted using a thematic approach and mapped to Hofstede's cultural dimensions, namely Individualism-Collectivism, Power Distance, and Uncertainty Avoidance. The findings indicate that PT GMF AeroAsia Tbk has implemented various policies to support an inclusive work culture, such as flexible work arrangements and strengthening cross-division communication. However, challenges such as information access gaps, organizational hierarchy, and lack of coordination among employees remain significant obstacles. Hofstede's dimensions helped identify relevant cultural patterns in the implementation of hybrid work, highlighting the importance of team collaboration, reducing power distance, and managing work-related uncertainties. His study offers strategic recommendations, including inclusive leadership training, improved technology accessibility, and the development of hybrid work policies based on inclusivity. Theoretically, this research enriches the literature on inclusive work culture in the hybrid era, while practically providing insights for PT GMF AeroAsia Tbk and other companies facing similar challenges

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of social media users on government budgeting in the City of Semarang, considering the mediating role of public trust and the moderating roles of social media users' perceptions and the ease of social media usage. The population of this study consists of all residents of the City of Semarang, with a total of 400 respondents. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires online and randomly via Instagram and WhatsApp platforms. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) to test direct, indirect, and moderation effects. The results indicate that social media users have a direct influence on budgeting, with significant roles played by the moderating variables of users’ perceptions of social media and the ease of social media usage. The variable of users’ perceptions of social media moderates by strengthening the influence of social media users on budgeting, whereas the ease of social media usage moderates by weakening the influence, although still significant. Social media users also have an indirect positive and significant influence on budgeting through the mediating variable of public trust, meaning that public trust in the government during the budgeting process can be enhanced through interactions or transparency facilitated by social media users. In the structural model testing, the Adjusted R-Square value is 0.295, indicating that the model's ability to explain the budgeting variable (endogenous) is relatively low, with the remaining influence attributed to other independent variables not measured in this study. Future research is recommended to include other variables that may influence budgeting and to adopt a qualitative approach to explore the relationships among the variables found
