This study aims to examine the influence of price, product variety, and store atmosphere on consumer purchase decisions at the night culinary area of Jalan Cut Nyak Dien, Pekanbaru. Using a quantitative method with 100 respondents and SPSS-based multiple linear regression analysis, the results show that all three variables significantly and positively affect purchasing decisions. Store atmosphere has the strongest influence, followed by price and product variety. The model explains 53.0% of the variation in purchasing decisions (R² = 0.530). These findings support the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) theory, indicating that external factors like environment and pricing shape consumer responses. The study recommends that MSMEs and local authorities improve pricing strategies, product diversity, and environmental quality to enhance consumer experience.

The research uses both primary and secondary data, collected through questionnaires distributed to 94 employees of BKN Kantor Regional XII Pekanbaru. The data were analyzed using quantitative methods, particularly multiple linear regression analysis. The findings show that both personality and competence have a significant and positive effect on employee performance. This means that improvements in personality and competence are associated with increased performance levels. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) obtained from the analysis is 0.543, indicating that 54.3% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by personality and competence, while the remaining 45.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. The research concludes that developing personality traits and enhancing employee competence are important strategies for improving organizational performance

Time delays in construction projects are a common issue that significantly impacts both project costs and overall success. This study aims to optimize the duration of a four-story shop-house construction project in the Malalayang area of Manado City by applying the crashing method. This technique is employed to accelerate activities along the critical path through the addition of overtime work hours, without compromising the quality of the output. The analysis was conducted using the Critical Path Method (CPM) to identify critical project activities, followed by a quantitative simulation of schedule acceleration. The results indicate that the project duration can be reduced from 175 days to 148 days—an acceleration of 27 days—with an additional cost of IDR 32,723,678.95. This additional cost is considered acceptable given the time efficiency gained. These findings demonstrate that the crashing method is an effective and feasible strategy for schedule optimization in the management of building construction projects

Digital literacy is the knowledge to use digital media in carrying out work using digital literacy or communication tools and using them wisely according to their use in everyday life. Research objectives: 1. find out about digital literacy, 2. find out about the ability to use the IPOT application, 3. find out how much influence there is. The type of research is quantitative. The population is 143 and the sample is 42 where accidental sampling is used. Results and discussion, 1. students are not yet fully accustomed to digital literacy as a form of communication which is very useful for ways of adopting, getting used to or being able to adapt and get used to using technology as a digital device and especially as ICT-based media or intermediaries, 2. students' skills and lack of knowledge related to digital literacy.3. There is a very strong relationship, with an influence of 71.4% on information technology and hypothesis testing states that motivation has a positive and significant influence on performance. Conclusion: 1. The ICT literacy indicator with the statement item having the ability to use the internet including the World Wide Web (www) is the lowest answer. 2. The lowest answer from the variable ability to use the IPOT application is being able to analyze stock movements through the IPOT application contained in the knowledge indicator. 3. The influence that occurs between the two variables is 71.4% where the digital literacy variable greatly influences the ability to use an IPOT, 4. Make improvements to the evaluation carried out, especially those related to the findings from the respondents' answers. Suggestions: involve students in ICT training activities, prepare digital literacy facilities that can be used at any time, provide direct guidance in carrying out transactions, available information technology can be used quickly and easily, ICT is available, ICT training for all majors

This study was conducted with the aim of seeing and reviewing more comprehensively the factors that cause financial crimes with descriptive qualitative. The sample used consisted of 1000 documents published in the period 2015-2025 using the crossref database with the keyword financial shenanigans. In this study, bibliometric methodology was used to conduct a systematic literature review. Bibliometric graphical data analysis and visualization of research results were carried out using Publish or Perish and VOSviewer software. The results of the bibliometric visualization show the structure of the financial research topic network. These topics are divided into three main thematic clusters. The first cluster (in green) dominates themes related to financial reports, fraud, and crime, which shows the intensity of academic studies on the integrity of financial reports, manipulation practices, and forensic accounting issues. The second cluster (in red) covers the topics of financial stability, policies, banks, and risks, which indicates the focus of the literature on financial system stability, the effectiveness of macroeconomic policies, and risk management in the banking sector and financial markets. Meanwhile, the third cluster (in blue) focuses on financial behavior, financial education, and financial attitudes, which marks an increasing attention to the dimensions of individual behavior in financial decision-making, including in the younger generation segment such as Generation Z. The interrelationships between topics in each cluster show the integration of conceptualization between micro (financial behavior) and macro (policy and stability) aspects, as well as an interdisciplinary approach in the development of contemporary financial studies. This also helps future research by combining research based on keyword relationships to better understand what influences the occurrence of Financial Shenanigans

This study aims to identify and analyse the relationship between self-esteem, social anxiety, and Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) in students aged 18–29 years. A quantitative approach was used in this study, with data collection through questionnaires distributed to 300 students of the Muhammadiyah Paciran Islamic Religious College, Lamongan, in the 2024 academic year. Data were analysed using t-tests and linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis showed that social anxiety had a more dominant influence on FoMO levels than self-esteem. This is shown by a higher regression coefficient value in social anxiety (0.458) compared to self-esteem (0.285), as well as a larger t-value (8.200) with a significance value of p = 0.000 (p < 0.01). These findings indicate that the higher the social anxiety felt by students, the higher the level of FoMO experienced.

The prioritized strategies and implementation models for sustainable community empowerment at PT. IMK are bold and actionable: (1) implementing a transformative bottom-up planning (BUP) management approach; (2) executing comprehensive mine reclamation (REK) efforts; (3) strategically managing mining waste (LIM) to mitigate environmental impact; and (4) advancing infrastructure development (INF) to support community growth

Extreme rainfall that often occurs in South Sulawesi is caused by high rainfall intensity. Rainfall patterns greatly affect areas that are highly dependent on agriculture and natural resources. In this regard, research has been conducted on rainfall patterns in Maros Regency. The study used rainfall data analyzed using the isohyet method. The results of the study showed that rainfall patterns in the Maros Regency area in the last 10 years showed increasing shifts and variability, especially in the last three years (2021-2023). This can be seen on the 2014-2020 isohyet map showing that the distribution of rainfall in Maros Regency is uneven, with a tendency for increasing rainfall from the southwest to the northeast, in 2021 there was a change in rainfall intensity in the northeast and several central areas, in 2022 there was a decrease in the highest rainfall in the northeast and an expansion of the low rainfall area to the center, in 2023 an increase in rainfall in the southwest, the dominance of the 2000-3000 mm interval in most areas, and the disappearance of the very high rainfall zone in the northeast are important changes that indicate significant climate dynamics
