Stroke is a cerebrovascular disease that can occur suddenly and is an emergency condition, this is due to blockage of blood vessels in the brain, resulting in a lack of oxygen supply in the blood, to the brain. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of the head up position of 30 degrees on increasing oxygen saturation in stroke patients. The method uses a qualitative approach with case studies as the main method. Data collected through interviews, documentation, data analysis up to the provision of intervention and evaluation. The research was conducted in the Stroke Unit Room of Gunung Jati Hospital, Cirebon City in March 2024. The sample in this study was one patient with stroke, with the provision of 30 degree head up intervention carried out for 30 minutes. The results of the study were obtained for 3 consecutive days, namely oxygen saturation experienced significant changes before and after the provision of oxygenation therapy and head up 30 degrees to 98%. In conclusion, the head up position can significantly improve oxygen saturation

This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and perceived organizational support (POS) on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable. Data collection methods were carried out using questionnaires and interviews. The population that was the object of research was the entire ULaMM AOM with a sample of 71 people. This research uses partial least squares (PLS) to test the hypothesis. The results of this research show that leadership style and POS have a positive effect on employee performance. Leadership style does not affect motivation, but POS affects motivation. Motivation also does not affect performance. In addition, work motivation cannot mediate the relation between leadership style and POS on employee performance

The purpose of this study is to examine, evaluate, and establish how business size, leverage, and liquidity affect firm value. This research employs a quantitative methodology. The study's population consists of the 15 automotive subsector businesses that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) between 2017 and 2019. Using the purposive sampling method, the sampling procedure produced a sample of fourteen enterprises. With the aid of SPSS 25, the hypothesis was investigated via the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method. Firm Value served as the dependent variable in this study, whereas Liquidity, Leverage, and Firm Size served as independent factors. The study's conclusions show that while leverage had no bearing on business value, firm size and liquidity did

Immunomodulators are substances that have the ability to balance and restore a dysfunctional immune system, reduce the body's immune response due to excessive immune activity and stimulate leukocyte cells, especially macrophages, to form a strong immune system. The aim of this study was to determine the immunomodulatory activity of kabau leaves (Archidendron bubalinum) in male white rats in terms of the phagocytosis index, number of leukocyte cell types and spleen histopathology. This research design used 35 mice as test animals and then divided them into 6 groups, namely negative control, positive control (Stimuno dose 50 mg), kabau leaf extract 20 mg, n-hexane fraction 6.66 mg, ethyl acetate fraction 4 mg, water fraction 6.66 mg, each group consisted of 5 male rats. Immunomodulatory activity was seen from the phagocytosis index and the number of leukocyte cell types at 10 and 15 minutes. The results showed that the 6 treatments had significantly different immunostimulatory activities with a significant value of less than 0.05. The results of the phagocytosis index calculation showed that the highest value was Stimuno at 3.33, then the 6.66 mg n-hexane fraction was 2.49, the 4mg ethyl acetate fraction was 1.63, the 20 mg extract was 1.26, and the water fraction was 6.66 mg. 1.27. From these results it can be concluded that kabau (Archidendron bubalinum) leaf extracts and fractions have immunostimulant activity

Asian palmyra palm (lontar) fronds are a byproduct generated from the asian palmyra palm plant. To add value to these fronds, they can be converted into activated charcoal. This study aims to determine the properties of activated charcoal derived from asian palmyra palm fronds and the effects of activation temperature and chemical concentration on these properties. The activation process was conducted using H3PO4 solution with two concentration variations, 10% and 20%, for 24 hours, and three temperature variations, 600°C, 700°C, and 800°C, each for 60 minutes. The data obtained were analyzed using R software version 4.3.1. The effects of the variation factors in H3PO4 concentration and activation temperature on the yield and characteristics of the activated charcoal were calculated using two-way ANOVA with a 95% confidence level. The properties of the activated charcoal produced met the SNI 06-3730-1995 standard for technical activated charcoal, with yield, moisture content, ash content, volatile matter content, fixed carbon content, and iodine adsorption values of 80.41%, 0.42%, 9.35%, 8.28%, 82.38%, and 668.13 mg/g, respectively. The best properties of activated charcoal were obtained from the activation treatment at 600°C and 20% H3PO4 concentration
